Chapters It was a calm Sunday afternoon, Twilight was, you guessed, reading a book.
"Twi-Light. Must-give" panted Spike, burping out a scroll. Lifting it with her magic, Twilight read through the scroll.
Dear T.S
You must come to Canterlot at once. There is a threat. Against you. Old enemies are rising again. Be careful

This was going to be a long afternoon.
"So, that's what the letter said?" asked Rainbow Dash, after Twilight explained the contents of the letter to her friends.
"But maybe" whispered Fluttershy.
"I say you should go to Canterlot" advised Rarity.
"Um" squeaked Fluttershy.
"But what if it's just a trick!" reminded Applejack, "To capture Twilight"
"Perhaps..." said Fluttershy even more quietly.
"I've got it!" said Rainbow Dash enthusiastically,"We should think of who else has T.S initials!"
"I thought it could be-" started Fluttershy.
"Tempest Shadow" said Spike loudly.
"Great idea Spike, let's go question Temepest" said Twilight, heading out the door.
"But wait! Remember her name's Fizzlepop Berrytwist!" reminded Pinkie Pie.
"But people still know her as Temepest" said Twilight, "Come on, let's go to her house"
Temepest Shadow lived at the corner of Ponyville, so she wouldn't attract to much attention. But she still didn't ever take off her armour.
"Temepest? Are you home?" asked Twilight, knocking on the door.
"Hi Twilight, everypony, come in" said Tempest, ushering them inside.
"So Tempest, I got this letter today, addressed to T.S. I realise your name is Fizzlepop Berrytwist, but-" started Twilight.
"I was being sarcastic" said Tempest, "Tempest Shadow is my real name- sorry Pinkie Pie"
"Aww" said Pinkie, deflating a bit, but suddenly puffing up again.
"So, have a read" said Twilight, handing the scroll. Tempest read through it, her eyes scanning every word.
"I'm not sure, who it's to. I mean, it probably would be for you, but then, I also betrayed the Storm King, maybe that's what the person it talking about" Tempest said, after reading.
"I think we both should go to Canterlot, safety in numbers and all!" suggested Twilight.
"Have, message!" said Spike, burping our another scroll.
"Am I the only one who finds that kind of gross?" asked Rarity. The others nodded.
The scroll said:
My dear Twilight
There is something I need to tell you. Something that can change your life (I'm being dramatic aren't I!) Anyhow, bring Tempest along with you. You need to know.
Your loving mom, Twilight Velvet
Twilight rolled her eyes. "Seems like we'll be going to Canterlot after all!"
Twenty minutes later, Twilight and Tempest were on the train. "So, what do you think this is about?" asked Tempest, confused on how to start the conversation.
"Probably Mom freaking out about a minor issue- Don't know why she called you along though" Twilight said, "I inherited that trait from her"
When they arrived at the Sparkle residence, Twilight Velvet dragged them in. "Have a seat, both of you!" she said, "Now how do I say this- You two are sisters"
"What!" shrieked Twilight and Tempest in unison.
"Perhaps not the best approach" muttered Velvet.
"We're sisters!" They yelled.
"Well, I had Tempest after Shining, and when she was born, Star Swirl the Beared had wrote a prophecy, of a child who would be named Tempest Shadow. Of course, I had to name you that. And the Royal Guard informed the Princesses, who sent you to another village, far from Equestria, so you wouldn't be a threat" explained Velvet.
"So believe me I sure was surprised when you came to destroy Equestria. But I wanted you two to find out, put the pieces together, so I named Twilight with the same initials you had. I was sworn to secrecy, so I couldn't tell anyone, but I was devestated having my daughter taken away from me"
"Shining Armour was too young to remember, and any memory he had was removed. Speaking of, he should be coming any minute now, he doesn't know either. But now, I am so glad I have both my daughters back with me again!"
Twilight and Tempest just stared. Then they hugged there mother tightly, especially Tempest, crying and laughing at the same time.
"Hi Mom how ar- oh, did I miss something?" said Shining Armour, seeing them, confused.
"Let me say this simply- Shining, say hi to your little sister" said Twilight, pointing to Tempest. Tempest waved. Shining Armour gaped at them.
"I missed out on a lot" he whispered.
After 10 minutes of straightening things out, Shining was just as excited as Twilight.
"This is amazing! Wait, does that make Tempest royalty?" asked Shining.
"Well, technically, she isn't crowned, or married to royalty, but she is probably like a lady of the court" said Velvet.
