After a fairly bad and embarrassing bullying from the old Sunset Shimmer, an unfortunate situation befalls Black Star claiming his life.

However, the Grim Reaper doesn't claim his life but gives him a new life as Karmen Rider Daemon.

He soon learns that Angels and Demons do exist but it's the Angels who are corrupt and evil.

The Angels are responsible for the untimely deaths of many lives as well as bolstering their ranks by transforming humans into more Angels.

The Demons are responsible for keeping their ranks down but now they turn to their new hope, Kamen Rider Daemon.

Will Black be able to harness their powers and protect humanity and will he forgive Sunset now that she is seeking to make amends to those she has wronged?.
