2: Why can't she hear?View OnlineTrapped In Equestria2: Why can't she hear?I have been living here for about half a year in Equestria. So much has happened in that time frame, it was almost staggering. To fighting changelings, then a dark overlord named 'Sombra', It was so thrilling, yet all so terrifying. I managed to slam Chrysalis a few times, with my bat and fists of course. It was totally crazy--- "Hey sleepyhead, are you awake?" I just realized I had been thinking so much, I hadn't even crawled out of bed yet. Twilight's question echoed throughout the entire Treehouse. Heh, it was something I heard every day. "Yep, I'm awake and alive." I blurted out in a tired voice. Twilight wakes up every morning at 8:30, but she lets me sleep in until 10 o'clock. She only wakes me up early if it is an emergency. I'm still curious how she gets out of bed without waking me, but I won't question it. "Good, I made breakfast," I stumbled down the stairs to meet Twilight's gaze. "I made pancakes." "Rad, do we have any adventures today?" I grabbed my plate of syrupy pancakes and took a seat at the dining table. Spike was also sitting with me, swiping his spoon back and forth into his cereal. Twilight sat down and gave me a particular glance. "Nate, did you forget what you were going to do today?" I looked at Twilight confused. "What? What was I supposed to do today?" Twilight made a small chuckle into her hoof. What was so funny? "Nate, you are going to take the cutie mark crusaders to school today. You're also going to help Mrs. Cheerilee in the classroom." I dropped my pancake back onto my plate. Well, I guess I should finish my pancakes fast and pick up the growing fillies. I finished my stack of pancakes and straightened my glasses, put on my worn gray hoodie, and headed outside while saying goodbye. The people of Ponyville used to be confused and maybe a little frightened of me, but they trusted me because I helped Twilight fight Discord. They just kinda accepted me, ya' know. 'Another one of Twilight's friends' they say, I wouldn't put it past them. I soon found myself near Rarity's house, it was a boutique and Rarity was always working there. I have no idea how she almost looks so composed, she had so many orders of clothes to make ponies it was staggering. I knocked on the door. "Cooming~" Her voice sung from inside of the building. The sound of trotting neared the doors, it was peaceful to listen to the sound generated from ponies. The doors opened. "Oh, Nate! Sweetie is almost ready darling." Rarity was wearing her glasses, she sometimes wears them when she does work. But that wasn't the thing that concerns me the most, she had a measuring tape around her neck and wrapped around her foreleg. Okay, I was wrong about the 'composed' comment. "I'm in no rush Rarity, but you seem a little stressed. Is everything okay?" Rarity daintily chuckled. Everything this pony did was dainty though, so I don't know where I was going with this observation. "I'm positively fine darling, just some extra orders." Before I could question anything else, Sweetie Belle barges through the doors and leaps to my side. "I'm going to school Rarity, see you later!" Sweetie Belle said while waving goodbye to her older sister. "Have fun Sweetie, don't be late to school!" Rarity called out. I also waved goodbye to Rarity, I wished we could've had a long conversation. I guess that couldn't happen though. "Okay!" Sweetie responded. I could already tell, this was going to be an interesting day. I rounded up Applebloom and Scootaloo after having brief conversations with Applejack and Rainbow just like with Rarity. The school wasn't too far off also, it seemed like a nice little place. The group of fillies chatted amongst themselves with a childlike wonder, it kinda reminded me of when I was a kid. It was pretty nostalgic. I don't know how taking care of fillies could be difficult, but I shouldn't be too much trouble. At least, I hope (this is totally going to bite me in the ass later). It's whatever, besides I should get my head out of my mind and get ready to take over some foals. "Maybe we could get our cutie marks from Nate," Scootaloo shouted, officially getting my head out of ass. Wow, I was really deep in thought, wasn't I? "That's not an awful idea, but I think you should all think about what your interest is, instead of doing random activities hoping to get a cutie mark," I stated staring at the CMC's innocent eyes. They all pondered what I could possibly mean, but I decided to give them 'a heads up' you could call it. "Listen kiddos, just do what you can and never give up trying. I know you all will get a cutie mark someday." That last part I said was true. I believe it was season 6 they got their cutie marks, but I'm drawing a serious blank right now. "YEAH!" they all said in unison. HOLY JESUS ON A POGO STICK! That was too loud. My ears had never pleaded for mercy until today. I chuckled slightly into my sleeve, it's just kids being kids. I entered the school and greeted by Mrs. Cheerilee's smile, I did the polite thing and smiled back. The CMC took their seats while I stood in the corner being filled in about what the fouls were currently learning, I don't know if I could help with teaching though. I watched as the class was preparing to get all their supplies. There were a lot of quills being placed on desks, I always assumed they used pencils. They did barely show what the CMC did in school on the show, so what do I know? I guessed this was the whole class. I didn't see anypony else come through the doors, but some could be late. Then, a hoof stuck out the entrance of the school. It seemed to be cyan colored and that wasn't the only thing I saw, I noticed a purple braided main. The foul stepped out revealing her whole body, I saw a hearing aid attached to her pointed ears. Who is this little foul? This little pony wasn't in the show, this is very strange. Mrs. Cheerilee stopped whatever she was doing and trotted over to the strange pony. "Class, we are having a new student. How about you introduce yourself." The new student opened her bag and held out a notebook. It read. -Hello, my name is Midnight Star. I hope we can all be friends!- Many fillies looked at each other. Many saying "how come she's not talking?" or "Why is she using a notebook?" It was all kinda weird. She flipped a page. -The reason why I can't talk is that I'm deaf. Meaning I cannot hear very well, I don't even know what my own voice sounds like.