Sweetie Belle and Dinky didn't want to do the actives at school they just wanted to go outside and play in the snow. Sadly they had to stay inside like always.
"How does this look?" Apple Bloom asked holding a brown hat with apples carved in to it.
"Ok." Dinky said.
"How does this look?" Scootaloo asked holding up a purple lightning bolt necklace.
"Ok." Sweetie Belle said.
"Why don't you two make Hearts Warming gifts with us?" Scootaloo asked.
"Sweetie Belle, what's your horn size?" Silver Spoon asked.
"Fourteen to six." Sweetie Belle said.
"What's a horn size?" Apple Bloom asked.
"Is it like wing size right?" Scootaloo asked.
"Yep." Dinky said.
"Uhh?" Apple Bloom asked.
"It's kinda like hoof sizes but also not." Dinky said.
"Oh ok." Apple Bloom said.
"Sweetie Belle you like berries right?" Ruby Pinch asked.
"Yes." Sweetie Belle said.
"Dinky you like berries too right?" Piña Colada asked.
"Yes." Dinky said.
After school the CMC and Dinky went to Sugarcube Corner.
"A cherry cream pie and orange cream soda." Scootaloo said.
"Two apple dumpling and cream soda." Apple Bloom said.
"Watermelon and chocolate milk." Sweetie Belle said.
"Blueberries and a eggnog." Dinky said.
"Coming right up." Pinkie said.
Four minutes later....
"Sweetie Belle your eyes just turned dark green." Scootaloo said.
"That's either from the lighting or from a spell." Sweetie Belle said.
"Here you go." Pinkie said handing the fillies their food and beverages.
"Thank you Pinkie." Apple Bloom said.
"No problem." Pinkie said.
After they finished their meals they went to their homes.
"Sweetie Belle can you try this dress on please?" Rarity asked.
"Sure." Sweetie Belle said.
"Here." Rarity said giving Sweetie Belle a dress.
Sweetie Belle put the light green dress on with her magic.
"This is a lovely shade of green." Sweetie Belle said.
"Thank you sis." Rarity said.
"No problem." Sweetie Belle said.
The next day at Derpys....
"I hate this time of the year." Dinky said.
"Yeah me two." Sweetie Belle said.
"Same." Rainbow said.
"Same here." Derpy said.
"Same here too." Fluttershy said.
"What's going on?" Doc asked.
"We're just talking about how we don't really like this time of year." Dinky said.
"What do you mean?" Doc asked.
"Everyone believes in that story on how Hearth's Warming was created." Derpy said.
"What are you talking about?" Doc asked.
"It might be easier if you see it for yourself." Rainbow said.
"Rainbows right it would be better if we time traveled so you can see want we mean." Derpy said.
Over two thousand years ago....
"Hi there my names Flora." Flora said she was a Pegasus with a pale coat, dark green eyes, and a Amber mane and tail.
"Hi I'm Sweetie Belle." Sweetie Belle said.
"You look like a unicorn but your aura feels like a Faes." Flora said.
"What's a Fae?" Doc asked.
"No time to explain." Derpy said.
"Who's she?" Flora asked pointing at Fluttershy.
"This is Fluttershy." Derpy said.
"Why are we here again?" Doc asked.
"Oh right we almost forgot." Sweetie Belle said.
They teleported to a cave were five ponies were.
"It was nice to create peace between the three races." Flora said.
"Wait didn't we just we that one?" Doc asked.
"Oh um hi there." Flora said.
"Sorry to disturb we're just trying to show Doc the truth about Hearth's Warming." Rainbow said.
"Why do you five seem so familiar?" Flora asked.
"Because we're you from the future and we brought a friend with us he's a time lord." Derpy said.
"So how many years in the future?" Flora asked.
"Over two thousand." Sweetie Belle said.
"That's amazing." Flora said.
All of a sudden a burst of light came and created two baby ponies.
"Is that Princess Celestia and Luna when they were babies?" Doc asked.
