Twilight Sparkle was sitting in her room as she thought about how Rarity had fulfilled her request on getting her diapers and she thought about how accepting Rarity was of her interest in being an Adult Foal. She was glad that Rarity had accepted her but she still felt that something was missing.
She wanted a caretaker. She wanted somepony to share her interest with her to feed her to change her diaper even and sing her to sleep at night. She looked over at her pack of diapers which had been opened a few days ago after she had gotten them and she had already worn some and tried to enjoy the feeling of them but that wasn't enough.
She thought about how accepting Rarity had been. She hoped that maybe Rarity could be her caretaker she missed Rarity. She wished she had toys to entertain her with as well. She wanted to be held to. She sighed as she felt so lonely. She thought about going to Spike but she didn't want to weird him out with her activities.
While she was in her room she heard somepony walk up to her room. She wondered if Spike was coming up to her room to check on her so she turned around and saw Rarity with a concerned expression on her face.
"Twilight Spike has been concerned about your recent behavior, he says you have been sad for the past couple of days and he wants to know why. Please tell me Twilight I must know so I can help you." Rarity told her. Twilight looked up at her friend and decided to share what was bothering her.
"I want a caretaker Rarity. I want somepony to watch over me and baby me when I want to act like a foal. When I told you my secret that day I was thinking that....you....would be my mommy." Twilight said. Rarity stared at her and Twilight grew fearful that Rarity would refuse.
"Twilight stop being so scared. I told you before that you could come over to my house or I can come over here and I could baby you whenever you want. I don't mind at all but yet your acting like I'm going to leave you forever and I'm not. I will always be with you." Rarity said. Twilight remembered what Rarity had said that day she had revealed her secret and realized she was being sad over nothing.
"Thanks Rarity I truly appreciate that. You don't know how much this means to me!" Twilight told her. Rarity smiled and hugged her She pulled away from the hug and spoke to Twilight.
"In fact...how about I made you a nursery where you could put the toys you already have in it and play there any time you wanted to and I could act as the mommy who changes you and plays with you." Rarity suggested. Twilight smiled at the suggestion.
"You would do that just for me?" Twilight asked. Rarity shrugged.
"Sure why not. I don't see any harm and doing something like that for you." Rarity said, Twilight cheered with delight which made Rarity laugh.
"Oh thank you! This is the best day ever!" Twilight giggled with glee." Rarity smiled and and ruffled Twilight's mane and she went went on to build a nursery for Twilight. The nursery would be her gift to Twilight she made sure that Twilight couldn't see it until it was done so she had it locked each day she was working on the room and she had it locked and each day when she was home.
Rarity had Twilight promise to not try and unlock it before it was done as she wanted to reveal it to her once it was finished as she was treating it as a surprise for Twilight. Twilight stuck to her promise as she made sure to avoid the temptation of trying to pick the lock.
Rarity worked on the nursery for several days as Twilight waited for the room to be finished as patiently as she could. Her patience seem to wear thin though but she still hung in there as Rarity worked as fast as she could to get the nursery done.
Soon the day had arrived so Rarity covered Twilight's eyes with a long piece of cloth and led her to the room. Twilight was so excited to see it for the first time and Rarity was excited to see Twilight's reaction but she was also nervous to see Twilight's reaction as Twilight's reaction might be negative.
Rarity led Twilight to the room as carefully as possible as wanted to avoid anything that Twilight would bump into. As they got closer to the room Rarity silently prayed for Twilight to like the room. And soon they got there. Rarity unlocked the door and led Twilight inside.
"Are you ready to see the room Twilight?" Rarity asked her friend who still had the blindfold around her eyes which was covering her vision so that she could be surprised when Rarity uncovered Twilight's eyes.
Twilight examined every detail in the nursery as Rarity waited to see if Twilight liked it. She hoped that the room looked okay to Twilight. Twilight stayed silent for several moments. Rarity was so nervous as she feared that Twilight didn't like the room enough but then Twilight turned around to look at her and hugged her. She then broke away from the hug and spoke to Rarity.
"Rarity its glorious. I love every single detail of it. I'm so glad you took your time and helped create this beautiful room. Thank you for the room. I'm going to use it whenever I feel like being a foal. You wouldn't mind taking care of me either right?" Twilight asked. Rarity smiled.
"Of coarse not." Rarity said. Twilight giggled and kissed Rarity on the cheek. They both left the room and when they went downstairs they set up a time where Rarity could come over every now and then and act as a mommy to Twilight she couldn't do it often but she would do it whenever she could.
Twilight was grateful for Rarity making a room for her and being a caretaker to her. Twilight and Rarity met up on days they both didn't have any work and Rarity took Twilight up to the nursery and babied Twilight as they both enjoyed it so much. Twilight was so glad to have a friend like Rarity.
