Nearly six years have past since two unlikely friends arrived at the Crystal Empire, Spyro a legendary dragon among his kind and Cynder a dragoness with a dark past and abilities, together they and the ponies of Equestria saved their beloved world from a tyrant named Shadow, a black dragon from the dragon realm and an old foe of the dragons. Though they didn't do it alone as they brought Allan, a warrior who has defeated the tyrant many times before he arrived here in Equestria. During the six years the cities that were captured were rebuilt by order of Princess Luna, and as the matter with the Princesses, having nearly costing not just Cynder and her first clutch their lives but almost losing the war Celestia has stepped down for a while but will continue to raise and lower the sun and hold court with her Sister Luna. They also made special portals in each kingdom, that lead to the kingdome they wanted, Cadence had a pink one, Twilight a purple one, and Luna a blue one.The princess of the night has made trips around to see how rebuilding was coming, how those who lost loved ones were holding up, and helping her was Princess Cadence and the elements of harmony. The months the changelings were in charge was hard for many ponies to live, but over the years things started returning back to normal, during the years, Cadence would go to the dragon realm with gifts from the friends Spyro and Cynder made while they were here. Her book on dragons grew and know she had two books on dragons, and told Luna that she got to be in a class taught by Allan in the temple in the Blue Mountains, infact she has shared many of her studies with her family and the night princess. Now that things were calm Cadence told her family her plans.

"I plan on going to the dragon realm for at least a month or two, see the dragon city, Warfang, the other temple and much more, and from what I hear the Northern Kingdom is similar to our Empire."

"Sounds like fun, and don't worry about us we'll handle things here." Shining said kissing his wife.

"Thanks, I'm off to tell Luna my plan so she can luminate the portal." With that the princess of love walked for the portal room and walked through the blue portal as if it was a normal doorway.

Inside the castle of harmony, Twilight was trying to get the girls in on a plan to visit the dragons, but because Allan said that Twilight shouldn't for various reasons made her all the more determined to see the dragon world. "So tonight we sneak to the Crystal Empire, wait for Cadence to open the portal and jump in after her."

The girls all avoided eye contact. "Twi, we know you want to see their world and we would all like ta see our friends but to do something so..so...deivish it's not like ya at all."

"AJ is right. We miss them but to sneak into their world, against Allan's orders, the dude scares me, ME! Rainbow Dash!"

"Rainbow Dash is right darling, and have you forgotten we all have families to attend to and jobs as well? We simple can't vanish, I would be leaving Kyle to maintain the shop and look after GemStone. Applejack would be leaving her family and so on." Rarity said.

"Fine I'll go alone."

"What and leave us behind not funny Twilight." Pinkie pouted.

"Will its get left behind or come with me."

Everypony looked at each other then back to Twilight. "Give us time to say goodbye to our family and explain what is going on." Fluttershy said.

"Done meet me here in two hours then we're off."

The girls nodded and left for their homes.

Going to her boutique, Rarity came home to a purple-grey pesgasus, with green eyes and and a purple mane and tail, they embraced each other, sharing a kiss before a small white pegasus with a dark blue mane and tail, violet eyes and purple tipped feathers came between them. The fashion pony explained her situation to her family and they agreed she should go if only to make sure Twilight doesn't get into trouble. At Sweet Apple Acers Applejack came home to her entire family, two small fillies came running up to her a light orange with a blue mane and tail with blue eyes, and a white one with a blond mane and tail with green eyes. Hector gave her a tender kiss, Applebloom and her coltfriend, Big Macintosh and his wife, granny Smith sat in her chair and Applejack explained and they said go and watch over her friend. Pinkie and Rainbow were at Sugar Cube Corner, where their families were hanging out, Rainbow and Quibble Pants had three kids, twins, one had a tangerine with a red stripe mane and tail, with blue eyes the other had black, blue and a purple stripe mane and tail, with RD eyes the third and the youngest looked a lot like her mother. Pinkie and Cheees sandwich had triplets, a blue, red, and a dark pink one and the said the same as the other families.

At the castle Twilight was alone as Spike and Sweetybelle were on a date, Zephyr and the kids were seeing her parents for the weekend, she planned on how they should go by this, the portal can be opened only at night and on a specific moon which so happens to be tonight's moon. Deep down she only wanted to go to the dragons land to talk to Cynder, even though it's been six years something in the back of her mind kept nagging at her to try to amend wounds. The day grows late and every pony was ready for their sneaky plan to enter the Crystal Empire, teleporting them, Twilight and the girls hid in a bush and waited. Night and Luna has lit the area and Cadence spoke the incantation, opening the portal, walking in the girls rushed for the portal before it could close on them. Unlike the vortex that hurled Spyro and Cynder into their world this one was more of a walkway, before they knew it they came out of the portal and tackled Cadence.

