The Enclave only lives above the clouds right? no

There is a stable on the surface that was built by ponies that were responsible for the Enclaves creation. A stable given three tasks, to evolve their technology, manufacture an army and wait for the Equestrian army to return to finish off the Zebra horde.

A simple task that could be repeated forever. Fate would say otherwise, discontent is high in Stable 137 and power is held by the ruling pegasi by a single string. In an effort to gain power the string is tested and a pegasus named Fantastic Storm, who only wanted to live a simple life will soon become the focus of the entire stable. Storm will be forced to make a choice. Will it be his own or will he be a pawn in a greater game.
