“Isn’t she adorable just sleeping in here?” Dark’s mother, Velvet Heart, whispered to Dark’s father, Hidden Nightfall, while she stood in front of Dark’s crib. It was 1 A.M at that time. Dark was a baby in her 2nd year of living.
“Shh, let’s get out before she wakes up,” Hidden Nightfall replied.
As they slowly closed the door, Hidden Nightfall felt a bit anxious about what he’s about to tell Velvet Heart. He decides to man up and just spit it out. “I need to talk to you,” Hidden Nightfall said holding Velvet Heart’s shoulders. He could hear her heartbeat and by the look on Velvet’s face she looked a bit worried.
“W-what’s wrong, hun?” Velvet stuttered. “Is it your job? Did something happen?!” Velvet was extremely worried now.
“No, it’s just...look I have to leave for 5 years for a really important mission, okay? I promise to contact you and Dark Note, I promise to always send messages and letters to you, okay? Just trust me, I’ll never leave you both behind,” Hidden Nightfall told her. She was crying at this moment. As hugged her she cried even more but he told her not to waste her tears.
“W-when are you leaving?” Velvet questioned with a pale face.
“I’m leaving tomorrow at noon, I’ve already packed my stuff so just calm down, everything’s going to be fine, alright?” Hidden told Velvet as he caressed her cheeks.
-The next day-
“Daddy? Where are you going?” Dark asked her father while he held his bag and heading towards the door. “I’ll be back, sweetheart” he replied as he kissed her forehead.
“Be safe, I love you” Velvet told Hidden Nightfall as she gave him his water bottle and gave him a big hug.
“I love you too, honey” Hidden responded to her as he pecked her lips and headed towards the door waving a goodbye to them.
Velvet was trying not to tear up but she remembered his words. “Don’t tear up..don’t even tear up” Velvet murmured to herself.
“Mommy, I’m hungry,” Dark Note told her mother. “Alright, sweetie,” Velvet sniffed.
-After 4 years-
Dark was 6 at that time, she was drawing in her new book that her cousin, Dim Chords, bought it for her on her birthday. Dim Chords was 16 at that time, he treated Dark Note as his little sister. He loves her so much and always cares about her. He was Hidden Nightfall’s nephew. He asked his parents if he could stay for 2 weeks in Dark Note’s family house. He even bought two chocolate bars, one for him and the other for Dark.
Meanwhile, Dark was drawing on her new drawing book and Velvet was washing the dishes. Velvet heard the doorbell ring.
“Who’s there?” She asked as she placed her eye on the tiny window and she saw a young boy standing behind the door holding his backpack. It was Dim Chords. “It’s Dim Chords!” He replied.
“Come in” Velvet Heart said opening the door for him. “It’s very nice to be here again,” Dim said as he looked around the house. “Where’s Dark Note?” Dim asked Velvet Heart.
“She’s in the living room drawing, have fun with her and don’t misbehave” Velvet replied raising her finger.
“Alright, auntie” Dim Chords nodded and went to the living room
“Dark! I have something for you!” Dim said and he place both of his hands on his back while holding the two chocolate bars. “Dim! I missed you! What’s the surprise?! I love surprises!” Dark asked him excitedly.
“Look what I got?” Dim responded to Dark Note whilst giving the chocolate bar to her. “Chocolate! Yay!” Dark cheered.
Suddenly, they heard a scream coming from the kitchen and Dim hurried to the kitchen and found Velvet sitting on the ground crying her eyes out. He sat beside her and asked her what’s wrong.
“Auntie! What happened?!” Dim asked her looking worried. “Is there anything bad happened? Is it uncle Hidden Nightfall?”
Velvet nodded and told him to watch the news. He did what he’s been told to do.
“Breaking news, there’s been a tragic death of 3 soldiers and 5 injuries. One of them was killed by a bomb and the two others where shot. Some say one of the dead ones was a father of one girl and a wife, the others where his friends. We send all the prayers and support to their families.” The news reporter said. Dim was shocked. Dark was standing putside the kitchen door and did not believe what she just heard.
