My first ever story...
I hope you enjoyed it

A sight to behold

It was a cold day in Canada as the snow finally started to fall outside of a house. Inside was a human boy who had no idea what he had just gotten into.

10 minutes earlier

I had just gotten out of bed and I already started feeling weird I still to this day couldn’t describe it. I had waited a few minutes for it to go away and after a while I knew it wasn’t leaving . " screw it I will just have to stay here again” almost immediately after I said that a strange noise was coming from beside the bed. I did not have enough time to find out what what it was as it started getting louder “WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK!” A hole appeared right there and in that hole was... “A horse?” It stepped out and I naturally and skillfully fell over and knocked things off my dresser after that I hid under the bed and watched the strange horse thing walk towards the window. I didn’t know what it was doing as I was trying not to be noticed, the horse thing said some sort of language but I culdent find out what as I was halfway towards my door. It then spoke after hearing it I knew it saw me I instently tensed up and slowly turned around to see it was a small winged and horned small horse, it was also looking a bit confused I couldn’t blame it as I was too. I managed to spit out the word “what” and then the horse things horn lit up and it then spoke.

“hi can you understand me?” It said in a light voice, well at least it was...speaking English...

I on instinct said " wait what?”

The horse thing responded with. " good you can hear me properly, what is your name?”
The thing sounded like it was singing

I tried to be funny and give out a fake name like guy person or something of that nature but I respond with my real name.

"it’s Noah” I said trying to hide the panic in my voice.

The horse thing seemed a little confused by my name.

"huh that’s a cool name Noah”

I could tell it was not immediately used to such a name and I wanted to ask its name. “so... Uh wha-”

the horse thing cut me off. " I need your help Noah” she said while struggling to pronounce my name

I respond with. " need my help? With what?” I asked out of pure curiosity.

" I need your help with saving my world with your power I can-” I cut it off out of pure confusion of it thinking I had some sort of power.

" im sorry... But I’m not following” the horse seemed confused.

“what aren’t you getting?”
I responded with “you said power... And I am definitely NOT powerful in any aspect”

the horse thing was shocked at the response and dropped its mouth in surprise.

" what can’t you feel that raw magical energy?” I simply looked at it in confusion as it gasped at my lack of knowledge of the subject. “wait you don’t know what magic is?”

I responded with. "I do know what it is but... It exists?” This was the wrong answer as the horse thing flew into a frenzy.

“how could you not know what it is its all around you everywhere how else did you build this house? ”

Me trying not to yell responded with. " ok let me get something straight, first I’m not the owner of the house, that would be my mom ,and secondly we built it with our hands.”

This made the horse PISSED. “HOW COULD YOU DO THAT?!” I tried to change the subject by asking its name. " oh uh it’s sugar” I knew immediately that was a lie but I couldn’t go on before my brother intervened

"Noah who are you talking to?” Immediately the horse things horn lit up like a Christmas tree and out popped a hole as my brother opened the door just in time to see a horse thing, me, and a large hole, he ran to stop suger but it bucked me into the hole and then began the fall. As I saw the ground approaching I expected to die... I was wrong.

I didn't even black out. I felt EVERYTHING, the ground, the bones in my arm being decimated, and a sharp pain in my face. After waiting about an hour I tried to move: legs :2/2 I Check my arms: 1.48/2 I couldn’t move my left arm after that I finally noticed the large thing sticking out of my face.

IT WAS A STICK and it was lodged into my left eye. working on adrenaline alone I took a stroll towards the town I saw in the distance. It was around when the night struck that I noteced a peculiar house that was made from a tree. It was the only house that still had lights on so I had no choice as I walked trailing blood to the door and gave the worlds strongest knock that ended up in a large thud as I collapsed onto the doorstep.

As I finally started to black out I saw a horse thing that was annoyed. Then it saw me and gasped I finally tried to shut my eyes... But I had forgotten the large thing in my eye and only gave me more pain the horse thing left in a haste and i had enough.

The stick had to go I will never forget that feeling of ripping out the stick. This was a bad idea because as soon as I took it out I had realized that I would never go through that pain again.

The stick took my eye with it. And then it all went dark. In my dream all I saw was pain suffering and of course hope, nothing out of the ordinary though i felt like I was being watched. I turned my head to a noise but only see nothing.
It was only the beginning of the journey and I had already lost an eye and an arm. Typical. I had no clue as to if I would wake up but I welcomed the experience.

That was to me the worlds way of saying welcome to the shitshow. I wonder what will happen if I wake up?

It was a crisp daybreak that I woke up to along with a few noises off in the distance.
I got up and took a look at my surroundings. Classic hospital setting but it was quite old fashioned.
I tried to recall the events of last night but all of it seemed surreal.

Before I could continue this train of thought the door handle turned and I braced for what I was going to see.
It was a pony and a shocked one at that. Looking at me like I had just did a backflip and nailed it.
The pony said no words and just left in a brisk pace probably to see the doctor.

I remember what happened and go to the bathroom that was at the side. It's door handle was strange
As I opened it up I heard the other door open and a bit of surprise too.
I looked in the mirror to confirm the events of last night. It was true I was missing an eye.

What I assumed was the nurse started talking in that gibberish again but I understood some of the words.
something along the line of "should be dead"

"Well that's just great" I muttered under my breath

The doctor looked at me like I was the strangest thing alive and I guess to them I was.

The doctor left the room to get someone and I was stuck with the nurse.

The nurse had no clue what to do or say. Not that it mattered.

The doctor brought in the purple pony that looked relived that I was standing
I had just realized it was the same pony that I saw when I collapsed
The purple pony approached me and said gibberish.

I looked at it confused and then it's horn lit up.
"Can you understand me" it asked reminding me of the night I came here

"Yes" I said not exactly comfortable

"Are you ok? You uh. Feel ok?" It asked with concern

"Somewhat but I feel strange"

"You should be dead" the doctor said hesitantly

"What happened. Why should I be dead?"

