Chapters Author's Note
Here’s the first Chapter of my new story, enjoy.
Chapter 1
It was a cold even in Equestria, happy heart’s warming day has just ended. Everypony had celebrated with their love once and at Sweet apple acres the apple had celebrated with each other. Applejack was sitting on the couch in the living the living room with a cup that had hot chocolate in her hooves, outside it was terrified storm and Applejack was glad she was inside.
“Going to bed soon?”
She looked behind her and there stood here big brother Big Mac.
“I’m going to finished this first.” She showed him the cup.
“Alright, don’t stay up to long then.” He walked up the stairs to the second floor.
“I won’t.” She told him.
She sighed she loved her family and her friends but sometimes it was god to be alone, she took a sip of the cup. She just happened to look out of the window and she could swear that she saw somepony out in the blizzard. She put down the cup on the table and walked to the window to get a better look, she squints her eyes to see if she could see anyone out there but she saw nothing.
“Must be my imagination.” She said to herself.
She was about to go back to the couch when she saw figure in the blizzard. “Sweet Celestia, there somepony out in the storm.” Whit out thinking Applejack ran out the door trying to find the pony.
“HELLO, IS THERE ANYPONY OUT HERE?”
She searched but could not find the pony she saw, she then tried to find the way home but she was lost. So, she stared to walk in hope the she found the right way home, but the more she walked the colder she became.
“I’m getting sleepy, I think I’m going to take a nap.”
Applejack fell face first in the snow and then she saw a pony walking towards her, then she pasted out. When Applejack finally was awake, she felt cold in her entire body. She tried to open her eyes, but it was a little difficult at first but when she finally managed to do it she saw that she was laying a bed. ‘Huh, I guess that Mac found me.’ She looked up at the celling and what she saw was not the roof of her room but an ice roof, she tried to stand up to get a better look at the room.
“I wouldn’t do that if I was you.” Said a voice, it was female.
That scared Applejack so much that she almost got her heart in her throat, she looked were the voice were coming from. On the other side of the room sat and pony at a table with its back towards AJ, she tried to get up from the bed but was held back by magic.
“What did I just say?” The pony said with annoyance in her voice.
It was the pony that held her back, Applejack could see a horn on her head and a pair of wings on its back. ‘She’s a alicorn.’ Not temping to argued with a alicorn Applejack lay back in the bed.
“I guess you can listen after all.” The alicorn said with tease in her voice, AJ just rolled her eyes. “Your welcome by the way.”
“What do you mean?” AJ asked the alicorn.
“For saving you, you shouldn’t go out in a snow storm alone.”
“I was trying to save a pony that was in the storm.”
“Well I didn’t need your help.”
That got Applejack to react. “You were the one I saw in the storm?” The alicorn nodded. “Just who the hay are you?”
The alicorn stopped what she was doing and turned around, for the first the Applejack could get a good look at the mare. Her fur was pure white that would make Rarity jealous, her mane was light blue. She had not pegasus wings, they looked like insect wings. She was holding cup in her magic.
“My name is Wintres and I’m the alicorn of winter.” She said while walking over to the bed.
Applejack was shocked when she heard that, the only three alicorn she knows are Celestia, Luna and Cadence, Wintres noticed that in her looked.
“I’m guessing that this is a shocked to you.” AJ tried to speak but no word came out. “What? A cat got your tongue?” Wintres laughed at her own joke.
AJ eventually managed to speak. “Are you a princess?”
Wintres raised an eyebrow. “Excuse me? I’m a what?” She sounded offended.
“Are you a princess?” AJ asked again but this time she had fear in her voice.
“It sounded like you were saying that. DO I LOOK LIKE A PRINCESS?” Applejack tried to become so small as she could. “Do I have a crown on my head? Do I have a neckless on my neck? Do I have shine shoes on my hooves?” She showed one of her hooves.
“No, you don’t” Applejack said in scared voice.
“Good, don’t compare me to Celestia and Luna and don’t you dare compare me to the abomination Cadence.” She levitated the cup to Applejack’s hoof’s, AJ took the cup. “Here, drink this. It will make feel better.” She walked away and out a door leaving Applejack alone.
She looked down in cup and saw a green fluid. ‘Does she expected me to drink this?’ She sniffed it. ‘It doesn’t smell that bad.’ She just shrugged and swallow everything, after she was done she gagged. “It may smell good BUT it did not taste good.”
She threw the cup on the floor. ‘Where am I?’ Applejack looked around in the room and it looked like it was a combination of a workshop and a bedroom the walls was of ice. She then noticed a picture on nightstand, on it was Wintres with three other alicorn that she had never seen before. They looked almost like Wintres but their color was different, she picked it up to get a closer looked at it.
Wintres was laying in front while the others were behind her and they were all smiling. ‘They all looked so happy.’ AJ thought for herself. Then the door open and Applejack stared to panic, she had touch something that didn’t belong to her so quickly put the picture back where was before. She saw Wintres enter the room.
“How are you feeling?” Wintres asked Applejack.
“Better.” She answered a little too fast.
Wintres nodded. “That’s good.” She walked over to the cup and picked it up with her magic and put it on the table on the other side of the room.
“What was that green liquid?” Applejack asked the Wintres.
“It was a potion that would help with the cold in body, don’t you feel better?”
Applejack didn’t really think about it but she didn’t feel cold anymore. “Your right, I don’t fell cold anymore.” She was amazed by that the only one she could do that is Zecora.
Wintres couldn’t help but smile, she then noticed that the picture was moved. “I see that your curiosity got the better of you.” She picked up the picture with her magic.
Applejack’s eyes widen. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to look at it and yes you can say that my curiosity got the better of me.” She hung her head.
“You got no reason to be sorry for in fact, I’m the one to be sorry.”
That confused AJ. “For what?”
“For my outburst, I didn’t mean to shout.” She sighed. “Is just that you’re the first pony I have talk with for over thousand years, except my sister.”
“You mean those alicorn on the picture?”
Wintres nodded. “What’s is your name by that way?”
“It’s Applejack.”
“Well Applejack, nice to meet you.” She took a bow.
Applejack just looked at her strangely. “You’re a little weird.” As soon those words left her mouth she covert her mouth with both of her hooves.
Wintres just shrugged. “Like I said, I haven’t talk to a pony in over a thousand year. Do you have any siblings Applejack?”
AJ nodded. “Yes, I have a big brother and a little sister.” Her face became gloomy. “I bet they are worried about me right now.”
“Yes, they worry at times. Don’t worry, as soon this storm dies down I will send you home.” She levitated the picture to AJ who took it in her hooves. “These are my sisters.”
Applejack looked at the picture, ‘again’. One has pink fur with white mane, the second one has green fur with dark green mane, the last one has light yellow fur and orange mane. They were all smiling.
“The one with green fur is my big sister Summers, the one with pink fur is my little sisters Springs and the one with orange fur is Autumns they are twins.”
“You and your sister look so happy.” Applejack told her.
“Yes, we did. This was taken before Luna was prison on the moon.”
That got AJ curious. “What do you mean ‘before’?”
“Celestia never told you?” Applejack just shocked her head. “Why am not surprised, after all this time she’s still lying. I was one of the elements of harmony, I was loyalty.”
Applejack eyes widen and her mouth feel open, she couldn’t believe what she was hearing. This alicorn by the name of Wintres was one of the elements a thousand years ago, she wasn’t lying, Applejack could see that begin the elements of honesty herself.
“What happened?” Applejack asked her.
“Before Celestia imprisoned Luna in the moon we were best friends we did everything together then HE arrived, Discord.” Applejack could hear the anger in her voice. “After we sealed him in stone me and my sister lost control over our season, we wanted him to pay for what he did to us but Celestia he other plans for him. I don’t know what those are but I’m guessing that is but I’m guessing it benefits her and not Equestria.”
She levitated the picture back to the nightstand. “After that we didn’t speak to her or Luna for a few years, then Luna went mad. You know about Nightmare Moon, right?” Applejack nodded. “Of course, you and your friends help Luna.” Wintres sat down on the floor and took a deep breath. “When Luna turned into Nightmare Moon Celestia came to us asking for our help, she wanted to use the elements to cure Luna. But first we wanted to know what happened.”
“Celestia told us that Luna became Nightmare Moon because of her jealousy over her sister, when I heard that I didn’t believe her and thought that it was more to it, I was right. Turns out that Celestia was ignoring her sister and that made me furious, who in their right mind would ignore their little sister like that? So, I refused to help her so did my little sisters.” She stared up in the roof.
“I’m guessing that your big sister help Celestia.”
“Yep, she and Celestia sealed Luna in the moon for a thousand years and I haven’t spoken to them ever since.” She looked back at Applejack. “What do you think? Was I and my little sisters selfish not to help Celestia?”
