Reaper 66 is current Emperor of the Mute Empire. He finds out about Equestria, its war, and some of the reasons his grandfather Romeo 115 was forced to leave them. He and his army return, only to find a barren wasteland, with ponies in desperate need of help. However, they're not the only ones returning to the once great Equestria.