Tempest pictured herself in the royal court in one of those large poofy dresses. "Uh, no thank you, I'm happy the way I am" she said quickly.
"But one thing confuses me- Who was the T.S letter addressed to?" wondered Twilight.
"Perhaps it means both of us- you've defeated bad guys all the time, and I betrayed them. And if it was for you, why wasn't it just addressed to 'Twilight Sparkle'? Why T.S?" said Tempest.
"I think you're right, but for now, you girls need to stay here" said Velvet.
"But Mom- I can call you Mom, right?" Velvet nodded, "We have work in Ponyville!"
"May I ask what work you have?" asked Velvet.
"I'm trying to get my cutie mark with the help of the crusaders" muttered Tempest.
"What was that?" asked Shining.
Tempest sighed. "After I realised I was better off alone, the Storm King's army found me, and convinced me to join them, and use there cutie mark, one that unified them to the Storm King's side. I saw a chance to show everyone what I could do, and my long lasted problem of needing to search for my cutie mark was over. So I never got a Cutie Mark"
"What? According to my studies, it is not possible for a pony to not have a cutie mark" Twilight said.
"Yeah, that's why I'm working with the CMC's to get a cutie mark" Tempest said.
"Well, I think we should help you get your mark before running off to save Equestria!" suggested Twilight.
"Yeah, save Equestria... wait, what?"
Author's Note
Something I came up with a short while earlier. I was reading some My Little Pony the Movie fun facts, and it said that you might notice, Tempest and Twilight have the same initials. And then I was like, "Oh yeah! Why didn't I notice that?"
So then I thought it would be fun to do this. Please leave any kind of feedback, comments, likes, (preferably ;P ) and dislikes.

“Crusaders? Are you in there?” asked Twilight. She opened the door to see the three fillies’ smiling faces.
“Hi Twilight, Tempest!” they chirped on unison.
“We need help finding Tempest’s special talent” explained Twilight.
“Sounds good. So Tempest, what are you good at?”asked Scootaloo.
“Uh, I’m not really sure” said Tempest, a wave of disappointment washing over her.
“No problem, that’s what we’re here for” reassured Sweetie Belle.
They tried everything, from mountain climbing to lamp making, but nothing seemed to fit.
“Let’s try the second chart!” said Appleblom, nervously, “Let’s go to sailing” After two hours of near death sailing, they decided it was time to go home.
“Maybe I’m not cut out for this” said Tempest sadly.
“I have one more idea which may fit you” said Twilight. When they arrived at the hall, 4 chairs were laid on both ends of room.
“Why are we here?” Tempest was confused.
“We’re going to do debating!” said Twilight, handing her sheets of paper and and group of ponies to work with. “And the team is gender equalism, fighting for female rights and laws”
And just like that, Tempest spent the next hour preparing for the big debate. Even a small crowd had gathered.
“Good afteroon. I am Tempest Shadow, Team Leader of the affirmative team on the topic, females should be considered in all fields, from sport to music” said Tempest confidently.
“Good afternoon, I am Sun Star, Team Leader of the negative team on the topic, females should be considered in all fields” said the opposition.
The debate continued without a hitch. The first speaker on Tempest’s team spoke about the past, how people used to consider females weak and insignificant, but now, some influential females have made our world safe, claiming this wrong.
Second speaker said all are equal, and there is not difference. Mares and stallions are both ponies. It’s like how tribes used to fight over which one was the best.
And the third speaker said both working together can help our world become more great than before.
In the final rebuttals, Tempest fired one witty point to another as the others tried desperately to make Tempest’s amazing arguments sound wrong. In the end, victory was won by Tempest, as she felt her flank light up. It was a cutie mark! Two wight wings, with a globe in the middle!
"OMG! I got my cutie mark!" said Tempest, staring at her flank.
"I think it means you can fight for world freedom, wings being freedom and the globe being the world!" said Twilight.
"I guess we can go on to try and find out who that scroll was from now" said Tempest heading out the door of town hall.
"Tem-pest, Twi-light!" wheezed Spike, burping out another scroll.
"What is it this time?" asked Tempest.

It is time. He will rise soon, you must come to the Star Swirl the Bearded archives. I will meet you there. Bring your sister along

"Well, now we'll both be going" said Twilight.
In fifteen minutes, they were in Canterlot. "How do think that person found out we were sisters?" asked Tempest.
"Perhaps they...nope, I've got nothing" said Twilight, realising she didn't know what to do.
