Enter Captain Marvelous It was December 21 2012 I was out shopping with my host family in Tokyo when it all happened, we were doing some last minute christmas shopping when some people started screaming and running away from we didn’t know what. But soon it was all to clear that some people had acquired military hardware and were causing chaos. We tried to run tried to hide but they found us and they claimed to be part of the new world order it didn’t matter to me as they were executing people to make sure they went unchallenged, I was tied up saw one by one people getting executed till it was my turn. I closed my eyes waiting for the end then suddenly nothing, no bang on pain nothing I opened my eyes to see a white void in front of me. I wondered if I were dead, I could still feel my heart beating, while I looked around an old man came out of nowhere and explained everything to me apparently the end of the world was some kind of test and that I was a survivor and I had the opportunity to head to anywhere I wanted with anything I wanted and In a moment of weakness I took the offer. I closed my journal and looked out at space and sighed it had been months since I took the offer and it has been lonely with only Navi to keep me company, that was not to say I didn't have any adventures along the way. I stopped by a few planets on they way to my mysterious destination. I looked at Navi before asking “(So is this the Planet?)” Navi flew around the room before saying, “(Yes this is the place.)” she then landed on her perch and said “Let's go treasure navigation!” And flew up into the ceiling before floating back down onto said perch “(Look in the mountain city for the Princesses Apprentice.)” she said. She was being surprisingly straightforward today. “(So find the apprentice and get our first crew member got it.)” I said as I headed up to the steering wheel. “(Lets go in for a closer look.)” ‘A few days passed since the mysterious object was detected entering Mundus’ atmosphere’ the news paper read as Twilight and her friends were sitting at a cafe talking about the wedding Twilight was making it clear that there was something wrong with Cadence but her friends were ignoring her feelings saying that what she was seeing was probably just pre wedding stress. Twilight sat alone thinking ‘maybe it is just pre wedding stress maybe I’m overreacting.’ she then got up and started walking back to the room she was given for the wedding. As she was walking back to her room she bumped into someone “Hey watch it.” she said. “Sorry.” the person said as she was about to turn and leave. “Miss you dropped something.” he said handing her something wrapped in cloth. She took it and gave a quick look at before saying “This isn’t...” she paused as he was no longer around “...mine.” she finished as she looked around looking for the person she bumped into to no avail. She then took a look at the device before putting it in her purse and walking away wondering what had just happened. I stood on the roof of a nearby building with Navi “(Is the Tracker working?)” I asked. “(Yes its working. Its tracking the girl.)” Navi said. “Good.” I said as I took a hold of Navi and disappeared in a puff of smoke. The next day I was hanging around the gardens looking at the statues while keeping an eye on the tracker I placed on the girl. As I was looking at this mishmash statue of creatures the tracker went off and the girl went from in the castle to somewhere in the mountain ‘looks like I tagged the right person’ I thought to myself as I readied myself for what came next. I headed to a secluded area and prepared myself. I stood with the real Cadence about to leave the area we were in when a strange noise came out of my purse I reached in and found that the sound was coming from the device that I was mistakenly given, when I opened it up and a voice came out of it “Hey.” the voice said as I was confused to how this worked but the voice spoke again “Listen I don’t have much time to explain incase you didn’t know you were teleported into the mountain.” The voice said. “Twilight what’s going on?” Cadence asked. “I’m not sure, this thing is talking to me.” I said as Cadence looked confused. “How could it be talking to you?” she asked. “Because its not talking to you there is just someone on the other end.” the voice said as Cadence heard it. “Wait whoever you are find princess Celestia and show this to her we need to hurry.” Cadence said. “First off the name is Captain Marvelous and second I like the way your thinking.” The voice said as the device went silent and we went off on our way. I went off to find Princess Celestia whom I guessed was in in her office. I left the secluded part of the garden and into the castle it was time to switch into Kakuranger. I pushed the button on my belt and the red Kakuranger key came out of it and I placed it in the keyhole and said “Gokai change!” as I turned it a voice shouted ‘Kakuranger!’ as I transformed. I climbed the walls of the castle as I found a window to climb in and began sneaking around looking for Princess Celestia. Which wasn’t hard to be honest just follow a few guards and be sneaky while every now and then grabbing a guard and asking for directions before knocking them out I eventually found my way to Celestia’s study. I dropped down and knocked out the guards I then changed back from Kakuranger back to my normal look before entering the study. When I saw Celestia she was a large woman with wings. She was reading a book before she said “Guards I said I didn’t want any disturbances before the wedding.” I smiled before saying “Well maybe you’ll appreciate this disturbance.” as I pulled out my changer and pressed a button the communicate with Twilight in a few seconds Twilight answered. “Captain Marvelous are you with Celestia yet?” Twilight asked as Celestia looked miffed. Celestia was about to say something but I interrupted her “Twilight yes I’m with Celestia but let's get to the point.” I said. “Auntie you have to listen to us.” Cadence said. Celestia was confused when she heard the voice of Cadence coming from the other end of the Changer. “Cadence?” she asked. “I don’t have long to explain but the Cadence that has been around for the past few days isn’t me it's a changeling.” Cadence said as Celestia looked skeptical. “How do i know your telling the truth?” Celestia said. “The code to your safe is 7397 and it contains your cake stach.” Cadence said as Celestia looked embarrassed. “Alright I believe you.” she said as I gave a slight chuckle before Celestia asked” so what do we do about the Changeling?” “How long till the ceremony?” I asked. “An hour or so.” Celestia said. “How far are you from escaping Twilight?” I asked. “I don’t know I could try to teleport but I don’t know if I can make it with Cadence.” Twilight said. “Save till you know you can make it.” I said before answering Celestia “If you delay the wedding the Changeling might suspect something and act accordingly so keep the wedding as planned and I’ll think of something to delay the actual marriage before Twilight and the real Cadence get there.” I said as Celestia nodded before I asked “Could you teleport me to the gardens before your guards wake up.” as she nodded and her hands glowed before I found myself back in the royal gardens. An hour passed as the wedding got underway and Twilight was closer to escaping she just needed a little time. As I peeked into the ceremony hall and saw the fake Cadence walking the aisle. That's when I decided to make a show but before I could open the door I saw a roughed up Cadence and Twilight. “Are you captain Marvelous?” she asked. “(Yes)” I answered and nodded as we entered the room I pulled out my gun and fired three shots at the changeling and she fell. The entire room gasped as they turned to see me, Twilight and Cadence standing there. “Wait how can there be two Cadences?” a Rainbow haired girl with wings asked. “There isn't the one on the floor is a fake.” I answered as the fake Cadence got up. She placed her hand on the area where she got shot and noticed some blood, she then stared at me with great rage before exploding in green flames and transforming into another woman this one with greenish black hair and buglike wings. Before she could say something I shot her again but that only made her madder. “So who are you?” She asked. “Ladies or whatever you are first.” I responded as she looked somewhat ether impressed or shocked. “Very well I am Queen Chrysalis.” she said introducing herself. “See that's better anyway you may call me Captain Marvelous.” I said. “Good I’ll have it placed on your gravestone!” she screamed as she tried to rush me only to have a blast of energy to hit her in the back. “Who?” she asked seeing Celestia standing there. “Your fight is with me Chrysalis.” she said as Chrysalis turned around and launched a blast towards Celestia whom inturned launched a blast to counter Chrysalis. It looked like they were evenly matched until the beam went in Chrysalis’ favor. It was to fast for me to turn the tides with my gun. We all started as Chrysalis as she relished in the fact that Celestia laid down on the floor defeated we all saw