“I am gonna find the Helix cave!” Rainstream exclaimed as she flew off from Cayenne’s salon. She’d just seen the latest clipping from the Cookie vlog, which had been hijacked by a nemesis of theirs, a really cute artificial pony with numerous enhancements.

Helix 24b, as she’d come to call herself, had expressed boredom while she waited for her new specimens to mature. Rainstream intended to take advantage of that wait. She’d sent in a letter, posing a riddle she’d heard as a filly. If Helix was really smart, she’d figure it out, and become ~~even more sexy~~ way cooler.

The only problem was her hideout. The cookies hadn’t found it, but then again they hadn’t seemed to notice that their vlog was operating without them sometimes. Rainstream wanted to tell them but the last pony who’d tried that had died. So Rainstream had no intention of telling them.
(I only wrote one copy of this story, and this is it <3)

She had a pretty good idea of where the cave would be though, based on… well a hunch. She flew over town until she spotted the mountain she suspected, and headed its way. The main entrance was mostly covered with rock, but there was an opening much higher up—like, above the clouds—that only a pegasus would have seen. Or anyone flying, really, but there were no griffons in the area as far as she could tell.

The inside of the cave was really hot, and dry. Totally not like what she’d thought a cave should be. Weren’t all caves dank and damp? She actually almost hit the ceiling on her way in, and had to carefully just sort of flare out her wings midway and glide down in a tight spiral.

It took a while for Rainstream’s eyes to adjust, but there wasn’t much to see anyway. A lot of the cave was just broken and crumbled rock. As she got closer to the bottom, she could see a faint green and orange glow.

As she got closer, the picture got clearer, and more eerie. She was staring at a cooled lavabed. The surface was dark and crusty, but there was a constant subtle shift in it, and there were a few random cracks from which the orange glow emanated. To the side of that, on flat rock and gravel, there stood two tall green cylinders, with vague dark shapes inside them. Rainstream glided over to these and touched down.

“Ow!” The stone was hot. Very hot. Rainstream leapt into the air just as soon as she touched down. She had no time to take further bearings, however, as something slammed into the stone wall next to her. A sleek black pole was now inches from her face. Rainstream jumped back, only for another to appear, slamming into the wall next to the first. She looked to her left, to where both poles extended all the way toward a pair of glowing red eyes and a bright yellow mane. Oh, hi.

The poles were limbs, it seemed, and now two more were speeding toward her, Rainstream dodged and sped toward Helix.

“Helix, hi, I was just—oof!”

The four limbs retracted, coiling in the air and wrapping around her. Rainstream was tightly bound and rushed to the side of a being who was way more attractive in person. She smelled faintly of charcoal and sulfur, but underneath… Rainstream pressed her nose into Helix’s limbs, since she couldn’t reach her face. … sugar. Something sugary. Rainstream couldn’t quite place the flavor. Caramel or candy canes or something. Rainstream bit down on one of the limbs. Ooh, spearmint.

The limb undulated and slammed her against a wall, with the four of them curling around her four limbs, and one reaching around her neck.

A hard, rough but unmistakably female voice, spoke with a firm but completely even tone. “Who are you and how did you find me?”

Rainstream shook her head and looked up. She about drooled. Two feet in front of her was none other than Helix specimen 24b, in all of her charcoal black radiance. Charcoal isn’t exactly radiant… um. Well she looked very smooth. Unblemished, and her eyes were like glowing rubies. So mesmerizing. Oh and her mane. That’s where the smell was coming from, she still smelled like cotton candy.

The… tentacle… around her neck loosened slightly, and drew back toward Helix’s face, morphing into a sharp blade that made a metallic ring,.

Rainstream gulped “Um, hi, Helix—pleasedon’tkillmeIwon’ttellanyponyIjustwantedtomeetyou”

“Pathetic,” Helix monotoned. “Die now.” The blade swung at her neck.

Using her wings—which Helix totally forgot to bind up—Rainstream thrust herself powerfully from the wall and then clung to Helix’s chest with them.

The tentacle continued swinging, and wrapped tightly around both of their necks, binding them together. Then two of her remaining tentacles retracted from Rainstream’s legs. There were two quick snipping sounds, Rainstream felt a pinch, and then a lot of burning at the base of her wings.

