To Make Whole Again

We all stood there looking at each other for a minute with nothing but silence. MOM. I started looking around me to look for her. No please no.

I got up and I ran over to her, the hallway wasn’t very big for two people so I stood by her feet and started to shake her feet to get her to wake up.

“Come on wake up. Wake up,” 'But no one came' “I can’t lose you, not now. Not after what we have been through!” Still nothing happened. I turned around and looked at the 6 horses. They all had a look of worry on there faces. Maybe? “Can any of you do something, anything? Please this is my mother and she needs help,”

They looked among each other and all nodded. Then they started speaking to each other.
“Fluttershy,” said the purple one, Twilight I believe? “Can you check her and make sure she is alive and ok?”

The yellow one nodded her head and flew over to the head of my mother. She dropped to the ground and checked her breathing. After a minute she looked back at us and smiled and nodded. "She is still breathing Twilight," Thank God.

“Good!” said the purple one “Rainbow Dash," the rainbow one, duh "Applejack," the farmer looking one "and I will help carry her to the nearest hospital,” she then looked at me “Come on everypony!”

I nodded my head and we dashed out the door. Did she say ‘everypony'? O...kay. Definitely not in Kansas anymore. I had no idea where we were going so I stayed behind them. Not like I could keep up anyways. We ran for a good three to four minutes before we came to the hospital.
Once I got there they wanted me to answer a bunch of questions about my mother. I didn’t know most of these questions but I could answer the simple ones. Twilight also was there with a feather and piece of paper taking notes. The rest of her friends were there and waiting in the main room.

“Hello sir, my name is Doctor Stable. I am going to ask you a few questions so we can help your mother as much as possible.” I nodded my head “Ok. First what is your species and we’re are you from?”

“We are humans from the planet Earth and possibly a different dimension? I don't really know anymore,” Twilight and the doctor both started to write stuff down.

“Well that will make this a little harder. Do humans have any form of magic?”

“No,”

“What do you eat?”

“We eat a lot of things, I mean look at this!" I started messing with my fat. Doc didn't think it was funny so I stopped "Mostly fruits, veggies, dairy, and meat,”

They both stop and look up at me. “Y..you don’t eat ponies do you?” Twilight asked.

“No we don’t why woul....,”

They both signed with relief. At first I was confused by why they did that. Till it hit me in the freaking face.

“Oh....oh i’m so sorry. I shouldn’t have said that. I didn't mean to scare you,”

“It’s fine." The Doc started "Though you should be prepared for the alternatives for you will not be getting meat here,” I nodded my head. “Ok next question, do you know what brought you here?”

“Well there was this white glowing rock. I picked up the rock and a white light blinded us. Then there was darkness. Then we were here,” Yup. I think I'm crazy.

“Well then I would guess that rock had magic in it," He sighed "Because of that magic it has put your mother into a magic coma of the sort. From our guesses she will be out for a least a month. I’m sorry but that is all we can offer at this time,"

“Thank you doctor. Thank you for everything. If you need anything from me just ask. Not like I have anything else to do. heh,” I replied with a shrug of my shoulders. He nodded his head and left the room. I turned back to Twilight. “I would like to thank you and your friends." I gave a little smile.

“Sure!” she smiled back and I nodded my head “If you don’t mind I would like to ask for you to come back to my house so your not all alone tonight,” I nodded my head. It's not like I have anything else to do. It even might be helpful in the future, if we're stuck here that is. “But first I think a proper introduction is at hoof,” she extended out her hoof “Hi! My name is Twilight Sparkle!”

I took her hoof in my hand “Hello Twilight. My name is Tru, Tru Peterson. Tru is spelled without an 'E' for future reference,” She nodded then we shook hands? Hoofs? We shook and after that she showed me to her home.

Twilight and her friends told me about all different things about this new world on the walk there. It was getting dark now so there isn't going to be a lot of ponies out and about, I hope. This land, it’s different, it's called Equestria and is ran by two princesses. Princess Celestia and Princess Luna and I learned the important info on them. I also found out a little more about Twilight and her friends on that walk.

Rarity is a fastatina and offered to make me some more clothes and Fluttershy takes cares of different animals in her home. Applejack is a apple farmer with her family on their orchard and Rainbow is apparently the fastest flyer in Equestria and is trying to get into this group called the Wonderbolts. Pinkie is the town party planner and tries her best to get everypony to smile,smile,smile and Twilight is Celestia's prized student and she was going to write about me in her next letter. I was fine with that, it couldn’t be that bad. Could it? Also Twilight and her friends were the protectors of this world. They used the 'Elements of Harmony' to stop any threat to Equestria. Yeah, I'm not pissing them off. They have used the elements against ponies like Nightmare Moon and Discord.

"So can anybody use these elements?" I asked

"'Anypony' and no," Twilight started "They are bound to us by which element we represent. I am the Element of Magic,"

"I am the Element of Generosity," said Rarity.

"I am the Element of Kindness," said Fluttershy. I think she's still scared of me.

"Ahm the Element of Honesty," said Applejack

"I am the Element of Loyalty," said Rainbow Dash. Yeah, I don't think I am going to like her very much.

