It all started with a game of Ogres and Oubliettes. "Discord, let's go!" Spike said, watching Discord lazily reading a magazine.
"Wait, I'm at the good bit!" said Discord. Spike moaned, while Twilight and her friends came through into the room.
"What's going on boys" Rarity asked.
"Discord won't take us to Orgres and Oubliettes!" complained Spike.
"Fine!" said Discord. He pointing his finger letting out lighting. But instead it hit the mane 6! A large black hole formed in the room, as they got sucked in. Discord frantically clicked his fingers to stop the black hole, but it sucked him inside as well. With a loud zap, the portal closed, leaving behind Spike and Big Mac.
"Oh man!" moaned Spike.
The girls and Discord saw swirls and rainbows, as they opened there eyes. A scene of a huge towering castle was in front of their eyes. They had turned into humans, which was normal for Twilight.
"Oh my goodness" screamed Fluttershy, looking at her friends. She herself was in a long black robe, with a blue raven symbol as a crest. Twilight also had the same clothing. Applejack and Rainbow Dash were in grey v-neck sweaters, with a red and yellow lion crest. Pinkie Pie had a yellow and black badger, and Rarity and Discord had a black and green snake.
"Looks like we're in Hogwarts!" said Discord.
"Hog-what?" Rainbow said.
"A school for young wizards and witches- I read about it, it's supposed to be mythology" Twilight explained.
"I look weird" said Discord. He had grey skin and really dark brown hair, his signature tooth coming out. But he didn't have the horns thought.
"Wait a minute, we still have our ears, wings and horns!" noticed Applejack.
"Cool" said Rainbow, flying around in her human form.
"I suggest we go to the castle and find the spa" said Rarity.
"I agree with Rarity- except for the spa bit" Applejack said, walking behind her.
When they arrived, they saw a lot of creatures like them, except they didn't have horns or ears or wings like they did. R
There were four long tables, and they had one of the four crests. Pinkie Pie bounced over to her table, and immediately made a friend.
"Hi, I'm Pinkie Pie, what's your name?" she asked a nervous looking girl.
"Hannah. Hannah Abbott" she replied.
"Cool, where are we?" Hannah looked at Pinkie strangely.
"Um, where are in Hufflepuff, Hogwarts!" she said.
"What's Hufflepuff?" Applejack spotted Pinkie Pie with Hannah, and called her over.
"Pinkie! Stop askin' people questions, they'll think we're crazy" she whisper shouted.
"Okie dokie lokie" she said.
Meanwhile, Twilight was tactfully asking questions. "So, ahem, my friend back home wanted to know what it's like here, could you explain to us? You know to jot notes down!"
"Well, Hogwarts is divided into four houses, we're in Ravenclaw, for smart wizards and witches, Gryfinndor is for brave, Hufflepuff is for-" the girl hesitated, "Untalented, comparing, and Slytherin is for clever, but almost all wizards and witches from Slytherin are evil"
"Oh, how rude of me, I'm Luna Lovegood"
"So lovely to meet you Luna, I love your glasses there!" said Fluttershy, pointing to Luna's spectrespecs.
"Oh, theses are my spectrespecs, anyhow, welcome, you can come talk to me anytime" Luna said, getting up.
"Excuse me, why do you have wings and horns?" asked a girl with long black hair, "I'm Cho Chang by the way"
"Birth default..." muttered Twilight.
"But your friends in the other houses have the same problem" Cho pointed out.
"Um, our, um, mothers at the same medicine, which was supposed keep us healthy but it gave us wings and horns" chuckled Fluttershy nervously, "By the way, I'm Fluttershy, and this is my friend Princess Twilight"
Twilight shook her head.
"Princess?" Cho said.
"Uh, she didn't sleep well last night" covered Twilight, glaring at Fluttershy.
At Gryfinndor table, AJ and Rainbow were finally understanding this place. "Hi, my name is Harry Potter" said a boy with dark hair, glasses and a lightning scar.
"Cool, I'm a Rainbow Dash, but you can call me, Rainbow or Dash, or RD" said Rainbow.
"Howdy Harry! I'm Applejack, we're new here!" said AJ.