- The room became very silent, almost too silent. The only thing I could hear is a fragile chuckle being realesed from the tiny pony, I have so many questions right now. Mrs. Cheerilee had put Midnight Star into her seat and began to start the lesson. They were learning basic math, I was never good at math during school, but I did enjoy English class. I kinda just stood there in the corner, waiting for something to wake me up, but only a dark void shrouded my silly little mind. This day was all sorts confusing and nothing could stop it from getting any weirder. School had ended for the day, it was way shorter than what it was like at home. Why couldn't it be like this a school, arriving at 10:30 and ending at 1 o'clock would be perfect for me. I didn't help out too much in the classroom and I just zoned out the whole time, but I did have a conversation with the new kid (via notebook). She was actually quite funny, I remember laughing to myself a few time as I read. She has so much personality, but she's stuck with medical issues. It must be shit. Most kids left, besides the CMC and Midnight Star. I was wondering where she lived, so I went over to the kid while the CMC was talking to Mrs. Cheerilie. "Hey kid, where are your parents?" I asked. Midnight looked at me while levitating her notebook, but she began to write. -I don't have any... I don't have a home either- I frowned. Did her parents just dump her because she's deaf? "What!? That's awful. how about you live with me?" How did she last this long without a home? Her expression became blank for a moment, but tears began to fall from her eyes. She wore a smile that could make Pinkie pie jealous, it was incredible how I made this child happy with a simple gesture. She started writing again. -Please let me live with you!- "Don't be silly, you can stay," I said with confidence. The small foul started hugging me and stopped crying, so I picked her up and put her on my shoulder (I was holding her with one arm so she wouldn't fall). All of her stuff was in her bag, I put the bag on my other shoulder and started to walk back to Twilight's. The CMC had already left a few minutes ago, but Mrs. Cheerilee was still staring out the window thinking everyone had left. "Mrs. Cheerilee, I'm going to leave now. I'll see you later!" I said while waving goodbye. The kid was placed on my shoulder, but I still held on to her. I wonder how Twilight's going to react. I walked in the door greeted with a confusion. "I see you found a new friend, Nate," Twilight stated. I placed Midnight's bag in a corner and put the tiny foul on the floor. "She's a new kid at the school. Midnight Star is deaf and doesn't have a home," I said. Twilight turned into an alarmed parent that lost their kid in a mall. "What! That's horrible!" Twilight shouted. I nodded my head, Twi was right about this one. Actually, she was right about a lot of things. It's just too many to count. "I know. Do think she can live with us?" I questioned. "I don't see why not." "Cool beans, we're going to set up a bed for her," I said. The kid is going to be a new part of the family, whether I or Twilight likes it. 3: BubblesView OnlineTrapped In Equestria3: BubblesAnother day in Equestria. Rarity wanted to see me in the morning, but she didn't tell me why. It's all fine and dandy in the long run, besides I need to clean myself up anyway. Surprisingly Twilight hasn't wakened up yet, I checked the clock and it was when I regularly woke up. 10 o'clock. Twilight clutched on my slightly muscled stomach (thanks to my new 'Equestrian diet') and wouldn't let go. I have no idea how I could shake her off of me, but I'll do what I'm best at, improvising. I should wake her up. "Hey, Twilight? you okay?" I said in a soft-spoken voice, trying not to wake her. "What? yeah..." "Good, we should check on Midnight Star." "That's a great idea, Nate." We both got out of bed and darted down the stairs to check on the deaf foul. She was still asleep in the makeshift bed I made for her last night. I should start making breakfast, but what kind of ingredients could I use? Oh! Right, I'm kinda like 'the chef' in my group of friends, and no I'm not stealing Pinkie's hobby. She bakes, I cook. The only reason I didn't make breakfast yesterday was that Twilight offered to cook for the day. She's actually quite good at cooking, who knows what other kinds of information is crammed into her head. I had made a vegan omelet for Twilight and me, but I made a peanut butter sandwich for Midnight. Midnight really enjoys anything with peanut butter, I also love peanut butter on everything too. Spike always eats cereal or gems, I never understood why he likes them so much. We all sat at the dining table. Everyone was enjoying their breakfast, including me. "Wow, Nate! This is really good!" Twilight chimed in. "Thanks, I never knew cooking was so fun until I came to Equestria," I glanced up from my plate, to see how Twilight was scarfing down her omelet. There were crumbs and sauce all over her face, it was baffling how she always ate like that. I remember one time she took me to Equestria's equivalent of a burger joint, there were so many napkins I had to use on her face. It really was adorable. "You having fun over there, Twi," I said with a smug expression. Twilight looked up with a half omelet sticking from her mouth. Soon, a blush spread across her bright, purple face. She dropped her meal back on the blate. "What!? Why do you ask?" Twilight you silly pony. "You have food all over your face. You don't want Midnight picking up your bad habits," Twilight finished the rest of her omelet. Midnight also finished her sandwich and proceeded to look through the library to find a book. "I know, I just can't help it. This food is delicious!" I grabbed a napkin and approached Twilight. I wiped all the grime and took away her plate, I took a small glance to see Twilight's blush was even bigger. The only thought I had was; 'Twilight you big dork, I can see right through you.' Ha, she must think I'm oblivious. Twilight recuperated herself and asked me a question. What are your plans today, Nate?" "I was planning on see Rarity, then I'm going to spend the night with Fluttershy. Think of it as a sleepover," I responded while finishing cleaning the dishes. "Oooh, sounds like you're having a lot of activity today." I chuckled a little bit. She wasn't wrong. "Yeah, I heard Rainbow Dash and Flutters were going somewhere today. And don't worry, they know I'm coming," Twilight raised a brow. "How do they know already?" "Rainbow kinda