“D-daddy?” Dark whispered. She ran upstairs to her room and kept crying for hours until her mother and cousin came up to calm her down. Dark called her friend Fiery Music and told her everything. Fiery Music headed towards Dark’s house and gave Dark a big hug and she even cried with her since she’s her best friend.
That’s where Dark Note’s depression started.
-A couple of years after Hidden Nightfall’s sudden death-
Dark Note is now 17 years old.
It was the first day of high school and she still has her best friend Fiery Music by her side. Dark and Fiery wanted to have a new friend. A third one.
“Dark, I’m bored, why don’t we find a new friend?” Fiery questioned.
“I don’t know about that, by the way, it’s still in 7:30 in the morning and class hasn’t started yet, we’ll see about our new classmates, maybe we can find someone interesting? Maybe I’ll finally find someone to fall for, maybe-“ Dark was cut off by Fiery’s “what?” expression.
“Heh..sorry if I went that deep,” Dark apologized scratching the back of her head. “Nah it’s fine, I want a boyfriend too,” Fiery told her and giggled.
Dark was about to say something but she was distracted by the school bell.
“Well, it’s time to got to class,” Dark said feeling a bit nervous.
“You don’t have to be nervous, Dark! I bet the teacher and the students would be cool,” Fiery told Dark placing her hand on her shoulder.
“No it’s just...what if the teacher asked us about our parents? Should I tell her that my father died?” Dark responded whiping the tears off her face. “If only we can turn back time..”
“Calm down, Dark, everything’s going to be fine” Fiery said rubbing Dark’s back to calm her down.
They entered the classroom and Dark felt like her life flashed before her eyes.

“Oh my god, this class is huge,” Dark Note whispered to herself as she took her seat. She sat beside a girl with pink hair and blue skin.
“Hi! I’m Pastel Galaxy, what’s your name?” Pastel said gleefully.
“I’m Dark Note,” Dark said with a smile forming on her face. “And over there, that’s my best friend since kindergarten,” Dark Note told Pastel pointing towards Fiery who was fighting over a pencil with an another girl.
“Yeah..soooo..maybe we could hang out at lunch? You, me, and Fiery?” Pastel Galaxy asked her with big eyes, trying to look adorable. “Pretty please?”
Dark sighed and said it would be fine if she hung out with them. She agreed since they actually wanted a new friend. Dark was about to say something but the teacher distracted her.
“I always get distracted..” Dark murmured placing her hand on her cheeks.
“Okay class, we have a new student coming to our class, he changed his class because of issues going on with his classmates,” The teacher informed.
“Hah! I bet he’s been roasted by someone and he couldn’t take it so he decided to come over to our class!” A boy joked. That boy was Dark’s rival’s twin brother, his name was Caramel Popsicle. He’s always mischievous and was considered as the “cool dude” at high school. Basically, he was popular at that time.
“Silence Mr. Popsicle! Or you’ll be in after-school detention,” The teacher yelled at him. “Stupid old lady,” He murmured while crossing his arms.
“Everyone, welcome Night String,” She said. “Come in, Night String”
As he walked through the door, he looked at the class then stood beside the teacher. Dark Note kept staring at him and she wasn’t even paying attention to anyone. She was lost in his blue eyes.
“Care to introduce yourself to us?” The teacher questioned him then giving him a sweet smile.
“Oh yeah..heh...umm..hi? I’m Night String and it’s very nice to be here, actually,” Night introduced himself while looking at his new classmates and giving them a warm smile. “I feel like all of you are good people by the look on your faces and some of the smiles that you gave me,” He said.
“Pfftt...do you even lift, bro?” Caramel Popsicle joked as everyone laughed.
“Well, yes I do and you should too because you look so skinny that if I were to put you on a flagpole, you would wave in the wind, cunt” Night String roasted him.
“OOHHHH” Everyone screamed.
“Shush everyone!” The teacher snapped while pounding the table. Caramel felt defeated and a bit embarrassed by his actions.
“Wow,” Dark whispered to herself. “That was savage and beautiful”
“Well, that’s a nice introduction, Night, have a seat” The teacher responded to him.