"Don't worry, I was two years too. Let me introduce you to my friends, Hermoine Granger and Ron Weasley"
A girl with frizzy brown hair, and a boy with bright orange hair came over. "Good to meet ya'll, but who's that old man over there?" asked Applejack. She pointed at an elderly man with long white beard and long robes.
"That's Albus Dumbledore, the greatest wizard ever!" said Ron, "I've even got his card" He pulled out a card with a moving Dumbledore.
Discord was getting grilled by Rarity about transporting them there. A boy with slick white blonde hair came over to them.
"Hey weirdos, what's up with the horn and wings? And I'm Draco Malfoy"
"Who do you think you're calling weird, creep? And excuse me if we're special, unlike your ugliness" sneered Discord.
"Seriously, your friend has purple hair?" Draco stared, "How 'bout a stroll, Miss-"
"Rarity, and that sounds lovely, this afternoon?" Rarity said, quite taken by the boy.
"We don't have time for romance!" said Discord, rolling his eyes, "Especially with jerks like him"
Later, the seven of them met up. "How are we going to get out of here? No one knows anything" asked Applejack
"I've got it!" said Twilight.
"Got what?" Pinkie said.
"Luna and Cho said they teach you magic here, with wands and stuff. With the right spell, we can get out of here!" explained Twilight.
"Easy for you to say, you already do magic" said Rainbow Dash.
"No, we have to learn magic with wands, with I don't know anything about" Twilight said.
"Perhaps we should ask Dumbledore, and explain our situation" Pinkie suggested.
"Great idea Pinkie, let's ask the Beardo" said Discord. He snapped his fingers and appeared next to Dumbledore.
"Excuse me sir, we are from Equestria, and we wish to go home. Can you wave your wand thingy and send us back? I have a game of Ogres and Oubliettes I'm desperate to get back to" said Discord.
"Hold on, did you say, Equestria?" Dumbledore said.
"Yep"
"Like, with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna?" The girls shared a look.
"How do you know about the Princesses?" said Fluttershy.
"Um, I just do, and there are four alicorn princesses, if I'm not mistaken, one of them in front of me" said Dumbledore, bowing to Twilight.
"So how can we go home?" asked Applejack.
"I don't know, but if you want to, you're going need our library" said Dumbledore, leading them to the library.
Twilight spun around, in marvel on the large library and the ancient books.
"You know what this means- RESEARCH!" said Twilight, in awe.
Everyone else groaned.
Author's Note
I reread the Harry Potter books, and thought about combining both Harry Potter and MLP. This is set during the Prisoner of Azkaban. And if you haven't read the books, a bit is explained, because the mane 6 are new as well!

I changed the theme to be Prisoner of Azkaban, because I couldn't find my copy of Chamber of Secrets. I made some changes to the previous chapter, if you want to go back and re read, feel welcome.

Harder than it looks
The six groaned as they watched a Twilight run around the library like a kid in a candy store. "Come on, help, grab a book and look for any clues" said Twilight. After about 10 minutes, Fluttershy found something. "Um, I think I found something" she whispered.
"We're doomed!" whined Rarity.
"I think I-" started Fluttershy.
"Hey look, I found something, a spell book!" said Discord, snatching the book from Fluttershy.
"It says something about a man named Sirius Black having it in his possession" explained Discord.
"Well, I read that-" murmured Fluttershy.
"I read Sirius Black is a wanted criminal, who recently escaped from Azkaban Prison" Twilight said.
"Well I know who can get it from him- Fluttershy!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Why me?" asked Fluttershy.
"I read that Sirius can turn into a black dog, and who can talk to animals? You!" said Rainbow Dash.
"We should ask some of the student here and then go looking fer a wanted criminal, right ya'll?" suggested Applejack.
The others nodded, and headed to there dormitories.
In Gryfinndor, Rainbow Dash and AJ where asking Hermoine about Hogwarts. She told them about Voldemort, but they called him 'You-Know-Who'. Hermoine was really excited to finally have good friends who were girls. "I mean, Ginny is nice, but you two really get me!"
"So can we hang out with you tomorrow, for classes?" asked Applejack. Hermoine nodded, and Rainbow Dash, asked to be excused to talk to Applejack. "Hermoine seems like she can be trusted, maybe we should ask for help"
"I was thinkin' the same thing" replied Applejack, "The more the help the better"
"Hermoine, we aren't from this world" Rainbow Dash said.