The doctor responded with "we did some scanning and it shows that you have severe internal bleeding. That and you have only half of one of your lungs"

I was speechless and if I was anywhere else I would be dead ten times over but... I'm not
My arm was not as broken as it was yesterday so I assumed they did a risky procedure.
They did not and I had then realized that I had that strange feeling again.

The purple one introduced herself " I am twilight sparkle"

What is with these names? WAIT WHAT?!

I couldn't say where I recognized the name from as I was sure that would absolutely destroy any hope of help
I responded with "I'm Noah" trying hard to hide that I just realized something massive

" how did you end up like this" the nurse said cutting in on the conversation

"I was at my home and suddenly a hole appeared and a pony too" I said reluctantly
"Uh do you need a description?" I asked

Twilight nodded and I began to start
" she had a dark orange coat and purple-ish hair, also wings and a horn, she also gave me a name: sugar"
This was clearly not a good thing as once I got to the wings and horn part they all looked at me in shock

"Y-you don't mean..." Twilight stuttered

I sigh and blurt out "yes I do mean an al-" I say before shutting my mouth

This had drawn a few looks but I got saved by my stomach growling and by wincing in pain

"How long have I been out?" I asked

"About half a week" the nurse said still recovering from the shock

"Uh serious things aside can I get some food?" I asked with the Pain growing.

The nurse said nothing and left the room not even asking what I eat.
The doctor left with her probably to get an X-ray or something.
Leaving only me and twilight who was for some reason eager to study me.
I sighed and picked up the pillow that was on the bed and then threw it at the wall as a short demonstration.
She nodded and took some mental notes as I walked around. It was the best way for me to think anyway.

After a bit of this the nurse returned with a floating plate of salad.
Had to remind myself that this would be the norm for a while so I rolled with it.
I sat down on the bed and my hunger would strike again. I didn't care anymore I was hungry.
I ate the salad and it was decent (for hospital food) and I realized that they had been watching me

"What?" I said with a soon full of salt
They realized they had been staring and both looked away with twilight blushing

I cleaned up myself and then asked the most relevant question of the time
"What now?"

The nurse shrugged and said "I really don't know"

"I'm uh kinda feeling cooped up in this room could I go outside and get some fresh air?" I suggested

The nurse said "I don't see why not and left the room motioning me to follow
Me and twilight left the room and I was finally feeling brave and ready for anything they could throw at me.
I WAS WRONG NOPE IN NO WAY READY.
As soon as we left the hospital I drew almost everyone's attention and then the social anxiety kicked in.
I was sweating heavily just by them looking at me and twilight knew I was in a panic

"Are you ok Noah?" She asked with concern
I nodded trying to focus on my breathing
ITS IN THEN OUT ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.
Well it might as well be as I was just struggling to breathe air
I finally managed to find a balence by the time we made it to the corrner of a street
Funny name it was sugar cube corrner
Took me a moment to realize this was probably where sugar got her name from
I had at this point realized that we were near pinkie pies house

Nothing not even going back in time to fight the nazis in world war 2 could prepare me for the bouncing ball of energy that was pinkie

We had just arrived at pinkie's house and twilight saw something that was of concern
One of pinkie's windows was broken.

I rushed towards the house but the four days of just laying in a bed took its toll
I took about ten minutes to catch up to twilight and that was where I noteced two things
One: the window shards themselves had blood on them and two pinkie had been cut

I got closer and went looking for more. Stuck in a tree was a bloody knife.
I only thought of one thing: cupcakes
You know the creepypasta that had pinkie as a deranged serial killer? I sure do
But something was off... It was... I didn't get time to finish that thought as the pink pony had been alerted of my presence

"hi Noah this is pinkie pie" twilight said leading pinky towards me

Instead of saying hi I asked if she was ok

"Nah it was just a pra-" pinkie stopped for a moment and looked at me clearly expecting to see a pony

"WOW" pinkie said with enthusiasm

"Ooooh what are theses for?" She said poking my hand

"Well I pick things up with them to say the least"
I had just noticed how much pinkie was bouncing around
Her hooves might have well been pogo sticks as she was jumping high

"Cupcakes?" She offered pulling the tray out of seemingly nowhere

I hesitated and took one "thanks?" I said with my brain trying to find out how she did that

I took a bite and it hit hard
They were the best cupcakes I ever had

"Nothing quite like a cake in a cup" I said having finished

Pinkie laughed like I had told her a world class joke

I looked at twilight and she just shrugged
I had then noteced her horn wasn't glowing

"Uh twilight?" I asked with concern

"Yes Noah?" She said

"If I can understand all of you then why isn't your horn glowing?"

It took Twilight a moment to realize what I just said
"Wait what?" She asked in disbelief

"I can understand you clearly but it's strange"
I then felt strange again and i looked at pinkie bakery sign
I could read it clearly

Pinkie finally managed to calm down enough for me to ask
"Who broke your window?"

Pinkie responded with " I invited- OOOO you haven't met rainbow yet!"
She started bouncing off "come on you two just Gotta meet!" she Said bouncing off
twilight following signalling me to follow

Twilight seeing I was a bit scared said "don't worry Noah rainbow dash is one of my closest friends, you don't have to be scared"

"It's not her I'm scared of" I say trying not to give out anymore information
Twilight had asked now a little frightened herself "what did you mean my that?"
I remember the story's I had read and knew if that was what was happening then something changed
In the story pinkie got a lot worse then just a cut

I sapped out of my thinking and saw pinky leading me towards a tree
Pinky started sneaking up to the tree probably to prank rainbow dash back
Twilight stopped pinkie

pinkie simply said "aw your no fun"

The tree started rustling with someone inside yawning

"Good morning" the voice muttered

Out of the tree came a bright blue pony with hair that had all the colours of the rainbow
It took her a second to fully wake up
I was close enough to get a good look at her face and I knew that look
She had dark circles around her eyes and I just knew she had been having trouble with sleep
Being a teenager I knew the feeling of not getting sleep

I on instinct asked "are you ok?"

"I'm fine" she said obviously lying to me
She took a look up and went wide eyed

"You aren't the only one having an off day" I said

"W-what happened to your eye?!" She said with disbelief

Twilight joined in "what did happen to you eye Noah?"