“Maybe, but she wanted your help so you could have help her.”
“True, but let me ask you something. Do you have any friends?” Applejack nodded. “Put yourself in my position, would you use the elements on your friends?”
Applejack looked down on her blanket. “Never thought about it that way.”
“Of course not, you and your friends are loyal to Celestia and you believe everything she says.” Wintres stood up. “Get some rest, I will take you home tomorrow.”
She left the room leaving Applejack alone with thoughts. ‘Is she telling the truth? Off course she is. I’m an apple and I’m know when someone is lying and she isn’t, I can’t imagine the choice she had to make a thousand years ago, If I were there I could never do it. Right now, I wish I wasn’t the element of honesty.’ Eventually she fell asleep.
Applejack woke up the next morning by something that smelled good, she opened her eyes and noticed she was in same ice room as yesterday. ‘I wasn’t dreaming after all.’ She tried to get up and felt that her body were not cold anymore. ‘I guess that drink she gave me yesterday work, where’s my hat?’ She looked around the room and saw that her hat was hanging on a chair, she went over and put it on her head. ‘Better.’ She then followed the smell.
She opened the door to the bedroom and what she saw was a room that looked like combination of living room and a kitchen, she saw Wintres standing by the stove. Wintres looked over her shoulder.
“Good, your awake. Take a seat at the table, breakfast is almost ready.”
Applejack sat down one of the chairs and waited for the food to arrive. “No hats at the dining table.” Not wanting to argue with a alicorn, Applejack took of her hat and hang it on the chair. It didn’t take long before Wintres arrived with the food, Applejack could see pancakes on a plate and that made her droll.
“I see that somepony is hungry.” Said Wintres with a tease in her voice.
Applejack wiped away the droll. “Sorry, I guess I’m hungrier than I thought.”
Wintres just smile. “That’s okay.” She l the levitated the pancakes on the table. “I hope that you like pancakes, this was the only food I could make. I guess I have to go shopping again, I’m low on food.”
“I don’t mind pancakes.” Applejack looked around the table.
“Is something wrong?” Wintres asked her.
“Don’t you have something I can put on the pancakes? Sugar or honey?”
Wintres shock her head. “Like I said, I’m low on food.”
Applejack said nothing, she just started eating. Wintres sat down and did the same. After a few pancakes, AJ stared to poke her food.
“Is something wrong Applejack.”
AJ sighed. “I don’t know, I keep think about what you said yesterday. About that part that you wouldn’t help Celestia and you sister to use the elements on Luna, you were the element of loyalty. Aren’t you supposed to be loyalty to your friends?”
“You are right Applejack I WAS the element of loyalty but even if I wanted to help it wouldn’t have work.”
“What do you mean?”
“We were missing an element, Luna.”
AJ just realist that she was right. “I had forgotten about that.” She hung her head. “I’m sorry.”
“Don’t be, you have every right to doubt my words.”
Then applejack decide to ask something. “Say, who was which element a thousand years ago?”
Wintres stared to laugh a little. “Well, you know my already. Celestia as you might have guess, magic.” Applejack nodded. “Luna was kindness, my big sister Summers was honesty, Springs was laughter and Autumns was generosity.”
“Luna was kindness? I guess I can see that.”
Wintres laugh again. “Yeah sometimes she was to kind.” She looked down on the table with a sad face. “But all that chance when she possessed by the nightmare.” She looked at Applejack with sad smile. “Finished you breakfast so I can take you home.”
After they were done eating Wintres levitated the dishes to the kitchen, Applejack put her hat back on.
“Alright, time to take you home.”
Wintres stared to walked a door that Applejack assumed was the exit so she followed her, once outside Applejack saw a landscape that she did not recognize.
“Where are we?” AJ asked Wintres.
“We are just outside where the Crystal empire should have been.” Wintres answered her.
“The Crystal empire? What’s that?” AJ asked.
“Why don’t you ask Celestia, prepare yourself.”
Before Applejack could say anything, Wintres horn started to glow and they were gone. When Applejack world stopped spinning she notice that she was just outside Ponyville.
“You could have warned me at you were about to use a teleport spell.”
Wintres just rolled her eyes. “I did but you didn’t prepare yourself, see you around Applejack.” Wintres stared to walk towards the Everfree forest.
“Wait.” Wintres stopped. “Aren’t you going to erase my memory?”
Wintres looked over her shoulder. “Why do I want to do that?”
“Are you not worried that I’m going to tell Princess Celestia about you?”
“No:” Whit that said Wintres disappeared into the forest.
Something has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter. Evening had come in Equestria and inside the house to Applejack lay Twilight on the couch, passed out. After Wintres had shown her true from Twilight had passed out so Applejack brought her in so she could rest on the cough, when the rest of AJ family saw Wintres they were shocked but they didn’t past out.
Spike was sitting in chair near the couch watching over Twilight, Wintres was standing beside him.
“That Twilight fainted didn’t surprised me at all.” Said Wintres.
“And why’s that?” Asked Applejack who came into the living room.
“Because she has been living on Celestia’s lies all this time.”
That Spike reacted on what she said. “Celestia isn’t a liar.” He said in angry voice.
“If that’s true then why haven’t she told Twilight about me?” Spike tried to come up with answer but he had nothing. “Thought so.”
Then Twilight stared to move. “New Alicorn… not possible… Celestia would have told me…” Twilight mumble in her sleep.
When Wintres heard those words she just rolled her eyes, she then walked towards the front dor.
“Where are you going?” Applejack asked her.
“I’m going to find a pony that maybe can convince Celestia’s student.” She disappeared out the main door.
“Stay here and watch over Twilight, I’m going after her.” Applejack told Spike.
When Applejack arrived outside she saw Wintres standing outside, then she saw her horn stared to glow and then a beam shout up in the sky but nothing happened. Applejack walked over to the alicorn.
“What kind of spell was that? It didn’t do anything.” Said Applejack.
“It’s special spell that only I and Luna can see.”
Meanwhile in Canterlot Luna was standing on her balcony looking over Canterlot, she let out a big yawn. “I’m so bored, nothing ever happens around her.” She looked over to Ponyville. “I wonder what Twilight Sparkle and her friends are doing.” Then she saw something she hadn’t seen over a thousand years, a giant snowflake in the sky. “Wintres?” She took off and flew towards the snowflake as fast as her wings could carry her.
Back on the farm, Applejack and Wintres was waiting to see if Luna really showed up, it was not easy for Applejack to stand in cold at night. She was freezing but the cold didn’t bother Wintres.
“Aren’t you cold?” Applejack asked Wintres chattering teeth.
“I’m the alicorn of winter, remember. I don’t get cold.”
“Lucky you.” Wintres sighed and then her horn glow and then it was warmer around Applejack. “What did you do? It suddenly became warmer.”
“I created a heat bubble around you so you wouldn’t freeze.”
“Really?”
Wintres nodded. “Yes, looked down.”
Applejack did that and she could see some of the snow was starting to melt. “Wow, thanks.”
“Your welcome but don’t get used to it, I’m not playing favourites with you ponies.”
Applejack was about to answer but then she and Wintres heard beatings wings, then Wintres remember something. “Oh crap.” But before she could react she was tackle into the snow by Luna, then she got a hug. They both landed in the snow.
“Wintres, I have missed you so much.” Then she stared to cry into Wintres coat. “I’m so sorry for what I did a thousand years ago, I hope you can forgive me.”
“You have nothing to be sorry for Luna, I’m the one who should be sorry.”
Luna blinked a couple of time. “For what?”
Wintres looked away. “For ignore you when you need somepony, I was your best friend and I just ignored you.” Then Wintres started to cry. “I’m SO sorry Luna.”
Luna hugged Wintres again and she hugged back. “I forgive you Wintres, I was never mad at you, you are my best friend and that will never change.”
On the side line stood Applejack with a smile on her face, she was happy to see two friends which are making up after so long time. They broke of the hug, both of them got up.
“So Wintres, what can I help you with?”
“You can help me with Celestia student.”
Luna laugh a little when she heard that. “Let me guess, she pasted out when she saw you. Am I right?” Wintres nodded. “I guess I have to talk to Twilight Sparkle, where is she?”
“She is in my living room princess Luna.” Applejack told her.
Luna looked at Applejack. “Applejack, the element of honesty. Good to see you again.” She looked between her and Wintres. “How do you know Wintres?”
“I saved her after she went into a snow storm yesterday.” Said Wintres.
Luna nodded. “I see, now. Shall we go in?”
They were about to go in. “Hang on a minute.” Wintres horn stared to glow and then Applejack was cold again. She ran into the house.
Luna was confused. “What did you do?” She asked Wintres.