"Twilight what are you..." Cadence growled before she was intrupted by an earth shattering roar. Looking ahead of them was a battle field, ice dragons and dragons that were not mentioned to Cadence, they looked at each other with dread. Looking out into the field they that they saw someone familiar, standing 5'11" dressed in a heavy cotton coat that reached his ankles, leather breast plate and pauldrons, three leather belts near, on his waist, metal arm guards with dark brown leather gloves, brown leather and white pants, leather on the knees and outside, the white on the inside. A forty four inch longsword, hand and a half handle wrapped in black leather, it wasn't the same sword they remembered. Turning he sliced off one of the other dragons head off, spinning around he took the head and upper jaw off of another. Then the girls let out a blood curling scream as a massive snake like dragon reared up and hissed at them. Black scales green spikes along its body, a hood like a cobras, two long fangs sticking out of its maw, long claws on each finger.

Spinning around Allan saw the ponies, looking up he whistled then pointed to the ponies. As the snake dragon raised its head a green mist started to seep out of its mouth, but it faded as a purple ball exploded on the back of its head, and the next thing the girls saw was a purple dragon land in front of them. Growling the dragon flared his wings, but the larger dragon seemed unfazed. "Any time Casi." The dragon said and soon a grey dragon with a long body, silver scales, and a dark grey back tackled the snake like dragon.

"Follow me now!" The purple dragon shouted as he ran off, the ponies right behind him, charging an ice bomb, the dragon fired it skyward and an opening presented itself in the wall they ran for. Skidding to a stop he ushered the mares inside, once all seven were in the opening closed and all the could hear was the battle outside, but inside they saw many wounded dragons getting treated, tents set up around the area, it was a military base camp. Hours past before the warriors came inside.

"Tend to your wounds, then we will collect the dead and bury them, we will give them all a proper burial after the war. Nurse how many healing crystals do we have?" Allan shouted.

"Four that's barely enough to heal two dragons fully ."

"Shit. Ok I will need a stealth team to gather more from the gardens." Allan looked around. "Where is general Brody?"

"Bed six, his injuries are sever."

Allan cursed again then his gaze turn to the purple dragon and motioned his head, pointing at the mares, walking up to them was none other then Spyro.

"Spyro!" The girls shouted and hugged him, but he didn't return the hug. "It's good to see you."

"Wish I can say the same." The girls backed away.

"What do you mean darling?" Rarity asked

"You just entered a war zone, and nearly got killed if it wasnt for me and Casi. Had the circumstances been different the I would happy to see all of you." He growled

Now that they see him, he has grown a lot since his stay in Equestria, know he was almost at Terrador's shoulders, without his horns, the rings on them now had small points on them. He was much longer then last time as well, he has a few scars on his left front leg and shoulder, his wings had small tears in them, five shoulder fins and two cheek spikes on each cheek, that also has a pointed ring. And for him to see the girls its as if they never aged a day, they looked almost same as before, Twilight has dark purple tips on her wings now.

Walking up to them was Allan, dressed in his winter armor, "What the hell are you doing here?" He asked so calmly but his voice had hint of acid to it. "This is no place for any of you, I don't care that you all came but to enter a war zone you should have turned back."

"The portal closed before we got the chance, what is going on? When did this all start?"

"Follow me." Spyro and the girls followed Allan as they walked through the city of ice, every building was ice, dragons wondered the streets, many came up to Spyro to greet him, hug him or kiss him on the cheek, and every dragon was an ice dragon. Coming to a large castle they walked through the doors, up an arched stair case, through a large hall with many arch ways taking a right turn then left then they arrived at the throne room. Sitting on the throne was an ice dragoness, ice blue scales, white underside, horns the look connected to her face, two that curl upwards, and two that point back, with a curl to them, piercing blue eyes, feathered wings, spine fins running from her head to where her tail connects to her rump. A very slim and eligint body, her tail had a tuff of fur at the end, and her scales looked smooth as ice, she embraced the beauty of winter.

"Master Allan, Master Spyro how goes the battle with our foe?" Her voice was calm, yet strong and had a melody tone to it.

"Not in our favor your grace, we have lost a quarter of our men and another thirty wounded, ten percent can't go back into battle." Allan said and the Queen looked dishearted, then her gaze turned to the mares.

"And who might these be?"

Cadence stepped forward. "I am Princess Cadence of the Crystal Empire of Equestria, these are the bearers of the elements of harmony, Princess Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. We know Spyro and Allan from our world." Cadence then explained in full as too how they ended up in Equestria and the predicament they were in with Shadow and the changeling army, how he took over Cantorlot, their royal palace that housed the rulers of Equestria, how Luna escaped and their plan to take back their home land, though she left out a few details that should only concern her. The story intrigued the Queen very much.

"And I presume he's dead for sure this time?"

"We can only pry to the ancestors but yes I believe he is dead for good." Allan said.

"And may I ask what is happening here?" Cadence asked.