"Noah?" Rainbow butted in

I sigh and say "yes I get it I have a strange name"

Rainbow getting aggressive said "stop dogging the question!"

This touched a nerve "YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW I LOST IT?!" I said regretting it

I tried to patch things up "I'm sorry that was totally out of line"

Rainbow said "it's cool I shouldn't have pushed you"

I wasn't comfortable saying how I lost it so I just said " things happen" and I shrugged

Rainbow asked "what's it like?"

I told the truth "well it's not actually just black its nothing and it's strange
It's about the same experience as trying to see out of my back. It's just not there."

Before pinkie could scare off rainbow I ask if I could get a bit of privacy with rainbow
They agreed and left for a bit

"What did you do that for" rainbow said with a hint of salt
It was finally time to spill the beans

"I know about the nightmares" I said hoping she would understand

"How did you know?" She said confused and in panic

I start "Let's just say I have seen a story. But that's not important"
I continue "something is wrong and I have been thrown into the middle of it"

"Ok then what was my nightmare?" She asked with fear

" would it be acceptable if I just say the thing that kicks it off?"

"Yes" rainbow said

"Cupcakes"

The moment I said this she broke down and started crying

I tried to comfort her but I needed to tell her what would've become of her

"Rainbow you need to get help. Tell someone anyone. I know what happens if you don't"

"W-what?"

"Something changed, if you don't get help then the issue with the knife will be worse next time." I needed to be blunt
"If you don't... Pinkie won't get off with just a cut next time."

She started trying to calm down and after awhile she stopped

"We are baaaaaaaak!" Said the bouncing pink pony

"Go try to get some rest" I whispered to rainbow
She nodded and took off at a break neck speed

"What did you talk about?" Twilight asked

I felt a strong pain in the back of my head and collapsed.

I had a dream but this time it was different. I was lucid I saw several events followed by words

"The factory... The test... The outbreak... save them...Save them...SAVE THEM!

Shit just got real and I haven't even met the other three

The truth hurts

I woke up with some pain in the back of my head and I muttered in my half awake state "The factory..."

""Oh he's awake" twilight said

"What happened?" I asked still waking up

"Uh we had a bit of a miscommunication" twilight said

"Sorry bout that" an unknown voice said

Getting up I said "I don't believe we have met. I'm Noah"

"Howdy Noah" the voice said

I knew who it was the moment after she said that

"I'm Apple jack" she said with pride

"What did you think I was doing?" I asked

"I uh thought you were hurting my friends" she explained

"Oh well I don't blame you. I didn't exactly know I was coming of as intimidating"

"What was that you said?" She asked

"It's nothing" I said a little agitated

Before she could continue i looked at my bandages
They were at best torn and bloody

A small bit embarrassed I asked " uh do you think I could go to a tailor or something? These bandages are a bit...bloody"

Pinkie asks "why don't you just take them off?"

Never have I ever blushed so bad even with the lack of blood
"I would prefer not to" I say embarrassed
I continue " I need something to cover them up so I don't look...bloody"

Pinky chimed in "oooooh! oooh! I know! Why not go to rarity's shop?"

This wasn't a bad idea so I agreed and the four of went off to get me some clothes

I wonder if rainbow dash took my advice...

Meanwhile...

"I don't think I can work at the factory anymore" rainbow said

"WHAT why not?!" The hooded figure exclaimed

"I... I just got too close to things recently I need to stop"

The hooded figure hit rainbow dash

"You can't quit NOPONY CAN!" The hooded figure went on

That was the last straw "I'm done and that's final-I-I can't do it anymore."

Rainbow dash flew away

"YOU CANT ESCAPE THIS NO PONY CAN!"

The hooded figure thought about the betrayal
And got a devious plan "oh you will not go unpunished..." He said with a smirk

Meanwhile

Pinkie was bouncing around and started singing
"I'm sorry pinky but I'm not really in the mood for a song" I said
She frowned but it went as quickly as it came
My eye was itchy so I started to rub them
I felt VERY strange

"Sorry about earlier" Apple jack said

"It's ok mistakes happen" I say

We had just arrived at the shop and I could tell that rarity was arguing with someone
We opened the door and she stopped and said "come in" with quite some rage in her voice

The pony she was arguing with turning to leave saw me

"Oh my word!" The fancy pony said

I gave a wave and the pony looked at me in disgust

"How dare you!"

I was confused " I'm sorry what?"

"You think you deserve the privilege to talk to ME?!"

Nevermind fancy she is just being an ass

"Oh well well well we have somepony who-

I cut her off. I had enough
"You really think you can talk Down to me just because you are looking fancy?"

She gets pissd "you DARE interrupt me? I will have you exiled!"

So after all these years I finally have someone to stand up too? Good"

"I don't care what you wear what you look like or even if you have some sort of influence no part of that will matter if you think you can bully me. I have been waiting for this for fifteen years and I will not take anymore. LEAVE NOW"

For once I was intimidating and it worked
I don't know if it was the missing eye, the bloody bandage, or the fact I was atleast twice her height that set her off
Regardless she ran out in fear.

Apple jack, pinkie, and rarity started laughing
Rarity stopped when she saw me

"Oh my" rarity said

Twilight explained the situation and that I needed clothes
Rarity looked at me sizing me up
I could already tell This will be a long night

"A bit of a challenge but I think I got something perfect" rarity said with gusto

"Can I make a suggestion?" I asked

Rarity nodded

"I kinda want something casual, nothing too flashy" I said

"Ok I suppose I can work with that"

"Wait how am I going to pay for this? I have no money?"

"Oh no it's fine, I'm always ready to help a friend" she said with a smile

"It should be done in an hour but I will need him to measure" rarity explained

The others left and now I had to wait
While she was measuring me I asked a question
" who was the sno-Er pony you were fighting with?

She snickered and said "spoiled rich"

Ok now that was a good name for her
" charming one isn't she?" I said sarcastically

" she is just kind of a jerk" rarity said grinding her teeth

Rarity used magic to measure me and I got a bit spooked
Rarity looked confused and I had to explain the whole no magic thing

"Wow how did your ponys do it" she asked

"Well where I'm from its people not ponys, and have you ever heard the saying you never know what you have until it's gone?" Rarity nodded " well we never had it to begin with and as a result we lived on without it."

