Prelude: Putting Her Hoof Down
A couple of days ago, Fluttershy was a doormat, nothing more than a doormat who let everypony trample all over her. Ponies could cut in line, mock her, laugh at her and belittle her all the time. That would change however after she took an assertiveness course from Iron Will. After that, she held her head up high and she had plenty of confidence, she had changed so much that she began calling herself "New Fluttershy." It would not be long after that though that her assertiveness became aggressive when she had to deal with ponies who tried treating her like a pushover. Eventually any little thing would set her off and unfortunately for her friends, they were not exempt from her increasingly volatile temper.
Fluttershy wound up dropping a letter in a puddle after giving a pony directions on how to find the Ponyville Tower. This caused her to go into a rage, such a rage that she threw him in the direction of the tower and was spotted by two of her friends, Pinkie and Rarity. Neither of the two were thrilled with what she did and thought she should know that she has gone too far.
This will for the most part be like Fluttershy's confrontation with Pinkie and Rarity in "Putting Your Hoof Down"
Rarity saw this and said, "Fluttershy darling, that's no way to behave!"
Fluttershy was not one bit thrilled by her friend's statement. She yelled, "Didn't you see what he did to New Fluttershy? He thought that New Fluttershy was a pushover!"
Rarity countered, "No he didn't, we saw the whole thing. I think you've taken this a little too far. You've gone from being assertive to aggressive."
Fluttershy yelled, "What? You just want New Fluttershy to be like Old Fluttershy!" She got up in Rarity's face and shouted, "Well that's not happening!"
It was becoming a bit more difficult for Rarity to keep her composure as she tried to keep herself from either yelling like Fluttershy or breaking down in tears. She said, "We want nice Fluttershy back, that is the Fluttershy we want back."
Fluttershy only became more agitated, "What? No, you want wimp Fluttershy back, you want pushover Fluttershy back, you want you can do anything to her and she won't complain Fluttershy back!"
Pinkie Pie, who had remained silent said, "Too many Fluttershys to keep track of, make it stop!"
Fluttershy couldn't help but think that Pinkie's statement was idiotic and was perhaps a sign of how truly stupid she was. She slammed her fist on her head and laughed, "What's the matter, is all this too complicated for your simple little brain Pinkie Pie?"
Tears began to run down Pinkie's face as she had never imagined that her friend would throw such an insult her way. This did not sit well with Rarity as she yelled, "Stop right now with the petty insults......."
Fluttershy was quickly growing tired of the conversation that she was having with her friends. Rarity was angering her further and further the more they talked and given the type of day she had, she needed to unleash some frustration and knew exactly who she wanted to unleash her anger upon. She slugged Rarity so hard that she knocked her out cold. Pinkie saw this and was in a state of shock. She gasped, "Fluttershy, how could you?"
Fluttershy gave her an evil grin and laughed, "New Fluttershy was getting sick of Rarity's whining."
She made a fist and aimed it at Pinkie, readying herself to strike. Pinkie saw this, cowered and begged, "Please don't hit me!"
Despite her pleas, Fluttershy knocked her unconscious and began dragging both of them towards her cottage. She had put up with quite a bit of stress that day and she figured that her two friends would be perfect for her to release all that stress upon.
After an hour of being knocked out, Pinkie and Rarity began to come to but something didn't seem right, they discovered that they were bound. Rarity discovered that she was tied to a chair and Pinkie was chained to a bed. Besides that, they also discovered that they had been stripped down to their undergarments and were in a dimly lit room. This bothered and scared them a lot but Rarity became even more scared when she discovered that she had a horn cap on.
The two screamed when they heard the crack of a whip and a sinister laugh. Despite being chained to a bed, Pinkie looked up to see a figure headed into the room. What would terrify them the most was when they saw who it was. This pony, like them, was wearing nothing but her undergarments and as she took a look at the two, she licked her lips and laughed, "New Fluttershy sees you two are awake."
They both were nervous but Rarity tried to remain calm, "Fluttershy darling, why are you doing this? Why are we tied up, why are we only in our undergarments and why do I have a horn cap on?"
