Steel Tempest is a pegasus stallion who has a strange interest in colts. His coltfriend, Quartz Poker, is an earth pony who is unaware of his companion's interests. Steel decides to make Quartz aware by dragging him straight in to the craziness other ponies have whispered about.

Steel uses potions to alter Quartz's mind, then turns him into a sex-obsessed colt for Steel's enjoyment.