"You and your friends are from Equestria, right?" Hermoine beamed. Applejack and Rainbow stared.
"How did you know?"
"I'm the top student in our grade, I've read basically every book there is to read,d I read about your world, maybe I can help you get back?" Hermoine asked excitedly.
"I think you and our friend Twilight would get along really well, she's read practically every book as well" said Rainbow smirking.
The next day, all they all met up to discuss what to do. Twilight and Hermoine did get along really well, chatting no stop about different books and organising techniques.
Meanwhile, Fouttershy introduced them to Luna Lovegood, and Pinkie Pie introduced them to Hannah. "Maybe we should make our own secret society to help you get back?" suggested Pinkie Pie, "Hey where are Rarity and Discord?"
They saw Rarity and Discord warily trudging towards them. "Kids in Slytherin are awful" said Rarity, here hair messed up, "They messes up me hair, and ripped my robes!"
"I can't say it was much better for me" Discord complained, "Draco nearly cut off my wings, and I couldn't put a spell on him, because everyone would know I'm magical"
"Stop losers!" said a voice from behind them. It was Draco Malfoy. The group looked at each other nervously. "I want you to leave as soon as possible, so count me in!" The others looked at each other, unsure whether to trust him.
Discord clicked his fingers to check where he was sincere or not. He saw memories of Draco sneered at them, and wanting to get rid of them, and him seeing them leaving and not plotting against them for once. "He's serious" confirmed Discord. The others sighed. "I am magical, so I can make him be loyal"
"Wow, what kind of magic can you do?" asked Hermoine eagerly. Discord snapped his fingers and trapped her in a magic bubble. Hermoine desperately banged on the bubble. The others glared at him. He rolled his eyes, and released her.
"His magic is why we're here in the first place" growled Rainbow Dash.
"Come one let's not dwell on the past and see hat we can do!" said Twilight, shooting Discord a 'You owe me look'!
"We really need to get to class" said Harry, "We have divination first up" Rainbow and Applejack followed Harry and Ron.
"We have Charms" said Luna, leading Fluttershy and Twilight to the East Wing.
"Um, care of magical creature for us" Hannah said to Pinkie.
"Come on losers, potions, my favourites" said Draco.
The whole day, the girls and Discord practiced magic with there new wands. "They won't tell you the good stuff, you have to research" said Hermoine, her eyes sparkling at the thought.
Meanwhile, Luna was teaching Fluttershy and Twilight complex wand charms during class, because Proffesor Flitwick was away and left them work.
In Care Of Magical Creatures, Pinkie Pie was riding Buckbeak like a pro, enjoying the thrill of flying, as Hagrid looked proudly from below.
Finally, in Potions, Snape was interrogating Rarity and Discord, but fortunately, Draco covered for them, and Snape reluctantly believed it. That afternoon, Draco and Rarity went strolling. "If everyone back home as beautiful as you?" asked Draco flirtatiously.
"I like to think I'm the fairest of them all!" giggled Rarity. They leaned in for a kiss, as Discord jumped out of the bushes. "Come on Rarity, we need to do our homework" said Discord. He gave Draco a glare as he lead Rarity away.
"What are you doing?" Discord asked.
"Um, I was just, uh," Rarity fumbled for words.
"We don't have time for a romantic relationship with some crude we don't even know if we can trust!" growled Discord.
That night, everyone showed each other what they had learnt, Twilight teaching charms, Pinkie telling them how to ride Buckbeak in case of an emergency, Discord showing potions, and while Hermoine explained the uselessness of Divination.
"I tell you, they predicted Harry would die because he say a black dog!" vented Hermoine.
"Did you say black dog?" Rainbow Dash said, putting the pieces together.
"Sirius Black, the wanted criminal can turn into a black dog, we read it somewhere!" explained Discord. He snapped his fingers, showing a poster of Sirius transforming into a dog.
"But I checked the Animagus records, and Sirius Black wasn't there! Where did you find that?" Hermoine was confused.
"Well, I was the one who found it nearby when we arrived here, along with paw prints" Rainbow Dash said.
"You don't think-" started Fluttershy, shivering.
"That Sirius Black knows where we came from!" finished Twilight.