Fluttershy was not overly thrilled with her question but did not wish to release any anger yet. She cracked her whip and growled, "Because you two want wimp Fluttershy back, because you two don't like New Fluttershy!"
Rarity countered, "We never said we don't like you, we just said we want the old Fluttershy back."
Pinkie added, "Yeah, we just said we want the nice Fluttershy back."
Fluttershy was not thrilled with either one of them but was beginning to get a bit aroused with the two mares she was holding captive. She wasn't sure about Rarity but she was pretty sure that Pinkie had never even been kissed, much less been involved in anything else. She walked over to the bed, glared down at Pinkie and asked, "So, you want the old Fluttershy back huh?"
Pinkie was a bit unnerved by her glare but remained strong. She replied, "Yes, I want the old Fluttershy back."
As she stared down at Pinkie, she couldn't help but stare intently at her enormous breasts and her large hips. She licked her lips and snarled, "Is that so?" She began to lean down and continued, "New Fluttershy is sorry but the old Fluttershy is gone forever."

Pinkie shrieked in terror when she saw Fluttershy heading towards her. She began to please, "No, please don't kill me! I liked it, I really did!"
Fluttershy gave her a warm smile and giggled, "Oh I'm not going to kill you." She again mounted Pinkie and continued, "But since you are laying down, getting your bra off will not be so easy." She again slammed Rarity's head into the floor, leaving her disoriented. Fluttershy took the saw to the base of her horn and began to saw it off, causing Rarity to scream in agony and go into convulsions. She threw Fluttershy off of her and began to cry out in agony. It would not take Fluttershy long to get back on Rarity and resume cutting her horn off. Once she got her horn completely cut off, Rarity blacked out and this did not please Fluttershy one bit.

Pinkie again began to struggle and shouted, "Who would want to hang out with you when you're mean like this?"
Fluttershy picked Rarity's horn off the floor and headed back to the bed. Pinkie knew that Fluttershy did not have good plans for her. She again began to struggle and begged, "Please Fluttershy, please don't hurt me any more."

She smacked her and yelled, "This is what you get for yelling at New Fluttershy!"
She got off of her and then looked down at Rarity, who was coming to. When she got up and saw the blood that was not only covering Fluttershy, but had stained her sheets, she was horrified. She broke down crying, "How could you! How could you kill Pinkie!"
Initially Fluttershy had wanted to do to Rarity what she did to Pinkie but at that point she was far too angry to either give or receive any sexual pleasure. She headed back to the bed, removed the bra from Pinkie's neck and began to go after Rarity. Rarity knew what her plans were and would have none of it. She ran towards the door and yelled, "No, you will not kill me!"
Rarity began trying to open the door but it was locked. She continued to try and get it open but would be caught by Fluttershy. You want guards to make New Fluttershy a pushover, don't you?"
She turned Rarity over on her back so she could see the fear in her eyes. Fluttershy tightened the bra around her neck and began to slam her head on the floor violently. Rarity continued to scream in terror as she realized that she may not survive. As Rarity was nearing death, her eyes first were full of terror before finally giving a look of despair as she stared straight into Fluttershy's wrathful eyes. With one final slam into the floor, Rarity's skull cracked and she perished.
Fluttershy leaned down and listened for a pulse but heard none. At first she felt a great sense of satisfaction until she realized something. She realized that she was not only going to have to dispose of the bodies, but she would also have to dispose of the blood stained bedding and have to get washed up.
She yelled, "Damn it New Fluttershy, how could you not have thought about this. How could you not think about how you'd get rid of them!" She looked around with a scowl on her face and growled, "Well New Fluttershy, once it gets dark we'll have to take them into the forest and bury them."
Disposing of the Evidence
After having her way with a couple of ponies who she thought still wanted her to be a doormat, Fluttershy felt a sense of satisfaction yet disgust at the same time. She was satisfied that she was able to have a little bit of fun with them, was able to abuse them and was able to watch the life leave their eyes. What disgusted her was what was going to be more difficult, disposing of not just them, but the bloodied sheets on her bed without being caught.
