Aegis and blitz are twins, partners and above all, hunters. When the monsters come so do they. City to city, town to town they travel where they are needed to hunt down threats to Equestria's safety and bring peace of mind to its denizens once more. A hunter's job is not in any way safe or easy, sometimes your only payment is a thank you and other times it's the knowledge you did the right thing.

Like my first story "The windigo's curse" this is the origin story of a pair of characters I plan to use in a later and long-running story. As it's only my second work please leave any advice for me to look over if you have it, I will enjoy the upgrade!
