After Twilight reads the story of the first Hearth's Warming Eve to Spike, she realizes that although the story tells how pegasi, earth ponies, and unicorns came to Equestria, it does not tell how alicorns came there. She wants to find out why, and she goes to hear it straight from the pony's mouth. The pony princess who raises the sun's mouth.