While Fluttershy was waiting for the sun to set, she took a long, hot shower to cleanse herself of the blood that she had got not only in her fur, but in her mane and tail as well. She breathed a sigh of relief as the dried up blood washed off of her and down the drain but knew that she had a long night ahead of her, a long taxing night. Once she finished her shower, she got dressed before heading downstairs to where she had had her fun.
When she headed in, the first thing she saw was the lifeless body of Pinkie Pie, laying face up with her eyes still open. This brought out a smirk from her as she laughed, "Oh hey Pinkie, you comfortable?"
There was no response so she smacked the remains and yelled, "Figures, New Fluttershy shows you a wonderful time and you won't even talk to her?" She then walked over to Rarity's remains and nudged them with her foot. She asked, "So Rarity, are you going to ignore New Fluttershy too?"
Again there was nothing but silence so she began to stomp the remains and yelled, "Figures with you too. All New Fluttershy wanted to do was hang out with her friends and you two treat her like this!"
She then sighed to herself, "Well I suppose I better get this mess cleaned up." She then saw Pinkie's cutie marks laying on the bed and the knife she used to cut them off. At that moment she decided that she wanted to keep a part from each victim so she grabbed the knife and began to cut Rarity's cutie marks off as well. Once they were removed, she grabbed them and threw them in her freezer.
She returned to them and laughed, "Well girls, now part of you will always be with your closest friend, New Fluttershy."
Fluttershy then realized that she had better get to work so she dragged the two along with the bloodied bedding up to her front room and looked outside. Outside of a bit of moonlight, she saw nothing but darkness and heard nothing but silence. She grabbed her victims and laughed, "Well girls, let's get going! New Fluttershy needs to get this done before dawn."
She began to drag her victims outside and headed into the forest. Right before she got to where trees started, she dropped them and sighed, "How could you forget you'd need a shovel!"
Fluttershy headed to her shed and grabbed a shovel before returning to taking care of business. After dragging them for a couple of miles, Fluttershy figured that she had went far enough in that she could bury them and the bodies would never be found so she began to dig furiously as she knew that a deep hole would be needed since she was not going to dig them separate graves.
Despite digging at a furious rate, it still took her three hours to dig a deep enough hole that they would both fit in comfortably. She then proceeded to throw them in and couldn't help but smile as she looked down at them. She snickered, "So girls, comfy down there?"
She leaned down and asked, "What's that Pinkie, are you cold?" She stood up and laughed, "Don't worry, New Fluttershy can take care of that."
She grabbed the bloodied bedding and tossed it in before beginning to fill the hole back up. Filling the hole did not take nearly as long as digging it had so she was able to grab her shovel and fly back to her cottage well before dawn. When she got back to her cottage she couldn't help but feel a sense of relief. She was able to properly punish two ponies who she felt disrespected her, she was able to have some fun with them, spill their blood and was able to dispose of them properly.
When she got back downstairs she was not thrilled with what she saw. She had forgot to bury their clothes with them. She grunted, "Oh great New Fluttershy, how could you have forgot to dispose of everything?"
Fluttershy took a deep breath and continued, "Don't worry New Fluttershy, its not like anypony will be coming in here anyway and you do want to keep part of them around, right?"
Fluttershy laughed to herself, "That's right." She proceeded to kick the clothes under her bed before putting new linens on it and laying down to get some sleep.
After getting a few hours of sleep, Fluttershy woke up. She felt drained from the energy that she had put into digging a deep enough hole for two bodies but at the same time she felt excited to start a new day. Her stomach growled and she said, "Well New Fluttershy, let's get some food in our system!"
Fluttershy headed to the kitchen to fix herself some food. That morning she had decided on eggs and waffles, which meant she would have to get into the freezer where she was storing the cutie marks of her victims. When she saw them she couldn't help but chuckle, "Oh hi girls! New Fluttershy is so excited to see you!" She had to move them to get to the waffles and she continued, "New Fluttershy would invite you out for breakfast but she only has a couple waffles left!"
