After the previous events of Pokémon: Rainbow League, the HuMane 7 start to develop interesting abilities. Ghost-like visions appear on their side, each with its own set of powers. Is this another evolution of their magic, or have they managed to untap the potential of a human soul?

But a Shadow starts to spread over Canterlot City. Someone is trying to steal their amulets and is using the citizens to attack our heroes. The line between friends and foes starts to blurr.

Without magic, can the group use their newfound powers to save their home (and a couple of lives)?