“I just removed the heat bubble around Applejack.” Luna just gave her a ‘ohh.’ “Come on, let’s get this over with.” They both walked towards the house.
Well inside they saw that Twilight was sitting on the couch drink something from a cup, Applejack and Spike was sitting beside her, Wintres looked at Luna and she nodded. Luna walked towards them. When Twilight heard footsteps, she turned her head to see who it was, her eyes widen when she it was Luna.
“Princess Luna, what are you doing here?” She asked with panic her voice.
“I called her here.” Wintres told her.
When Twilight saw Wintres she stared to panic. “No, you can’t be real. Celestia never said anything about there be more alicorns. You can’t be real.”
Wintres couldn’t help but groan. “Am I not real?” She walked towards Twilight who jumped of the couch. “Maybe I should turn you into an ice sculpture.” She was right in Twilight face. “Then your friends have to call you Twilight Sparkle, Celestia’s ice student.” Now twilight was terrified, she could actually feel the cold in every word Wintres spoke.
“Wintres, that’s enough.” Wintres back away from Twilight who was shaking. “You call me here so I could convince Twilight that you are real, the last thing I need is you scaring her.” Wintres just snorted and walked back to Luna. “Good.”
Twilight was trying to get her breathing under control, she was shaking but not of fear but of the cold. As soon Wintres came near her she could feel the cold and it was terrifying, she was brought back when Luna spoke.
“Twilight Sparkle, I have heart that you don’t believe that Wintres isn’t real. Is that true?” Twilight nodded. “And why is that?”
“Because Princess Celestia never mention her.” Twilight told Luna.
“That’s because she hats me and we haven’t talk since Luna was banished to the moon.” Now all eyes were on Wintres.
“Since I was banished? What do you mean Wintres?” Luna asked her friend.
Wintres looked at Luna. “You mean that you sister never told you?”
“Told me what?” Luna asked with confuse in her voice.
Wintres just sighed. “Why am I not surprised, she still lies after all this time. This is what really happened a thousand years ago.”
One thousand years ago.
Celestia and Summers stood where Luna was a minute ago, they looked at the smoking spot where they had used the element of harmony on. On the side line stood Wintres with her little sisters, they were in shock over what Celestia and their big sister had done.
“What have you two done?” Wintres asked her sister and Celestia.
“We did what was necessary.” Said Celestia.
“Necessary?” Wintres walked over them and stood in front of them. “Necessary? You two just send Luna to the Moon just because she became this Nightmare Moon, what the hell is wrong with you two?” She looked over to Celestia. “And you, you just send your little sister to the moon. Don’t you have a heart?”
“Of course I do but it wasn’t no other option.”
Wintres snorted at what Celestia said. “There’s always another option, all she wanted was a sister that listen to her but all you did was ignoring her for months. It’s your fault that she became like this in the first place.”
Celestia raised a brown. “Excuse me? My fault?”
“Yes, it’s your fault. If you just have listen to her instead of ignoring her this wouldn’t happen but look what you did.” Wintres then looked at sister. “And you.” They looked into each other’s eyes. “I can’t believe that you did this, that you took Celestia’s side in this.”
“I thought that the elements would help her, Celestia told me that they would.”
Wintres could not believe what she was hearing. “And you believe her? What am I saying, of course you believe her, you two are best friends.” She walked closer to her sister. “Luna was my best friend and I will never forgive you for what you did.” Wintres whispered into her sister ear.
Wintres walked over to her two younger sisters. “What about you two? Are you going to stay with here?” Wintres nodded towards her big sister, she walked part them and open a portal and went into it.
Springs and Autumns looked at Looked at each other, they nodded and walked towards the portal.
“Autumns, Springs don’t leave me.” Summers said to them.
Springs walked into the portal while Autumns looked at her big sister. “Sorry Summers but we are with Wintres on this, you shouldn’t have done this.” She walked after her two sisters and the portal disappeared.
“I haven’t spoken to my sister or Celestia since that day.” They could see a tear on her cheek that became ice.
“What about Autumns and Springs?” Luna ask her friend.
“We stayed in contact for a while but we drifted apart, I haven’t spoken to them for a while.” Wintres sighed.
“I don’t believe you.” They all looked at Twilight. “This is all lie, it was Celestia that banished Luna to the moon a thousand years ago.”
Wintres just groan. “I knew that you would say something like that, you know what. Believe what you want I done explaining it to you.” She headed to the door. “Maybe you will listen to Luna.” She walked out the front door.
In that kitchen, Mac had heard it all and he felt bad for Wintres, having to watch her big sister banished her best friends to the moon. It couldn’t have been easy.
Wintres stood by the gate of the farm looking up at night sky, she should be happy that Luna was back but she wasn’t. She was angry, angry at Celestia who keep tailing leis about what really happen all those years ago.
“Nice night.” Wintres almost jump out of her own skin of who spoke, she looked behind her and saw Mac approach her.
“Yes, Luna had magic touch when it comes to the night.” He stood next to her. “Celestia manged never to capture the magic, it was like she never put her soul into it.” They just stood there looking up at sky. “Was there something you wanted Mac?”
“I overheard what you told my sister and the others, sorry you have to go through that.”
“You overheard what I said?” She looked at him with narrowed eyes.
“Not on purpose, I was thirsty so I went down for a class of water, when I going to back to bed you stared to tell your story. I didn’t mean to listen.” He turned around. “I’m sorry, I should go back to the house.”
Mac didn’t come fare. “Wait, don’t go. It’s nice to have somepony to talk to that isn’t Luna. I haven’t talk to other ponies for a thousand years.”
Mac was shocked when he heard that. “For that long?” Wintres nodded. “I would like to talk some more but it’s getting late and I have to get up early tomorrow.” Wintres was disappointed when she heard that and Mac saw it. “You can walk with me back to the house if you want to.”
That put smile in Wintres face, they walked back together. Mac decide to ask Wintres something.
“How was it? To watch your big sister banished your best friend away?” Wintres didn’t say anything, she just looked forward. “Sorry, I shouldn’t have asked.”
“No, it’s not that. I wasn’t expecting that question.” She took a deep breath. “It made me sick, that my big sister would listen to Celesta and not me.”
“Why did your sister listen to princess Celestia and not you?” He asked.
“Because Celestia is a master of manipulate others, she did it to my sister a thousand years ago and she probably have Twilight Sparkle believing whatever she thinks.”
Mac was about to answer but they arrived back at the house and Luna was waiting outside, she saw them together and gave them gave them a goofy smile. Wintres saw that and gave her a stare that said, ‘don’t you dare.’
“How did it go with Twilight Sparkle?” Wintres asked Luna.
“Hard to say, she wants to believe that what happened a thousand years ago is a lie and she also want to believe what I said. She has already send a letter to my sister, she would probably come to tomorrow.”
Wintres just rolled her eyes. “Well, as much fun it’s to try and persuade Celestia’s pet. I’m tired and I want to go to bed.” She looked at Mac ”Take care of Applejack, don’t do the same mistake I did all those years ago.” Then she looked at Luna. “It was good to see you again Luna, I hope next time will be different.” She back away from both of them and then her horn stared to glow, then snow stared to gather around her and then she disappeared.
Mac and Luna just stared at the spot where she had stood, then Mac ask Luna. “Princess, is that normal?”
“What’s is?”
“The snow that gather around her, I have seen Twilight teleport before and that has never happened to her.”
“That happened only to Wintres when she teleports she is surrounded by snow.”
“Ohh.” Mac too one look at spot one more time and walked towards the door.
“She is pretty is she not.”
That got Mac to blush. “Well, yes. But I don’t think I have chance with here.”
“And why do you say that Big Mac?”
He hung his head. “She is alicorn and I’m just and ordinary earth pony.” With that he walked inside his house leaving Luna alone.
Luna looked at the door to his house and then where Wintres stood, she then spread her wings and flew towards Canterlot.
The very next day Wintres woke up with a messy hair, she had nor slept very good. She had dreams about Mac. “Stupide handsome Mac.” She got out of her bed and headed to the bathroom to take a shower.
Once inside the shower she turned on the water and let it run down her body, it would be difficult for the alicorn of winter to take a shower when consider that almost everything that touch her body turned into ice. She had developed a spell that prevent that.
After the shower and she had dried herself of she felt like new mare. ‘That feel good.’ She decided to have breakfast. Once inside the kitchen she opened the door to her refrigerator and only see that it was empty.
Wintres blinked a couple of time to determined that what she saw was right. “What the… where’s my food?” Then it dawned on her. “I forgot my bag at Applejack yesterday.” She closed the door and stared to hit her head against it. “Stupid, stupid, stupid.” She sighed. “I guess I have to go back there, maybe they will invited me to breakfast.” Her horn stared to glow and she teleported herself to Applejack farm.