invited me, it was out of the blue. But I haven't spent enough time with Fluttershy, so It's a bonding experience." Twilight understood and started leaving the dining room, spike followed soon after. I should probably get going to Rarity's soon. She said it was urgent, but that was her standards for everything involving clothing. I'm kinda always barefoot when it comes to walking, Ponyville's dirt roads surprisingly don't have any rocks or pebbles in the road. It's rather convenient. Not soon later, I waved goodbye to Twilight and headed to Rarity's. I was getting some serious Deja fu in the process of saying goodbye. The only difference is that Twilight gave me bits for today's adventure. I was inside Rarity's boutique, watching her madness insue. She actually didn't have her glasses on today, and no ruler in sight. She went into a backroom to gather something and came out with a large stack of clothes. "Nate, darling, I made some clothes for you to keep. That 'hoodie' you wear is dreadful, no offense." I examined the clothes for a moment. "None taken, I was getting tired of wearing that anyway." I blurted out. I was only wearing a blue t-shirt and shorts today, it was really warm out. I think it's the beginning of summer, although I may be wrong. Equestria weather cycle was all kinds of wacky. The clothes were all wrapped together. I unwrapped them to see, that there were six t-shirts. Each one had a cutie mark for one of the 'Mane 6' and the color matched the fur. For example; Rainbow's had her cutie mark near the top right, while the t-shirt was cyan. There were also pairs of shorts and PJs, with an oversized sweater. "You like them, dear? I tried to get your measurements correct." Rarity killed my observations and caused me to respond. "I love these Rares," I responded while taking off my shirt and putting on the Fluttershy themed shirt (since I am going to see her right after this). I saw that Rarity was a little disgruntled from my muscled frame, not surprising though. "Good! Now, I must attend to these other orders." "Wait, Rarity I still need to pay for this!" It was too late. Rarity climbed upstairs into her room to finish her work. I shrugged, I walked out with a stack of clothes and started traveling to Fluttershy's cottage. But before that, I put some bits on the front desk. Hopefully, she'll notice them. I knocked on the door, expecting probably Rainbow Dash. "Coming!" I heard a small patter across the wooden floor. I don't think that's Rainbow. The door open revealing Fluttershy. "Oh, Nate I didn't expect you to arrive this fast." "Well, I'm here now. You girls ready for an unforgettable night out," I chimed. I noticed the day was setting despite how little I did today. I walked inside greeted by a Rainbow Dash chillin' on the couch, I put my stack of clothes near Fluttershy's couch. "Yo, you ready for the bar?" What? What bar is Rainbow talking about? "The bar? I guess, but since I'm underage I can't drink anything alcoholic." I stated. Rainbow frowned, I could tell that peer pressure is going to be a bitch. "How old are you anyway, Nate?" "I'm only fourteen, Rainbow." Rainbow looked at me in shock, I have no idea why this was a surprise. Maybe, it was my deep voice or my slightly hairy face. Don't know, don't care. "WHAT! I could've sworn you were sixteen!" Rainbow flew in the air and made a 'boi' expression with her hooves. It was super funny. "Nah, I'm still pretty young. Besides we should stop asking questions and get a move on." I bluntly stated. "I agree with Nate, Rainbow. It's going to get late if we don't get there in time." Fluttershy blurted, trying to be sorta brave. "Fine. I guess we can go." The bar was slightly lightened, kinda spooky. We all sat down and ordered our drinks, Dash and I got a simple soda, while Flutters ordered two highly alcoholic beverages. It really concerned me. After one big gulp, Fluttershy was finished her first drink and halfway finished her second one. Holy shit, this pony can drink her life away! Now, I have no idea how alcohol effects ponies, but I do know heavy drinking over a long period of time can kill someone. That's why I'm going to stay away from it on earth and Equestria. I saw Rainbow was barely touching her soda and was only fiddling around with her straw, while Fluttershy had a slight, drunken blush around her face. Oh no, this is bad news. I slightly nudged towards Rainbow. "Does she always drink like this?" Rainbow stopped messing with her straw and turned to me. "Not always, it's so not cool when she does. She does this when she's really stressed" I raised an eyebrow "Why is it not cool?" "She gets all flirty and stuff, it's not fun." Aw shit, I remember reading a fanfic that had a situation like this. But now I'm part of the equation. I turned to see that Fluttershy drowned herself in two more cups, this isn't good. I heard endless hiccuping from Flutters. "Hey, Fluttershy? You okay?" I asked. Her hair was all ruffed, a big red blush found it's way around her face too. "I'm fine, how about you.~" She half stumbled trying to reach my seat, instead of Rainbow being the target of lust, I was. "I'm not drunk if that's something," I said sarcastically. "Ooooh, *hic* well, you look great. I could just make out with you right now~" She cooed. Fuck no! this is not happening. She leans into my face, but I put my hands in between her lips. "Aww~ You're no fun, Nate." "Listen Fluttershy, you shouldn't drink anymore." I pleaded. I wouldn't let myself get kissed by somepony, that will forget next morning. I'm not ready to get kissed yet, anyway. "Why *hic* won't you let me have any fun?