outside as bug people which I assumed were Changelings were assaulting the shield. I turned to Twilight and handed her a Gokaiger Belt buckle that was used to summon Ranger keys but before I could explain why I was handing her this stuff the Changelings broke through the barrier. “We have to get to the Elements of Harmony.” Twilight said as they started to run off before I followed them. As we ran I wanted to tell Twilight about why I gave her the belt buckle but we were stopped by a swarm of Changelings. I turned to twilight and said “Go I’ll clear a path for you.” I said as i pressed the button on my belt buckle and pulled out the Gokaiger ranger key “Gokai change” I said as I place the key in the keyhole on by changer. As I did this a voice shouted ‘GOKAIGER!’ The pink haired girl looked around and asked “Where did that voice come from?” as I just shrugged. “(Lets go!)” I said running into the swarm of Changelings swinging my sword at a few of them and shooting a few more as Twilight and her friends ran passed the fighting to get to the elements. A few changelings tried to go after them but I shot them in the back “(Hey your fights with me!)” I shouted as they all swarmed me I pressed the button on my belt and the Dynaman ranger key came out. “Gokai change.” I said turning the key. ‘Dynaman!’ the voice shouted as I posed and a large explosion suddenly happened behind me ether killing or knocking away the changelings before changing back to gokaiger. Meanwhile Twilight and her friends made it to the hall of the vault where the Elements were stored “How do we get in?” Applejack asked while Pinkie and Rainbow Dash were holding the door closed and struggling to keep it closed. “I-I don’t know.” Twilight said looking at the lock before looking down at at the belt buckle Marvelous gave her. “Why would he give this to me?” she asked. “You can focus on that latter darling we first need to get into the vault and save Canterlot.” Rarity said. “I hope mr marvelous is alright.” Fluttershy said quietly. “Oh i’m sure he’s fine.” Pinkie said trying to keep the door closed as her ear twitched “Hey do you hear that?” Pinkie asked. “Hear what?” Rainbow asked while trying to keep the doors closed. “I don’t know it's the same voice I heard before but this time it's saying something else.” Pinkie said. “Alright i’ll bite sugarcube what did the voice say?” Applejack asked. “Well first it said Gokaiger but now it said Jetm-” Pinkie started as Changelings burst through the doors and windows. There was little they could do and surrendered quickly and were taken to the throne room. “Well,well,well if it isn’t my sister in law and her little friends.” Chrysalis joked as Twilight and her friends were dragged in. “Now where is the one that dared attack me?” she asked as a changeling whispered to her “What do you mean he flew away?” she asked “He doesn’t even have wings!” she screamed knocking the changeling away. “(Looking for me?)” I asked as I was standing on a pillar before I shot down with my laser pistol. Chrysalis growled before shouting “Get him!” i quickly flew around them and changed back to Gokaiger. “Twilight use the buckle.” I said as I blocked a few chanling claws as twilight pulled out the Belt buckle and placed it on her belt. “Okay now what?” she asked. “Press the button on the top it's not fully linked to the box so only on key should come out use it with the changer I gave you yesterday.” I said before shooting a few changelings. “Alright.” she said as she did as I instructed before she transformed “Gokai change” she said as she transformed into Gokai Pink. “Good now mimic me.” I said pulling out my ranger key and placing it in my sword as Twilight did the same. As we prepared out attack a voice shouted ‘Final Wave!’ as We slashed the air and a shockwave appeared heading towards Chrysalis causing her to explode and when the smoke cleared Chrysalis was gon and a window was smashed behind her .”Well that's done go see to Cadence.” I said. When everything was starting to be cleaned up we were in the ceremony room in the castle “Thank you Captain Marvelous.” Celestia said as Cadence and her husband to be were taken to the hospital. “Thank you but why did you give me this?” Twilight asked. “Simple before I kept got interrupted by the invasion I wanted to ask you to join my crew.” I said as everyone looked at me funny. “Why the heck would she join you?” the rainbow haired girl asked. Twilight gave a look to the rainbow haired girl before saying “Spike come here a moment.” as a small purple and green dragon walked up to her. “Yes Twilight?” it