Once she appeared back at the farm, she cast the unicorn disguise on herself and head towards the main house. Once there she knocked on the door and waited, she did not have to wait long. The one that open was Applejack and she was surprised when she saw that it was the alicorn.
“Wintres, what are you doing her at this hour?” She asked Wintres.
“Hello Applejack, I think I forgot my bag with food here yesterday and I’m here to collect it.”
“I thought that bag was yours, I put it in the refrigerator for you.”
Wintres bowed her head. “I thank you for that Applejack.”
Applejack rubbed her neck. “Stopped that, you are making blush. Almost. Do you want to come in for some breakfast?” She asked the winter alicorn.
“That sounds good since I don’t think I have the time to make something myself, and considering I don’t have any food to make breakfast.”
Applejack smiled. “Good, come in. Oh, just a heads up. Twilight and Spike stay the night, they are eating breakfast right now.”
“Great, I can’t wait.” She said with sarcasm in her voice.
When they entered the kitchen Wintres could see that Applejack was telling the truth, sitting by the table was Twilight and Spike. When Twilight saw Wintres she dropped the glass she was holding with her magic, lucky Spike manged to catch the glass before it hit the floor.
Twilight just stared at Wintres. “You, what are you doing here?”
“I was here to collet my bag but then Applejack invited me to eat breakfast, I haven’t eaten yet. Are you going to deny me breakfast?” Twilight shook her head. “Good.”
She then saw Big Mac sitting by the table, her cheeks became red. She shook it off. Applejack sat down at in her chair, Wintres notice that there was no free chair see could not sit on. Applejack also saw that.
“I’m sorry Wintres, we don’t have any more chairs.”
“Don’t worry Applejack, I can stand while eating.”
She levitated a sandwich to herself and stared to eat it, out from the corner of her eye she saw that Twilight was watching her. “If there something you want to say Twilight Sparkle then say it.” Twilight said nothing she just went back to her food, Wintres couldn’t help but roll her eyes. She finished up her sandwich and went over to the refrigerator to get her bag. She opened the door and levitated the bag on her back and headed to the front door.
“Leaving already?” Applejack asked her.
“Yes, it’s a little difficult to eat when Celestia’s student are still trying to confirm that I’m real or not.” She opened the door. “Thank you for the sandwich Applejack.” She walked out and closed the door.
Applejack and her family looked at Twilight with disappointing look, even Spike gave her a disappointing look.
“What? What did I do?” She asked them.
“You didn’t believe me when I told you that I was rescued by an alicorn, you won’t believe that a unicorn turned out be a alicorn and you won’t believe princess Luna that Wintres is real. What does it take to convince you that she IS real?” Applejack told her.
Twilight felt bad now, Applejack was right. She had denied that facts that was right in front of here; Applejack can’t lie, Wintres turning into a alicorn in front of here and Luna’s words. She got of her chair and ran after Wintres.
Outside Wintres just stood there looking at Applejack’s house, she then just shook her head. “Arrogant unicorn.” She was about to teleport herself home when the door open and Twilight came out.
“Wait Wintres.” Twilight ran towards her but she slipped on the ice, she landed on her stomach and slide to her stopping by Wintres feet.
“You should really watch were you are going, It’s slippery out here.” She said in mocking tone.
Twilight got up. “I notice.” She stared to rub her stomach.
“Is there something you want Twilight Sparkle?”
“Yes.” Twilight took a deep breath. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry for what I said about that you didn’t existed. It was selfies of me and for that I’m sorry. I was wrong” Then she bowed her head.
Wintres just stood there in shock, she never thought that Celestia’s student would apologize or admit that she was wrong. She shook it off.
“Well, I never thought I hear that coming from you Twilight Sparkle. Considering what happened yesterday.”
Twilight looked at her. “Well, it’s a little difficult to denied you when I saw you turned into a alicorn, there also Applejack’s and princess Luna’s words who I have to apologize to later.”
“There’s nothing wrong to admit that you are wrong Twilight Sparkle, maybe you can teach Celestia that. She could use some humility.”
Twilight rubbed her leg. “I don’t know about that, she has lived for so long. I don’t think I can teach her anything.”
“It doesn’t matter how long how you have lived Twilight Sparkle, you can always learn something new. The problem with Celestia is that she thinks she’s know all, which is a lie.” Wintres look out into the horizon. “I better get home with my food, what are you going to do Twilight Sparkle? Are you going to write a letter Celestia and tell her that I am real?”
“Yeah, I think I’ll do that. but I don’t think it will help, she is coming later today to have a talk with me.”
Wintres smiled. “Very well then, maybe I’ll come back later today. Perhaps it’s time I have a talk with Celestia, I suggest you step back, it can be a little windy when I teleport.”
Twilight did as she said and then Wintres horn stared to glow, the wind stared to pick up and then she was gone. Twilight looked where she had stood, she couldn’t help but smile. She walked back to farm house little did she knew that two shadows were coming out from the Everfree forest.
Well inside Twilight saw Spike that in living room with Applebloom reading comic books on the floor, Applejack was sitting couch reading the newspaper. She walked up to her friend.
“Anything new Applejack.”
“Same old, same old.”
Twilight smiled, now was the hard part. “Listen Applejack, I’m sorry I doubted your words yesterday. I hope you’re not too mad at me.”
Applejack didn’t look up from the newspaper. “That you didn’t believe me yesterday hurt me the most Twilight, you should know better that I can’t lie and that’s have nothing to with me begin the element honesty. I’m an apple, I can’t lie.” She said with some anger in her voce, Twilight heard that.
“I know that and for that I’m truly sorry.”
“I hope you are because I’m not ready to forgive you yet.”
“That’s fear.” She looked at her assistant. “Come on Spike, I need to get home and get ready for princess Celestia. She is arriving soon and I want to be ready.”
Before she and Spike could get ready someone knock on the door, Applejack put down the newspaper and went to see who it was.
“I wonder if Wintres forgot something.” She mumbled to herself.
She was to open the door. “Are you sure this is the place Autumns?” Said a voice on the other side of the door.
“For the last time Springs, yes. Can you please stop asking.” Said another voice.
Applejack open the door and there stood two unicorns that Applejack could swear she had seen before, one had yellow fur with orange mane and the other had pink fur with white mane. They were talking to each other.
“I’m just saying that your tracking spells isn’t the best.” Said the pink one.
The orange one groan. “Would you give it a rest already? You have complaining since we left Wintres place.”
“Can I help you two?” Applejack ask them.
Both of them looked at her, the orange on decide to speak. “Yes, we are looking for our sister. I track her here, do you know where she is?”
“You mean Wintres the alicorn of winter?”
That shook the two unicorns. “How do you know who she is?” Asked pink one.
“She saved me two days ago, I’m guessing you two are her little sisters, Autumns and Springs.”
“Well, so much for holding a love profile.” Said Autumns with annoyance in her voice, she then looked at her sister. “I blame you.” The orange one.
Springs eyes widen. “Me? How is this my fault? I haven’t done anything.” Springs answered, the pink one.
“Not yet but you will.”
Then Twilight and Spike came to the door, she then noticed the two sisters. “Hey Applejack, who are they?”
“They are Wintres little sisters.”
Twilight gave them a smile. “Wintres sister? That nice, wait a minute.” She pointed hoof at them. “That’s mean you two are alicorn.” They both nodded. “Aw come on.”
Autumns took a closer looked at Twilight. “I’m guessing you are Celestia’s student.”
“Yes I am.” Twilight said with pride in her voice.
She wasn’t impressed. “I expected more from her, you are nothing special.”
That got Twilight’s mouth to feel on the ground. “Excuse me, I’m the youngest to be her student, I hatch Spike from a dragoon egg and I’m the element of magic.”
Autumns was still not impressed. “What do you want? A medal? Why don’t you ask Celestia about Sunset Shimer next time you see her, that would at least make her speechless.” Autumns looked at Applejack. “Do you know where our sister went?”
“Yeah, she said she was going home, I don’t know when or if she is coming back.”
Autumns nodded. “Alright then.” She looked at her sister. “Ready to head home.”
Springs groaned. “Come on, I have been looked up in the house for so long. Can’t we at least walk through town?” She asked her sister.
Autumns thought about it. “It’s been a while since we have been to a town.” She looked at her sister who was given her the puppy dog stare. “Alright, we can go. Just stop staring at me with those eyes, you are creeping me out.”
“Yay.” Springs hug her sister and she stared to jump up and down like a little foal.
Spike wasn’t sure what he saw while Twilight and Applejack couldn’t help but smile. They were just happy that two sisters getting alone together.
“You must really love your sister.” Said Applejack.
“Springs can be handful, but we are twins so I have to live it.” She stopped looking at her sister. “Can one of you show us the road to the town?” She asked to two ponies and dragon.