She grabbed her waffles and put them in the toaster to cook while she was preparing her eggs. Once her food was finished, she sat down and began to eat. Her meal would be interrupted by a knock on the door. Fluttershy was not overly thrilled to be having company, especially during a meal. The knocking continued but Fluttershy was not about to answer the door until she had finished her eggs.
Once she finished her eggs, she answered the door and was greeted by Twilight, "Oh hi Fluttershy, can I come in?"
Fluttershy gave Twilight an odd look and replied, "Sure."
Twilight headed in and sat at the table. Something didn't seem quite right to her but she couldn't figure out what. After sitting for a moment in silence Twilight brought up what she initially planned on doing, "Fluttershy, have you seen Pinkie or Rarity today? I haven't seen them since yesterday."
The very mention of their names made Fluttershy nervous but she knew that she couldn't show any signs of weakness around Twilight. She asked in return, "No, New Fluttershy has not. Why do you ask?"
Twilight gave Fluttershy a curious look and asked, "New Fluttershy?"
Fluttershy replied, "Yes, New Fluttershy." Her voice became more confident as she continued, "Well, as you know for a long time Fluttershy was a doormat and would let other ponies push her around and she wouldn't complain."
Twilight had a nervous look on her face as she sighed, "Uh...."
Fluttershy continued, "Well no longer! Old Fluttershy was a doormat but nopony will push New Fluttershy around, nopony!"
Twilight asked, "Ok but what prompted this change? Why all of a sudden are you going with this 'New Fluttershy' thing?"
Fluttershy stared at Twilight and noticed something about her that she had not paid attention to before. She looked at her intently and realized that she found her friend hot, very hot. Fluttershy replied, "Oh it's nothing serious. Just come with New Fluttershy and she will show you."
Fluttershy led Twilight downstairs which confused her quite a bit. She looked around and asked, "Why are you bringing me down here and why is there a bed down here? I always thought your bedroom was upstairs."
Fluttershy replied, "Well this is New Fluttershy's guest room." She saw Twilight staring at some of her shelving with various objects on it and continued, "Oh and those shelves are where New Fluttershy stores some of her stuff."
Twilight looked down and saw what appeared to be a white horn that had been cut off. She used her magic to pick it up and asked, "What is this?" Her eyes grew wide as she began to realize what it was. She gasped, "Is this a horn?"
Fluttershy knew that Twilight would likely figure out that it was Rarity's horn and knew that she had to do something about it. As Twilight was analyzing it, Fluttershy began to make plans as to what she would do if Twilight was to figure out what it really was
After staring intently at the horn for a couple of minutes Twilight's eyes grew wide and she gasped, "Is this Rarity's........."
Before she could finish her sentence, Fluttershy smacked Twilight and yelled, "Yes it is Rarity's horn and now New Fluttershy must make sure that you don't let anypony know what happened!"
Twilight was horrified when she heard this. She shrieked, "Did you kill....."
Fluttershy grabbed Twilight and slammed her head on the floor hard enough that it knocked her unconscious. This made Fluttershy very happy because not only would she have a chance to at least hide everything that she had taken from her victims but perhaps it would even cause her to forget everything she had seen earlier. What made Fluttershy the happiest though was the fact that she would be able to fulfill her raunchiest fantasies, ones that she was certain that Twilight would like.
Roughly two hours after being knocked unconscious, Twilight finally came to. She was still a bit disoriented so she sat up and asked, "Ugh, what happened?"
Fluttershy approached her, sat down next to her and replied, "Twilight, you wound up fainting so New Fluttershy decided to get you laid down."
Twilight's memory was a bit hazy from what happened earlier but there was one thing that she knew was different and she spotted it right away. She noticed that Fluttershy was no longer wearing a larger shirt and pants, she was wearing a short skirt and a tight fitting tank top. She asked, "Fluttershy, what's up with the change in clothes, I wouldn't think you'd even own clothes like that, much less wear them!"
Fluttershy put her wing around her and replied, "Twilight, let's not worry about what I'm wearing. I want to make sure that you are ok."