~" She pouted. Rainbow was getting either angry or jealous, probably both. Rainbow flew off her seat and got in between me and Fluts. Fluttershy kept hiccupping, I could practically see the bubbles coming from her mouth, every time she did it. It was incredible. "Fluttershy, we should totally go home, like right now!" Thank god, this is the cockblock I wanted. I wasn't going to engage in sexual things with anyone or pony, it's just too weird for me. "I don't wanna leave yet, I still need to have one more drink." Fluttershy wouldn't let up, so I did something somewhat sensible. I paid for our 'adventure' and picked up Fluttershy, she giggled. I put her on my back, like what dads do to their young sons. Who doesn't like a piggyback ride? I certainly like them. We got back to Fluttershy's house, I was somehow still alive with a lustful pony on my back. She wouldn't stop trying to kiss me, It got old rather quickly. Rainbow collapsed on the couch and almost fell asleep. But she started to speak, as I was putting Fluttershy to bed. "Nate, thanks for being a good sport." "It's no biggie, it was actually pretty fun." "Well, thanks anyway. *Yawn* good night, big guy." Huh, 'big guy?' I've never been told that nickname. I really like it, it's kinda fitting "Yeah, you too," I said rather quietly, Rainbow had already fallen to sleep. I turned to face Fluttershy who was waiting for me to get in her bed. I only sat on the bed staring out the window, while putting on my new PJs. Fluttershy (who was still a little drunk) as me a question. "Nate, can you sing me a song?" What? it was an odd request, but this is Equestria. I've seen ponies break out in song in the middle of the road, so it wasn't much of a stretch. I don't know what forced me to sing, but I took in a deep breath and I sang. I caught my breath after singing. I love Tidal Wave from Owl City, and I thought it was a little fitting to sing right now, but for some reason, I heard the music playing as I sung. It was very strange. I looked over to see Fluttershy. There was a single tear stretching over her right cheek, she was asleep. I felt something moist on my face, it was a tear over my right cheek. Was this a coincidence? I walked over to see Rainbow's face. There was a tear over her right cheek too, are all of our feelings connected? What's going on?
4: WingsView OnlineTrapped In Equestria4: WingsWho knew Twilight could become the Princess of Friendship because I did, but I never knew all of these events could happen in a year. Twilight managed to stop the cutie mark crisis and became an alicorn, which I knew would happen. I'm currently laying in bed with Twilight, who had her wings wrapped around me. I didn't mind at all, I enjoyed it. This makes me think. Is there something more to our relationship? I've been sleeping with her for months and she hasn't said anything! I've certainly seen her blush at my antics more than once, but she won't fully admit it. There's another thing, Midnight called me 'dad' once... Mainly in her notebook I never pictured myself being a dad. I always pictured myself to be alone without anyone loving me, dying alone... Yeesh, way to kill the mood, Nate. I turned to Twilight, kissing her forehead lightly. Twilight's body lets go of her wing filled prison and releases me, I could finally get out of bed. I got out of bed, feeling a rush of fatigue. I glance over to my bag, remembering what I was like before I came to Equestria. I was a sad boy. I was done with what life kept throwing at me, causing me to spiral into sadness. I could mainly blame my school for my given sadness, but I know it wasn't the full answer. I was the reason... It's in the past. No use crying over spilled milk, or whatever. I know I won't be able to return to earth, which majorly sucks, but I'll just have to live with it. I walk out of the room into the royal hallways. I hear singing of some sorts. My curiosity has peaked, I wonder who that is? I walked further down to see where the melody had been produced. I looked over at the balcony to see Celestia, singing her heart out. I was unsure about the situation, I have met Celestia before. I'm more casual around her, which she seems to enjoy. She doesn't want to be made out to be a goddess or anything like that, I'd rather have a nice conversation and call her nicknames. "Celestia..." I said approaching the un-aging mare. She had finished her song and turned to me, yet to my surprise, she was crying. The mare that only showed calming smiles was crying, right in front of me. Her face became wary, as she wiped away her tears. "Nate, why are you up?" "I would ask the same for you, but you're currently dealing with emotions that nopony will help you with. You're only giving caring faces, while not receiving any for yourself." I said while approaching the white alicorn. "Nate, I do not wish to make you wor-" "This is about Sunset, isn't it?" Celestia's face was slightly unnerved, questioning my knowledge. "How do you know about my former student?" Welp, it's time to reveal the truth, yay... "Where I come from, all of Equestria is fiction. I know about your troubles, Celestia," I paused and took a breath; "I'm only trying to help, whether it's about Luna or Shimmer. I will help you..." I walked to the mindblown Celestia and hugged her. I had a great deal of respect for Celestia, she managed to keep this place from burning to the ground. Yet, she struggles. "Thank you, Nate. I have many questions. I assume they will be answered at some point." "Yeah, but I don't want to reflect on my old life right now." Celestia nodded, seemingly understanding my situation. Celestia returned the hug. Her large wings wrapped around my tall figure. I don't know what happened, but there was a large flash, which Celestia didn't even notice. What the hell happened? I didn't bother to question anything. Celestia let go of me and went off to somewhere. I wanted to flop down on my mattress, I don't have any reason to stay up anymore. I walk back to the temporary room, expecting the new alicorn Twilight to still be asleep. Not the case, though. Twilight was looking around frantically, but she was definitely pissed off. I ran over to Twilight, trying to know about the situation. "Twilight, what happened?" I asked, calming her down a bit. "Somepony came in and stole my crown. I need to-" Twilight stopped dead in her tracks, she was staring directly at me now. "What's wrong?" "Nate, you have wings... Your whole body is surrounded by white magic..." Huh? I look at my sides, and what do you know... There are two large, white wings sticking out of my back. My body engulfed in a white magic. "Hot damn! You're right!" Twilight just left to go after Sunset Shimmer, leaving me behind. I actually didn't want to go, I might be turned into a pony if I go in the mirror. I still have no idea how I have alicorn magic in my system, Midnight was even more impressed. I figured it had something to do with that flash earlier, but maybe something else may have caused this. Celestia is examining me, who has no such luck on finding an answer. I don't really mind the magic, but I have no idea how to use it. "Nate. Have you tried doing anything with your magic yet?" I shrugged. "No, but I'll try something." I'm trying to copy someone's ability. Mainly from my favorite fictional works. I planned on copying something from Jojo's Bizzare Aventure, Hermit Purple. I imagined the stand, which currently sprouted out of my right arm. The normally purple stand was now a matching white with my magic. The spiked stand surprised Celestia, who had no idea what a stand was. "What is that?" Celestia was curious. I pointed to Hermit Purple. "This is Hermit Purple, a power from a fictional world. I imagined it, and it appeared out my right arm." Celestia was interested in this 'Hermit Purple', but I was curious if I can use Hamon too. I imagined the power of the Ripple, while electrical magic sprouting from my body. I guess that confirms my suspicions. This is fucking rad!