Dark Note was daydreaming about him and her being together but suddenly she heard someone snap their fingers on her and she was caught off guard.
“Dark, quit daydreaming and focus!” It was the teacher. “S-sorry” Dark responded, she was really embarrassed that she felt her face might explode.
Fiery Music wrote a note and accidentally threw it at Dark Note’s head. Dark Note picked it up and it said:
‘Yo, what Night said was so savage! Just like that last time when you roasted your rival for being a b*tch. I don’t know why but I shipped you two after that cool comeback of his. xD I thought that you two have a lot in common. Well, kinda.

Dark Note blushed at these two last lines. She had that strange feeling of butterflies in her stomach. She kept asking herself questions. What if he doesn’t like me? What if I look fat? What if I-?......Am I in love?
So, Dark decided to reply to Fiery’s note by writing:
’Yo, dude, I think I like him. I think I’m in love! And yeah, I agree with you about the comeback thingie hehe. What I actually like most about him is his Irish accent and his eyes, tho. Those eyes, man!
Do I tell him at lunch? Or I guess it’s not really the right time. Oh, maybe if we tried to be friends with him!
By the way, I made a new friend, and I’m sure you’ll love her! Her name is Pastel Galaxy and she’s amazing! Best thing is that she’s my partner.
Anyway, I hope I end up with him very soon before that skank takes him away from me. I won’t let her.
Dark Note <3’
Dark crumpled up the note and threw it back to Fiery music. Fiery read it and made a couple of expressions on her face while reading it. After she finished she held a thumbs up sign at Dark Note saying that she agrees with her. Dark Note only smiles back at her.
Pastel Galaxy looked confused and asked herself why are they exchanging notes with each other.
“What are you doing?” Pastel asked Dark with a confused look on her face.
“I’ll tell you the story at lunch, but, promise me not to tell ANYONE” Dark whispered back.
Pastel nodded and gave a smile in return.
-At Lunch-
“Ugh, where’s Pastel? She said she would be here in five minutes!” Fiery whined. They were at the cafeteria waiting for Pastel.
“I don’t really-woop, there she is” Dark said pointing towards Pastel who was coming with her food in her hands.
“GUYS! You won’t believe what happened!” Pastel yelled looking shocked.
“What? What’s wrong?” Fiery asked. “There...there...THERE IS NO CHOCOLATE MILK!” Pastel whined while making a fake cry.
“Maybe it ran out? Here you can have mine” Dark said as she gave her own chocolate milk to Pastel.
“YES! Thank you, Dark!” Pastel thanked Dark and gave her a hug. “Idiot” Fiery murmured.
“Sooo..what’s the story?” Pastel questioned Dark. She was very eager and curious to know.
“Well, I just wanted to say...that I, like, have a little (huge) crush on the new kid” Dark said feeling her face turn red.
“Night String? Well, I gotta admit he’s good looking” Pastel admitted while placing her hands on her hips.
“Y-yeah heh” Dark responded while blushing harder than before. She never had a crush on anyone before.
“Oooh, something steamy is going on in here” Fiery teased her.
“Fiery, stop” Dark said and giggled as she spotted Night String walking towards them.
“Sh*t guys! He’s coming towards us! Act cool,” Dark insisted and sat properly on her chair.
“Hey, you’re Dark Note, right? My friend Honey Sizzle told me about you” Night String told her.
“Oh y-yeah..he’s..he’s a good person” Dark replied trying not to make a fool for herself.
Honey Sizzle was Fiery’s boyfriend. (I know I didn’t mention him in the previous chapter..sue me) He was also a good friend of Dark Note’s cousin, Dim Chords. Honey Sizzle was way younger than Dim Chords. Dim Chords is now a grown up man going to university, by the way.
“Well, see you around” Night said and gave her a small friendly wave. Dark waved back while biting her lips.
“Why are you biting your own lips? Do you wanna like, kiss him or something?” Pastel teased her.
“Shut up, Ms. Galaxy” Dark replied to her with a blushing face.

“Oops..hehe..I think I went too far..silly me” Pastel said feeling a bit embarrassed. “So when are you gonna tell Night String about how you feel about him?”