"And I'm Laughter~" Pinkie said jumping over my shoulder. I jumped back when she did that. She landed on the ground and started hopping with us. "Hay your new to Ponyville" Stupid name for a town "so that means I have to through you a 'Welcome to Ponyville Party' or since your new to Equestria I can throw you a 'Welcome to Equestria Party'. It will be bigger and better than a normal 'Welcome to Ponyville Party'. Oh it will be so much fun. There will be drinks, and cake and i'll invite everypony in town and,"

"Pinkie," she stopped talking and looked at me while we were walking. "Pinkie, that will be fine but I am not a very social person, so how about we don't invite ALL of Ponyville. And I don't like cake," She stopped mid air. WHAT THE HELL? I stepped back to see if I was seeing everything right. Yup, there mid air stood Pinkie completely frozen. Everyone stopped and looked at us. "Did I break her? How is she doing that?"

"It's Pinkie. Trust me, it's just better if you don't ask," Twilight said. Yeah.....she might be right on that one. I started to wave my hand in front of her but nothing happened. Pinkie soon slowly fell back to the ground after a minute of floating there in place.

"If you don't like cake then what do you eat at a birthday party?" Pinkie asked

"Well I usually just have some ice cream and other things to make something out of it. But how about this, let's just wait till my mother is out in a month to do it, okay? That way she can also meet with the other ponies?" I asked looking at Pinkie, she didn't like that idea. I could see it in her eyes and it nearly broke my heart.

"Oh...okay," she said and started walking again. We all started heading back into town. Soon everyone else had to go to there own homes. They said they would come back tomorrow to get to know me better and we said our goodbyes. Then it was just me and Twilight. Soon we reached her home. It was a tree with a sign in front of it that said 'Ponyville Public Library'. This caught my interest.

“So your telling me that you not only live in a tree but it’s also a public library?” I asked

“Well yeah! Oh and also I have an assistant,” We entered the library as she called for her assistant I think “Spike! Spike we have company,” Twilight said walking away and into what looked like a kitchen. The 'living room' was were the library part was around the room was bookshelves full of books. To the right was a staircase upward. I then heard tiny footsteps come from the up stairs. I was expecting a pony but I was wrong, I was so very wrong.

A weird green lizard came out from behind the door. “Whoa, dude what are you?” He asked pointing at me. He then started to walk down the stairs and towards me. He didn’t keep his eyes off me as he came my way.

“Dude...what are you?” I said pointing right back at him. He was a purple and green lizard thing? He came up to me and I saw that he was about as tall as the ponies, to which they were about up to my waist. “Are you like a lizard or something?”

“No I’m a dragon,” He replied.

“He’s a baby dragon actually,” Twilight said coming back in from the kitchen. He said something under his breath. I saw he didn’t like that statement.

“Well Spike," I crouched down "my name is Tru and I am a human from” pause for dramatic effect “another world!” I said wiggling my fingers in front of his face.

“So why are you here?” he asked clearly not amused at my joke.

“Come here and we’ll explain it the best we can over some dinner,” We walked over to the dinner Twilight had made for us and at the table. While walking over there I had a question that just came to mind.

Once we got over there I saw what Twilight had made for us. For me and her we both had a simple salad but Spike had gems in his. He started eating the salad with the gems in it, Okay?Well then. Once we were sat down and eating Twilight explained the best she could to Spike. He had a few questions just like the others and I answered them the best I could. After a while he understood and was fine with it. Yeah that's what I need a fire breathing dragon to be mad or hate me. He had a few questions that no else decided to ask, which was nice instead of the ordinary questions everybody asked.

“Ok come on Spike let’s go write a letter to Princess Celestia!” Twilight then looked at me “Do you mind at least putting the dishes in the sink I’ll get them later,”

I nodded my head “Yeah. I think I can do that,”

“Great..thanks we will be up in the other room!” and just like that Twilight and Spike walk into the upstairs room. I picked up the dishes and brought them to the sink.

Yeah. No. There is no way I’m just going to leave this for her to do by herself. It is the least I can do for what her and her friends did for me. Heh...besides my mother would probably kill me if she found out. With that said I started doing the dishes.

I had just finished and put the dishes on the drying rack. It's getting pretty late. I checked my phone. Yeah just passed midnight. I walk to a window and looked outside and looked out at the night sky. I then walked back into the main room of the library when Twilight and Spike came out of the room up stairs.

“Ok the letter has been sent and she should get it tonight. Although we might not get a reply tonight,” That’s when Spike burped and a green flame came out of his mouth. This shocked me at first and I jumped back. She picked up the paper with her magic and read the paper he just burped. "Or we will get it right now?" she said

“Dear Twilight Sparkle,

I have just read your letter and I am interested in meeting the two you have talked about. I will be arriving in Ponyville tomorrow to speak with the creature myself. I also give him my apologies for what has happened to his mother. I am however glad to hear how you and your friends helped a random creature in their time of need. For this I wish to see all the element bearers when I arrive too. I shall be arriving sometime in the afternoon. I will set up a stage and show this creature to the rest of Equestria, if I deem these creatures peaceful to Equestria. I will also help find a way to send his mother, himself and their house back to there own world.

"Well I have a big day tomorrow!" I said rubbing the back of my head but boy was that a mistake. My nerves shot from 0 to 100 in 10 seconds flat. I never was one to stand in front of a crowd or anybody important. But now I have to talk to the Princess of this world. Then I will be put on a stage for this whole world to see. She was also going to judge me and decide if I was peaceful enough. I mean I'm not really too keen on violence anyways so I think I am alright there.

"Yes, well you should go get some sleep, you look like you need it," Twilight then showed me to the guest bedroom. Although it was really just her basement with a mattress, pillow, and covers. Eh, I have sleeped in worst conditions. The bed was small being it was for ponies but that was fine. After laying there for a minute I had one thought before I had quickly passed out. Tomorrow is a big day. Tomorrow will determine the rest of our lives. Hopefully, for better.
