Hurt Feelings

Starlight was over at Twilights castle talking to her while twilight tried to listen to her while she cleaned dust off of her shelves. Starlight was over their because she wanted to talk to Spike but he was sleeping so she just forgot about it.

Starlight heard something at the entrance to her castle so she got down from the ladder and went to go open the door. Starlight looked towards the hallway with curiosity as she wondered who it was.

Twilight was there for a few moments as Starlight tried to listen to them but she was to far away, she tried getting closer but still couldn't hear them, she wanted to get up to see who it was but before she could do that Twilight came back and asked Twilight about it.

"Who was that you were talking to?" Starlight asked. Twilight went back over to the book shelves as she grabbed something and went back to the entrance, Starlihht heard a short conversation and then Twilight came back.

"Uh Twilight? Did you hear me? I asked who was that." Starlight asked Twilight shook her head as she started to clean off a few desks that was full of dust. Rarity waited for Twilight to answer.

"It was Trixie she wanted to know if she could talk to me. That's all she told me." Twilight said as she went to up to sort out her books on one of her bookshelves.

"Trixie? What does she want?" Starlight asked Twilight, Twilight shrugged.

"She wanted to see if I could lend her a room to stay in." Twilight said as she cleaned the library up. Starlight waited for her to continue when Twilight didn't she wondered if she should ask Twilight to tell her more or just drop the subject but curiosity got the better of her.

"And what did you say?" Starlight asked as cautiously as she could. Twilight sighed as she threw some garbage away.

"I told her no. She has her own home first of all. And second of all I don't want to lend any more rooms to anybody. I can't house every single person in Equestria Starlight! Spike is living here, you are staying here as well until you decide to if you want to get your own place and I'm living here. I don't have any rooms to spare her." Twilight said as she was getting frustrated.

"I can't wait for everybody to move out and then I can have the whole place to myself and if somebody wants to sleepover then fine but if they try to get me to let them stay with me then no I won't let that happen! I can't wait to get some of my space back its my castle." Twilight ranted. Starlight glared at Twilight as her feelings were hurt a little.

"Well then maybe I'll just move out so then you won't have to worry about all of your space being taken then since that's the most important thing to you!" Starlight spat with some venom in her voice. Twilight finished cleaning as quickly as she could and then she stopped and looked at Starlight as she knew that she might have hurt Starlight feelings

"I didn't mean to make it sound like I wanted you out of here I was just saying that once when everybody moves those rooms will be used to store important documents for Equestria and stuff of mine as well." Twilight said to Starlight as she realized she shouldn't have said what she said.

"Yeah I bet that will be your happiest day. Why don't we all just make you happy and move out now so you won't bitch about it anymore!" Starlight ranted with anger. Twilight started to get upset herself.

"Geez Starlight don't take it the hard way I didn't mean to say anything against you Starlight. I'm just saying that I will be able use more storage that's what I meant if it makes you feel any better I can't wait for Spike to move out as well when he's old enough. I'm sick of babying him." Twilight said.

"Gee. Thanks a lot Twilight." Spike shouted angrily, Twilight stopped as she felt so embarrassed but she continued on working on her shelves as she shrugged off the embarrassment. Starlight left and went to her room as she felt so upset. Twilight shrugged.

"Geez they are sensitive," said as she continued to clean. She thought that she had a very good point with what she was saying. She was just a bit upset at how they got angry at her but she wasn't going to apologize as what she said had a legitimate argument.

Twilight decided to lock herself in her library and stay there as she didn't want to approach Spike or Starlight until they got over what she said. Starlight and Spike both saw what Twilight said as a rude selfish comment while Twilight saw it as a harsh reality.

She wasn't apologizing either as her two friends took her statement the wrong way because they couldn't think logically. Over the coarse of cleaning up she decided to try and relax and forget about it.

She finished cleaning up and relaxed in the library as she decided to not leave the area since she would run the risk of bumping into Starlight and Spike. She hoped that they would come to their senses and see where she was coming from. She made herself lunch and ate in the library as she continued to read.

She hoped that she could avoid Starlight and Spike for the rest of the night. She waited until all of them left the kitchen and then she walked to the kitchen to make her own meal. After she finished making her own meal she ate it and finished and then went back to the library and continued to read a few more books there.

She read for the rest of the day as it was now nighttime her eyes were hurting so she went to bed and as she went to bed she hoped that the next day would be better than that day. The next day Starlight and Spike both apologized to Twilight for getting so angry torwards her and they both admitted to Twilight that she was right about how it would be a good thing for them to move out and Twilight told them that she was glad that they apologized to her. They were so happy that they could make up after what happened.