“Well, I don’t think today is the right time, I mean, we barely know each other” Dark responded. “I need to get to know him first, you know”
“Yeah, Pastel” Fiery said. “I can help you, Dark, I’ll show you how it’s done”
“Well, I suck at making friends but-“ Dark replied but was cut off.
“What?! How did you meet me then?!” Pastel snapped. “Oh wait..I’m the one who started saying hi..sorry”
“Nah, it’s fine, fam” Fiery said. “I’ll tell you how I met my boyfriend, Honey Sizzle, Night String’s best friend”
“Okay, if you insist” Dark told Fiery.
-After a long time of storytelling-
“And that’s how the world was made!” Fiery joked acting confident and cool about the joke she just made, even though it was an old joke.
“Wait..what?” Dark Note asked her looking confused.
“Nothing” Fiery replied looking away while munching on her apple. “I’m going to the bathroom, I’ll be here in a second” Fiery lied. She was going to talk to Night String.
“One..the second just finished and she’s still not here, haha!” Pastel laughed. Dark only shook her head and smiled at her.
-Meanwhile in Fiery’s place-
“Hey, Night String! I wanna tell you somethin’” Fiery told him. “Oh hey, Fiery” Night replied after drinking his water.
“Dark Note wants to talk to you” Fiery said smirking. Night could feel the butterflies come alive in his stomach after he saw her smirk. What is she up to?
“O-Oh, alright” Night responded. “You comin’, Sizzle?”
“Uh..okay” Honey replied scratching the back of his head. He’s a bit shy though, but when it comes to hanging out, he’s the one with the cool stuff.
When Fiery came back to the cafeteria, Dark can see someone behind her. She felt butterflies in her stomach..again, but this time she was extremely nervous but acted cool and confident even though she’s shivering inside. Pastel only rubbed her back and whispered “Calm down, everything’s going to be fine” so she can be more comfortable. Dark only smiled at her.
“Hey Dark! What do you wanna tell me?” Night asked her while placing both of his hands on Dark’s chair.
“Umm..I..was..uhh...going to ask..y-you..” Dark stuttered trying to put her words in order. She was sweating, her heart was beating fast, and she didn’t know what to do so she decided to hide her face with her hands.
“She was going to ask you if you want to be friends with her” Pastel told him and giving him a smile.
“Oh, I’ll be honored” Night String replied. “I would never say no to a pretty girl like you”
“Oh god... ” Dark thought in her mind. “I can’t believe he said yes! I’m so happy! ”
“R-really? I mean..cool!” Dark responded to him and smiled. “Do you have any plans tonight?”
“Well, my buddy, Luxurious Time, is throwing a party tonight, do you wanna come?” Night asked them.
“I heard you say party, so of course I’m comin’!” Pastel jumped gleefully. “Yeah, I’m coming too! It sounds fun!” Fiery replied while nodding her red head.
“I’m going if you’re going, you Irish sexy beast” Dark said with smirk trying to act cool on the outside.
“O-of course I’m g-going..he’s one of my best mates..heh” Night replied feeling nervous and shy. He acted that way since no one complimented him that way before.
Fiery and Pastel were shocked when they heard Dark say that. “I think I just shit my pants..” Fiery joked then everyone laughed.

Meanwhile, Caramel Popsicle was eavesdropping on Dark and her buddies so he could tell everything to his twin sister, Toffee Elegance. She wanted to ruin Night and Dark’s new friendship so she could have Night as her boyfriend, but she doesn’t have a plan yet. She’s working on it.
“Oh they’re having a party, gotta tell my sis,” Caramel Popsicle whispered to himself. As he wandered off, he accidentally tripped over a rock and almost fell. He looked on both sides to make sure no one saw him.

“Toffee! Toffee! I gotta tell you somethin’, Night String and his mates are having a party tonight! Maybe this time you’ll have the opportunity to ask Night String for a dance or something! What do you think?” Caramel Popsicle said excitedly. “If you got Night String, I guess I’ll have the opportunity to speak to Dark Note a bit, or maybe distract her,.