When she slammed her head into the floor, Fluttershy had left quite a gash on Twilight's forehead. She leaned closer to her and began to analyze her. She was looking close and everything seemed to be ok. She said, "Well this cut on your forehead looks fine." Fluttershy then decided to move on to what she truly wanted. She shoved Twilight down onto the bed and pinned her down. She wrapped her legs around Twilight's and continued, "Almost everything looks fine, New Fluttershy just has to do one little thing!"

Spike interrupted, "Fluttershy, have you seen Twilight. I know she headed over to see you yesterday but she's never gone for the whole night."
Fluttershy again struggled for an answer which prompted the three to think that something just wasn't right. Rainbow blocked Fluttershy's path to her door and asked, "Fluttershy, is Twilight ill and you decided to keep her with you."

She was far too weak to even cause her to lose her balance, much less throw her off of her.
Rainbow began to cry out in agony as Fluttershy began to dissect her like one would a frog. As the blood began to flood up through the wounds, Fluttershy began to lick her chops. It took her around twenty minutes to get the skin cut off that would be necessary for her to do what she desired. Rainbow continued to look into the sadistic look in Fluttershy's eyes and finally a feeling that she had never experienced before set in, despair. After rushing out of Fluttershy's cottage, Applejack and Spike knew that they had to get help. The first place they headed was over to Sweet Apple Acres to discuss things. Applejack asked, "Spike, what do you think is going to happen? Do you think Rainbow can handle her?"
Spike knew that Rainbow was tough but also knew that if Fluttershy was able to sneak up on her or distract her, that she could use her knife on her. He replied, "I don't know but I think that we better try and get in touch with Celestia."
Applejack said, "Good thinking Spike."
The two rushed over to the library where they could easily find some paper and a quill. When they headed in, Spike immediately grabbed some paper and a quill. He then headed to Twilight's ink well and discovered something that would make this more difficult, the ink had dried out completely. He gasped, "Applejack, the ink is dry!"
Applejack asked, "Does she have any more somewhere else?"
Spike replied, "I'm not sure, let me look."
Spike began checking in ever cupboard and corner trying to find some. When he couldn't, he began to tear the whole library apart. After fifteen minutes he said, "Applejack, I can't find any! We're going to have to go to Canterlot and tell her about this."
Applejack threw her hands up in the air and yelled, "Spike, that could take us a couple of hours at least and if Fluttershy took her weapon to Rainbow, she's as good as dead."
Spike yelled back, "Well we're just going to have to hope Rainbow got the best of her." He began to head towards the train station and continued, "Come on, let's get going."
Applejack nodded and followed him. Much to their dismay, as they arrived at the station, the train to Canterlot was just pulling out. Both of them were frustrated as the next train would not arrive and depart for another hour, which would make the time that it took to do this increase greatly. Both of them sighed in disgust over this. Applejack asked, "Spike, instead of doing this, do you think we should try to go and save Rainbow or just wait?"
Spike replied, "I honestly think we should just go and try to contact Celestia. Maybe she can talk some sense into her."
Applejack sighed, "Well for Rainbow's sake, let's hope so."
After an hour, the train to Canterlot finally arrived and the two boarded it. The trip seemed to take forever and to make matters worse, the train had to stop for an hour when the engine overheated. What was normally a forty minute trip wound up taking nearly two hours and by the time they reached Canterlot, both of them were frantic.
As soon as the train stopped entirely the two disembarked and rushed to the castle as quickly as they could. Much to their dismay, they were greeted by two guards at the castle gate.
One guard asked, "Halt, who goes there?"
The other guard added, "State your business."
Applejack replied, "Listen, we have to speak to Princess Celestia. We have news regarding her protege, Twilight Sparkle, that we must discuss with her."
The guard replied, "Very well, follow me to the throne room."
The guard's leisurely pace was irritating the two but they knew that it would likely not be in their best interests to either shove him or urge him to move along quicker. When they reached the throne room, both of them rushed up to Celestia. Applejack exclaimed, "Princess Celestia, we have an emergency!"
Celestia cast her gaze towards them and asked, "Where are the rest of your friends?"
Spike said, "This involves them! Here recently Fluttershy took an assertiveness course and suddenly she became mean!"
