When Dizzy Twister pays a visit to her friend Rainbow Dash one day, she comes with an unusual request. There's a special relaxation method that she's read about, and Dizzy wants to try it out for a little while. All she needs is somepony to care for her during it.

Rainbow Dash, being the loyal friend that she is, reluctantly agrees even once she learns what the method involves and what it will mean for her.

Meanwhile, Scootaloo wonders why her mother's been acting so weird lately, and makes it her goal to find out what her mother's up to. But will she find out the truth? And if so, what will this mean for her, and for her mom?