The conversation was starting to make us both feel uncomfortable but luckily rarity had finished

"Ok I'm done" she said

I was confused and said "but you didn't even make the clothes yet"

She looked at me confused and remembered the no magic explanation
She then giggled and said "could you stand up?"

I finally figured it out and said "oh" while standing up

She started cutting the threads and sewing them together in rhythm
The clothes wrapped around me and to my surprise it was like I was wrapped in a blanket

"Thank you rarity" I said finally having my wounds covered up

"It was no problem" rarity said

I looked like I just went home and got something from my dresser
For once I looked Casual as fuck

Now that I met rarity I could only think of one thing "the test" I tried thinking of what it could mean but then something crashed through rarity's window it was a jar of sorts that had...smoke? Oh crap
"RARITY RUN!" I screamed but to no avail she was out with me following a moment after

I had no idea if I had a dream or not I just woke up thinking about the story's again I thought of the only thing that was a creepypasta like this. I knew what was coming and I hauled ass faster then I've ever gone in my life

It's finally time for one of the big things
I'm excited and ready to type
But for now I need to take a break

I don't remember when I started running
All I do know is that the 6 needed help
Is this what the voice meant by save them?
Those words just wouldn't stop running through my mind
I only knew where to go by the screaming
Apple jack. Gone
Pinkie pie. Gone
Twilight sparkle. Gone
Rarity. Gone
There was another scream but it was also silenced I assumed flutershy?
It didn't matter as only one remains. rainbow dash
I saw her flying towards the screaming
And I followed suit

I somehow managed to catch up

"Rainbow dash!" I exclaimed

She ran up to me "what happened?!"

"The others are being kidnapped!" I exclaimed

We heard another scream and we raced towards it
I lagged behind and rainbow ran right into the trap
I got a good view of her being loaded onto the cart
And I now knew what to follow

I managed to catch up to the back and hide under the cart
It took flight
I wish I could regret this but I had no time for such a luxury
We were headed towards what seamed like a large metal box
I knew what it was but it was... Strange

We finally landed and they loaded the ponys into the box with me following suit
It was dark everywhere except the center where they put the ponys down
One hooded pony motioned the others to leave

The ponys horn lit up and 6 circles serounded the mane 6
Twilight finally woke up slowly getting up and examined the rings of magic
The others started waking up too
I knew where this was going and this was my chance
The pony started laughing maniacally
I grabbed it's back and threw myself back
Congratulations Noah you are the first ever person to suplex a pony
I was ready to fight
Unfortunately the pony fought dirty trapping me in a ring
"Where was I before being so rudely interrupted? Ah yes making an example
The ring around me tightened twilight screamed
It was painful and sudden
But I read the story. I was supposed to die
I kept standing
everyone looking at me in shock
I totally stole a line from a movie but I was in no position to give a fuck
"I'm not trapped in here with you. Your trapped in here with me!" I said
The pony threw a fire poker at me. I kept waking towards it
It was now panicking and used what I thought was a shield
During the commotion the pony forgot about the rings allowing the others to escape
I ran into the shield and just walked through it like a ghost
Never have I ever saw fear like that pony showed me as he started to bag for his life

"Down." I commanded
The pony droped on the floor and I just felt good
"No matter what or who you are no one deserves death"
I asked twilight if there was some sort of law enforcement
Shaking she replied "y-yes"

"Whoever they are you better believe what they have in store for you is much better then what I was going to do" I said to the pony on the ground

I had finally noteced the others "too much?" I asked

Some nodded

"Ok I'm going to tone it down a bit. Sorry" I explained

About ten minutes of silence went bye as we waited for the police they opened the door and saw the situation
Everything after that was kinda a blur I was going to pass out again... The pony smiled it had a backup.
Seeing this I snapped to attention and just left. much to the surprise of the pony
I shot a glance that could shatter glass and the pony... Fell asleep? I didn't exactly know what happened as I joined him quickly dropping where I stood.

I had a dream about my family. It was a nightmare
In the dream I lost everyone to an illness
The voice was back again

"You must rest little one"

" no" I said

"You are too weak to go on like this you are going to die"

"So what? I'm here for a good time not a long one"

Before the voice could object I woke up

I woke up in a bed
It took me a moment to realize I was in twilights house
I was still in the clothes rarity made. they felt like I was wearing nothing at all.
Food was on the mind and my stomach growled

"Well at least I'm up" I said to myself it was morning
I got out of bed and got ready to start the day
I felt like I was being watched
I looked behind me and there he was.
Spike

"Uh hi?" I said casually

Spike ran off probably to tell twilight about something
And that was exactly what he did twilight took a moment to get some paper and a feather pen
She started talking in the other room but I couldn't hear it
I took a closer look and saw spike writing down what twilight was saying
It sounded... Strange from a distance. Like she was singing.

She stopped after a while and finally approached me
"Morning" I said

Twilight looked worried "do you feel ok?"

"Why do you ask that?"

"You uh-" she said

She didn't have to finish I felt something brush against my leg and when I looked back I saw them
I was speechless. Twilight wasn't

"Your body couldn't handle the magic you gave out. And it needed to do something with that extra energy... So after you
Went into a coma your body rebuilt to better withstand magic and also gave you... Wings"

I tried to move them and they drew in and out
Felt... Natural. A little strange considering I was now half fucking bird
I tried to rise and it worked as easy as you would expect it to

"You should see rainbow dash. She can help you learn how to use them"

I left feeling... Powerful to say the least

So huh that's magic.

Wings. Why did it have to be wings?
Because I needed to do things with rainbow dash.
The longer I stay in this place just gets me wondering if this was some kid's crappy excuse for a story.
What's next? I have no clue. But I do know that I am going to lose it if the next pony I meet is Edgier then a knife made of razor blades. I am not even trying to hide how I look anymore. I have simply ran out of fucks to give.
At least the wings are kinda see-through. Reminds me of a pearl.
I finally made it around to sugar cube corrner. Time for a detour.
As usual the detour immediately ended with me trying not to lose it.
It was the worlds oldest spoiled brat
The very fact she had guards around her reminded me how I scared her
Naturally she hid behind the guard
Everyone can change.