Applejack added, "And Pinkie, Rarity and Twilight have vanished! When Rainbow and I went to visit her this morning she was coming out of the forest with a shovel!"
Spike continued, "And she yelled at us and threw Rainbow into her cottage!" He became more frantic and continued, "What if Fluttershy killed them because she made them mad!"
At first Celestia found their claims to be far fetched, especially given Fluttershy's sweet nature. She then realized that out of all the element bearers, that Applejack would never lie like that. She knew that she would never make anything up like that. She sighed, "Well lets get going. If Fluttershy did manage to do something to Rainbow and your other friends, I fear that they may be in grave danger, or perhaps worse."
As they headed out of the throne room, Applejack and Spike were concerned as to how they were going to get back to Ponyville. They knew that Celestia never traveled on a passenger train and they also knew that her chariot was likely not big enough to accommodate all three of them. Spike asked, "Your Majesty, how are we going to get back. I don't think....."
Celestia grabbed them in her aura and replied, "This might make the two of you sick but I think it would be best if I simply carry you two down there."
Applejack said, "Well if we can save our friends, it will be worth it."
Celestia nodded and they took off. Celestia did a good job holding them to where they would not tumble and get dizzy but it still made them a bit woozy. Once they arrived in Ponyville, neither one of the two were able to keep their balance so they had to lay on the ground for a few minutes so if they had to handle an aggressive Fluttershy, that they would be able to do so.
In her cottage, it had been an hour since Fluttershy killed Rainbow and ate her heart. After she killed her, she decided to gut her entirely just for the fun of it before feasting on her lungs. She looked down at the bloody mess that was once her friend and laughed, "Well Crash, still think you can treat New Fluttershy like she is a pushover?"
She put her ear down close to Rainbow's face and heard nothing. She smacked her remains and yelled, "You're just as bad as our other friends. New Fluttershy invites you in to talk and you won't say a word."
She grabbed her knife and cut out her lungs before she began to feast on them. While they had cooled down and did not provide Fluttershy the same warm meal as her heart had, she still devoured them. Fluttershy said, "Wow Crash, your lungs are almost as tasty as your heart!" She then smacked her remains a few times and yelled, "Almost, just almost!"
After a few minutes of laying on the ground, Applejack and Spike were finally able to stand up straight so they headed towards Fluttershy's cottage. Applejack looked up towards Celestia and suggested, "Your Majesty, I'd advise you be careful. If she has her knife and thinks you would treat her like a doormat, she'll likely attack you."
Celestia lit up her horn and replied, "I'm not worried Applejack. If she comes after me I'll just grab her in my aura so she shouldn't be a threat."
Spike said, "I certainly hope she won't be."
When they arrived at her cottage, Celestia knocked on the door and said, "Fluttershy, we need to talk."
They stood there for a minute with no response. Celestia asked, "Do you think she may not be at home?"
Applejack replied, "If she heard your voice, she'll know that you're probably here over what has happened."
Spike suggested, "Well you could always use your magic to unlock her door."
Celestia replied, "Well doing that is against the law but if your suspicions are correct, I think it would be warranted."
Celestia unlocked the door and the three headed in. Once they got inside they noticed that every single light was off and that it was deadly silent. Spike threw his hands up in the air and sighed, "Huh, maybe she isn't home."
Applejack looked down and saw a trail of blood leading down stairs. She pointed at it and said, "Princess Celestia, do you see that? Something is up because the Fluttershy I know would never have a trail of blood leading anywhere!"
Celestia whispered, "Keep it down in case she is down there, we want to catch her off guard."
They headed down the stairs and figured that like it was with her front door, that it would be locked. Celestia used her magic to unlock the door. When they entered the downstairs room, they would be horrified by what they saw. They saw that Rainbow had been gutted entirely, they saw numerous organs laying on the floor and found Fluttershy leisurely snacking on one of her lungs. Applejack gasped, "Fluttershy!"
Immediately Fluttershy grabbed her knife and charged towards the three. She knew that out of all of them, that Celestia would be the biggest threat. Celestia saw her charging for her and lit up her horn, readying herself to grab Fluttershy in her aura but Fluttershy would be much quicker than anticipated as she reached Celestia and plowed her knife straight into her gut.