“Me and Spike are going home now, we can show you the way.” Said Twilight.
Autumns smiled. “Thanks, hey Springs. Stop acting like a child, we are go into the town.” That got here sister to stop, she then got a big smile on her face and stared to jump some more. Autumns just shook her head of her sister behavior. “Sometimes it feels like I’m dealing with a five year old child.”
Twilight and Spike said good bye to Applejack and with the two alicorn sisters they were on their way to Ponyville.
Two alicorn’s in disguise as unicorn, one unicorn and one dragon were walking towards Ponyville, Twilight who was walking beside Autumns, whit Spike on her back. She wanted to ask the disguised alicorn some question, but she wasn’t sure what, Autumns noticed that.
“If you want to ask me something Celestia’s student, then ask.”
“I was just wondering who your parents are, I know that princess Celestia and princess Luna had parents. Who are yours?”
The two sisters gave each other a looked. “Should we tell her?” Springs asked her sister.
“I don’t see why not, it’s not that special.” Autumns looked at Twilight and Spike who was looking at whit eager eyes. “Truth be told, we don’t know who our parents are.”
That just confused the unicorn and the dragon. “What do you mean that you don’t know who your parents are? Everpony has parents, even Spike have parents. I have meet them.”
“We are not quite sure who are our parents or that we have parents.” Autumns told them.
“Then how were you born?” Twilight asked Autumns.
“We don’t know, we were too young to remember anything. When we were old enough our sisters told us that we were found in a clearing in the Everfree forest by Celestia and Luna’s mother. She with her husband adopted us, they treated us like as we were their children, but it never felt right, you know. They were not our parents.”
Twilight was astounded, she has never heard that somepony was just born without parents. “Have you ever tried to find where you came from or who ‘made’ you?” She asked them.
“Many times, but every time we search we came up with nothing. In the end, we gave up.” Autumns said in a sad tone, Springs was looking down on the ground with a sad face.
Twilight wanted to ask them more but then she notice that they had arrived in Ponyville. “Well, I have to get ready for princess Celestia.” She looked at Spike. “Why don’t you show them where Sugarcube corner are, I can talk to the princess alone.”
Spike was surprised when he heard that, usually is he the one that’s makes sandwiches and tea when the princess is coming. “Do you mean that Twilight?” She answered with a smile. “Thanks.” He jumped down from her and gave her hug and she returned it, he broke the hug and looked at twins. “Follow me and I show you where you can get the best cupcake in Ponyville.” He stared to walked towards Sugarcube corner.
Twilight walked home while the twins followed Spike. “That was really nice what Twilight did, I didn’t think she was that nice to her assistant.” Springs said to her sister.
“Yeah, I’m surprised that she did that.” Autumns couldn’t help but smile. “Come on, let’s see what’s so special about this Sugarcube corner.”
“But, we don’t have any money. Who are we going to buy something?” Springs asked with some concern in her voice.
“Hello.” Autumns nodded her head towards her back. “I brought along my bag with money.”
“Oh yeah, when did you bring that with you?” Springs asked her sister.
“I took it with me when we left the cave, how could you miss that?” Autumns told her sister with some anger in her voice.
“I was already out, playing in the snow.” She answered with innocent smile.
Autumns was baffled by her sister. “You know, sometimes I think I’m dealing with child and not somepony that’s is same age as me.”
Springs nuzzled her sister. “You love me either way.”
“That can be debatable.”
They finally arrived Sugarcube corner and what the twins saw was a house that looked like giant gingerbread house, they weren’t sure if they should go inn or eat the whole thing. Spike saw that they were staring at the building.
“You two okay?” He asked the twins.
“Yeah, I’m not sure what to think about this building.” Autumns answer him, then she saw her sister walked up to the building. “Springs, what are you doing?”
Springs decide to lick the building, as soon as she did that she back away from it and made grimace. “This does not taste good.”
Autumns slapped a hoof on her face while Spike was on the ground laughing. “It’s a building made off wood, of course it doesn’t taste good. What did you think it would taste like, candy?” She asked her sister.
“I don’t know, I’m allow to hope that it tasted something.”
Autumns just shook her head of her sister’s behavior. “Let’s just go inside already.” She lifted up Spike with her magic and walk towards Sugarcube corner, her sister followed her while trying to get away the bad taste she had in her mouth.
Once inside the twins saw many different ponies sitting by tables, eating and enjoying themselves. Then Springs noticed a pegasus with cray fur and yellow hair and tail, her cute mark was some bubbles. But what stood out the most was her eyes, one of them was pointing down while the other was pointing down. Autumns notice her sister staring at the pegasus.
She nudged her with a hoof. “Springs, it’s rube to stare at other’s ponies.” She scolded her sister.
“But Autumns, looked at her eyes.”
“I know they are weird but it still wrong to stare.”
“That’s Derpy.” They both looked at Spike who was still hovering in the air by Autumns magic. “She is the local mail pony, when it comes to her eyes. Well, they have been like that all her life. I don’t know what the disease is called.” He told them while scratching his chin.
Autumns nodded. “I see.”
“Now that you know that can you put me down? It’s bad enough that Twilight does this to me.”
“Sure.” Autumns put Spike down on the floor. “Springs, why don’t you find us a table while me and Spike order some food.” Springs said nothing, she just walkaway to find a table while her sister and Spike walked over to the counter where Mrs. Cake was, she was reading the newspaper.
“Hello Mrs. Cake.”
She looked over the edge of paper and smiled when she saw that it was Spike. “Spike, it’s good to see you.” She put away the newspaper. “What can I get you?” She then noticed Autumns. “Who’s your friend?” She asked the dragon.
“My name is Autumns and I just met Spike today, so I can’t consider him a friend.“ She looked at Spike. “No offence.”
Spike just shrugged his shoulder. “No taken.”
Mrs. Cake just nodded. “If you say so, what can I get you two?”
“We’ll take three of what you are famous for and…” She looked for her sister who was sitting by a table in the corner still trying to get the taste out of her mouth, she as now trying to get it away with her hoof. “…something to drink, my sister thought it was smart to lick the building.”
Mrs. Cake couldn’t help but laugh when she heard that. “Pinkie did that to when she first saw this building, it was really funny.”
That didn’t not surprised Spike. “Yeah, that sound like Pinkie. We take three muffins with three milkshakes.”
“That will be 40 bites.” Autumns levitated the money out from her bag and gave them to Mrs. Cake. “Thanks, take a seat and I will bring your order to you.” She disappeared into the back to find what they order.
Spike and Autumns want over to where Springs sitting, she was still trying to get the taste out from her mouth with her hoofs. They sat down beside her. “Springs, would you stop doing that.” Autumns told her sister.
“My mouth taste bad.”
“I know that, and we have order some food and drinks, then you can get that taste from your mouth.”
As soon as she said that Mrs. Cake came with their order on a plate balance on her back. “Here you go, three muffins and milkshakes.”
Autumns were shocked. “How did you make all this so fast?” She asked Mrs. Cake.
She just smiled. “Well, the muffins were ready this morning and the milkshakes is easy to make.” She said while putting their order on the table. “Enjoy.” She went back to the counter.
“Now that I call services.” Autumns was about to take a bite from her muffins when she saw her sister going for her milkshakes. “Take it easy Springs, don’t drink it all at once.” But too late, she drank it all, when she was finished she had a happy smile on her face. “Better?” Autumns asked her.
“Much better.” Springs said with a hug relief in her voice, then she saw that the she had no more milkshakes. “But now I don’t have anything to drink.” She said with sadness in her voice.
Autumns just rolled her eyes of what she said. “Don’t worry, I’ll go and buy you one.” She got up and walk to the counter to by another milkshake for her sister, leaving Springs alone with Spike.
“So, Spike. How is it to be a dragon?” She asked him, he just gave him question look and she saw that. “I have never talk to a dragon before.”
“It’s okay I guess, I can create flames, thanks to my scales I don’t get hurt so much.” He answered her.
Then came an awkward silence until Autumns came back with a new milkshake to her sister. “Her you go Springs, just don’t drink it all in once this time.” She levitated the glass to her sister.
“Thanks sis.” Springs said while taking the milkshake from her sister, this time she took a smaller sip from the glass. “That felt good.” She then took a bite from her muffins, her eyes light up when the muffins entered her mouth. “You have to taste this muffins Autumns, it’s absolutely delightful.” She kept eating with a smile on her face.
Autumns looked at her muffin. ‘Is the muffin really that good?’ She took it with her hoof and took a bite of it and her sister was right, it was absolutely delightful. “You are right Springs, this is good. I wonder if I could get the recipe.” She took another bite.
“I hope not, you are lousy chef.” Said her sister.
Autumns looked at her sister with an angry look. “Am not.”
