The Later Years Of Hope

It was a few years after Rarity's water birthing experience as Rarity's new daughter Hope grew up and matured for the next few years after being born. Hope completely adored her parents Rarity and Rainbow Dash and loved Rarity's sister Sweetie Belle.

Rarity and Rainbow Dash tried to be the best parents for Hope as they treated Hope with love and care. Rarity also made sure to pay attention to her sister still as well but Sweetie Belle was now grown up as well. Sweetie Belle was an adult by the time Hope was a teen. Hope also met Rarity's parents and she loved them dearly as well.

Hope's teen years were tough but not impossible. She was protected a lot by her two mothers as Rarity and Rainbow Dash were cautious with which teens Hope hung out with as she had officially reached that age of rebellion.

Hope also encountered people who didn't like her parents because her parents were a lesbian couple. She was teased a lot for that but whenever she was teased for that she would try to defend her parents.

But this discrimination didn't stop the family of three as Rarity and Rainbow Dash took Hope everywhere when they had the time to do that. They had fun as a family everywhere they went. As they had fun as a family Hope was a full matured adult by the time Sweetie Belle left her parents place.

Hope also had decided to move out once she was an adult which her parents didn't mind as Rarity and Rainbow Dash both knew that their daughter had to leave the nest at some point in her life.

Hope saw Sweetie Belle often once Sweetie Belle had left Rarity as the two women met often. Hope made sure to visit her two mothers from time to time but made sure to not over do it as she wanted to be independent.

The two women shared all of their thoughts with eachother and they helped eachother through tough times. Rarity and Rainbow Dash never drifted apart during Hope's early life as the couple grew closer as time went by.

One day Sweetie Belle had decided to take her niece to the beach even if they were both adults. It was a place of huge significance to the family as it was the place when Rarity revealed to her friends that she was pregnant with Hope.

At first Hope thought that the idea was a little bit silly but after staying there for a while she realized how much fun she could have as an adult there so she the first thing she tried was surfing which she failed at several times but she never got upset as it was just for fun.

After an hour of trying to practice on some waves she decided to try and learn more tomorrow. So she went back there the next day with Rainbow Dash who was perfectly good at almost any athletic ability and Rainbow Dash taught her for a while and over time during that day Hope got even better.

After a long time Hope had discovered that her special talent was surfing....a lot. She was very similar to Rainbow Dash in several ways as she was always competitive. This of coarse pleased Rainbow Dash as she saw herself in her daughter. Rainbow Dash raced her daughter in surf offs which both of them were equally good at.

Hope also did other things as well as she built sandcastles and helped bury Sweetie Belle in the sand sometimes for fun even if the act of building sandcastles and burying people in the sand was immature for them as they really didn't care as they had fun.

Once she had taken a break she realized how good of a surfer she could become. She tried surfing in competitions but was always fifth place or sixth place. But she just kept trying for several years. Her two mothers Rarity and Rainbow Dash and her niece Sweetie Belle encouraged her to keep practicing to surf often.

She soon got better at competitions as she started to place first or second in any one she participated in. She won several trophies for it which made her whole family proud so she continued to surf for a long time and enjoyed it a lot.

Of coarse being Sweetie Belle's niece was great but was also an eye roller as Sweetie Belle playfully teased Hope from time to time. Those of coarse were the moments Hope would remember the most.

They also went tons of museums as Hope grew to love lots of museums for some reason. Rainbow Dash never understood why she liked going to museums but she was glad that her daughter had so much fun at them.

The only thing that went wrong was the details being leaked about how Hope was born which was by artificial insemination. Nobody knew who the leaker was but Celestia promised that when's he found out the leaker would be punished.

Being a product of a artificial insemination Hope became an object of fascination in Equestria which bothered Rarity and Rainbow Dash. Due to being born via artificial insemination the media requested to see Hope often and it got to the point were Princess Celestia limited the media from bothering Hope and her two mothers which Rarity's family greatly appreciated.

The media were allowed to still report on Rainbow Dash and Rarity as part of the mane six but they were restricted from bothering Hope to certain degrees. They were allowed to ask her questions as long as they weren't rude and as long as they didn't take up Hope's time but other than that they couldn't follow her or watch her in the bushes and they couldn't ask her questions everyday.

Also due to being born via artificial insemination it caused a lot of controversy for Hope. Hope didn't really like the obsession that the media had with her but she dealt with it. She even supported artificial insemination and she testified in a court case on artificial insemination which questioned the practice.

Hope's testimony was so positive and good that artificial insemination became a protected right in Equestria as it wasn't a protected right at the time Hope was conceived herself by artificial insemination.

This ruling caused further controversy about the subject but Rarity and Hope we're just glad that it was now a protected right. The other thing Rarity had seemed to keep was her own cord blood from the umbilical cord.

After Rarity had given birth Rarity met with Twilight in private and gave her the blood that was from the umbilical cord that was attached to Hope when she was in Rarity's womb. She told Twilight that no matter under any circumstances she should never get rid of the blood from her umbilical cord.

Twilight realized immediately what Rarity was trying to get her to do as Rarity was trying to keep the blood for the future use of donating it to scientists to study for stem cell research. Twilight donated it to scientists in the hopes of curing several diseases.

Both Rarity and Twilight knew that it was a long shot as other people had done that before but by the time Hope had grown into an adult there were several breakthrough's that were made in the research on stem cells so Rarity was happy that she had done a good thing for so many other people besides saving Equestria from time to time.

Over in all Hope lived a very good life with her family. Hope also became good friends with Rarity's friends as well and also got along with Apple Bloom and Scootaloo. Hope of coarse hoped to find her special love interest that she would love forever so Rarity helped her daughter be pretty and taught her how to attract people.

Hope who was close to Rarity Sweetie Belle and Rainbow Dash along with Rarity's and Rainbow Dash's friends and Sweetie Belle's friends and was close to her own friends lived a great life. She was so glad to have a family as great as Rarity's. Hope loved her family and she would always love her family.