5: CathView OnlineTrapped In Equestria5: CathI've been sitting with Midnight at the castle. Maybe a month ago, Midnight was completely deaf. Twilight, being the godsend that she is, had managed to make one of her ears functional. She's now half deaf... We're currently eating lunch. She's been really bummed out ever since Twilight left, considering she treats Twilight and me as mom and dad. I never really thought about how much of a parental figure I am to her. She was probably living in an abandoned place without parents before I found her. "Hey, Nate! You okay?" Midnight asked. Her voice was quiet and raspy like her throat is always dry, but she's only used her voice for a few weeks. I can't blame her for having a bad voice. "Yeah. I'm all good, kiddo." I responded. I should stop zoning out so much, it's a real problem that I've always had. Midnight and I had just talked for a while, but Celestia had soon interrupted us. I'm not mad at her, it's hard to be mad at Sunbutt. I had a conversation with her earlier about the whole 'this whole world was fictional in my world' thing. She took it well enough, but I advised her not to let anyone else know besides Luna. Equestria would be in a panic about that. "Nate, can I talk to you?" Tia asked. "Sure, but what's it about?" I questioned Sunbutt. I hope it's nothing bad, but you never know what evils can appear in Equestria. Celestia had taken me to a place with ancient scrolls and notebooks. She searched around before finding the right one. She opened a clearly decaying scroll and said something like "I never thought this tale would be true..." That's very vague. I raised one eyebrow "What's the problem, Tia?" "Nate, there was a tale that a creature with great power could come to Equestria. That creature would marry the ruler's greatest student and have three adopted children, one pureblood child. I think this tale is about you." What? This wasn't in mlp canon, but neither is Midnight. I'm causing so many butterfly effects, it's getting crazy. "Is Midnight one of the children? If so, where are the others?" "I believe Midnight is one of them. The other two are in Canterlot's orphanage and the Everfree Forest, respectively..." No way, this is insane! Yet, this is awesome at the same time! Wait, did that prophecy say I was going to marry Twilight? I'll dwell on that later. "Do you think I should go find the one in Canterlot, first?" I asked Tia. Celestia raised her hoof. How despicable do you have to be to not let someone in your family, just because she is different from you? That's horrible! "Why would they do that!? Those bastards..." That last part I muttered under my breath. Celestia nodded, understandably too. "What's her name, Celestia?" "Her name is Catherine Firebreaker. I'm sure you'll take great care of her, Nate." Celestia finished. I sheepishly rubbed the back of my neck, appreciating the praise. I don't know if I'll ever get used to being praised, if ever. Celestia and I walked back to her castle, expecting Twilight's arrival. Twilight and Spike popped out of the mirror, being surrounded by her friends and I. Twilight came up to me and gave me a hug, but I wasn't going to let her get out with only a hug. I kissed her right on the lips, tasting nothing but lavender. Her face became beat read, while I heard a collective 'aww' from the mane 5. "Welcome back, Twilight," I said while letting go of the kiss. Twilight sat there, bewildered by the kiss while getting hugs from her friends. "I...Um... Thanks, Nate....!" Twilight managed to stammer out. I chuckled and went to get Midnight, she's been dying to see Twilight back. I have no idea how to tell her about taking care of a second child, but I'm sure Cathrine is a nice pony. Unless the nobles of Canterlot rubbed off on her, but I highly dought that. There are some nice ponies in Canterlot. I quickly rounded up Midnight and went back to Twilight, who got a major hug from the younger filly. "It's nice to see you too, Midnight." Twilight gave Midnight on of her wing hugs, putting down her bags in the process. I could see bags under Twilight's eyes, so I quickly picked up the newly formed alicorn and took her to bed. I could tell that she was tired from Equestria Girls, so I sat her in the temporary bed. Spike quickly followed her example by sleeping in his bed. To say I wasn't teased by Midnight for having a marefriend, would be an understatement. (3rd point of view) Catherine Firebreaker was nervous. Why would the ruler of Equestria want to take her to the castle? Was it something she did? Did she make a criminal offense? What is going on?! Celestia comforted the sizable filly. "There is nothing to be nervous about, young one. Your new parents are very excited to see you, Catherine." Catherine Firebreaker was different from the others. She was a snow white filly, her main black like coal. Her eyes were bandaged, she fears her eyes are too powerful, thus she bandages them to protect others from the dangers. Her size rivals Big Mac, only being slightly smaller than him. Her cutie mark is a ball of flame surrounding an eye. Celestia leads Catherine to Twilight Sparkle and that human she heard about... Are these two her new parents? (Normal point of view) I took a look at my new daughter. I don't know how to say this, but... She's welcome to my family. "Yo! I've been expecting you, Cath!"