Springs snorted. “Oh please, you managed to burn the food every time you cock.”
That made Spike laugh, Autumns couldn’t help but question his reaction. “Why are you laughing?” She asked the dragon.
“Sorry, I’m not laughing at you I’m laughing because you remind me of Twilight. She also burns the food when she cocks.”
Then Springs stared to laugh while Autumns just stared at them. “Are you two done laughing?” Both managed to calm themselves down and they went back to eating and drinking their food, Autumns just rolled her eyes of her sister and Spike’s behavior.
After they were finished eating they were standing outside Sugarcube corner wondering what to do next, Autumns decide to ask Spike. “So, what do ponies do for fun in this town in the winter?”
“I’m not sure, there’s not much to do here when it’s winter. I usually read comics.”
Those last words got Springs attention. “Did you say comics.” This mad her sister to groan. “I love comics, I haven’t read one in years. My sisters won’t let collect them.” She said with a little sadness in her voice.
“That’s because you always managed to lose them, I still don’t understand how. You buy them one day end the next day they are gone, do you teleport them in your sleep or something?”
“I don’t know okay, maybe I do teleport them away in my sleep maybe I don’t. I just want to read Spike’s comics, I don’t intended take them with me.” She looked at Spike with puppy dog’s eyes.
Spike tried to look away from the eyes, but it was very difficult, eventually he gave up. “Alright already, just stop looking at me with those eyes. You are worse than Applebloom and her friends.” Springs had a winning smile on her face. “We better go to the CMC club house, I think that they borrowed some of my comics a few days ago.” He told them, he stared to walked to the club hose and the twins followed him.
“Why can’t be go to the library?” Springs asked the dragon.
“I don’t think that is wise Springs, considering that princess Celestia is probably at the library now.” Her sister told her.
Springs let out a big oh. “Yeah, I don’t want to talk to her. By the way Spike who’s is the CMC?”
“Cutie Mark Crusaders.” That just confused the twins. “They are three young ponies who is in a quest to find their cutie mark, they will do everything to find their cutie marks.” He couldn’t help but laugh a little when he thought about what they have done.
“What have they done?” Autumns asked the dragon.
“You have to be more precise, they have done so much.”
Autumns thought for a moment. “Alright, what’s the worst thing they have done in the quest for their cutie marks?”
That was an easy one. “They tried to be reporters once, they were so desperate that they published humiliating things about other ponies.”
Springs frowned when she heard that. “That is not very nice.”
“Yeah, it didn’t help that the editor wasn’t very nice.” Then there were silence and the mod a little awkward, so Spike decide to ask something. “What about you two? How did you get your cutie marks?”
The twins looked at their cutie marks, Springs mark was a tree branch with some knots on them and Autumns was a tree branch with leaves that was ready to fall to the ground.
“There’s nothing special with our stories, we just ventured into our time of the year and got our cutie mark in Spring and Autumn. The same happened to our big sister’s to.” Autumns told him.
Spike scratch his head. “That’s it?”
“What did you expect? A story with explosion?” Autumns asked him.
“Well, yes?” Spike answered with a smile.
She just rolled her eyes. “Let’s just get there already.” With that they walked towards the clubhouse.
“Thanks for the muffins Mrs. Cake.”
A unicorn stepped out from Sugarcube corner with muffin in her magic grip, the unicorn has green hair with light green fur and her cutie mark was three branch with green leaves. “What a nice pony.” She took a bite of the muffin, she couldn’t help but moan. “And an excellence baker.” She finished her muffin pretty fast. “Let’s see if I can find my little sisters.” She stared to follow their tracks.
As she walked through town she couldn’t help but notice how happy ponies in this town was, they were talking and laughing to each other. ‘What a nice town, maybe I should move here.’ She then stopped dead in her track, she could fell a familiar magic signature. ‘No, not her.’ She looked up in the sky and coming toward the town was no other than Celestia here self. ‘What’s the doing here? I can’t let her sense that I’m here.’ She changed her magic signature so Celestia wouldn’t recognize it.
She watched as Celestia’s chariot landed in front of a giant tree, then she saw that Celestia and another alicorn stepped off it. It was Cadence, the alicorn of love. ‘Why the hell did Celestia bring that abomination with her?’{/i] She watched as Celestia and Cadence walked towards the door, then Celestia stopped and looked in her direction. She decided it was time to head off and find her sisters.
Celestia watch as a green unicorn walked away, she could swear that she had seen that pony before, she just shook her head.
“Is there something wrong aunt?” Cadence asked her?
“Nothing is wrong Cadence, let just go and talk with Twilight.” They both walked into the library.
The green unicorn watched as Celestia and Cadence walked into the library. ‘That was too close, I don’t really want to talk Celestia.’ She stared to walked again. ‘Time to find my sister’s.’
Meanwhile two ponies and a dragon were closing in on a three house that belong to the CMC, Spike walked to the door, he opened it and walked inn.
“Are you sure we can just walk in like that?” Springs asked Spike with some concern in her voice.
“Don’t worry about, I usually walked out here once in while to collect the comics they borrow from me. I’ll be back in a second.” Spike walked into the club house leaving the sister’s alone.
“I can’t believe that are doing this, finding comic books so we can read them.” Autumns said with a bored tone.
“What’s wrong with reading comic books?” Spring asked her sister. Spike came out from the club house, he closed the door.
“Reading comic books is something young ponies does.” She then looked over at her sister who was just starring straight forward. “But then I remember who my sister is.” Springs didn’t even react by those words, Autumns just shook her head. “If we are going to read comics, then I suggest that we do it somewhere ells. Something tells me that it very cold in the club house.”
“We aren’t far from Applejack’s house, we can read them there.” Spike suggested, the sister agreed to what he said, with that they walked to Applejack’s house.
Meanwhile at the library, Celestia was trying to convince Twilight that she saw another alicorn was just a dream.
“A dream? You think that I dreamt it all?” After Twilight had told Celestia she saw Wintres transform into an alicorn Celestia was trying to convince her that it was a dream. “It was no dream, I was wide awake. Your sister was there to, she can confirm it, Applejack was there to.”
“Yes, Luna was there and therefore it was a dream. You can dream about a lot of thing and that means also a new alicorn.” Celestia told her in calm tone.
“Why wont you believe me?” Twilight said in a sad tone, she also gave Celestia a sad face.
Celestia put a hoof on Twilight shoulder. “Listen Twilight, is not that I don’t believe you but the only alicorn’s that is alive or have lived is me, my sister, Cadance and my parents. There aren’t any more alicorn’s.”
“So that’s it, after all this years you won’t believe me. I have been your student for over ten years and this is how is going to be.” She swept away her hoof. “I want you to leave.” That shocked Cadance who had been listing the hole time.
“Twilight be reasonable.”
“You know, I thought after all these years you would believe me and now…” She couldn’t finish that sentence, Celestia could hear the sadness in her tone and it hurt to lie to her. “Can you just leave.” Celestia just gave her a nod and stared to walked towards the door.
Cadance just watch as her aunt walked to the door, she could swear that she saw a tear fall down her cheek.
“Are you coming Cadance?”
She looked at Celestia who just wanted to leave. “Just give me a minute, I want to talk to Twilight before I leave.”
Celestia nodded. “Don’t take too long.”
Cadance watched as Celestia walked out and closet the door, she then looked over to Twilight who just stood there looking down on the floor. She walked over to the unicorn and put a hoof on her shoulder.
“You okay Twilight?”
Twilight shock her head. “No, I’m not okay. I thought after all these years Celestia would believe me, I guess I was wrong.” She said with sadness in her voice.
“Well, if it makes you fell any better. I believe you.”
Twilight looked up at her old foal sitter. “You do?” Cadance answered with a smile. “Thanks, Cadance. It helped a little.” They gave each other a hug.
“Anytime Twilight, I better get going. Celestia is waiting for me.”
They broke the hug. “I walk you out.” They both walk to the door.
Well outside Twilight watch as Cadance got up in the chariot with Celestia, as they took of Cadance waved goodbye to Twilight, she waved back. Twilight watch as their chariot disappeared into the horizon and back to Canterlot.
“That went better than I thought.” Who ever spoke managed to scare Twilight so much that she jumped a few meters up in the air, she landed in the snow on her stomach. “You okay their Twilight Sparkle?
Twilight got up and looked around but all she could see was snow. “Wintres? Where are you? I can hear you, but I can’t see you.”
“Take it easy Twilight Sparkle, I’m right here.” Wintres appeared right beside the startle unicorn. “Sorry if I scared you.”
Twilight shocked her head. “That’s okay, how did you do that? You were completely invisible, even I can’t do that.”