"Hi spoiled" I said approaching her

"Stay back you-you"

"I would like to apologize for what happened" I said sincerely

The guard stepped in my way
"Sir I must ask you to leave" the guard said

"Fine" I said grinding my teeth

I left with a sigh and a heel turn
It was worth a try.
I made my way into pinkie's shop

"Hello?" I called into the empty store
The next moment was a blur as I was immediately thrown into a hug

"Yaaaay you woke up!" The bouncing pink pony said
I was trying to ignore the fact that she practically had me in a choke hold

" nice to see you too" I managed to squeeze out
I had to focus on my goal for today.

"Pinkie could you-" I didn't even finish and she was already drawing a map

"Could you come over here for a second?" She said while bouncing around
I took a step behind the counter and noteced a score board underneath it
One had my name on it and there were many other names. I tried to ignore it

"Done!" The pink pony said showing me the map
I was shocked and it showed me an exact route to rainbow dash
It was so detailed I could have sworn it was like gps

"Th-thanks" I said with surprise

I looked back up and she was gone.
I looked around but I needed time to prepare for telling rainbow about my... Predicament.
I left following the map all the way to Apple jack's farm.

Apple jack was shouting at someone
"It needs to be a bit lower!"

Again the next moment was a blur as I saw a cloud practically teleport down and start raining
I was aw struck at the sheer speed it was done in
It took a moment but Apple jack noticed me.
Rainbow dash beat her to the punch and flew right beside me

"Nice of you to join us" she said casually
She was looking much better than the last time I saw her

" nice of you to take my advice" I finally said

Apple jack was finally done with the running

"Nice o you to finally turn up" she said not even fazed by the run

"Heh I guess I'm kinda a deep sleeper but that's besides the point"
I looked at rainbow dash with a serious face

"I need your help with... Uh." I said having trouble explaining

"With what?" Apple jack said

I sigh and finally flex out my wings

"With these" I said with purpose

The shock value in the two of them was surprising to say the least
Rainbow dash flew up and apple jack sidestepped so hard she slid away from me tearing up the ground

"Are those real?!" Rainbow said getting up in my face

I blushed and that spoke volumes
" I need help learning how to fly"
That sounded so weird but it was what needed to be said

I tried to rise a bit and although I was a bit unsteady I was airborne
Apple jack was stunned
Of course disaster struck
"The barn is on fire!" A big red pony shouted while running towards the barn

As if on instinct my wings brought me back to ground level and I started running to the barn with apple jack
Rainbow was looking for anyone who was stuck in the barn Apple jack was breaking down the support that fell and I was doing nothing.

I felt weird again
There was a scream from inside
I blinked and the screaming got closer
I snapped out of it and realized I was in the barn
I had no time for questions I looked around and found the source of the screaming
A small pony was trapped under a flaming support.
I ran over to the pony who was noticeably smaller then the rest
I tried lifting the beam but it wouldn't go high enough to let the pony out
Guess we are testing my wings Via Trial by fire
I tried lifting the support again but this time with assistance of my wings the pony managed to escape the fire
Apple jack and the big red pony finally got the door open
I had no clue what to do now so I just went around moving supports out of the way
I had gotten an idea

"Rainbow!" I shouted "you need to make a rainstorm inside the barn!"

The bright blue blur took action and what was once a raging inferno was now just gone
After the fire stopped the clouds cleared and we could finally look at the damage
I left to go outside and I was greeted by the small pony I saved

"Thank you mister!"

That was all I could hear before I fell down to blackout

The voice was back

"How did you know to wake up and go to the barn?" The voice asked

"I didn't."
I continued

"I don't know who you are but let me get one thing clear. I'm here for a good time. Not a long one"

I woke up back in twilights house
I wasn't even on the bed
I woke up halfway there being carried by a strange force
It was twilight trying to get me into the bed

I managed to break free on accident and fell face first into the hard floor

Twilight was spooked and set up a some sort of spell

"Ow" I said picking myself up off of the floor
And of course there was a new addition to my body. Great.
My hand was now covered by a gauntlet made of crystal.

Twilight looked at me and stared blushing

She had some explaining to do

It's finally time to get some unexpected ally's involved
And kick off the part where magic happens

Twilight had some explaining to do about the large slab of crystal that is now my hand.
I would not take no for an answer.

I asked what it was and other basic questions but I got nothing in return
She looked... Confused

Something was up and now I had to take control for once
I began looking through the books to see if I could find anything on crystal hands.
Of course since I was the only human in this place I didn't find anything
I began looking for spike thinking he could help me find something.
But he was gone too and since he never leaves without twilights command
This twilight could be... Nah I needed more proof

About a moment later I saw the stuff of nightmares
Twilight was under the ladder and was being held down with a green glow
Of all days to finally encounter these fucks they chose... Poorly

Turning back around I saw the fake locking the door
I took the chance to hide behind the bookshelf and get the one thing he will never see coming
Knowledge. I threw a book to the side as a distraction and the fake took the bait
At least I found a good use for the crystal gauntlet as it started burying into the back of the fake's head
With this twilight was free and she took a moment to walk over to the fake

"Are you ok?"I asked
She nodded and started looking for something
A closet.
And now after that encounter I could ask the real questions
"How long was it pretending to be you" I said looking at the creature
It's disguise faded away and in its place was a bug-like creature

"About an hour" she said out of breath
She took a few steps towards her room
She collapsed.

"Crap"

"Uh Noah?" Spike asked

"What is it spike?"

"A little help please?" He asked from the closest

I opened the door and out came spike

"What was all the commotion? Spike asked before finding it out himself
"Oh"
Really? That was all he could say to the giant bug?

"Could you take care of twilight? I have to... Well get help for this thing" I said looking at it
I could tell I got it good. It was still breathing. But it needs some serious help if it was going to make it
I unlocked the door and then was greeted with Apple jack and flutershy entering the house.

