Manhattan, New York. Three weeks since Black Friday. The city is a decaying warzone. The JTF are fighting a losing battle. The SHD Command sends four Second Wave Agents and their Commander to take command and continue the fight.

They didn't expect six ponies from another world to arrive on a cross-dimensional "Friendship Mission" to humanity. And that's only the beginning of things. Not only must the SHD deal with restoring order to a war-torn city, they must also find out how to send the ponies home.