asked as she picked it up. Twilight smiled as she said “Say goodbye to everyone because were going on a trip.” as everyone gasped. “Twilight why?” Celestia asked. “Because it's clear you guys don’t trust me enough to at least hear me out.” Twilight said as she walked beside me. “So let's go.” she said to me I smiled as I pulled out my changer and pressed some buttons before dragging Twilight towards a window and jumping out as the Gokai Galleon flew by dropping some ropes to pick us up. //-------------------------------------------------------// Enter Sparky (unedited) //-------------------------------------------------------// Enter Sparky (unedited) As we got on the Galleon Twilight was impressed at the ship “So your telling me this airship can go into space?” she asked as I nodded “so where is the rest of the crew?” she asked. As she asked the question Navi flew in and asked “(So this is the Princess’ apprentice?)” “(Yes this is her.)” I answered as Navi flew in to look at the dragon. “(She doesn’t look like much.)” Navi said before flying to look at Twilight “(And who’s this?)” she asked. I laughed as I answered the question “(The Princess’ apprentice and her dragon.)” “What are they saying Twilight?” the dragon asked as she placed him on the floor. “I don’t know Spike.” Twilight said as I answered her question. “Oh Navi here was asking why there was a dragon on the ship.” I answered. “Oh well this is Spike i’ve hatched him when I was trying out for Celestia’s school for gifted mages.” she said. “Alright well this is Navi and now you’ve met with the entire crew.” I said as Twilight looked surprised. “You eman this is the entire crew?” she asked. “For the past few months yes.” I answered as I saw spike getting on my chair “hey hey hey off my chair.” I said chasing him off. “But I wanted to see what was in the chest.” He said as I pulled out the Gokaiger ranger key. “There now you’ve seen what's in the chest.” I said placing the key back in the chest. “Geez you don’t have to be so rude.” Spike said. “Anyway I should move the Galleon before something happens.” I said as I headed up to the steering. “Oh could we make a stop in a town not far from here.” Twilight asked “I need to pick some things up from my house.” she said. I stared at her for a second before saying “Fine give me the location.” as she smiled. As we stopped at the town call Ponyville Twilight went to her treehouse and picked up her clothing and some books before returning to the Galleon. “Well I left a closed sign on the door so the town should know that the Library is closed.” Twilight said to Spike as Navi flew us to a nearby city that was on the edge of the water while I sat in my chair. As we flew to Manehattan as Twilight called it we parked over the ocean and headed out for dinner. “So know any place that we can eat?” I asked. Twilight looked around and said “I’ve never been to Manehattan before sorry.” “Alright now before we eat I need to find a pawn shop.” I said as Twilight was confused. “I need to sell something unless you want to pay for dinner.” I said. As we walked somebody bumped into me and said mumbled something before walking away as my pockets felt a bit lighter so I checked my pockets. “Hey!” I said realising my Changer was gone running after the guy who bumped into me. As i chased them down they ran into an alleyway where I followed only to see some guards “So Sparky getting in trouble again.” One of them said twisting the arm of the girl. “And what's this?” the other guard asked taking the changer out of her hand. The other guard grabbed it and said “I don’t know but it looks valuable.” as I came into the alleyway and they noticed me “Oh you must be the owner of this her thing well sorry it has to go into evidence.” the guard laughed while wiping something rubbing something on my jacket. In response I punched him in the face. “Your pretty stupid to steal from someone who stole from a Pirate.” I said asd they took a step back before pulling out swords. “Y-your under arrest do any sudden movements or we’ll blast you to next week.” the said as there hands glowed. I rolled my eyes and said “(Good grief)” before shooting the guard with my changer in his hand causing him to drop it. I quickly grabbed it and pulled out a Dekaranger key out of my belt buckle and changed into Dekared. I quickly shot the ground around them scaring them off as I reverted back and walked towards the girl Sparky. “(You okay?)” I asked. “Huh?” she asked as she refused my hand and got up. “I asked are you okay?” I said. “I’m fine.” she said as she then realised “Wait why do you