"Wow you woke up quick this-" she stopped and flutershy gasped when they saw twilight and the faker

"I need some help with this" I said

We carried twilight into her bed to rest and now all we had left was to figure out what to do with the bug

"If we are going to interrogate it or something. It needs help now"
It was pretty severe and I really thought I might have done it in
And I felt horrible.
It was all finally getting to me and I started tearing up
Only 17 and already a killer
Or I would be if it wasn't for the gauntlet
The thing was made with health in mind as the giant dent in its head started to fix itself
I stopped crying and just looked at it with disbelief
Nevertheless I still broke something.
when it finally got up It was about as friendly as pinkie
"Hi" the creature said with joy

"Ok I guess I did still break something" I said with a sigh

"What is it anyway" I asked

"Changelings" Apple jack said

The changeling looked around a bit confused

"Where am I?" It asked

Oh god it's much worse then I thought

"What's the last thing you remember?" I asked

The changeling opened its mouth but shut it when it didn't have an answer
It started to panic
"I can't remember!" It said and it started pacing

"Amnesia" I stated
So much for that interrogation
Flutershy started trying to trigger anything it would remember

"If it doesn't remember anything is it really that dangerous?" I asked Apple jack

"I wouldn't trust it" Apple jack stated
Sorry but that would be some advice I would need to ignore
As strange as it looked I couldn't just leave it
I had done this
This was my fault
I needed to help it

"Did you get anything?" I asked flutershy

She shook her head

I asked the changeling "would it be ok if I just give you a nickname until you remember yours?"

It nodded and I was ready to shoot ideas

"How about Sam?" I suggested

"Yeah I like that one ok I'm Sam" it said finally having a sense of identity

"Nice to meet you Sam. I'm Noah" I said intoducing myself

It started changing

It was a strange transformation
Eyes shifted bones rearranged
I shuddered and Sam looked like a pony

Sam had left the building
Good we had a changeling on the loose

I was angry and frustrated after Sam just leaving
I threw a book at the wall in rage and afterwards I noticed three things:
One: the book made a dent in the wall
Two: twilight's books are really durable
Three: I had never picked up a book

I felt week and started to blackout again...

Meanwhile

It was a cold winter in Canada only second to the shock of having your brother torn away from you in front of your eyes
About a month had passed. Trends coming and going the new thing in America was apparently getting out into the mountains. Our parents had been gone on a vacation when it happened
I was going to bed and on it was.. I don't even know it was gone as soon as it came leaving only one object to prove it was even real. A necklace and a note I sat down to read it before bed
It read:
"Dear Brendan

I am sorry for what you have witnessed that fateful night
I am willing to let you atleast communicate with your brother

With care; sugar"

I put on the necklace as it looked pretty cool
I felt very tired

I fell asleep feeling... Strange

Another dream but this one feels more...interactive
I heard the voice again.

"You are doing well. But there is more work to do." The voice stated

"The day you were brought here had some...unexpected events."

That's putting it mildly considering that I had two eyes at the start of this.

"And as a result of your actions I believe you deserve a chance to communicate with a loved one" the voice explained
I got excited. I have been through hell and no one knows about it. Finally someone I know I can talk to.

"The one who saw the traumatizing event will work"
Oh god I have completely forgotten about Brendan.

"You will have twenty minutes. And afterwards you can talk anytime whilst you rest."

There he was. He just popped into existence and I was already running
He had no idea what was going on or what this place was.
I didn't care as I ran up and hugged my little brother

"Noah?!" He asked with surprise

I nodded and he just looked at me in disbelief

"Twenty minutes starts now" the voice stated

Brendan looked around confused
He then saw the bloody, changed version of his brother

"What... What have..." He said trying to understand

I simply nodded and said "I have been through a few problems"

"Dude you look like you just went into one of those fantasy shops and-" he stopped suddenly when he noticed the wings

"WHAT IN THE FUCK ARE THOSE?!"

I spent the next ten minutes trying to explain magic.
I don't think he got it

The voice spoke up this time talking to Brendan

"You have been gifted with an artefact that will allow cross world communication"

The necklace Brendan was wearing started glowing

"Time grows short and your twenty minutes is up"

There was so much more to say but everything started going blurry as I left the place
I was waking up.
Fuck my life.

With this you and Noah will feel tired
This is how you will know it is working
If others discover the necklace. You could lose all communication with Noah
Not even your closest friends should know
Not even your family
If you truly believe that someone else close to you has a pure soul

Only one last thing came to mind as Brendan fell asleep

I started opening my eyes again.
Woke up to twilight doing...?
I really don't know but something was in wrong

At least I could finally ask about the gauntlet

"What did I miss this time?"

Twilight jumped and it was clear she didn't know I was awake

"Oh you're awake already?" She asked still started

"Nevermind that. What's up?"

"A strange artifact and a note appeared beside you while you were out"
She continued
"The note is written in a strange language I'm having trouble deciphering" she said with a bit of salt
I got up to take a look at the note much to her disarray

"Good luck with that" she said agitated

It was written in English. My speciality

It read:

Dear Noah
Like your brother I am also giving you a artifact so you know when he wants to talk
Take care not to allow others to contact your world
It is of absolute importance that you keep your world safe

It's from sugar. The one who put me in this place
The voice. The visions.
Was all of it her doing?

Twilight looked at me with a smug look

"I told you it would be hard." She said

"I understand the note. It's in English"
I had trouble pronouncing the word.
Looks like I made a new word that already exists

"What's uh... What's English?" She said with difficulty

I explained that was the language that I was born with and learned
I wouldn't have expected her to figure it out without me as it really shouldn't have been here

I took a look at the necklace.
It looked like one of those cheep ripoff necklaces that had a yin and yang symbol on it
I only had yin. I'm assuming Brendan has yang.

I put on the necklace and finally asked the big question

"what is the thing on my hand?"

"It's an outsource of magic that really only appears on extremely powerful beasts. At least in terms of magic"

My eyes went wide with surprise
She knew what I was thinking

"Yes Noah. In theory you can create magic."

