Krummaruk could only feel bored while glancing down at the warrior he just fought. He was expecting more but was just disappointed. He never took his eyes off his defeated opponent even when he was teleported away.

When it was done he saw that he was in a cave that was lit by torches with an eerily dark green flame that looked unnatural to him. Off to the side, he saw the Draknik body laying on the ground with blood still continuing to out of the wound.

He heard something and acting by instinct he caught something that struggled in his hand and was making hissing sounds. Taking a look he saw a tentacle that was different than any other one he has seen before. The end of it was what had his attention. It had a mouth full of razor-sharp teeth and coming out of its mouth was a dark green snake-like tongue.

"Is that how you treat all your guests?" Krummaruk spoke while glancing to where the tentacle came from only to see it going into a robe figure sleeve.

The figure didn't speak but merely drew its arm or tentacle back when Krummaruk released it.

"Do you two realize what you have done?"

"I have a hunch you going to tell me." Krummaruk spoke with a bored tone while resting his sword against his shoulder.

"You two have shown yourselves to the world. All our plans which have taken years to make undone by you two stupidity."

"It was just a town."

"A town where the elements of harmony are as well the Princess Celestia student."

"I fail to see how this is a problem."

"Did you two at least retrieve the elements?"

Krummaruk just stared at him.

"The ones that know your names. Are they dead?"

Krummaruk just stared and didn't flinch even when a tentacle stabbed through his stomach.

"You idiots."

"Oh don't get your panties tied in a knot," Krummaruk spoke.

Reaching down he grasped the tentacle and threw it to the ground.

"The master will not pleased."

"If he has a problem with it he can say it to my face. And I mean in person. Not that fire orb thing he does."

"Humph. I'm sure he will make a note of that." After speaking the robe figure glanced down at Draknik body.

"He was killed by the warrior who saved the town the first time."

"You fought him?"

"Tch. More like destroyed him. He would have been killed by my hand had I not been teleported."

"How interesting." The figure spoke while summoning another tentacle only it had something beating inside its mouth.

"You seriously going to..."

"Yes. Whether you like it or not he still has a purpose."

"Whatever. Just tell me when my next mission is or who you want dead." Krummaruk spoke walking away while waving his hand in the air.

The figure only glared at his back before turning his attention back to Draknik body. Thrusting the tentacle forward into the wound he placed whatever was in its mouth inside Draknik body before pulling back. Summoning a green flame in the other hand he threw it forward cauterizing the wound.

"You lucky that the master still has a use for you," The robed figure spoke. "But we will not allow disobedience."

The robe took a knee and put his hand that was covered by his robe together and began to chant.

"Ara-miavama-ukowaka...Ara-miavama-ukowaka....Ara-miavama-ukowaka..."

Garyx could feel himself stirring. He was confused when he felt himself lying in a bed. He opened his eyes only to close them when he saw a bright light that blinded him.

'God damn it.' He thought in annoyance.

After waiting for a few seconds he slowly opened his eyes to adjust to the light. What he saw him clenching his teeth in anger when recognized the familiar ceiling from before.

'This damn place!'

"I see you awake."

Hearing a voice he glared over in the direction to see a familiar pony when he was first in here. He glared at her even when she walked towards but stopped a few feet away from.

Letting out a few growls he opened his mouth to speak.

"Your armor and weapon is in the chair next to you."

Garyx closed his mouth.

"What? You think we want you to have another fit?" The mare spoke with a small glare.

"Afraid?" Garyx taunted her with a smirk showing off his teeth.

"Hardly."

Garyx lost his smirk and growled.

"You wounds are healing though I would advise you to remain in bed to rest."

"Going to TRY to stop me?"

"No. But I would figure you would leave anyway."

That stumped Garyx.

"I see you don't like me."

"Grateful for what you did to save this town. But your attitude not so much." The mare spoke while finishing writing down what she needed and turned to leave.

"Then why do you stupid ponies keep helping me when I never asked for it?"

The mare stopped and turned and sent a glare at him.

The two stared at each other for what seemed forever.

"Well?"

"Because I took an oath."

"Must be a dumb one," Garyx grumbled only to be surprised when he saw the mare stomp right up to him and glared at him. "Struck a nerve did I?"

The mare glared at him while Garyx just smirked.

"The Hippocratic oath."

"What the hell is that? Thats the dumbest thing I ever heard."

"Probably to you. But if it wasn't for it no pony would have healed you. Its not what you look like but how you act."

"Tch. Sounds like stupidity to me."

"To you, I am not surprised."

"Trying to make feel guilty?"

"I'm tiring to make you show some gratefulness."

"Like hell that will happen. Caring for others is a weakness. If someone needs help they are weak."