“Ah!”

Rainstream was thrown back against the wall, but she couldn’t feel her wings anymore. She looked up, and Helix was holding them with her tentacles.

“These have proved troublesome. I will keep them for research on pegasus magic. Thank you for your contribution to the Helix legacy. Now die.”

Helix once again swung her sharpened tentacle at Rainstream.

“No wait! What about my riddle?!” Rainstream clenched her eyes shut as the blade descended. When she didn’t feel the kiss of… sharp flesh. Rainstream opened one eye. Had she leaned forward in that instant, she would have impaled herself on the tip of a very sharp looking tentacle, but she instead pressed her head into the rock behind her.

“Riddle?”

The question hung in the air not unlike the needlepoint hanging inches from Rainstream’s favce. Neither pony moved for a full minute. Rainstream’s breathing became labored, at which Helix’s face twisted in frustration.

“Your death will be more painful the longer you wait, now tell me what riddle you mean, pony.” She spat the word pony like it was an insult, which Rainstream supposed to her it was.

“Oh, I sent you a riddle because you said you were bored. Did you get it?”

Helix stared blankly at her.

“A riddle being a question meant to puzzle the mind of the inferior, and prove the mental prowess of the one who states the answer. I have received no such question.”

“Oh, well um. My mother told me it a long time ago. It’s sort of a rhyme.”

A pause.

“T-the softest of b-beds, o-or the h-hardest of stone. Seizing, the day, or t-the w-wind, for our own.”

Rainstream swallowed.

“W-what am I describing?”

Helix tilted her head to the side, then didn’t move for a minute. Rainstream fidgeted beneath her captor’s grip, but could not escape. Not that she fully wanted to. At last, Helix spoke.

“Obvious.” She dropped her sharpened limb, and unbound Rainstream from the others, drawing them back to her so that they sat atop her back looking like four very plucked wings. Rainstream noticed Helix still had her wings.

“And pointless. I have far more useful things to do with my time.”

Helix turned and trotted away, giving Rainstream a gorgeous view of her beautiful ass. Rainstream blushed, but then recovered herself. She scrambled to her hooves.

“B-but wait! You never told me the answer.”

Helix stopped and turned, looking lazily over her shoulder. “You know it, do you not?”

Rainstream nodded quickly.

“As do I, inferior pony, so further discussion is pointless. I must go study your wings for their magic.”

Helix turned back and continued trotting away.

“But you never stated the answer. How do I know that you know?”

“Again, pointless. You are an inferior being. I don’t need to prove anything to you.

“So you don’t know the answer then.”

Helix stopped in place, turned, and slowly trotted back toward Rainstream. Rainstream grinned, and blushed. Helix stopped inches from Rainstream’s snout and bored into her with those glowing ruby eyes of hers.

“If you wish to die, say so and I will be glad to remove you from existence. Otherwise, stop wasting my time.”

One of the locks of Helix’s mane draped down and tickled Rainstream’s nose.

Rainstream giggled. “You’re cute.”

A visible blush slowly formed on Helix’s cheeks, but her eyes grew angry. It was just… adorable. And this close… Rainstream quickly leaned forward, and locked lips with Helix. Mmm, black licorice. Not the sweetest flavor, but still—

Rainstream found herself slammed against the wall again, having been slapped roughly by one of Helix’s tentacles.

“STOP WASTING MY TIME!” she shouted, then sped off.

Rainstream grinned stupidly. Totally worth it. She rubbed her aching head, then realized she was still alive. She froze. Why hadn’t Helix killed her? She had every reason to, and yet she hadn’t. It was a mystery. Rainstream stood up and dusted herself off. Or, well, she tried to. The lack of wings was…

Wings.

Rainstream trudged slowly across the cave. She had to stay close to the wall for the ground to be cool enough for her hooves. Helix was rumaging inside a storage container on the far side. Rainstream could hear several clangs from things being moved inside.

She came across the two green cylinders from earlier. A few bubbles drifted up through them. Inside were two shapes, mostly equine, but with a few odd limbs.

“Are these your new specimens?” Rainstream asked.

“Yes. They are nearly finished. I simply need to wait.”

Helix closed the storage container and trotted over to stand on the far side.

“They will be superior to me, and if they defeat me in battle, of which I have no doubt they will, they will become the next in the Helix line.”