care I just stole from you?” she asked. “Simple you stole from a Pirate and that was brave.” I answered. “Wait you're actually a Pirate I thought that was something you said to scare the guards.” She said. “Nope I’m a pirate.” I said as I smiled and she look afraid “I like you.” I said as she was confused. “Let's talk over dinner.” I said. “Are you asking me out on a date?” she asked confused. “No i’m asking you to talk about you joining my crew over dinner.”I said as Sparky looked even more confused, “So I stole from you and you want me in your crew?” She asked. “Yep now how about that diner.” I said as her stomach growled. “Yeah fine.” she said as Twilight came into the alley worried. “Captain are you okay?” Twilight asked. “Oh i’m fine and meet our new crew member.” I said as Sparky looked at me funny. “I just said i’d go with you to dinner not join your crew.” She said. “(Same thing.)” I joked as they looked at me. “What?” they both asked. “Lets get that food.” I said. As we traded in the diamond I got on one of my adventures in space and got enough money to get dinner and then some. We went to a nice little restaurant near the docks. “So why do you want me on your crew anyway?” Sparky asked. “Simple you had enough guts to steal from a Pirate and that's a good trait to have for my crew.” I answered. “Plus he needs more people to call what we have a crew.” Twilight added. As I was about to defend myself I noticed the people eating were looking out the windows. I quickly looked out to see some guards were standing there and among them were the guards I had scared away earlier. “Twilight get your changer ready.” I said as Twilight looked at me confused. Before she could ask why a voice came from outside “We have the building surrounded Pirates come out with your hands up and surrender.” the voice said as Sparky looked worried. “That's the captain of the guard.” Sparky said. “Oh well I can just talk to him and clear things out.” Twilight said. “You don’t get it.” Sparky said “He’s corrupt he probably won’t even listen to Celestia.” Sparky said. “Well then its a do or die situation Sparky.” I said taking out a Gokaiger belt buckle and a Changer “Will you fight or hide?” I asked as Sparky took a deep breath. “It's probably the only way i’ll get out of here so yeah i’ll join.” Sparky said. I smiled before we all stepped out “So your the Captain of the guard here don’t you know that your harassing the Princesses Student?” I said as the Guards looked at eachother confused. The Captain guard laughed “How dumb do you think we are?” He asked “We would have known if the Princess’ student was coming here.” He said as I sighed. “Well then (Let's go)” I said as we pulled out our changers and said “Gokai change!” As I transformed into Gokai red, Twilight transformed into Gokai pink and Sparky transformed into Gokai yellow. “Get them.” The Guard captain said as we charged at the guards. As the fight went on we were quickly being overwhelmed “Captain Marvelous what should we do?” Twilight asked as I got a plan. “Grab spike and get ready to jump.” I said to Twilight as she nodded before I turned to Sparky “Get ready to jump.” I told her as she looked confused. “Jump what?” She asked as I pulled out my changer and pressed some buttons. Before long the Galleon flew over head and we all jumped as a rope. “Okay so we fly off I send a letter to Celestia and she investigates.” Twilight said as I ran to the cockpit and took the Galleon into space where they couldn’t case us A week later in Canterlot Captain Armor was filling out forms when Celestia came into the office “Captain i’ve received some reports that the guards in Manehattan are corrupt and I would like you to investigate.” Celestia said as he didn’t even look up. “I’ll send a inspector to redrill them and insure whomever made the report-” he said “The report came from your sister.” Celestia said cutting him off as he looked up as he had bags under his eyes from lack of sleep. “Twilight?” he asked before he sighed as this might be his chance to reconcile with her. “Yes her, the crew she joined were attacked in broad daylight by a the guard captain without much provocation.”Celestia said. “I’ll investigate this personally.” Shining said as he got up. “You know Cadence misses you.” Celestia said Shining sighed as he said. “Then tell her to find somebody better.” he said as he left. As he was gone Celestia said “But she wants you.” Author's Note For those of you wondering why Captain Marvelous and the others had to retreat when fighting the guards. Well its simple they weren't trying to kill them.
