Doctor's betrayal

A/N: This is not a hate fic! I would appreciate it if you judged it on story structure, ability to stay IC, etc. Not just hate on it because of the ending...

Doctor Whooves nuzzled Twilight's neck as the two of them lay in a tangle of sheets on Doctor's bed.
"Oh Doctor..." moaned Twilight as the brown colt kissed her neck.
"Oh Twilight... you're so much better Flutttershy.." he mumbled as he ran his hooves over her body.

He had been dating Fluttershy ever since they met at the royal wedding in Canterlot. He had shown up in an attempt to meet Twilight Sparkle, having admired her ever since he'd first seen her in Ponyville in the library.

But instead he had run into Fluttershy and danced with her a bit and before he knew it, they were in bed together, an event cut short by Fluttershy's crying.
"I'm so..sorry" Fluttershy squeaked. "I've..never done this before." Doctor had to coax her through it, which ended unsatisfactory.

Even after seeing Fluttershy for a week, he didn't have the heart to break it off with her, he still lusted after a certain lavender unicorn, so when he saw her drinking at The Lucky Horseshoe, the local bar, he knew he had his chance.

At first she greeted him warmly and he bought them a few rounds of drinks. After a while he noticed she was leaning on him, giggling at looking into his eyes.

"Doctor.. wait" Twilight's words snapped Doctor back to the present. "Fluttershy's my best friend...I can't do this.."
"But Twilight" said Doctor "It's you I love, not Fluttershy. Sure, she's nice but she's much too..weak." He looked into her eyes. "You know you want this.." He leaned in and kissed her again.

Twilight's mind was fuzzy from the alcohol. She had never intended to go home with him, but he'd complemented her and made her feel special, and when he said he'd always had a crush on her, she'd given into her emotions.

Suddenly, someone bucked the door open, and two ponies rushed in.
"Fluttershy!" Doctor sprang away from Twilight, to the opposite end of the bed,
"Applejack! What are you doing here!?" Twilight asked.

"I knew it!" said Applejack "I knew I saw you two leave together." said Applejack.
Fluttershy let out a whimper from where she stood beside Applejack.

"Applejack, h-how did you know I know was here!?" asked Twilight,
"I was at the bar when I saw you two getting overfriendly, then leave together." said the earth pony

"So you ratted me out!?" asked Twilight, growing angry that she had let this all spiral out of control.
"They don't call me the element of honestly for nuthin'!" said Applejack, scowling at Twilight.

"Fluttershy!" said Doctor, "this isn't what it looks like!"
"Oh, so you aren't in bed with my best friend!?" asked Fluttershy.
"um.." said Doctor.
"I hate you! I hate you both! You all betrayed me! I never want to see you again!" Fluttershy spread her wings and flew out the window.

"Applejack.." Twilight started, but Applejack just scowled and shook her head before walking out the door.

"Forget about them, Twilight... I still-" Doctor was cut off as Twilight leaped from the bed and dashed out the door after Applejack. She stopped and looked over her shoulder at Doctor, who was still sitting up in the bed.
"Don't ever talk to me or my friends ever again!" she shouted, before running outside into the night.