“Me and my sister and blend in with our seasons, making us completely invisible. Not even Celestia and see me, very effective if you are going to play hide and seek.” Wintres couldn’t help but smile when she thought how many time Celestia became frustrated when she couldn’t find her or her sister. “Good times.”
“I see, but what are you doing here? Are you here to talk to the princess Celestia? If you are then you are a little late.”
“That was my intention but then I saw she had Cadance with her and decide not to talk to her.”
That just confused Twilight. “What’s wrong with Cadance?” She asked Wintres.
She just snorted. “A lot of thing, now if you would excuse me. I have to find my sister, I know that she is her in Ponyville.”
“Yes, I know. They are with Spike, I think they are at Sugarcube corner.”
That got Wintres attention. “You mean that all my sisters are her in Ponyville?”
Twilight was about to give her a nod but then… “Wait, did you just say all your sister?” She asked Wintres.
“Yes, I did. Which one did you mean?”
“Your little sister, they went to Sugarcube corner with Spike.”
“Well then, onward to Sugarcube corner.” She stared to walk to Sugarcube corner.
“Can I join you? I would like to ask you some question.” Twilight asked the alicorn.
“I don’t see why not, but only one question.”
Twilight’s mouth fell open when she heard that, she had hope to ask her many question, but that dream was now shattered. She was lucky that she got one, she closed the closed the door to the library with her magic. She then followed Wintres to Sugarcube corner.
“So, what would you like to ask about Twilight Sparkle?”
“Well, your little sister told me that you don’t know your parents. Is that right?”
Wintres stopped, so did Twilight. “Hold on, you have talk to Springs and Autumns?” Twilight nodded. “When?”
“This morning, they arrived right after you left.”
Wintres threw her hoofs in the air in frustration. “You got to be kidding me, are you telling me that if I had stayed a minute longer I would have bumped into them?”
“Yes?” Twilight answered her.
Wintres just groaned in frustration. “Unbelievable, talk about bad luck.” They stared to walked again, Wintres looked at Twilight.
“To answer your question; Yes, it’s true. We don’t know who our parents are, Celestia and Luna’s mother found use in a clearing in the Everfree forest, but you knew that already, didn’t you?”
“Yes, your sisters Autumns and Springs told me. I just wanted to hear it from you.”
“You wanted to know if it was true or not?” Wintres said threatening voice.
Twilight was now very nervous. “Yes, I’m still not sure if you are real or not.”
Wintres was stun when she heard that, after she revealed herself and Luna’s word. Celestia’s student was still in denial, she was about to yell at her for that, but she managed to contain herself. Shen just shook her head. “Let’s just get Sugarcube corner already.” She stared to walked faster, that caught Twilight off guard.
When they arrived at Sugarcube corner, Twilight went in to talk to the Cake’s about Spike and Wintres sister’s while she was standing outside using her magic to track her sisters.
It didn’t take long before Twilight came back outside. “It looks like Spike and your sisters was here, but she doesn’t know where they went after that.” She saw that Wintres was scanning the ground with her magic. “What are you doing?” Twilight asked the alicorn of winter.
“I’m scanning for my sister’s magical signature, we leave a different signature then other ponies.”
That intrigued Twilight. “Fascinating, four ponies that leaves four different magic signatures. I know that earth, pegasus and unicorns leaves same signatures but that this, this is just marvelous. I must document this.”
Before Twilight could summon something to write on she was surrounded by white magic and then she floated towards Wintres, they looked eyes with each other.
“Now you listen here Celestia’s student, if I find out that you have written anything about my and my sisters on a piece of paper I will freeze every bone in your body. Then you will be an ice sculpture for the rest of your life, do I make my self clear?” Wintres said in a tone so cold that I actually froze Twilight breath, Wintres eyes was oozing of anger. As a respond Twilight nodded her head up and down like crazy. “Good.” Wintres release Twilight and she landed on the ground.
Twilight was trying to catch her breath, there were times Celestia had been angry at her but never like this. “I’m sorry, I just like to learn new stuff and I have never heard about ponies that have different magic signatures before.”
“That’s okay, there’s nothing wrong with waiting to learn. But this something I don’t want to learn, got it?”
“Yes, I got it.” Twilight said while rubbing her throat, some of Wintres breath had gone down it and was now cold.
“Good, now come on. I know where Spike and my three sisters went.” Wintres stared to walked towards the destination.
“That’s good, I was wondering where Spike had… Wait a minute, did you say your three sisters?” Twilight said while walking after her.
“Yes, I said three sisters. Autumns, Springs and Summers. They are all here.”
Twilight could not comprehend what was going through Wintres mind right now, meeting Summers after all this time. I can’t be easy for her, Twilight wanted to ask her what she was felling but she decided that it would be best not to do it.
In the meanwhile, the twins and Spike had just arrived at the farm, Spike walked over to the front door and knock on it. It didn’t take long before someone open the door, it was Applebloom.
“Hey, Spike what are you doing here?” She then noticed the twins. “And who are those behind you?”
“Hey Applebloom, we were wondering if we could come and read some comics we found at your club house and they are Wintres little sisters. They are twins.”
Applebloom gave him a smile. “No problem, I was bored anyway and need something to do.” She stepped aside to let them in. “We can read in the living room.”
The dragon and the two alicorn in disguise walked in, Applebloom closed the door when they were all inside. On the way to the living room they saw that Applejack was sitting in the kitchen drinking cocoa from a cup, when she heard noises she looked up from her cup and saw Spike and the twins entered. Applebloom, Spike and Springs was walking towards the living room while Springs walked into the kitchen.
“What’s going on?” She asked Autumns.
“Those three are going to the living room to read comics.” Autumns answered.
“And you’re not?”
“Nope, I don’t read comic.” She sat down in one off the chairs by the kitchen table. “That’s for kids and my sister is a kid, most of the time. But, I can’t expect much from the former element of laughter.”
“Wintres told me about that, you were generosity. I am I right?”
Autumns gave her a smile. “That’s right, I’m guessing she told you which pony were the rest of the element?” Applejack gave her a nod, Autumns couldn’t help but laugh a little. “I thought so.” She then looked to the living room where she could see her sister reading a comic. “Sorry for just dropping in like this.”
Applejack just waved a hoof. “Don’t worry about it, you want some cocoa?”
Autumns sniffed the air. “Sure, it’s smells good.”
Applejack got up from her chair, but she didn’t come very far. Someone was knocking on the door. “Who is it now?” She asked no one in particular.
Outside stood a nervous unicorn, she was walking back and forward on the porches. “What am I going say to them? it’s so long.” Then the door open and a she saw an orange pony standing in the door opening.
“Can I help you?” Applejack asked the unicorn.
“Yes, is Autumns and Springs here?” The unicorn asked with a nervous tone.
Applejack couldn’t help but cock an eyebrow of that question. “And who might be asking?” AJ asked the unicorn.
“It’s Summers.” She said with even more nervosity in her voice.
Then they heard some noise behind them and Applejack was lifted away with magic and then Autumns was standing there, looking in her sister eyes with rages.
“What the hell do you want?”

After tracking her sisters for most of the day, Summers had finally found both of them at Applejack’s house. However, the welcome was less proving to be less than pleasant.
“I want to talk Autumns,” Summers told her.
When Autumns heard that she couldn’t help but snort. “Are you serious? Do you want to talk now? After a thousand years, now you want to talk.” Autumns shouted at her sister, prompting Summers to back away from her.
“Where are you going? You wanted to talk right, fine let’s talk.” She started to walk with her big sister, deciding it best just to deal with the issue now. “Where have you been for the last thousand years?”
Summers looked down at the ground. “I ran away.”
Autumns wasn’t sure if she heard right. “You ran away? What do you mean that you ran away?”
Summers let out a heavy sigh. “After you, Springs and Winters left I had a talk with Celestia. I ask if she knew what would happen to Luna, and she said she did. When I heard that I was devastated, I could not believe that I was tricked into doing that to Luna.” She started to cry. “I’m so sorry for what I did, I don’t expect you or the others to forgive me, but I am sorry.”
“You’re sorry? We don’t hear from you for over a thousand years and the only thing we get is that you're sorry?” Autumns snorted, her expression hardening. “You know, I don’t think you're sorry at all. I think you knew that it would send Luna to the moon all long.”
“No, I swear that I didn’t know,” Summers told Autumns, but she didn’t believe her. Then she saw Springs standing in the doorway. “Springs.” Summers walked past Autumns and to her other little sister. “You believe me, don’t you?”
Springs wasn’t sure what to believe at the moment, on one hoof she wanted to believe Summers, but on the other hoof, she wasn't sure she could.
She looked at her twin who was furious and then at her big sister, who was afraid and Springs could see guilt in her eyes. She then felt magic building up and saw that Autumns was about to fire a beam at Summers, she then decided to tackle her sister before that happened.