1: DiscordView OnlineTrapped In Equestria1: DiscordI had woken to sunlight glaring off my face. The somewhat warm air chilled throughout my body and my veins, and my head was pleading for mercy. Where am I? I looked around to see some cartoonish trees swaying back and forth in my general direction, something felt so familiar about this place. I remember stepping into my homeroom and a sudden flash had paralyzed me in fear, and now I’m here. Just, great. I studied my current area and observed the fact that I was in between a forest and a village. I’m getting some weird vibes here, and I don’t know to explain it, where do I go? Wait! The cartoon atmosphere, and the village currently in front of my very eyes. I was in Equestria! But the thing is, what arc? Something directly blocked the sun for a small moment, and it was a cotton candy cloud raining chocolate milk. “Discord…..” I faintly cursed under my breath. So, it seems like I’m dealing with the ‘discord arc’ and judging by the oldness of the arc it appears I’m in an alternate universe. I should probably meet up with the ‘Mane 6’ if I want to help out. I traveled to Ponyville and I was getting a little hungry. It seems my backpack had never left my body, and I never thank my mom enough for packing me a lunch every day. Today would be an especially useful day for it. The weather surrounded my entire body, the nice cool air was heating up, and I wouldn’t say it was terrible. I figured it’d be a good idea to get some shade and eat whatever my lunch was, but somehow none of the pony folk noticed a tall, hairless ape right next to ‘the one and only’ Twilight Sparkle’s house. I was only halfway done my peanut butter and jelly sandwich until. *SLAM* I saw Twilight Sparkle running to gather her friends because Celestia needed them urgently. I put my half-eaten sandwich back in my lunchbox and gave chase to the purple unicorn, but she was so fast I could only somewhat run after her. After running so much I gave up, I seem no citizens were active today. It was oddly convient…. *After much walking* I arrived at the royal ground. The place was beautiful to look at, it had so much clashing yet complementing coloring in various areas, and I pulled out my phone took a picture of it. I couldn’t just let this moment pass. I have one problem though, how am I going to get passed the guards!? “State your business ape,” The somewhat darkened horse had addressed in a pretty aggressive statement. “I’ll ignore the ‘ape’ comment guards, I was with the group of ponies you let in, but we got split up before I could arrive. Can you let me pass now?” The two stallions stared at each other. “Yes, you shall come in.” “Thanks, guards.” I always forgot how stupid Celestia’s guards were in the show, and I guess it applies here too. I had managed to catch up with the ‘Mane 6’, and more or less, greeted with confused responses. “Who let that creature in here?” Applejack pointed in my direction, and everyone proceeded to look at me like I had 5 heads. “Umm, Celestia? Was this part of the plan?” Twilight questioned “No, I don’t know who he could be.” Celestia looked back at her sister, Princess Luna, with the same bewildered look. Jeez, I didn’t expect this to happen. Twilight started flaring her horn. “Is he Discord?” Everyone proceeded to point daggers at me. Looks like I’m just ‘gonna wing it.’ “Look, I’m not Discord and I’m not working with him,” I took out a juice box and started to drink it. “I only want to help you guys. Okay, nothing else.” I saw Rainbow Dash flutter towards Twilight. “Twilight should we trust this kid?” Twilight didn’t know how to articulate a response. “If he’s willing to be helpful,” Twilight glanced at her friends. “Then, I guess he can help.” I examined the surrounding room, and I was amazed by the glass paintings. I walked over to get a closer look, I didn’t want to touch anything though, that’d be rude. But something felt off about a specific painting because It seemed to move slightly. I managed to put two and two together…. It was Discord. He suddenly jumped out the painting, OH NO! This isn’t good. “OH NO!” The sudden surprise made me jump and shout. I wasn’t intending to scare everybody, but It would happen eventually. “My little ponies,” Discord talked in a sarcastic manner. I could feel the chaos radiating off his skin enter into my bloodstream. “It seems your ‘new friend’ has found me out,” everyone was on their guard with their elements in hand (hoof in this case). “No matter, how about we play a little game?” Discord turned to the ‘Mane 6’ with angered and confused faces. The maze…. I quickly grabbed my bag and felt a strange magic around my body. We were getting teleported. The Maze “Where are we?” Pinkie Pie blurted out. Discord had sent everyone to a maze for a ‘little game’ he called it. “Why Pinkie Pie? You’re all going to be playing in my maze!” Discord had a very cheeky smile on his face. “But! I want to make this fair, so no horns or wings!” Just like that, Rarity and Twilight had lost their horns. Same goes for Rainbow and Fluttershy (but wings instead). Rarity screamed in terror, and I saw that Twilight was uneased. Discord came over towards me. “I don’t know what I could do with you though,” Discord took a small breather “Your anatomy is all wacky, and I have no control over it. That doesn’t mean you're excused from our game!” Discord made a pouty mixed with an angry expression. I finally spoke. “Fine, I’ll play along,” I put my bag over my shoulders “But! I’m warning you Discord, you will pay!” I pointed my finger at discord, like a revolver. This didn’t intimate him though, all he did was a laugh. He snapped his fingers, and I was suddenly in a small maze corner. Twilight’s voice lit up the area. First: Honesty “You girls with me?” Everyone responded, and I did too. “Alright girls, let’s stop discord!” “Yeah” Everyone leaped out the starting area, only to huddle up in a group. All the girls went in separate areas, mostly to cover more ground. I went with Twilight for a bonding experience, and she is the leader, so why not? “So, who are you?” Twilight gave me a curious expression. “My name is Nate, and have you ever heard of the species humans?” Twilight’s eyes lit up. “Yes! I have, why?” “That’s what I am, or for technical terms ‘homosapien’. Oh, Twilight are you hungry?” Twilight kinda laced her hooves and wearing an embarrassed expression. “Yes.” I searched my bag to find a pot and some Italian ingredients. I checked for no meat, well because everyone is a herbivore in Equestria. Animals were their friends. “I’m assuming they have a book about humans, right Twilight?” I have ravioli and some alfredo sauce in my bag, along with a bat too. I don’t know how, but all this stuff is pretty convenient. “How did you know Nate?” Twilight gave a concerned look at me as I began to start making a fire. “You seem to know a lot about Equestria.” “Well, it’s kinda common sense for a place to have documented information about other organisms. Besides, it’s not too important anyway.” I should just burn down this whole maze, but Discord