“Hmm....interesting,” Toffe said, while drinking her hot tea. “Excellent plan you got there brother”
“Nah, it’s no biggie, fam” He replied. “Let’s get this party started!”
“Oh it’s already on” Toffee replied while she’s smirking evilly.
“Ugh! I don’t know what to wear!” Pastel snapped. She spent the whole day shopping and searching for the “perfect” outfit for her to wear. She never seemed to find one so she brought a “couple” of outfits (she actually brought like ten outfits..woah Pastel) Surprisingly, she brought one for Dark Note too. She thought it would look so pretty on her.
Anyway, they’re dressing up at Pastel’s house.
“How about that one?” Fiery suggested while holding a galaxy patterned crop top. “And you can wear it with that chained skirt! It would look so cute on you!”
“I’ll try it! Looks cool to me!” Pastel cheered gleefully as she took the outfit and went straight ahead to the dressing room.
Dark looked at the mirror while holding an outfit on top of her chest. She only let out a small sigh, even though Fiery heard her.
“What’s wrong?” Fiery asked her. She felt a bit concerned. “Is there anything wrong with the outfit or...?”
“No it’s just...I’m nervous about seeing Night at the party..what if he’s going to have fun with another girl?! What if he-“ Dark replied but she was cut off by Fiery.
“Relax Dark, he’s better than that, right?” Fiery reassured her. “Just calm down, you’ve been nervous all day! Do you want to drink water?”
“Yeah..thanks..maybe that would lower the heat” Dark said. “Oh I hope he notices me.. ”
“Here” Fiery said as she handed Dark a glass of water then she was off to the dressing room. It felt like hell, because Fiery was struggling with putting on her new shoes in there. She tried putting it on slowly, it did not work. She tried while she was raging, it did not work. After she was fed up with it, she got up, went to the fireplace, and burned it. Her friends only gave her blank look.
“What?! THESE new shoes deserve to burn in hell!” Fiery pointed at the burning shoes. Seems like she’s the one who needed the glass of water after all, or maybe a bucket of water.
“Yo, calm down, I told you these shoes are nasty, but you did not listen to me” Pastel pointed out. “Did you even try the other one?”
“Umm...not yet..hehe” Fiery responded looking embarrassed. “I just HOPE they’re not the same as these b*tches”
“Haha! Trust me, they won’t” Pastel replied while giving Fiery a warm smile.
“I hope so” Fiery groaned.

After a couple of minutes, the three girls were ready and they looked like they could kick anyone’s ass. Which means they looked thrilling. They decided to take Fiery’s car since she’s the only one who knows how to drive. They chilled inside the car, blasted the radio, and laughed together until they arrived at Luxurious’s house.
The lights were everywhere and people roaming through the house. They could even hear the music blasting from inside. What’s a party without any music obviously? They even spotted a DJ, which was one of Luxurious’ friends. His name was Zodiac Mystery. Zodiac was a bit of a shy guy but he was super talented and kinda outgoing. He’s the one with the greatest music taste in all of his other friends. His friends have a great music taste too, but not like him.
Anyway, Pastel spotted Dark searching around the room. What or who was she looking for? Meanwhile, Fiery went straight ahead to the food table, looking for sushi. She loves those raw, meaty things.
“Dark? I caught you searching, who are you searching for hmm?” Pastel asked her even though she knew who was she looking for.
“I-I was..um-“ Dark stuttered. “N-nothing okay!” She replied, feeling hotness burn her face as she covered it.
“Fam, I will help you look for Night” Pastel assured her. “Where can he be? Like, he won’t be dancing with- Dark are you okay?” Pastel stopped as she looked at her friend. Dark was shocked to see Night DANCING with her bully, Toffee Elegance.
“Oh my god” Pastel muttered. She was a bit shocked too. Fiery didn’t know what was even going on, she was busy eating food.
Dark felt her eyes water as she ran outside to the balcony. She cried and no one heard her, but Pastel followed her to check on her.
Meanwhile, Toffee and Night kept dancing and Toffee kept complimenting Night as they danced.
“You have pretty eyes, I’m not going to lie” Toffee winked. She always wanted him for herself. “How about we go get a drink?”