"Should we...go to the archives?" asked Tempest. Twilight hesitated.
"I'm just not sure, I mean, this seems to good to be true"
"What does?"
"You know, someone who wants to meet the new Royal sisters and then just help them-I know we Equestrian ponies act all friendship like, but some of us aren't like that, so this feels like a trap" said Twilight, "Maybe we should send someone on our behalf"
"But we wouldn't want somepony else to get hurt!" said Tempest, imagining the archives explode as Spike innocently got blasted.
"I've got it! One of us go in there, face whatever it is, and come back out" said Twilight, "I'll go"
"No you can't, you're a princess" Twilight rolled her eyes, "I need to prove my worth the Equestria anyway, please let me do this!"
Twilight sighed, knowing her sister was hell-bent on doing this. "Fine, I'll stand outside, and you go in, but if anything were to happen to you I-"
Tempest placed her hoof on Twilight's mouth, "I'll be fine. I was a commander for Celestia's sake!"
Twilight smiled, "Love you big sis"
"Love you too little sis" Twilight watched her sister walk into the archives, gate slamming behind her.
Tempest slowly trotted, lightly stepping, unaware of what awaited for her. She saw a huge towering figure, triple her size. She opened her mouth to call for help, but then the figure came out of the shadows. It was Grubber, holding a huge pile of books.
"Sorry, didn't mean to scare ya" said Grubber, munching on a slice of chocolate cake.
"Wait- you're the one who wrote the scrolls?" Tempest asked.
"What scrolls? I've been getting them myself, and they said there was a plot against...T.S? And told me to meet here" explained Grubber.
"Oh. So if you're not the one, then who is?" As if to answer her question, a voice came.
"Who are you?" asked the voice, low and menacing.
"Tempest Shadow" she replied boldly, "Along with Grubber"
"Tempest Shadow?" The voice grew more bubbly and girly. And white unicorn with a wavy blue mane came out of the shadows, "Hi, I'm Mystic Wave, nice to meet you!"
"Hey I know you- Twilight told me you went missing from Equestria years ago" said Tempest.
"Close. I went off researching about powerful magic users, and discovered a sixth alicorn princess" said Mystic.
"Sixth?" Tempest was aware of four.
"Um, Flurry Heart is the fifth? Where have you been?" asked Mystic Wave.
"Well, I used to live somewhere not in Equestria" said Tempest, not keen on telling her past, "So you've been sending the scrolls to my sister, Princess Twilight?"
"No, I was sending them to Princess Tranquil Stone" said Mystic, "Princess of Water and Peace"
Grubber and Tempest looked at her blankly.
"She was the third alicorn sister, aside from Luna and Celestia, and when she destroyed the Emerald of Destiny in order to vanquish the Razor Lord, she had to sacrifice herself, being stuck in Tartarus with him, and all traces of her had been removed" said Mystic, giggling, "Aside from the evidence I found"
Tempest continued to stare.
"We may need to fill you in on the past millennia" said Mystic.

The cutie mark was made by me, I did not steal any ideas. And Princess Tranquil is my own created character, so is Mystic Wave, any resemblance to other characters is purely coincidental. Please feel free to leave comments and likes and dislikes and criticism ect.
"This is a picture of her" said Mystic, handing Tempest a picture of the long lost Princess.
"Well, sorry, you've gotten in contact with my sister, Princess Twilight instead" explained Tempest, watching Mystic's face fall.
"That can't be! I checked and re-checked. It has to be her!" cried Mystic.
"Wait, you said something about old enemies rising in you're letter. What did you mean?" Tempest asked.
"The Razor Lord. He has returned to Equestria. I saw him a week ago. He is like a large yeti, white fur, two large upward teeth, claws, two long black horns, ugly darkish face, growling expression" explained Mystic.
Tempest looked at her shocked. "That description sounds like the Storm King. He became stone and was smashed. I used to be on his side"
"Oh, I remember you. You caught Twilight and her friends. The Storm King would have gotten Princess Tranquil's magic, but he wanted the four princesses' magic first, and then make her watch this world suffer. Princess Tranquil was very close to her subjects, closer than Princess Celestia. He wanted to torture her mentally, because she was the one who banished him in the first place, back when he was the 'Razor Lord'" explained Mystic.
"Wow. You sure know a lot about this all" marvelled Tempest.
"Yeah. But now, he's back, and we need to bring Princess Tranquil back. Only with the power of all the princesses can he be defeated" said Mystic.
"How to we get Princess Tranquil here?" asked Tempest.