That was by far the craziest thing I ever heard
I was ecstatic to see what I could do

Twilight motioned me to follow her

"Now Noah I want you to do a test to see what we are working with."

I nodded as she pointed towards a book

"I want you to focus on moving this book up and down"

I focused on the book for a moment as my had started glowing as bright as the sun
I moved my hand up and the book shot through the roof
Twilight jumped back in surprise I lowered my hand slowly and the book returned
It was like watching a rock be thrown and then start falling down as light as a feather

As the book finally made contact with the table my hand stopped glowing

"Sorry about the roof" I said with a nervous laugh

Twilight had no response still looking at the book in disbelief

The book looked like it was untouched In fact it was still dusty

I had to snap twilight out of it. So I poked her in the side

For her It was like I had just broke the universe

She could only stare

Ok it was getting me worried

"Are you ok twilight" I asked nothing

My hand was still glowing and I still felt the power

I made it stop and then practically everything restarted

Twilight was confused and a large amount of dust just exploded on the floor near the hole in the roof

She finally stopped starring and then looked Around

It sounded like a stampede happened

The door opened

It was Apple jack and flutershy

"What was that!?" Apple jack questioned

Twilight fainted

I ran over to her body
I gave her a poke

She woke up instantly

She shuddered and then asked

"What are you?"

I myself don't know anymore

I don't remember much of what happened after I broke time
It's ok now I think but I just don't feel well knowing that all I have to do is raise my hand.
I need to figure this out before I seriously hurt someone.
The last thing twilight said before I left is just haunting

That question is getting too hard to answer
After about two minutes of blindly running I really don't know where I am
Lots of trees. Probably a forest of some sort
For once I detest the horrible screaming of silence
I'm not even sure how to control my powers
I heard a twig snap and I turned around
I see a pair of eyes looking at me
The look in those eyes were just purely savage
Whatever it was had clearly expected something different but it was clear that whatever it was it was desperate
I guess I fit the description of injuried and tired as the smell of my blood was just...rancid. Ew
I wasn't about to just take shit after what I just did

"Piss off" I said with feeling

Good choice of words as it left leaving a short growl
I continued towards a clearing in the forest
It was a path that looked well worn only showing hints of a trail

"Fuck it. Fuck it all" I said following the trail

The trees started getting more... Damaged as I went
If I had any fucks to give I would even go as far to say they were looking extra spooky
About 20 minutes later I was getting kind of hungry again and this time I have to get it my self
Most of the plant life was trees and bushes so I started looking for fruit

"Jackpot!" I exclaimed with joy
Found some berry bush with blue berrys
I stuffed my face full of the berrys and they tasted pretty good
I pocketed extras for later also hoping they wouldn't go bad quickly
After another few minutes of walking I saw the creature from before again
It looked like a wolf that was covered in wood. It was scrawny and was probably looking for food
My how the tables have turned.
I stepped on a twig and initiated what was the exact encounter we had the first time
Only difference was this time we swapped places
It was whimpering and was clearly going to starve
I saw four options:

One: I simply leave and risk a ambushe later
Two: I confront the wolf and risk a fight
Three: I attack first and go for broke
Four: I leave the wolf food and while it's distracted I walk away

Four sounded better and chances were that the berrys would spoil soon
I stepped into the vision of the wolf and it was clearly not happy
I reached into my pocket and dropped a pile of berrys
I backed away slowly as to let it think
I started walking away to the sound of one very happy wolf
I finally got to a point of interest. A bridge that has seen some better days
I proceeded with caution
I was about halfway across the bridge when I heard a noise
A large snap echoed through the air as I slowly turned around...
It was the wolf from earlier with its wooden coat party stained blue.
Good news was I made a wolf friend. Bad news was the bridge was not that supportive of my new friend
The boards under the wolf gave way. Taking the wolf with it.
I managed to grab the paw of the wolf and it just freaked out
I was pulling as hard as I could when the bridge threatened to give way
I got an idea. I let go and raised my hand
Time stopped and now I could work my magic
I lifted the wolf up and over to the other side of the bridge
I restarted time after crossing the bridge myself
The wolf looked around with the curiosity of a kitten
The gauntlet for some reason wasn't glowing like it did the first time
It was more on the level of a glow stick
The wolf was just bounding around with energy
Despite everything it was waging its tail and really just having a grand time
I gave him a boop on the nose and as I looked into those eyes I knew I wanted to keep him
Ok and now the hard part. An actually good name
"Allen?"
The wolf looked at me confused
"Doc?"
The wolf barked and I guess that meant yes?
"Ok doc. If you like it, I'm good with it."
The trail was getting bigger almost like it was foreshadowing
Doc stopped and started whimpering
"What's wrong buddy?" I asked with concern
It was almost like he couldn't move forward
I tried to comfort the wolf
Petting and attempting to groom its wood coat
My gauntlet was getting brighter and started glowing brighter
I gave doc a boop on the nose and then he started glowing
He took a few steps forward almost as if he was testing something
His peppy aditude returned and we went on with doc glowing a bit
The path lead to what looked like the remains of a castle
The gauntlet was getting almost blindingly bright
Doc was walking cautiously
After ten minutes of exploration doc stopped
I had not noticed this as I was practically blind thanks to my gauntlet
Then it all stopped
I finally could get my surroundings
It was a big room and way on the other side was six large stones and a throne
As I walked towards the stones my hand felt weird
My gauntlet looked like a rave swapping colours
Blue...green...violet...red...yellow...light blue...
The rate of change in the gauntlet was ramping up as I got close to the stones
By the time I was at the circle of stones the gauntlet was going so fast that the colours started to blend
I stepped in the middle of the stones and the gauntlet gave a bright flash of white
It was like a ripple of colours as the stones started glowing
The violet one was glowing surprising more then the rest
I heard a gasp and turned around
Twilight was right behind me with the others following

"The elements!" Was all twilight could say before the violet stone floated to her
One by one the elements approached. Surprisingly out of order
Magic...kindness...loyalty...laughter...generosity...honesty...doc?
Doc began flying towards me glowing white
He was set down gently beside me

"Doc?!"