“Sure!” Night replied not knowing what might happen. “I’m not going to drink much today, just wanting to inform you”
“Oh come on! It will be ‘fun’, you won’t regret it tonight” Toffee seduced him. She REALLY wanted to get drunk, but Night won’t let her.
“I-I don’t know...I mean, I usually get no more than one drink..but-“ Night tried to stop her.
“Please?” Toffee replied while giving Night puppy eyes.
“Alright, alright..no more than two shots” Night informed her.
“Three!” Toffee responded. “Three shots and we will call it a night”
“Fine then...” Night replied while Toffee held his arm and led him to the bar. “I need to get away from her..” he murmered to himself.
“What was that?” Toffee asked him, looking concerned. “Is there anything wrong with the make up I applied or-“
“No nothing..” Night told her and giving her a fake smile before he turned his head to the left side and made a disgusted expression.
Fiery noticed Night’s face and she went to talk to her boyfriend, Honey Sizzle.
“Bro, is there anyting wrong with Night? He doesn’t look comfortable with Toffee...” Fiery whispered to him.
“I feel you, I think I should really talk to him” Honey whispered back before he went straight ahead to Night String.
“Good luck! Wait...where’s Pastel and Dark?” Fiery Music told herself. “I think they’re outside”

“Dark? Is there anyting wrong?” Pastel asked her as she placed her hand on Dark’s shoulder.
“Of course there is! W-why would he-“ Dark sniffed. “Why would he d-dance with that creature?! He doesn’t know what will happen to him, he will change to a good person to a bad person in a few days if he dated her! Why?!” Dark cried while Pastel hugged her to make her comfortable.
“It’s going to be fine, Dark, he’ll probably notice that something’s strange is going on with Toffee, don’t stress yourself” Pastel reassured Dark Note.
“She doesn’t love him like I do, she only wants him to ruin my life, she only wants him of how he looks” Dark replied to her while she wiped her face.
A familiar red head appeared behind them and made them jump.
“Hey you two! I was looking all over for you!....Dark? Are you okay? Its Toffee isn’t it?” Fiery asked them.
“Yep” Pastel told her, popping the P.
“Figured as much, by the way, I saw Night feeling disgusted while he was beside her, so don’t stress yourself”
“R-really? Where is he?” Dark asked.
“He’s at the bar, but Honey Sizzle went to talk to him, so no beggie” Fiery smiled.
“Thanks guys, whta would I do without you?” Dark told them and gave them a group hug.
“Sure thing! What are friends for?” Pastel responded. “Now let’s go inside and have fun!”
“Ya know it!” Fiery cheered.
“I’ll just stay here, just watching the beautiful moonlight” Dark replied.
“If you say so” Fiery responded before she took off to the dance floor. Plastel nudged Dark on her arm and winked. Dark only gave them a sweet smile.

“Hey..umm can I talk to Night a bit?” Honey asked Toffee. Toffee just signed angrily and told him he can talk to him.
“Well, well, Night, you look stunning” Honey complimented him with his Cheshire accent.
“Th-thanks...I guess..” Night blushed. He has a little crush on Honey though.
“Anyway, why did you agree to go with that- okay I’ll shut up now” Honey asked him.
“She kept pestering me, dude, I got annoyed” Night replied. “If it was Dark instead of her, I wouldn’t say no”
Honey Sizzle smirked at the last part.
“I-I mean...she’s cool, not gonna lie” Night corrected himself and took a slurp from his drink, trying to avoid Honey’s emerald green eyes.
“Cool, huh? Well, I just saw her outside in the balcony alone, maybe you can ‘talk’ to her?” Honey smirked again.
“She is?! I-I mean..yeah cool, thanks” Night told him, trying not to look awkward as he went towards the balcony.
Honey Sizzle gave Night a wink and went to have fun for the rest of the night. Night blushed again but he shrugged it off. While, Toffee felt bored then she decided to get another man. She said she doesn’t need Night anymore.

Night String slowly opened the balcony door and tiptoed to Dark to scare her. He held her shoulders and ‘Boo!’. Dark jumped from her moonlight daydream and laughed.
