=Ponyville Library=

The day had been perfect, the celebrations preparations were perfect and nothing looked to ruin the day. When Celestia was supposed to reveal herself, she was gone and in her stead was Nightmare Moon. Currently Twilight sparkle was in the library looking for anything on how to stop Nightmare Moon.

"What are you doing sugar cube?" Applejack asked entering the library with the others.

"Looking for anything about the Elements of Harmony" Twilight said throwing books everywhere.

"You mean this book?" Pinkie Pie said with a book in her hands.

"Where did you find that?" Twilight asked.

"It was under the 'E' section" Pinkie said sticking out her tongue while everyone else face palmed.

"So where are these elements of Harmony darling?" Rarity asked.

"In the middle of the Evertree Forest inside the old castle used by the princesses" Twilight explained.

"I know the exact person who can take us there" Rainbow Dash said as strange sounds started with screams of pain and terror. "and there he is"

"What is happening out there?" Fluttershy asked hiding behind Rarity.

"Our guide to the castle" Rainbow replied as a black figure came crashing through the window. It looked around and saw the six of them then quickly ran behind in terror.

"Don't let that thing find me" it begged with fear in its voice and eyes.

"Hey, one of them is in here" Rainbow said out the broken window.

The door to the library opened slowly to reveal a pair of green eyes. "Where is it?" with a scream the black figure bolted out through the window it first entered. Rainbow and the figure laughed at the thing running away. "Oh, now I heard that someone wanted to get to the old castle in the forest?"

"Could you come into the light since you are scaring Fluttershy a lot" Rarity asked. The figure revealed to be covered completely in armor.

"My name is Strike and to you lovely ladies, your guide to the old castle" Strike said.

=Element of Honesty=

"Stick close everyone" Strike said. "Nightmare Moon must know of what we are doing"

The Evertree forest was dark and gloomy as ever. Strike leads them along a path he made over time exploring the forest. He also told them how he and Rainbow Dash meet; he had seen her fly over the forest at certain times so a welly timed water balloon in the face as she returned to Ponyville started a good friendship. No one had noticed a cloud of purple smoke triggered a landslide. Fluttershy and Rainbow caught Rarity and Pinkie Pie while Applejack caught Twilight as she slide to the edge of the steep cliff.

"Look sugar, you are going to have to let go" Applejack said.

"What" Twilight said.

"What I'm sayin' to you is the honest truth. Let go, and you'll be safe"

"Listen to her Twilight" Strike said.

=Element of Kindness=

They continued on the road when Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy placed Twilight back on the ground. Strike watched as purple smoke flew above them, realizing that Nightmare Moon was already at the castle. It was then a manticore confronted them. The others excluding Strike and Fluttershy tried to subdue the manticore but Fluttershy in a rare moment yelled at the stop.

"We are not trying to hurt little guy" Fluttershy said in a mothering tone. She grabbed the paw and turned it over to reveal a thorn.

"How did you know it had a thorn in its paw?" Twilight asked.

"Sometimes we all just need to be shown a little kindness" Fluttershy replied as the manticore licked her head.

=Element of Laughter=

They all enter an area with monstrous faces on the trees. Everyone except Pinkie and Strike were terrified with Fluttershy being bridal carried by Strike. Pinkie soons starts to sing the Laughing Song and dance around, the others soon joined in and each face disappeared after the next.

"You'll see that they can't hurt you; just laugh to make them disappear" Pinkie explained.

=Element of Generosity=

As they continued on the path, Twilight was getting very suspicious of Strike. She saw how he had done nothing whenever they were confronted with something. Once she and the others got to the castle and find the elements of Harmony she would confront him about why he has done nothing. The soon came upon a river.

B"be careful, there is a sea serpent that protects this river" Strike cautioned them.

"A sea serpent" Fluttershy said hiding behind Pinkie Pie. The sound of crying caught theirs ears, looking to the source of the crying was a sea serpent with the right side of his whiskers was torn.

"Hey, what happened man?" Strike asked the serpent.

"A purple smoke cloud came by and tore off my moustache" the serpent explained.

"I cannot have this crime against fabulosity go uncorrected" Rarity said tearing some of her hair off her tail replacing the missing half of the serpent's moustache.

"Okay then" Strike said after getting of the serpent. "This is where I leave you"

"What do you mean?" Rarity asked.

"Nightmare Moon is most likely waiting for you at the castle" Strike explained. "I plan to give you guys enough time to get the elements and free Nightmare Moon"

"What do you mean by freeing Nightmare Moon?" Applejack asked.

"Nightmare Moon was not like she is currently. Many years ago she was Luna sister of Celestia. Before I go Twilight, whenever things are looking glum just remember that your friends will help" Strike said flying up into the sky with one thought going through his head. 'You have grown up so much my little girl. I just wished I could have been there for you growing up'

=Castle=

"Now if I was a coward like Nightmare Moon, where would I hide?" Strike said out loud before being launched across the room by some purple smoke.

"Best keep you tongue when talking to me" Nightmare Moon said appearing from the purple smoke.

"I did that to get your attention Luna" Strike said getting up.

"Do not speak that name" Nightmare moon said charging Strike with her sword ready to bisect him.

"Why, because it reminds you of your past" Strike said dodging Nightmare's slash. "Besides, you are just weaker than her anyway"

"I AM NOT WEAKER THAN HER" Nightmare Moon shouted giving into her anger.

Strike seeing his chance rushed forward. "EXIA ARMOUR". His armor changed and he thrusted his hand into her chest. No blood came from the area his hand was but purple smoke leaked out. "I will be taking back Luna" pulling his out of her chest along with a young woman as well.

"YOU BASTARD" Nightmare yelled charging him again. But this time he brought out his own sword blocking her. Quickly finding an area he could put Luna down and out of the way he folded his sword back up and fired at Nightmare Moon. Charging himself and grabbing her by the waist, he flew outside the castle where he saw Twilight and the others just arriving.

Twilight and the others looked up to see Nightmare Moon being carried away by Strike.

"I didn't know he had other armors" Rainbow Dash said.

"Forget about that, we need to find the Elements while Strike has her distracted" Twilight said.

Back with Strike and Nightmare Moon, they were currently having a battle in the air as Strike fired his blaster and Nightmare Moon threw magic at him. Strike knew he a matter of time before Nightmare Moon went after the Elements of Harmony and Luna since Nightmare Moon couldn't survive without a body for a while. Nightmare Moon was getting angrier at this pony that was stopping her from destroying the Elements of Harmony and keeping her from her body.

"ENOUGH" Nightmare yelled releasing a wave of purple smoke that blew Strike back into th castle in front of the others.

"Hello ladies" Strike said looking only to see right up Rarity's dress. "Purple"

"Pervert" Rarity said slamming her foot on his face.

"Okay, but get ready Nightmare Moon is on her way" Strike said getting up.

=After Nightmare Moon's Destruction=

"Hello Princess Celestia" Strike said after the Elements left.

"Hello Crimson" Celestia said. "how are you alive?"