Rainstream blinked, staring further at the two shapes.

“Are they smarter than you?”

“I have programmed them to be, but I will not know until they emerge.”

“How will you know if they’re smarter?”

“They will defeat me in battle.”

“But that’s just physical strength isn’t it? What about brain power?”

“Irrelevant. Their battle prowess will prove their intelligence. Even you should know battles are not won with brute force alone. This is something I have over my predecessor.”

“You’re smarter than the previous Helix.”

“Undoubtedly.”

Rainstream smirked. “Isn’t that indubitably?”

A pause.

“Irrelevant. I defeated her, just as I defeated you and your friends.”

“But you still haven’t answered my riddle.”

A pause.

“I told you that I know the answer. Which I do. You need not hear the answer to know I have won.”

“But that’s how riddles work. You don’t get to say you know unless you can say the answer.”

“But I can.”

“So, what’s the answer?”

A pause.

“You do not know either.”

“Ha, so you don’t know!” Rainstream called, triumphantly.

Helix darted swiftly around the tubes, scuttling on her enhanced tentacles. Rainstream quickly backtrotted, but the ground got hotter and she had to try to dodge sideways. Helix tackled her and sat on her belly, pressing their faces together, but wrapping one tentacle around Rainstream’s neck this time.

“Intelligence alone will get you nowhere either. A riddle is not enough to best me.”

She stomped her hoof, and her tail flicked, which just happened to fall across Rainstream’s nether region. It winked. That tickle sent a jolt through Rainstream. Her face grew hot.

Helix tilted her head. “What is that face? That is not the face most ponies make when they are bested.” Her tail continued to tickle Rainstream’s sensitive spot.

“Nng, st-top.” Rainstream panted, reaching a hoof down to push Helix’s tail away. Helix paused, looked under her, then looked back at Rainstream. Leaving one tentacle around Rainstream’s neck, Helix turned until she could prod Rainstream’s pussy with her hoof.

“You ponies are amusing by how sensitive your reproductive organs are. Such an exploitable weakness.” She pressed harder, rubbing her hoof around on top of Rainstream’s pussy, sending convulsions throughout Rainstream’s body. She writhed beneath Helix’s grip, letting out moans of ecstasy.

“You will yield, and admit that I am superior, pony. This is your weakest spot. I have bested you. Admit it.”

Rainstream could hardly find her voice amidst the moans that kept forcing their way up.

“A-ans-swer t-the r-ridd-dle.”

The hoof retracted, and a tentacle shoved itself deep inside Rainstream.

“Ah!” She cried out, suddenly filled by… Helix. As the modified appendage drilled into her, Rainstream let out moans of pleasure.

“Yeild!”

Helix stepped over Rainstream and began rubbing her clit while the tentacle drilled into her. Rainstream opened her eyes for a brief instant, and noticed Helix’s perfect black pussy was directly over her.

And it wasn’t dry.

Rainstream could smell her. It as though Helix was secretly enjoying this. Rainstream's legs were free. Sporting a grin she could never be sure was entirely caused by the sensations assaulting her pussy, Rainstream reached up and rubbed Helix’s pussy.

The response was immediate. All movement stopped. The two of them sat completely still. Helix, with her hoof and tentacle pressed into Rainstream’s pussy. And Rainstream, with her hoof pressed against Helix’s pussy. Helix’s pussy winked. Rainstream grinned, and reached up to grab Helix’s hindquarters and pull her down.

She was stopped however, as Helix’s powerful tentacles held her down. But she was still allowed to rub and prod the increasingly wet folds above her.

Rainstream giggled as she was fucked by a tentacle monster, while being allowed to give it pleasure in return.

“Have I mentioned you’re really cu—”

Helix planted her rump firmly onto Rainstream’s face, silencing anything further Rainstream might have said.

“Your words are pointless. Make a better use for your mouth before I silence it permanently. I will know when you yield.“

So Rainstream got to work, rubbing her snout into the soft, very wet folds pressed over her favce, and reached forward with her tongue. Rainstream heard a brief moan that she was very sure she hadn’t made, before the tentacle returned to work on her pussy, but one was prodding her ass now.