"Like how the minotaur you fought did to you."

GAryx growled.

"You call everypony you see weak yet you were beaten by a minotaur. What does that make you?"

"I wasn't at full strength. Had I'ver been that thing would have been dead by my hands."

The mare stared at before sighing.

"I heard something before. A quote by a royal guard."

"Like I care." Garyx grumbled.

"A warrior takes responsibility for his acts, for the most trivial of acts. An average stallion acts out his thoughts, and never takes responsibility for what he does."

That stumped Garyx.

"What are you saying?"

"That you don't take responsibility for your acts. You act just like an average stallion who never takes responsibility. Everything you do, every action you take effects those around you."

"Why should I care?"

"Besides the fact that ponies care for you despite your attitude. You still hurt them."

"They need to grow some thicker skin."

"You need to grow up."

"What the hell did you just say to me?!"

"Every pony has a past that they are not proud of. But that gives them no right to take their anger out on others who want to help them. I won't pretend what you went through. But don't you think that you letting your past affect your actions today? You were probably raised by a loving family who misses you."

Garyx growled.

"Surely they raised you better than this? Mistrust is one thing and it is your right not to trust. But to take your anger out on everything is not right. Did the ones who raised you to teach to you to let your anger out on everypony you come across?"

"You have no right to tell me what to do."

"I'm not. Just giving you advice." The mare spoke before turning to leave only to stop by the door. "You would be surprised if just let somepony in."

"Like I need anyone to help me."

"Tell that to the ones who helped move here."

"What?"

"The Element bearers and their dragon helped you despite their injuries."

"They are stupid then." Garyx grumbled.

"Or they care about you. They even came to see you."

"What?"

The mare didn't answer but left.

Garyx growled and went to move only to fall back on the bed with a grunt of pain.

'Injuries? Yeah right. They probably all ran away in fear when those things showed up. Otherwise, Why didn't I see them besides the hatchling.' Garyx thought.

"You awake."

Garyx turned towards the voice only to see the hatchling.

'Speak of the devil and they appear.' He thought while glaring.

As the hatchling approached Garyx didn't see any bandages on him causing him to scoff. His eyes widen slightly when he saw the ponies that hung out with the hatchling walked in.

Each one of them had bandages in some shape or form around their bodies. He wanted to scoff at them being weak but stopped when he realized he had no right to do such a thing considering he was in worst shape then them.

So he settled for just glaring at them.

"I see you are alright."

Garyx just glared at them.

"Twilight I don't know why we even came to see him when he just gong to yell in anger."

'You're not wrong.'

"It is still the right thing to do."

"What are all of you doing here?"

"See what I mean!" Rainbow yelled while pointing a finger at him.

"Stop pointing that finger at me unless you want it go missing." GAryx growled.

"Just try it buster."

Garyx scoffed but he stared at them. Not glaring but just stared at them in thought.

"The bastard could be grateful we helped move him."

'So it was true.'

"Well?"

"I'm not thanking you if that is the reason you came to see me." Garyx grumbled.

"Ungrateful bastard." Applejack grumbled under her breathe.

"We came to check to see if you were alright."

"I am. Now leave."

"That does it!" Spike yelled shocking everyone.

"Listen here you bastard!" Spike yelled while marching up to Garyx and glared at him. "My friends were hurt yet they decided to help out your ass when they were hurt. They cared about your injuries more than theirs so you can show some appreciation!"

Garyx just stared at the hatchling who was panting with small breathes of fire coming out of his mouth.

"He's not worth it Spike." Twilight spoke though Garyx could hear a small tone of sadness over what he didn't know.

"Bastard." Spike mumbled to himself before walking to join the others who were getting ready to leave.

"Despite the fact we are glad you are ok."

Garyx just stared at them remembering what the nurse told him.

"The Element bearers and their dragon helped you despite their injuries."

Garyx let out a sigh.

He watched as they were about to exit the door.

"Thank you." He mumbled low.

Spike stopped casuing the ponies to look at him in confusion when they saw him turn around in shock.

"What did you say?" He asked in shock.

"I said nothing."

"Yes, you did."

"No, I didn't."

"You just said thank you."

"I said no such thing." Garyx growled.

"You just did!" Spike spoke with a smile.

Garyx got angrier when he saw they were all looking at him with smiles while Rainbow had a smirk.

"I SAID NO SUCH DAMN THING! I WOULD NEVER THANK ANYONE!"

"Yet you did."

Garyx at them with small flames coming out of his mouth. They were beginning to leave but none of them lost their smiles while Garyx just stayed in his bed blowing out small flames.

'Idiots.' Garyx thought.