“Night! You scared me!” Dark laughed with Night.
“Heh..sorry, also I’m so sorry that I got tricked by Toffee, I didn’t know she was a total drunk freak” Night apologized to her.
“It’s okay, Night, I knew you’re better than that” Dark replied to him as she accidentally touched his hand but pulled away after. “S-sorry”
Night smiled. “You know Dark? I actually started to like you a bit more” He confessed and blushed a little.
Dark smirked and gave him a peck on his cheek. His whole face went super red, so does Dark’s, but she was confident yet a bit comfortable to be next to her crush.
“I like you too, Irish Cutie” Dark responded to him, plus giving him a new nickname.
“Irish Cutie? I like it” Night confessed. He really did like that nickname. “What should I call you, then? How about...Sweetheart? I know it’s old but-“
“S-Sweetheart? M-my father used to call me that..” Dark told him, while she felt a bit sad.
“Used to? What happened to him? Is he-“ Night questioned him but Dark cut him off as she nodded her head.
”I’m so sorry” Night said, looking a bit sad. He noticed a tear dripping from Dark’s eyes but he wiped it off with his own hand and pulled Dark into a cuddly hug. Dark was so shocked yet warm.
As they pulled away, Night felt a bit anxious about telling Dark his secret. He didn’t tell anyone except for his lifelong crush (Honey Sizzle), but he knows he can trust Dark.
“Sweetheart? Can I t-tell you a secret?” Night stuttered, while sweat was forming across his soft face.
“Of course! You can trust me” Dark informed him. “Why are you so nervous? I won’t be mad” She smiled.
“Oh okay..” Night responded. He took a deep breath and sighed. He was shaking and sweating, but he said it anyway.
“I’m bisexual”

“You are?” Dark asked him. He thought she would get mad which made him even more nervous.
“Y-yes I am” Night responded, shaking this time. Dark noticed his hand was shaking so she held his hand and caressed it. He looked at her eyes and she smiled at him.
“Don’t worry, I’m not homophobic” Dark assured him with a friendly smile. “Is there anything you want to tell me?” She smirked.
“W-well..I like a guy too but-“ Night told her but was cut off by Dark’s squealing. “Who is it?!” She squealed cheerfully.
“You have to promise me not to tell anyone first” Night informed her while he looked both sides. Even though, he did not notice Honey Sizzle eavesdropping on them.
“Cross my heart and hope to die” Dark promised, waiting excitedly for an answer from Night.
“Hon-“ Night tried to confess but was cut off again by Dark’s phone ringing. He sighed and waited for Dark to finish her phone call.
“Hey mom! Yes, I’m still at the party with my friends...oh pfft nooo, I ain’t got no boyfriend yet...alright, mom, I’ll be home in like ten minutes? Or maybe more..hehe..okay, love you bye” and with that Dark finished her phone call and apologized to Night.
“Hey..I’m so sorry but I have to go home, see you tomorrow?” Dark told him. He nodded but felt a bit disappointed that Dark would go, but still, he has his lifelong crush with him. Eavesdropping on them.
“Sure! See you!” Night String replied to her.
“Oh and before I go” Dark remembered. She went back to Night and wanted to peck his cheek but she accidentally pecked his lips since he turned his head. Dark gasped then covered her mouth, looking embarrassed all of a sudden. Night was shocked and felt a bit embarrassed too.
“I’m sorry” Dark apologized to him, blushing furiously. “I didn’t mean to”
“It’s fine, Dark” Night smiled. Dark smiled back at him and gave him a hug saying goodbye to him. As she went, Honey accidentally bumped into her then apologized.
“Oh hey, sorry, didn’t see you there, so how did it go?” Honey Sizzle asked her.
“It was amazing” Dark said smiling and looking at Night from afar.
“I see” Honey smirked and raised his eyebrow. “Well, I hope you had a great night” He waved.
Dark waved back at him, then she was off to her house. Meanwhile, Honey sneaked on Night from behind him and placed his hands on Night’s waist. Night got scared and turned swiftly then he was surprised by Honey’s face inches apart from his. He (Night) felt his cheeks were burning like fire as he tried to hide it with his hands.