probably has some magical bullshit protecting the maze. He is essentially a god, in terms of raw power. “Nate, if I can trust you. I want to know you,” Twilight stares at the boiling dinner. “I’m not saying I don’t trust you, but you haven’t told me anything about yourself.” Twilight looked at me with a childlike wonder. I'm assuming she wants every 'little bit' of information about my culture “Jeez Twilight,” I put out the fire and drain the boiling water. “I’m just a dumb kid trying to live in the world, but people are constantly slowing me down. They seem to only think for themselves, and it just seems fake,” I put the sauce in the pot, and started stirring in the pot. “Then, I wake up and proceed to travel to school and now I’m in a magical place where the ‘people’ are ponies.” Twilight looks up at me. “I see, do you want to go back home?” I thought about it for a bit. "not at the moment," Twilight was only more confused. "I just need some time to think." The dish is done, and I proceed to put the cooking supplies in my bag. “Are you ready to eat? Twilight gave me a perplexed expression. I started eating the dish with a fork, and I handed a fork to Twilight thinking she’d use her magic to eat. Only to remember, Twilight lost her horn. “Oh yeah, right. Twilight, how about I just feed it to you? Twilight’s face lit up a little bit. “What! Uh, that seems a bit unnecessary,” I proceeded to put a mouthful of Italian grub in her mouth. “Mph! Woah, that’s pretty good Nate.” “Heh, it really didn’t take very much time. How about we finish this and catch up with the other ladies, alright.” Twilight and I destroyed the remaining meal, I guess both of us were super hungry. Twilight began to spoke. “I hope all the girls are okay, this maze seems awful.” I began to nod my head, with my bat in hand. “If discord is around here, I’ll just whack him with this bat.” Twilight gave me a disappointed glare. “Nate, I’m sure there is a different way besides violence,” knowing the name of the show is ‘friendship is magic’ it makes total sense for Twilight to say that. The magical pony was a total bookworm, but she was also the element of magic. “Like, friendship Nate.” I gave in. “Fine, I guess you win Twilight.” But, when ‘shit hits the fan’ I’m resorting to my bat to finish the job. I heard some stumbling behind a bush and decided to peek my head around the corner. It was Applejack, but with a dark shade of grey. Aw, shit. “Applejack! Is that you?” Twilight asked. It looks like Discord is already starting his attack. The now grayed Applejack eyed right on my grudged face and started to become unnecessarily nervous. Maybe, it was my bat. "Applejack was discord around here?" Twilight questioned her friend, but it was already too late. Discord had flipped her personality right under her hoof, and nothing could break it besides the elements of harmony. Applejack's eyes kept darting left and right. Were only starting the beginning of the upcoming annoyance. "Nope! not at all!" Applejack responded. I only glared at the poor mare, but it was too fucking obvious that she was lying. "Oi Applejack, your grayed main disagrees with your last statement." I sneered. I'm surprised Twilight didn't notice that in the show, at least I think so. It has been almost four years since I watched the 'Discord episodes,' so my memory is a bit hazy. "Now that I think about, your argument makes a lot of sense Nate." Twilight kept nodding her head in agreement and I really didn't know what to think. "I'm glad you agree with me, I guess. Twilight we should still take Applejack with us." Applejack let out a heavy sigh. Applejack was tricked and buried within her own soul, and now she was only a husk of her former self. I felt pretty bad, it must be shit becoming something that you're not. "Sure, I don't see the issue," Twilight said ignoring the clear problem. This mare was going to kill me. "And besides, I wasn't going to leave her anyway." This statement from Twilight caused 'Liarjack' to groan in annoyance. The 'group' is back? The walk had been so quiet, you could hear a pin drop. Fuckthis sucks, but I guess this a good time to get my thoughts together. My mind had been shattered with confusion rather than amazement, but I'm not saying being here isn't incredible, It's just I have no idea where to go from here. Twilight raised her head and met my gaze. "Nate, is something wrong?" Twilight asked. "Nah, I'm just thinking to myself. The quiet gave me a chance to think, that's all." I responded to the purple mare. Even though I do enjoy a good silence, sometimes quiet is violent. I could tell Twilight's mind needed to feed their addiction, she needs a book. "Twilight, how about I ask you a question." "Hm? What kind of question?" Twilight had been making strange faces, I guess she's itching to read a book right now. Maybe she thinks it's about the locations in Equestria. Not quite, my friend. "I read your mind Twilight and it wasn't the geography of Equestria. I was going to ask you about the legal age in Equestria." Twilight stumbled back. 'How did he do that?' she thought to herself. She caught her balance, she was looking pretty clumsy at the moment. "Ahem, Nate to answer your question," She took a small breath. "The legal age is sixteen." This answer mashed and slammed into my head multiple times. What the fuck man! That's far too young back at home. "No way." My hand had been covering my mouth that whole time, but I was just too astonished to really notice. "Why? Is that a surprise?" Twilight questioned. "Yes, Twilight! The legal age back where I lived, you had to be twenty-one to be a legal adult!" Twilight just absorbed the information, but she did tilt her head though. "That's far too old, Nate why do humans wait so long?" "A lot of reasons, I don't really want to get into the specifics." "I understand, Nate." There was a large racket coming from an upcoming area. It sounded like a large argument between ponies, but I was more curious, who could be making that noise? I peeked my head only to see Fluttershy, Rarity, and Pinkie arguing as Dash (who had gotten her wings back from discord's trickery) was flying away. It was too late to stop her now What the shit? This didn't happen in the show!? Everyone had become grayed just like Applejack. Fluttershy turned making a glare right at my noggin, I guess there was no use hiding anymore. I revealed myself, only everyone grimaced at the very sight my figure. Fluttershy began to speak. "Oh look everypony, it's that stupid kid