Fear Itself

Years after Nightmare moon's banishment Celestia wanted to know about the evil and madness of this world and if possible to get rid of it, she soon made a secret facility in a location unknown inside a mountain to study the evil and madness of all Equestria, but what she will soon learn is that some things were not meant to be tampered with and her mistake will cost Equestria dearly. Celestia has picked ten top-ranked scientists and hundred others to help them and for years and years of study and collecting samples of creatures of darkness, evil, and chaotic and soon they were able to combine these samples there DNA into a creature that can help them or be there destruction, many did not like the idea but the majority pressed on.

After years of constant testing, many failures, and finally one night they did it a creature was made in a case of liquid. The creature was made of pure madness and evil though it was strange, it was a human black hair pale skin with three eyes its eyes opened and its eyes were all black but the centers were glowing blood red, Though sadly those where were near it were standing still there eyes turned red and they started to scream and were killing themselves and each other screaming there were monsters in the room but there was nothing in there, soon the doctors realized this creature has telepathy and can use its mind to harm those around him. While those ponies were killing themselves he was smiling loving to hear there screams as they ripped each other limb to limb.

The Doctors made safety guidelines as they learned about this creature they named fear, one stay out of the containment room where he is in, two do not contact the entity without a party of ten or more, and finally the biggest rule of all do not under any reason let the entity out of its case not even if it screams or cries to be set free. Celestia herself saw this creature and can feel its power is intense powerful and hungry for blood and power fear stared at the princess and with a grin puts his hand on the glass wanting out. Though without knowing they soon learned fear was made without a voice he couldn't speak so Celestia ordered the doctors to give him the gift of speech and so they did. With powerful magic they gave fear a voice but in doing so they lost four members they were ripped apart from the inside out and with a grin fear said with a calm and soothing voice, "Thank you for the voice, i am sorry that they couldn't play more they were quiet squishy and warm.".

The doctors determined how they died was from four ghosts like arms in his back allowing them to go through walls, metal, glass, magic, and sadly skin killing the ponies apart from the inside out. The doctors that are remained teach fear there ways, history, mathematics, sciences, and other things, in science and math he is a genius and scored a three hundred on an I.Q test and it is higher then Starswirld or the other doctors the doctors worry and are scared of him. What Celestia nor the doctors knew was that his power fed off the fear and negative energy in this world giving him more and more energy so that when the time is right he can leave and start his reign of madness and blood shed.

After years of being in his case he has been bored feeding off the fears, the anger, sadness, and all the negativity in Equestria he just sits and watches the doctors study him in his case with a grin and thinking for all this time till the day he turned to adult hood he made his move. When the doctors were doing there studies one of them started to act strangely his eyes all red as he trots to the case, The guards try and stop him but the unicorn using magic strangled them and snapped there necks as he enters the room were fear calls his room the unicorn put in his accesses code to open the door but the doctors shot the unicorn and he fell bleeding and dead and fear looks at them with a smile. The unicorns didn't know why he was smiling till he said, "Well that was interesting turning on your friend and they say friendship is magic, but sadly for you, all I needed him to do was put in the pass code not to open it. So thank you for helping take care of one annoying thing to take care of.". The ghost arm comes out of his back and goes through the glass as he presses the activate button and the door moves and the liquid flows out of the case and fear steps out for the first time free and he laughs and says with a grin, "Now that I am out who wants to pay first?".

The doctors run as the lab is on shut down the four ghost arms out and ready to play fear slaughters any pony in his path, the soldiers shoot at him with powerful electricity magic but with his hand he takes the bolts and swirls it around and fires it back at them and it makes there hearts blow up in there chests. Fear with blood on him puts on a lab coat to cover himself as he is covered in blood from his feet to his black messy hair he hums as he walks on the corpses of the dead and notices one is alive and he rips open a door where the doctor was hiding and the doctor soiled himself as he shakes in the corner scared for his life, fear gets on one knee and looks at him and says, "Dont worry little pony you will be spared if you do me one little favor thats all simple, all i want you to do is give a message to dear mother celestia that this world has seen so much war, blood and violence so I say her reign is over long live the new ruler me the ruler of this new land of blood and madness. Simple now.".

Fear grabs the back hoof of the poor unicorn crying and shaking as he is dragged through the lab seeing his once called friends splattered on the walls floors and slaughtered. Fear reaches the massive metal door he grins and he raises his hand to the door and a small sphere is made then a beam from it becomes massive obliterating the doors as he sees the sun for the first time he smiles and looks around at the kingdom he plans to rule. Fear looks at the pony who throws a rock to his head and his nose bleeds light blue blood fear grins and says, " Now now why did you have to do that and ruin my gift of you being unharmed? Now i have to punish you before I go.". Fear throws the pony into the rock wall of the mountain top the pony falls to the ground coughing up blood fear gets on the ponies back and take both back legs and pulls them backwards the pony screams as he can hear his bones cracking and snap as fear breaks his legs. Fear gets up takes the pony by his tail and swings the pony above him and throws him far into a nearby lake, fear takes a deep breath as he looks to a village not far from this mountain he grins and says, " Time to meet the neighbours I do hope they like there new ruler.". Fear goes down the mountain with a grin laughing lightly then louder and more maniac and insane.