Autumns landed in the snow when she realized what happened, giving her twin a surprised look. “What are you doing Springs? Why are you protecting her? You know what’s she's done.”
“I know that, but that doesn’t give you the right to attack her, she is still our sister.”
Autumns snarled, quickly getting up and preparing another attack on Summers. She didn’t get very far, however, as a giant ice wall appeared, blocking her way. All three looked in the direction of where the ice wall was coming from, and found Winters standing but a few feet from it, with Twilight right beside her.
“What in the name of Gaia are you doing Autumns?” She asked her younger sister. “Can you explain to me why you are apparently trying to kill your own sister?”
“Are you kidding me? You of all ponies should want to hurt her, why are you protecting her?” Autumns asked with venom in her voice.
Winters walked towards them, eyes focused on her three siblings. “Yes, it’s true that I hate her, and I doubt that will change, but I’m not going to let my hate for her cloud my judgment.” She stopped between her sisters. “Hatred is no excuse for attacking her.”
Autumns just snorted. “Whatever.”
Winters just shook her head at her sister's behavior before looking at Summers. “Mind telling us where you have been all these years?” She asked older sister.
“I will but is possible that we can do that inside? It’s a little cold outside.” The second she spoke, a cold wind blew through, sending shivers through most of the sisters, Winter being the obvious exception.
“Fine.” Winters started to walk inside, quietly muttering to herself. “You never hear anypony complains in the Summer.”
Applejack watched as the sisters and Twilight walked into her house, wondering how she went from dealing with simple day to day farm problems to hosting four alicorns. "Never thought I'd be missing the days when my biggest concern was mah chores."
“Sorry about this Applejack, I understand this is a little overwhelming.” Winters' voice brought her back to reality.
“Ah, don’t worry about it Winters, they're your siblings and if there is one thing I understand plenty of, it's family.”
In the living room were Applebloom and Spike, busy reading comic books when they heard someone entering the room. They looked up to find Winters and her two sisters, along with a pony they haven’t seen before, walk in.
Twilight quickly entered and walked over to Spike, who looked confused. “Twilight, what’s going on and who is that pony.” He pointed at Summers.
“That’s Summers, you're Winters big sister.” Spike's eyes widened at the revelation.
The sister walked into the living room and none of them knew what to say, then Winters decide to speak. “Well Summers, we're all waiting, care to fill us in.”
Summers took a deep breath, readying herself as she began to speak. “After you all left me alone with Celestia I asked her if she knew what happened to Luna when we used the elements on her.”
“And what did she say?” Winters asked.
“She said that she knew.” That made all of the room gasped in surprise, expect Applebloom, who had no clue what was going on.
“And what did you do after that?”
“I started to yell at her, I was furious that she did that to Luna and then I asked her why she did it.” She paused for a second, wondering if she really should say it.
Her sisters saw that she hesitated. “Well, are you going to tell us or not?” Winters asked her.
“She said, that it was necessary.”
That came as shock to everyone in the living room except for Applebloom, still clueless on what was going on.
“What did she mean by, necessary?” Autumns asked her sister.
“I don’t know, after that, she didn’t want to talk to me anymore. She just told me to leave, it was like she became a different pony.” Summers sat down on the floor. “After that I left, traveling around the planet. Helping other ponies where I could.” All of sudden she felt someone hug her, it was Springs. “Why are you hugging me, Springs?” She asked her younger sister.
“I don’t know, I just felt like I should be hugging you.”
Winters and Autumns just rolled their eyes at their sister's behavior while Summers just smiled. “Glad that you haven’t changed that much.”
Back with the little filly, Applebloom had enough. “Can somepony please tell me what the hay is happening.” All eyes were on her now, Applebloom pointed a hoof at Summers. “I want to know what’s going on and who you are?”
Applejack went over to her little sister. “Applebloom, can you be quiet.”
“No, I want to know what’s going on.” She crossed her hoof’s. “I’m sick of not knowing what is happening, so can somepony please explain it to me.” Then she started to pout.
The ponies in the living room and Spike just stared at her. Applejack was just baffled at her sister's outburst, while the others were similarly taken aback. Summers, however, couldn’t help but smile.
“I do suppose an explanation is in order. Well, little one, my name is Summers and I’m the alicorn of Summer.” She looked at sisters. “And these are my little sisters, who as you probably figured out are the alicorns of the remaining three seasons.”
Applebloom just rolled her eyes of the ‘little one’ part. “Okay, now that I know that, just what were you all talking about? From what I could hear, it has something to about Princess Celestia.”
“You are right, we were talking about what happened the day Princess Luna was banished to the moon.”
Applebloom nodded. “Oh, so kind of like those legends and history that Ms. Cheerilee goes over in class?"
"Something like that, yes."
Applebloom's interest all but immediately dropped at the mention of the discussion being something like school work and immediately headed for the stairs. "Well, that sounds plenty interesting. But I think I'll just stick to mah comics if that's okay."
She turned her attention to her pint-sized companion. “Are you coming, Spike?" The baby dragon nodded, also not especially interested in the current subject matter.
All of them watched as Applebloom and Spike walked out of the living room and up the stairs. Oddly enough, Springs seemed eager to follow suit, only to be met by away courtesy of Autumns.
“And where do you think you're going?” Autumns asked her twin.
“I’m going with them to read comics.”
That got Autumns to stare at her twin, wondering what was wrong with her. Winters and Summers couldn’t help but laugh, while Applejack and Twilight just smiled at the sisters' behavior.
“No, you’re not. We're all going to stay here and discuss this.” Autumns just shook her head, visibly agitated. “Sometimes I wonder what’s going through your brain.” Springs sat down on the floor, crossed her hoof’s and started to pout.
Then Summers cleared her throat. “Now that we got that out of the way.” She looked at Winters. “I was hoping that you could get Luna here, I'd like to have a few words with her if possible.”
“Sure, I can do that. She should be up by now, I think.” She started to walk towards the door, noting the sun was still relatively high in the air. “Let’s just hope she's that she is in a good mood.” With that, she walked out the door.
Applejack. “Well, while we wait, anypony interested in some cocoa? I was making some when you all arrived? Do you want some Twilight?” The unicorn just nodded, Applejack looked at sisters. “What about you three? Want some cocoa?”
Autumns nodded begrudgingly. “Sure.”
Springs meanwhile seemed excited at the prospect. “Me too.”
Summers. “Not me, I’m going to wait with Winters. And besides, my body is always warm, so I don’t need to drink heated liquid.” She walked after Winters.
Springs lightly pouted at her statement. "That's not the only reason you drink it. It tastes great too."
Once Summers was outside she saw Winters horn glowing and a beam up in the sky, emanating from her horn. She quietly walked over to her sister. “Did you send a message to Luna?” She asked her little sister only for her question to be ignored. “What? You're still mad at me for what I did a thousand years ago?” Winters said nothing, she just looked up in the sky. “Would you please just answer me.”
Winters looked at her sister with disappointment in her eyes. “I'm not angry with you, rather, I'm disappointed that you ran away from what you did. I’m disappointed that you took Celestia’s side and not ours. I’m also disappointed that you actually believed in what she said. I know that you two were best friends but that’s no excuse for what you did.”
Summers quietly hung her head in shame. “I know that and if I could turn back time I would fix it, but I can’t.” She looked up at her sister with tears in her eyes. “I’m sorry okay. I don't know what else you want me to say.”
Winters quietly cast a glance at the night sky. “Well, for starters, I’m not the one you should be apologizing to.”
As soon as those words left Winters mouth the pair could hear wingbeats in the air. The pair looked up and saw Luna quickly descending towards them, landing but a few feet from them. Her expression a mixture of curiosity and slightly perturbed.
“Is there a reason you called me here so early? I had just gotten up.” She said, obviously still sleepy, only for her mood to immediately drop at the sight of Summers. “You! What are you doing here?” She said in a less pleasant tone.
The Princess's tone did little to improve Summers confidence, trying in vain to find the right words to say. “Hello Luna, good to see you?” She said very nervous tone.
Luna let out a scoff at the attempt at small talk. “Yes, I’m doing quite well all things considering. However, I asked you a question: What are you doing here?” She asked, her tone growing more hostile.
Despite sweat dripping from her brow despite the cold, Summers managed to get her next words out. “I just wanted to talk, so I asked Winters summon you here.”
Luna looked at Summer to see if she was lying or not, to which she could confirm it was the later. “Winters, is possible that I and your sister can talk alone?”
Winters looked at her sister and Luna. “Sure.” Winters walked towards the house leaving them to talk.

I'm done writing
That’s is, I have lost all my motivation to keep on writing. I was hoping that I would get some inspiration words from those who read my story, so I could counting writing, but all I got was that how I complain. I am done writing story’s on fimfiction.