"There is only one way- sacrifice" said Mystic solemnly. Tempest gulped.
"Kidding! You should have seen your face!" laughed Mystic, "Seriously, we have to cast a spell by all the Princesses"
"Well, let's get going. I'll tell Twilight" said Tempest, running outside.
"Fifth princess? I mean, sixth princess?" said Twilight, remembering Flurry Heart.
"Yup, Twilight, meet Mystic, Mystic, this is my sister Princess Twilight" intorduced Tempest.
"Mystic? Didn't you disappear from Equestria? Your family thinks you're dead!" said Twilight.
"Nope. I'm here. Sorry everypony was worried, but I had to find out about Princess Tranquil" said Mystic, feeling guilty.
"We should go to the princesses. There's a summit tomorrow, we should meet up there" said Twilight.
That night, they got ready to meet the princesses, and ask them about the sixth, well being Celestia and Luna's younger sister, third. That made Twilight number five, which was pretty confusing.
When they met up, Tempest just asked them without ado, forgetting Twilight's plan of 'subtlety'.
"Princesses, can you tell us about your sister?" asked Tempest.
Luna and Celestia gulped, "What sister, we have each other!"
Mystic stared at them incredulously, "Your highness, we're talking about Princess Tranquil!"
At her mention, Luna burst into tears. "I tried to stop her. She didn't listen" sobbed Luna, and Celestia comforted her.
"It's hard without our beloved sister, and not being able to hold rememberences for her. And no one can understand" said Celestia, silent tears streaming.
"I've figured out how to bring her back your highness. Spell of Environmental Reconciliation, which was Tranquil's talent" said Mystci handing her a scroll
Celestia's eyes scanned the scroll and her smile returned. "This is wonderful. Candence, can you bring Flurry Heart here?"
Cadence brought Flurry Heart, who was playing with her Whammy. "How can Flurry cast the spell?" said Cadence, as Flurry sneezed, creating a hole in the roof.
"I have a spell which will make her sneeze the spell she wants. If you hand her the scroll, and she sneezes, she will sneeze out that spell" said Celestia, lighting up her horn and touching it against Flurry's.
"Everypony ready?" asked Luna, wiping her tears.
"Ready" replied the others, as Tempest and Mystic stepped back. Celestia shot out a yellow laser, creating a yellow orb, Luna added her blue to it, Cadence added her pink laser and Twilight blue. Finally, Flurry sneezed, shooting out a aqua laser this time.
The orb expanded and glowed, as the alicorns struggled to keep the spell going. It became larger and larger, and it exploded, a small rainbow. "Well that went well" said Twilight sarcastically.
"We needed all the princesses, it should have worked" cried Mystic. Everyone looked at Celestia and Luna.
"Trust me, there are no more princesses. Honestly, I did the Princess of Love, Friendship, what else? I know I'm supposed to know everything, but I don't know why it didn't work!" ranted Celestia, while everyone stared.
"I think I know what happened!" said Tempest, "We needed all the princesses for the spell to work. So maybe Princess Tranquil also has to cast it, being a princess!"
"Oh my gosh, you're right! We need to get a message to her" said Mystic. Everyone looked at Celestia again.
"Oh for Celestia's sake!" cried Celestia, "Oh, sorry, I've gotten used to people using me as a saying, I used my own"
"In all seriousness, both of us do not know how to get a message to Princess Tranquil" said Luna.
"I think I've cracked that as well" declared Tempest, "If she's in Tartarus, and no one can reach her, why don't we ask for help? Someone powerful? Someone who used to rule this world?"
"Discord" groaned Twilight, slamming her hoof onto her face. Discord appeared on cue.
"Well this just isn't fair. You all ignore me, and call me when you feel it convenient!" said Discord.
"Please Discord, only you can get a message to her!" pleaded Tempest.
"This seems like one of those days you're desperate. Okay, if you let me have one day of pure chaos, I'll do it" said Discord.
Everyone looked at Celestia for approval. She rolled her eyes, "Fine!"
"All right! Write on this scroll and I'll send it" Discord instructed.
The Royal Sister took a deep breath, and began to write,
Dear Sister
It has been too, we have missed you everyday. Why did you have to go? A smart young mare, Mystic, has figured out how to get you free. The Storm King, aka. Razor Lord is free, and we need you. Use this spell, because we need all the Princesses to use the spell, then and only can you be free. We wish to see you as soon as possible.

Hopefully the message would be successful, and Princess Tranquil could return.