This caused Celestia to fall over to the floor, screaming in agony. Fluttershy had pounced on Celestia and continued to stab her but Applejack was not about to let her kill the princess. She grabbed a hold of Fluttershy and pulled her off of her victim. Fluttershy screamed, "Let go of New Fluttershy now!" She broke free of her hold and slugged her. She yelled, "You're just like everypony else, you want New Fluttershy to be a pushover!"
Fluttershy was able to break free from her hold and again pounced on Celestia. Celestia was crying out in pain and begged for Fluttershy not to hold her. Fluttershy was able to stab Celestia in the gut a couple more times before Applejack pounced on her again. This time she was able to wrestle the knife away from Fluttershy, hoping that without her knife, that Fluttershy would stop with her aggression.
Applejack realized that Fluttershy's aggression was not the only thing that they had to worry about, she also knew that Celestia needed medical attention. She ordered, "Spike, go to the hospital and get help, Princess Celestia needs it!"
Spike headed out the door and replied, "Yes ma'am!"
While Applejack thought that without her knife that Fluttershy would calm down, that was not the case. When Fluttershy saw Applejack with her knife, she charged at her, bound and determined to get her knife back. She tackled her and pinned her to the floor. Despite having more strength because of the fury she was in, Applejack was able to get Fluttershy onto her back and was pointing the knife directly at her. Celestia continued to cry in pain and this angered Applejack further. She gave Fluttershy a scowl and ordered, "Listen to me Fluttershy, I don't want to kill you but if you try to hurt any of us, I'll have no other choice."
For Fluttershy this was not an option. She was able to headbutt Applejack, knock her off of her and in the process caused her to lose her grip on the knife. Fluttershy rushed to grab her knife but Applejack would pounce on her and in the fight for the knife, she was able to grab it. Fluttershy began to try and kick Applejack off of her. She knew that if Fluttershy was able to do that, that she may either try and hurt her or do more to Celestia, even without her knife so she felt she had only one option, she held the knife to Fluttershy's throat.
Applejack warned, "Fluttershy, I don't want to do it but I will if I have to."
Fluttershy continued to try and kick her off of her. She yelled, "You'll never get the chance! When New Fluttershy gets free, she'll kill both of you!"
Applejack continued to hold the knife to her throat and at that moment Fluttershy knew that she was serious. This did not deter her though, she realized that maybe if she calmed down and promised not to hurt anypony, that Applejack would let her go and she could do something to get her weapon back. She faked some tears and sighed, "I'm sorry Applejack, I'm sorry. Please don't kill me."
Applejack was unsure as to whether she could believe or trust her for a moment but she decided she would trust her. She got off of her and helped her up. She still remained leery and kept a firm hold onto the knife, pointing it at Fluttershy. Fluttershy saw this and sneered, "Oh, so you don't trust New Fluttershy do you? You're scared of New Fluttershy aren't you?"
Applejack replied, "Yes, I am and I'm not putting this knife down until......."
Before Applejack could reply further, Fluttershy charged towards her and knocked her to the floor, causing her to lose her grip on the knife. Fluttershy did not notice this as she had clamped down on Applejack's throat. She knew that this was now truly a kill or be killed moment. In the struggle Applejack was able to grab the knife again. She was screaming in pain as Fluttershy's bite became harder and harder. Finally she bit down hard enough that she bit Applejack's throat open but in her final moment, Applejack's arm slammed down and caused the knife to sink deep into the back of Fluttershy's neck.
Fluttershy screamed in agony as her neck was cut. She rolled off of Applejack and was screaming out in pain. She knew that with the way she was cut, that she likely would not last for long and decided that there was one more pony she had to take care of, one more pony who she thought wanted her to be a doormat that she must take out. She ripped the knife out of Applejack's hand and began to head towards Princess Celestia. Despite being severely injured, she saw Fluttershy lunge towards her and was able to get out of the way. When Fluttershy lunged towards her, she wound up falling flat and let out one final sigh.