Rainstream would have yelped if her mouth wasn’t properly muffled by Helix’s muff. Instead, she continued her tonguework and reached up with her unbound hooves to rub Helix’s teats.

There was no audible response this time, but another Tentacle made itself known, wrapping around both of Rainstream’s teats as well. Helix shifted, and her tongue flicked one of Rainstream’s nipples.

“Mmmph.” Rainstream shrieked in pleasure, drawing a gasp from Helix, after which her tongue doubled its ministrations on Rainstream’s teats.

They continued like this for several minutes, until Helix began inserting one of her tentacles into Rainstream’s anus. Rainstream squirmed, trying to avoid it. She stopped attending to Helix’s folds at all. No no no no no no not there.

As the appendage slowly spread her ass apart, Rainstream started slapping Helix’s flank, hoping to get her to stop.

She didn’t, and before long Rainstream felt more full than she’d ever been during a sexual encounter. She screamed constantly into Helix’s vagina, waiting for the sexual torment to stop.

It didn’t for about a half hour, during which Rainstream came several times, but Helix never seemed to notice. When at last Rainstream’s voice had run out, and her hoof fell limp at her side, Helix ceased pounding her ass, and stood up, lifting her dripping folds from Rainstream’s favce.

“Do you yield?”

Rainstream could barely move. Her ass was sore. Her pussy was sore. Her teats were sore. Her forelegs were exhausted. Her lungs were burning. She was soaked from sweat and sexual fluids.

A quiet whimper was Rainstream’s only response.

“As expected. I am superior to you in this as well.”

Helix turned and trotted away, taking Rainstream’s golden view with her.

“Let me know when and how you wish to die, but do make it soon, for your own sake. You won’t be leaving without your wings, I expect, and I don’t need to feed, unlike you. You’ll starve if the heat doesn’t kill you first.”

Rainstream managed a weak smile.

“You still never answered my riddle,” She whispered.

She shrieked a moment later as a tentacle whipped straight across her puffed out pussy.

“Water.”

Rainstream drew a breath, but before she could go on, she was whipped again, across one of her teats this time.

“It is soft and used for beds, but becomes hard when impacted at high speed, and it is common for seafaring ponies to ride across it on the wind. The answer to your riddle is water. I am superior to you.”

Rainstream lay silently and caught her breath. But Helix had lost patience. She whipped Rainstream again, across her other teat.

“Admit it. I am far superior to you in every way.”

Rainstream coughed, trying to catch her breath.

“Yield.” Helix whipped Rainstream’s stomach

“Nnng!” Rainstream struggled to form a word.

“Yield!” The inside of her thigh.

“N-nnn...”

“Yield!” The other thigh.

“No!”

The whip came across her ass, somehow.

“What?” Helix asked.

“N-no, that’s not the answer.” Rainstream grinned.

A pause.

“Tell me the answer.”

“No.”

“Then we will continue.” The tentacle rested against Rainstream’s pussy again.

Rainstream laughed. “Are you sure you don’t have better things to do? I thought this was pointless.”

An audible growl came from Helix’s lips.

“You are drawing my attention only because I am bored and have little else to do, but you are tiresome, and so I have decided you will die of lust. Enjoy your last breaths, pony. I know I will.”

A tentacle wrapped tightly around Rainstream’s neck, and her favorite view descended over her once again. Two tentacles were shoved back into her again and again as she ate out the charcoal pony sitting on her face. Soon she felt the need to breathe, but she couldn't. Helix was blocking her air. The assault on her loins continued as she began to feel lightheaded. Rainstream tried beating on Helix's flank but she did not let up. Rainstream's vision grew narrower and narrower as everything began to shut down, meanwhile the sensations in her loins became a burning pain.

The last thing Rainstream ever saw was Helix's beatiful ass on her face, and she fucking loved it.

Rainstream put the quill down, admiring her work with a deep heat in her cheeks, and the rest of her as well. She attempted to fold her wings, but eventually gave up and focused on folding her letter. She hoped Helix would like it. Now if only Rainstream knew of a volcanic cave in the area. She gazed out the Cookies’s window at the distant horizon.

Who knows? Maybe Helix would even respond. She finally folded her wings and trotted outside to the mailbox. Just as she was about to place the letter inside she had a horrifying realization.

She couldn’t address the letter, because she had absolutely no idea where Helix lived.
