One Year After Vinyl’s Story

My name is Vinyl Scratch.

I’m a former DJ and a former alcoholic.

I was a DJ for almost ten years.

After i retired from the game, in my last gig I did I shared my knowledge to other up and coming DJ’s such as DJ MC-W15H and DJ M3RKY.

After I told my story I got a huge surge in popularity

Soon enough i was getting booked to do shows, parties and even fillies and colts birthdays

But none of that means anything to me.

Well not as much as this one thing that happened.

Six years after Octavia left for Canterlot, she came back to Manehatten to congratulate me and my success as a DJ that did just two or three shots every show to a mainstay name in ponies homes, even ponies in Ponyville and Canterlot knew who I was, it was a great feeling.

Not as great as finally talking to Octavia again, but it was still pretty great.

Octavia told me that she was doing well for herself, she said that she was in the Canterlot Royal Symphony or something like that, i congratulated her for her success of having to deal with me.

After catching up a bit we went out for some food.

We continued talking about how the past six or seven years have been, she actually forgot about me for those years, until i told my story, she said it was inspiring, and that it reminded her of that day and how awful it was having to leave her best friend of twenty three years,(We met when we were five) but now they are both thirty five finally speaking to each other again.

Then Octavia asked a question that shocked me, she asked me to move in with her again and make her life interesting again, i instantly accepted.

Now we are both living happy lives in Canterlot, together as friends.

Maybe one day hopefully more but only time will tell.

I guess this is the end of my story.