Before Celestia could go to check on her, several medic ponies along with Spike came barging into the cottage. The first pony they rushed to was Celestia. One of them said, "Your Majesty, we've got to get you to the hospital at once!"
Celestia pointed at Applejack and Fluttershy. She replied, "I know but you have to check on them as well."
One of the medics, one that was a unicorn levitated the princess onto a gurney and began to take her out of the cottage and to the hospital. The three other medics that showed up went to check on them and discovered that both of them had passed. They also noticed Rainbow's corpse and one of them sighed, "Well, we better get the coroner over here to handle these bodies."
Another added, "Agreed but for now, we need to get Princess Celestia to the hospital."
Spike offered, "If it could help, I could notify the coroner about this."
The medic replied, "We would really appreciate that, we can't just let these bodies rot."
Spike headed off to notify the coroner over the situation and the medics proceeded to transport Celestia to the hospital. As they were transporting her, none of them could believe what they saw. They had seen ponies with multiple stab wounds before but never had they encountered multiple bodies. He sighed to himself, "What could have caused that to happen?"
Epilogue: Moving Forward
Word of Princess Celestia's stabbing spread quickly as it was not even two hours after her admission to the hospital that she was visited by her sister. When Princess Luna saw her sister laying in a hospital bed, bandaged and looking rather weak, she rushed to her, hugged her and asked, "Sister, are you ok?"
Princess Celestia opened her eyes and replied, "Yes Luna, I'm ok."
Luna had not heard a whole lot about this whole situation except for what Spike had sent in what appeared to be a hastily written scroll. She asked, "Who did this to you? Who stabbed you like this?"
Celestia replied, "It was Fluttershy. I don't know what happened to her but she became rude, violent and arrogant. She kept referring to herself as New Fluttershy and spoke in the third pony. When Applejack and I went to confront her over her behavior, she attacked us."
Luna developed a fury in her eyes. She was enraged that anypony, especially somepony that her sister trusted would do such a thing. She slammed a fist into her other hand and snapped, "When I get my hands on Fluttershy she will......."
Celestia interrupted, "Luna, there is no need. She wound up dying in a fight that she had with Applejack."
Luna had always been fond of not just Applejack, but the Apple Family in general because of their work ethic, that and her love of their fritters. She asked, "What about Applejack, what happened to her?"
Celestia held her head low and replied, "During their fight, Fluttershy bit her throat open and they pretty much killed each other at the same time."
Luna shed a few tears and asked, "What about the others?"
Celestia replied, "Well Rainbow Dash was chained to a bed and every single one of her organs were removed and regarding the other three, I have this feeling that they are probably buried somewhere, most likely in the Everfree Forest."
Luna put her hand up to her face and stood there in shock. She just couldn't fathom that something like that would happen in Equestria, especially among those six. She held her head low and asked, "So sister, what are we going to do? Is there any sort of investigation that needs to take place or since they're all dead, is this it?"
Celestia replied, "All we can do now is move forward. With all of them being gone, there is nothing to investigate. We'll just have to send ponies into the forest to try and find the other three if they were buried there and we have to do something more difficult, retake control of the Elements."
Luna's eyes grew wide as she heard this. She asked, "Sister, how are we going to do that? Up until now, it was those six who were the ones they were connected to and with five of them, they are no longer in their original shape. They are in a shape that tied them to those five."
Celestia replied, "Perhaps with them no longer being alive, the connection between them has been broken and their energies will be tied to us again."
Luna gave her a concerned look and said, "Let's hope so or Equestria may be in grave danger."
Celestia was becoming tired so she nodded and yawned, "All we can do now is hope little sister. For now though, I am tired and I need to get some sleep."
Luna replied, "Very well big sister but I'm staying here by your side."
Celestia gave her sister a smile before closing her eyes and trying to get back to sleep. As Luna watched her sister slumber, she still couldn't help but wonder what would cause Fluttershy, the sweetest one of the Element bearers, to snap the way she did and spill so much blood. She did know that her sister was right though, that they would have to retake control of the Elements in the event of future crises.