"Yep they sure are." Dinky said.
"I still don't understand why you don't like Hearts Warming." Doc said.
"Hearths Warming is a curse although I don't know how it started because we never told anyone." Derpy said.
"We will do want ever it takes to make sure Hearts Warming doesn't exist." a gray Pegasus with crossed yellow eyes and a blueberry blue mane and tail.
"Thank you so much little me." Derpy said.
Want they didn't know was that the two baby princesses could understand a couple of the worlds they were saying.
"Bye." Rainbow said waving her hooves.
With that she and her friends disappeared from the time they were just in and we're back in their original time
"That was weird I think I need to lay down." Doc said.
Just then there was a knock at the front door. Derpy flew to open it and was surprised to see who was at the door.
"Hi Spike what brings you here?" Derpy asked.
"Are Fluttershy, Rainbow, Sweetie Belle, and Dinky with you?" Spike asked.
"Yes, why do you ask?" Derpy asked.
"Because I just got a letter for all of you." Spike said handing Derpy the letter.
"Thanks Spike." Derpy said grabbing the letter and closing the door.
"What was that all about?" Dinky asked.
"Spike gave me this letter he said it was for all five of us." Derpy said.
"Want does it say?" Dinky asked.
Derpy scanned through it and put the letter on a book nearby.
"Princess Celestia and Luna want to talk to us in Canterlot castle ." Derpy said.
"I don't like the sound of that." Rainbow said.
Later that evening they were in Canterlot castle.
"We found this in the library to day and we relized that we have meant you all before." Celestia said.
"You were the ones who raised us for a while." Luna said.
"Surprise." Derpy said.
"Sorry we didn't tell you." Sweetie Belle said.
"You were a great family to us and then one day you all left and never came back." Celestia said.
"We're so sorry about that." Rainbow said.
"Can we call you by the names you had when you were taking care of us?" Luna asked.
"Sure." Derpy said.
"Thanks Annabel." Luna said.
"No problem my little moonshine." Derpy said hugging Luna.
"We're so happy that you two grew up it to two great mares and rulers." Sweetie Belle said.
"Thanks Hazel." Luna said.
"Come on everyone in the hug." Derpy said.
"Thank you for all you did for us." Celestia said.
"No problem we'll always be there for you both." Derpy said.
"You are the best family anyone could wish for." Luna said.
The group hug lasted four whole minutes. Fluttershy was the first to pull out.
"Are you ok Eva?" Celestia asked.
"I'm fine don't worry about me." Fluttershy said.
Luna and Celestia were sitting at the table when Derpy gave them muffins. Dinky, Sweetie Belle, Rainbow, and Fluttershy sat down a minute later. Derpy went back into the kitchen before sitting down.
“This is better than I remember.” Luna said.
“Thank you.” Derpy said flying to a empty seat.
“Why did you all leave me and Luna when we were foals?” Celestia asked.
“I guess you two are old enough to know the truth.” Sweetie Belle said.
“We have to be in different forms because of what we did way before you two were born.” Dinky said.
“We didn't tell you two what we’re really doing that day because you two were too young.” Rainbow said.
“We went up to the ponies who had cursed us asking if we could have more time with you.” Sweetie Belle said.
“They said no and said that we didn't need to worry about you two.” Derpy said.
“Who cursed you?” Luna asked.
“We aren't going tell you that.” Fluttershy said.
“Why not Eva?” Luna asked.
“We don't feel comfortable saying who." Derpy said.
"Oh ok." Celestia and Luna said in unison.
"Who took care of you two when we left?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Starswirl and the guards." Celestia said.
"Did you say Starswirl?" Fluttershy asked.
"Yes." Celestia said.
"I can't believe how many birthdays we missed with you two." Derpy said.
"We are so glad we don't have to hind the secret from you two." Dinky said.
"So why did you two create holidays?" Rainbow asked.
"We remember hearing Hearth's warming and than we saw how others treated each other and saw their are other holidays we could create." Celestia said.
