An inventor, looking to renew his broken marriage with his wife, decides to go on a “second honeymoon” at a cheap motel, but ends up trapped in a supernatural fight for his life against an encroaching state of hypothermia. Sealed inside their room, and at the shaky whim of a dark overseer, they must do their best to stave off the impending cold--else they fade like the heat that slowly seeps from their bodies.
