You Would Fight For Us, Would You?

"Alright Scoots, look around! We'll get ya anything you want." Rainbow Dash said.

"D-Dashie, I need to go grocery shopping..." Fluttershy said.

"Okay. You take the card, I'll use the cash." Rainbow Dash said, handing Fluttershy the card. "I'll stay with Scoots, we'll meet at home?" She asked.

"Sure. See you later..." Fluttershy said, giving Rainbow Dash a tiny kiss on her cheek.

Scootaloo looked away and blushed as to not ruin their moment.

Fluttershy walked away, going to the supermarket.

Rainbow Dash grabbed Scootaloo's hand. "Let's find you a new scooter. If you see something that catches your eye, tell me!" She said.

"A-Are you sure I can get anything?" Scootaloo asked uneasily as they walked.

"Scoots, trust me. I haven't seen you in ages! It's been almost two years and I missed your birthday! I need to make it up to ya!" Rainbow Dash said.

"Uh... O-Okay..." Scootaloo said.

As they walked around East City, Scootaloo saw some things she had wanted for a while now. However, she didn't speak up.

Rainbow Dash knew some of things Scootaloo wanted and was a little confused when Scootaloo didn't say anything.

"Hey Scoots, isn't that a bag you've wanted?" Rainbow Dash asked, pointing at the bag.

"Huh?... Oh!... I uh... I have wanted it..." Scootaloo said.

"Then let's get it!" Rainbow Dash said, walking over to the store.

"D-Dash, you don't have to get it!" Scootaloo said.

"Hey, I said I'd get ya anything! If you don't want those kids breaking stuff, then put it in your bag!" Rainbow Dash said, entering the store dragging Scootaloo along.

"But it's really expensive!" Scootaloo said.

"I don't care!" Rainbow Dash said, grabbing the bag. She noticed a scooter too. "You want that scooter?" She asked.

"I... I guess, but you don't need to get it!" Scootaloo said.

Rainbow Dash did not heed Scootaloo's call and got the scooter with a black helmet.

Rainbow Dash walked over to the cashier. "How much for it?" She asked, taking her wallet out.

"200 zeni." The cashier said.

Rainbow Dash handed the cashier 200 zeni.

"Thank you, come again." The cashier said.

Rainbow Dash handed the bag and the scooter to Scootaloo. "Here." She said.

Scootaloo took the bag and scooter in surprise.

"Well?" Rainbow Dash asked as they left the store.

Scootaloo almost cried. Nobody had ever done something so nice for her.

"Hey, don't cry! We still have the rest of the day ahead of us!" Rainbow Dash said. "Now why don't ya wear that helmet and ride that scooter you have there?" She asked.

Scootaloo wiped her eyes. "S-Sure!" She said, putting on her helmet. She stood on her scooter.

Rainbow Dash began to run. "Catch up!" She said.

Scootaloo grinned and tried to go full speed on the scooter to keep up with Rainbow Dash.

The two raced, having a lot of fun.

Rainbow Dash finally stopped running, and Scootaloo was exhausted. They arrived at a nice burger restaurant, Scootaloo's favorite.

"Let's eat here." Rainbow Dash said. "Don't worry about the scooter, I'll keep it safe." She added.

The two went inside the place and sat down at a table.

"Well, you can run pretty far." Rainbow Dash said, grinning.

"I guess." Scootaloo said.

"Well, you seem exhausted." Rainbow Dash chuckled.

"I joined the soccer team to make me stronger..." Scootaloo said.

"Well, who's the new captain?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Soarin." Scootaloo said. "He keeps saying you left him in charge." She added.

"Well, he's a liar. I really hate that guy." Rainbow Dash said.

"What? I thought you loved the Wonderbolts?" Scootaloo asked.

"Not anymore. He disgusts me. You wanna know what he did?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"What?" Scootaloo asked.

"He beat Fluttershy up for wanting to ask me out!" Rainbow Dash said.

"W-Wow... Well, when you punched him, I'm sure you felt good." Scootaloo said.

"How'd you know I did that?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"It was the gossip at the time." Scootaloo said.

"Gossip... Oh, that reminds me, how are Applejack and the gang?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Other than they're going to college, they kinda broke up." Scootaloo said.

Rainbow Dash was about to press further, but the waiter had come.

"Hello. Have you decided what you wanted?" He asked.

"Yeah, I'll have a medium rare cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and onion." Rainbow Dash said.

"I'll have the same..." Scootaloo said.

"Alright. Anything to drink for you two?" The waiter asked.

"Water." Rainbow Dash said.

"Can I get a cola Dash?" Scootaloo asked.

"Sure. A cola for her." Rainbow Dash said.

The waiter nodded. "I will be back momentarily." He said.
