On Earth the year is 1962 and the Cold War is at its peak. CIA hired assassin and Korean War veteran, Slade Wilson, makes a good living with his job, ranking one of the best marksman the CIA has ever had. Eventually one day his employers send him on a new assignment, to investigate the chain of children disappearing, on a very wide basis in a small town.

Eventually to continue his investigation Slade must travel to a place, and see a lost friend, he had thought he had buried and forgotten in his childhood long ago. Memories come back and lost friends are reunited and new allies are made, two different worlds collide, The Great War is relived, everything changes.

Slowly but surely ....the shadows grow more powerful in the coming age