“Don’t do that, love” Honey told him as he lowered Night’s hands from his face. “You still look pretty attractive when you blush” Honey flirted. Also, he’s a huge flirt but he doesn’t go that far. He only flirts with Night the most because some girls don’t buy it and some girls are...crazy, and because he likes him like he does.
“S-stop it!” Night stuttered and hit Honey’s arm playfully.
“Oh I will not” Honey smirked. He got closer to Night and closer until their noses meet but Night wasn’t having it nor he was ready for all of this, so he just ran away and yelled “If you catch me I’ll be yours!”. Honey chuckled and raced after Night.
Luxurious’ house was empty and the party was over. Zodiac was packing his stuff, Lavender Palette (I know you never heard of him before but he’s the smartass between his four buddies, not to mention very caring towards them if they’re in trouble) was cleaning all the mess and trying to convince Luxurious to clean with him, since it’s his house.
“Bro, I’m bored and tired, why don’t we clean tomorrow?” Luxurious told him lazily. He’s the sassy one, by the way. “Plus, I’m not in the mood for cleaning”
“Then why the hell did you throw this party in the first place if you know you’ll end up cleaning it?!” Lavender yelled at him as he threw the empty water bottle at him but accidentally came on Honey’s head since he was chasing Night.
“Ow..Lavender!” Honey whined as he held his not-so-sore head. “Can’t you see I wa-“
“Oh I’m sorry, Honey, I was going to throw it at Luxurious since he’s being a total ass, but still, you deserve it too because you’re not helping” Lavender said kind of in a sarcastic way. “Why are you chasing Night, by the way?” He smirked.
“Um..I was-” Honey tried to convince Lavender that they were doing something else than flirting. “We were just-“
“We were playing Tag together” Night finished for Honey as he (Night) placed his arm on Lavender’s shoulder. Honey mouthed a ‘Thank you’ to Night. Night just winked at him.
Lavender sighed. “Guys, please, would you mind giving me a helping hand? Please?” Lavender calmed himself down.
Luxurious just shrugged and decided to finally help Lavender clean all the mess. Zodiac was the only sweet one who actually helped Lavender straight after he packed his DJ stuff and placed them in his car. Night was collecting all the cups and plates, while honey was moping the dirty floor.
“This sucks” Luxurious murmured to himself.
“I heard that” Lavender replied to him while washing the dishes.
After cleaning, the four of them waved goodbye to Luxurious and all of them parted ways. Luxurious then threw himself on his bed, exhausted.
Lavender went to the right side, his house wasn’t that far away. It was only two blocks. Zodiac drove his own car because he lives a little far away from Luxurious’ house. While Honey and Night walked to their own apartment since they lived together, but first they decided to buy some hot beverages from a café since it started to get a bit cold outside and the cold breeze started to flow in that cloudy night.
“It’s c-cold” Honey shivered.
“Here, you can have my jacket” Night offered, giving Honey a smile.
“What about you?” Honey asked him, concerned.
“It’s okay, it doesn’t really matter if I’m cold” Night chuckled and started to feel cold too but he shrugged it off.
Honey chuckled at his cheekiness and felt his cheeks become warm. He felt butterflies in his stomach and felt strange.
Once they arrived at the café, they ordered one Vanilla Latte for Night and one Cappuccino with fluff for Honey. The drinks were sweet and warm and it felt like it was a perfect night for the two. They took a seat, Night was sitting in front of Honey. The two boys laughed, chatted, and even flirted a little with each other without them even noticing.

Meanwhile, Dark was getting ready to go to sleep but instead she wanted to watch Netflix and eats some junk food without her mother knowing. Everytime she hears footsteps outside her room she immediately turns off the TV and fakes-sleep.
“That one was close” Dark whispered to herself. “Anyway, looks like I’m going to stay up all night”
After munching on a bunch of snacks and watching two movies, Dark eventually fell asleep on her couch without even noticing that the TV is still on. Surprisingly, the TV turned out to turn off automatically if someone left it on.
Dark fell into a deep sleep with sweet dreams.