that wanted to tag along." I should start calling her 'Flutterbitch' right now. "Wow, look at you Fluttershy. You're using a third-grader's vocabulary, I hope you are happy right now." I knew Twilight didn't stand up for herself in the show, so I figured if I was going to be insulted. I was going to have the last laugh. "What do you know about me? I hardly know you!" Fluttershy shouted. "More than you think. Now, can you stop bitching and move on." I responded. I could practically see the flames fuming out of her nose, and it was hilarious. Twilight intervened between me and 'Flutterbitch.' "Everypony, let's calm down." Twilight gave me a small glare, but I couldn't help but smile. "I am calm Twilight, but Fluttershy was tricked." Twilight look at the sight of her friends. They all look dreadful. Rarity pushed this bigass rock around claiming it was a diamond, Pinkie is depressed and angry, and Fluttershy is a bitch. Yep, just like the show. But how did we all get into a group so fast? Suddenly, the maze disappeared. We were all now in a chaotic turned Ponyville, but my bat was still in my hand. Ponyville's dirt roads were now a pink and green, checkered board mess. All kinds of silly and wacky creatures roamed the dead Ponyville. I was in deep shit. Everyone had gotten their wings, or horns back. Twilight took the group of girls into the Library to use the elements, but the boulder waited outside though. I wanted to scout out Ponyville, just to find Discord. Who knows? I might mash his face in. "Hello there, you." Discord was sitting in a pretty shitty chair. The devilish grin that was on his face could make the Grinch jealous. "What do you want? Discord," I took a heavy sigh. "Turn me into a mindless drone, like the rest of the 'Mane 6?' Well, it's not happening." "What makes you so sure? Human boy." It was a simple question. "Because I believe in myself." Discord spat out his drink, of what seems to be orange soda. "Pffft, that's the stupidest thing I've heard all day!" Discord kept laughing his ass off, much to my dismay. "Whatever asshole, just know that I'm coming for you!" I threatened as I walked off to find Twilight. Lost Twilight hadn't made much progress on the girls, little even. She just stood there getting angry and annoyed by everyone actions (besides spike). I stared at the mess in front of me. how did it come to this? "How did it come to this?" I broke the commotion. Every little eye stared at me in all directions, but Twilight's eyes quivered. This made me even more upset. My emotions are taking over. "How can you all...HOW CAN YOU ALL ACT LIKE THIS!?" The 'Mane 6' was struck back from my words, even Twilight. I am so angry, I'm so tired of it all. My old life, my family was gone and now I have to babysit adults that could barely function. This shit is getting old "What in the goddamn fuckery gives you all the right to act like small children? I don't give two donkey shits if Discord manipulated your emotions, It just doesn't matter." I need to cool off somehow. I stormed out the home feel treehouse and sat down next to the treehouse. Tears erupted from my eyelids, but the pain from the ponies I could trust felt like a papercut. The tears just couldn't stop coming and my vision had become blurry, I need Twilight right now. I swung my head down, tears getting on my faded, gray hoodie and my shorts. My brown, curly hair had become messier than it already was. I took off my glasses. I hadn't cried like this in years. Yet, here I am crying my own, little soul out. What the fuck is wrong with me? , What the fuck is wrong with me?, What the fuck is wrong with me!? Am I really crying over ponies I've only known for a few hours? "Nate, are you out here?" It was Twilight. Her soft voice echoed throughout the corrupted Ponyville. "*Sniff* Yeah, it's me..." Twilight sat next to me. Tears climbing down her face, we were 'one and the same' I suppose. "Heh, heh," Twilight looked at me with puffy eyes. "Look at us Twilight, were all just crying dorks." Twilight slightly smiled. I pulled her into an embrace. The tears roared harder down our faces for the both of us, but we didn't care. "Nate, I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry." Twilight look into my eyes. "I could've saved them, I could've- Oh Celestia, this is all my fault." "No, we can fix this. Together," I glanced at the sky. "You and I." "Yeah, you're right," I let go of the embrace and put back my glasses. Our tears have stopped. "Let's stop Discord!" The End of an Era Twilight and I managed to recover most of the girls. The only one left was Rainbow Dash, but I told Twilight that I would distract Discord while they retrieve Rainbow. It's a simple plan, but it should work. Twilight was a bit hesitant, she still let me handle Discord though. I set out with a bat in hand, it wasn't a complex weapon, but it sure as hell did a good job damaging something. I shimmied around the houses and got behind Discord's spectating chair, I shivered at the very sight of the dark and scratched chair that he sat upon. It was fairly spooky. I revealed myself to the demigod of chaos. "Hello, Discord." Discord shifted his body and got off his chair. "What do you want? Oh, I know! You came to abandon Twilight and join me." Not even close, you bumbling idiot. "No. I came to make you pay, and I never go back on my word." I renched my arm and slammed the bat straight into his stomach. Discord's stomach rippled like jello and a crimson ooze came out of his mouth. "Aurgh, *cough* *cough who knew such a dumb kid could do so much damage." Discord spoke in a raspy voice. I was distracting him pretty well, he didn't even notice the girls powering up the elements of harmony. His coughing fit continued until he stood up. "Well, it seems like I have to take matters into my own hands." Discord kept tilting his head back and forth. I asked him a simple question. "Hey Discord, do you like stones?" "Why?" He really was clueless. "Cause that's where you're ending up. You bastard." Discord registered the information and turned his body, but it was too late. His whole body turned to stone before I could even blink. Holy shit! That's incredible. Discord is defeated. Treehouse Twilight and I said our goodbyes to the rest of the girls. Twilight offered to live with her, which I obviously agreed to. The Libary was quite big and I dunno, it felt safe. We were both 'beat' from the adventure and it was getting quite late. So, Twilight and I got into the same bed and sept our troubles goodbye.