Apple jack spoke up
"What's a timberwolf doing here?"
Pinkie collapsed with rainbow dash following
Apple jack and rarity were next

"What's going on?!" Twilight spoke

Her and flutershy collapsed

Doc and I collapsed

How many times have I been unconscious?
At this point it's getting ridiculous
I would have been out for longer but doc had better plans
I woke up with a face full of slobber

"Bleh! Doc! No! Stop!" I said trying to clean my face
The substance was kinda sticky almost like tree sap
After assaulting me with slobber, doc decided he had better things to do
He left me to go towards the others
I was focused on cleaning my face and in the process I ruined the shirt rarity made
Poor girl is going to lose it when she-

"GAH! STOP!" Rainbow cried out
She took a few steps and then went out again
Doc repeated the process with pinkie

"HeheheGummystopple-HAHAHEHA"

To spare the others the wrath of doc I whispered into twilights ear

"Twilight you and your friends are going to be late-" I didn't get any further then that before she sprang up and started panicking

The result was an uproar that caused everyone to wake up

"Omygoshhowcouldibesoforgetfulontodayofall-"

I cleared my throat grabbing the attention of everyone

"Anyone have a clue about exactly what happened?" I asked

Doc gave out a bark and started walking.
He looked back to see if we were following.

"Ok lead the way doc" I said

The others looked at me confused

"And who in the hey is doc?" Apple jack asked

I explained how I gave doc blueberries and how he took a liking to me as we followed doc
We entered a room that was absolutely gigantic.
It looked like a court room, as the last if the six entered the room the entrance disappeared.
the gauntlet gave off a bright flash and when it was over it was like the room exploded with colour.
It was now day.

"Ok exactly what happened?" I asked the group
Twilight went wide eyed and proceeded to bow
The others did the same
Twilight nudged me

"Well this was... Unexpected" a voice from behind me called out

I turned around and got a view of the princess
The white coloured one had her head tilted with a look of curiosity on her face

"Well then" was all I could say
I had no idea exactly how to go about this so I just stood there looking like an idiot
Twilight nudged me again and I took a bow
Doc was hiding behind me

"I do believe introductions are in order" I said trying to keep calm

"Very well. I am princess celestia and you are?"

"My name is Noah" I responded

Ponys with some sort of armour walked into the room

"Princess, prince blueblood has requested to-"
He stopped when he noticed me and doc

"Is this a bad time?" He asked

I shrugged and looked at celestia
She sighed and said
"Tell him its granted but it will have to wait"

The guard nodded and left looking back at me

"Ok I guess we should get started" I said hoping things would speed up

"Yes we should. Might I ask what exactly are you noah?"

"I'm a human" I said dryly

"Why is that timberwolf hiding behind you?"

Doc stated shaking
I gave him a boop on the nose and he stopped and went back to normal
Celestia got up from the stand and started getting closer
She stopped when my gauntlet started to glow
I was just pulling up a chair but she went slack jawed

"What's wrong?" I asked while sitting down

"It is like the entirety of the crystal empire got together and all moved the castle" she said resuming her walk towards us

"But how? All I did was move a chair" I stated
She finally got to us and continued inspecting me

"I am going to perform a test to see your magic feedback" she said with her horn glowing

The gauntlet and my wings started glowing

After about a minute the glowing stopped

"Sorry for the discomfort" she said apologetically

"What discomfort?" I asked

Twilight interjected " I have done a few tests to see how his body would react and it appears that before he got the gauntlet he was completely magic blind

I nodded and used my wings to hover a bit

"Ok I haven't been using these much but I can definitely see why you fly everywhere rainbow"

Rainbow dash smiled and said
"You know it!"

Celestia was looking at doc and preformed what I assumed was the same test with me
Doc started glowing white
I landed and noteced something glowing brighter on doc
It was a strange engraving that looked like a tree
Doc barked and let out a bright flash
After it cleared the stones were back
Doc walked over to me and started laying down
Doc looked exhausted
The stones started glowing the colours again
My gauntlet started with the flashing colours too
The gauntlet reacted to the stones
I poked the stone that had a mark that looked like Apple jacks cutie mark
Apple jack started glowing
The rest were astounded but I was just fixated on the stones
I poked all of them and the six were all glowing
Doc took a step towards me and the tree engraved on doc had branches leading out
They had the six cutie marks of the elements
Plus one.
A yin and yang symbol was on the crown of the tree
The marks started moving as if swaying in the wind
The yin symbol fell from the top of the tree and hit the ground
The small black dot fell out and the symbol started rising up
It stopped in the middle
I gave doc a hug
I felt confused as to what it meant
The gauntlet was going absolutely crazy
It was glowing bright and shining brighter then the sun
I went to a nearby window and opened it up
I aimd my hand away from the others
I closed my eye
And felt a hoof on my back
I thought I was alone
I was wrong
Twilight gave me a hug?
The others joined quickly
It was nice to be there
The hug stopped and the group lined up
I followed and saw that they were crying
Why?
They turned towards the stones and each went outside
Doc nudged me and I saw the yin symbol was now on a branch
I took a step outside
And evryone just let loose
The tears were almost flooding the room
The gauntlet started glowing and I knew what I had to do
Using all the power I could muster I slammed my arm down
It was time
I had drawn there attention and the tears stopped

"What did you all see" I asked

They didn't have time answer
They couldn't answer
It didn't matter if they did
I was not there anymore

I had been tranquillized
I woke up on a carriage being pulled towards a factory
I could have used my magic to break out but this was exactly what I needed to happen
Like it or not. I was willingly going to the rainbow factory
I just hope the story was exaggerated

large scratches over the walls of the frozen factory remain timeless. Reading simply “why?”

Well I now have an answer. It’s been a while since I left this place but in the end I can still see the gaurds in the other room...dead and brutally beaten.

Though I’m not the person I once was when I entered this wretched facility I can safely say that this has been abandoned.

I haven’t been called Noah in years...just hearing that name brings back memorys.
