Luna and her sister wake up underground. They hear a voice in the darkness saying that they can escape and telling them exactly how to do so. But the way to escape is disturbing, and painful, especially for Luna.

Celestias POV.

Celestia woke up groggier than normal. She lifted her heavy eyelids and blinked the blurr out of her vision. Sitting up she heard the clanking of chains, and something heavy and tight around her neck. All at once an overhead lamp turned on momentarily blinding her. Celestia flinched back and sheilded her eyes, she heard the clanking of chains in response to her movement. Spots danced in her vision for a moment then cleared a second later.

“H-hello? Who’s there?” Celestia called.

“*Cough cough* Celestia? Sister is that you?” Lunas voice called, “I-I cant see you, are you alright?”

“Luna? I can hear you. where are you?” Celestia called.

“I don’t know. I think I’m blindfolded and I can’t move. What about you?”

Celestia looked down to see only a steel collar and chain leading to the floor. “I’m just chained to the ground but I can move.”

“Where are we sister? Is this one of your pranks? Or is this serious?”

“This is serious Luna. I don’t know where we are or how we got here...”

She was interrupted by a deep throaty laugh followed by a deep gravelly voice, “Hello visitors, I’d like to play a game. You are certainly wondering where you are. You are underground and no longer in the city above. Large one, you will notice that you have some degree of free movement where you poor sister has none. Young one, you will notice that you are blindfolded and you hooves and wings bound either to you sides or to the wall. You will also notice some very pointy objects pressed into your back, these are serrated knives and they will begin to saw away at your back very slowly once the game has begun. These knives are arranged in such a way that they will eventually cut the rope tying your wings to your sides, but that will take time your sister can use to look for ways to free you. Her chain will automatically release once the game has begun. There is an opening to the cave just down away from your helpless sister large one, you can escape that way and leave your sister here to suffer, or you can begin to head toward her in search for the nine activation levers that will release her. These levers must be activated in sequence and a thirty second period must pass between each activation or it will reset. You large one will notice your hooves are wrapped in cloth, that is to give you some leeway, you see there are several beasts down here that i have starved just for this occasion. They have great hearing so be very quiet, your sisters screams will help mask your movements from them and instead draw them to her. Believe me they are very hungry so you may wish to distract them every once in a while if you wish your sister to survive. So young one, it is in your sisters best interest that you make noise, though I don’t think she has to worry about that. As I have stated the serrated blades pressing into your back will eventually free your wings, when this happens you can throw them out into the gears that keep the blades moving. I will simply sit back and watch. Go!”

With that last word Celestia saw the chain around her neck release, at the same time she heard the groan of rusty gears begin to turn, soon after Luna began screaming.

Celestia emmediately dashed in the direction of her screaming sister. ‘Please let me not be slow. Please let me save her. I cant lose her again.’

Lunas POV

Luna could feel the blades sliding back and forth across her back, digging slowly deeper and deeper into her flesh. She had been tortured before, be it with a whip a branding iron or by some other horrific device or method. This however was beyond cruel, their kidnapper had forgot to mention that the blades were coated in salt, and a lot of it. There was so much salt on the blades that Luna almost gagged on the smell.

Luna heard the groaning of gears to the left and right of her, right about where her wings were on the vertical plane. Then the blades began sawing at her back, at first she could take the pain, she could remain silent if not for the salt. Once that came into effect Luna could have bitten out her own toung and swallowed it but not care.

Luna shrieked as she never had before, the sound shook the very caves they were in.’ Well at least they have a better chance at finding us with all this racket I’m making.’

So Luna writhed in pain struggling against her restraints in vain attempt to escape the blades. ‘Get out of this place Celestia, go home and live your life. I am not worth it, i am just a traitor too easily forgiven. Run Celestia, leave me, I’m not going to be much use up there anyway. Go and see your sun Celestia, knowing that you are safe is enough for me. Please Celestia, escape while you can.’

Canterlot. Throne rooms POV.

The Captain paced back and forth barking orders left and right. The search had already begun and most of the garrison had left for that reason. Then the doors burst open to admit the two other princesses and the element bearers.

“What happened,” Twilight asked.

“Princess Celestia and Princess Luna have been abducted.” The captain awnsered, “We have proof of this and we have narrowed down the search area significantly. We will find them.”

“How?” Cadence asked.

“By using our hounds of course, we will find them and their ponynapper. Then feed that sorry son of a mother fucker to the dogs.”

Twilight was about to ask another question on details but was interrupted. The ground shook under their hooves and knocked Pegasi out of the air, the shriek cut through their ears and forced them to cover them. The voice however was unmistakable, the voice belonged to Princess Luna, and it sounded like she was hurting.