"Could any of you tell us about our parents?" Luna asked.
"Um.... you see you two appeared in a flash of light so we took care of the both of you from that day forth." Derpy said.
"Oh ok." Celestia and Luna said in unison.
"We really do wish we were there for you two when you needed us most." Dinky said.
"That's ok it is all in the past now." Luna said.
"So what do you two want to do now?" Rainbow asked.
"Could you tell us about the curse on you all?" Celestia asked.
"I guess you two have the right to know the truth." Dinky sighed.
"You see there was this big misunderstanding and the pillars cursed us." Derpy said.
"What was the misunderstanding?" Luna asked.
"Oh well you see we already were in different forms from are original ones and some creatures thought we had a lot of dark magic in us so they told the pillars than they cursed us just because they heard ponies and other creatures say that we had a lot of dark magic." Sweetie Belle said.
"Well since the pillars are back maybe you all could talk to them." Celestia said.
"I guess we could." Dinky said.
"Ok lets do it." Rainbow said.
"We will go look for them we will be back as soon as possible." Derpy said.
Hours later after going to many different towns/ villages they found the pillars and took them to Canterlot and they explained to the pillars who they really were on the train ride to Canterlot. They walked into the castle were Celestia and Luna where talking.
"Listen we didn't have dark magic it was just Fae magic." Derpy said.
"Please undo the curse." Dinky said.
"Has she learned about kindness and to care for others?" Starswirl asked pointing at Fluttershy.
"Well she is the element of kindness so yes." Rainbow said.
"Have all of you learned what makes you you?" Mistmane asked.
"Yes we have." Dinky said.
"Please they did take care of us for a while when Celestia and I were little fillies." Luna said.
"Ok we will." Meadowbrooke said.
Starswirl and Mistmane summoned their artifacts and their friends, the pillars performed a powerful spell.
"I still don't feel whole." Dinky said.
"Listen this is the best we can do right now." Rockhoof said.
"Well at least we're in are real bodies." Derpy said.
"Thank you all so much." Sweetie Belle said.
"No problem." Mistmane said.
"I can't believe it's been over a thousand years since we've been in these bodies." Rainbow said.
All of a sudden a female Fae appeared in front of them. The Fae had a light blue coat, two toned mane and tail, and teal eyes.
"Night Heart is it really you?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Yes it is." Night Heart said.
"We thought we were the last of the Faes." Derpy said.
"No the ones who could went into hiding. We thought you four died a long time ago." Night Heart said.
"I'm so glad weren't the last of the Faes." Dinky said.
"Ivy come here." Night Heart said to Fluttershy.
Hours later everyone was having fun they laughed, they read, they ate, and they had a lot of fun. The pillars went back to theirs homes well everyone else had an epic slumber party.
Weeks past and it was finally Hearth's Warming Eve. Dispirite hating the holiday Fluttershy let Discord give her a early sHearts Warming surprise. Discord gave Fluttershy a kiss.
"Happy Hearth's Warming Flutters." Discord said.
"Happy Hearth's Warming Dissy." Fluttershy said.
Doc took Derpy on an unexpected time travel rides to different places.
By Hearts Warming everyone knew the truth about Derpy, Dinky, Sweetie Belle, Rainbow, and Fluttershy. Everyone expected it after a few weeks.
Doc conferenced his feelings to Derpy which made her blush a little and smile brightly.
Twilight wanted to write a book about Faes so Sweetie Belle helped her out with it. Everyone started calling Derpy, Dinky, Sweetie Belle, Rainbow, and Fluttershy by their real names funny enough Derpy's real name was Derpy. Sweetie Belle's who's real name is Meadow told Twilight about the Faes enemies. Twilight was surprised by what she learned her one of her favorite parts was about the powers Faes have another was there speed and supervision which was amazing. Their were two things that Sweetie Belle didn't tell Twilight about that could very well change things as we know them to be. The two things were way too dangerous for most creatures to know anything about.
