Author's Note

Okay so I rewrote it and now I think I did a better job with this one tell me what you think in the comments plz.

How it all started (rewritten)

I remember it like it was yesterday I was 16 and it was the middle of the night I couldn't sleep so I went outside to get a breather. When I went out it was chilly but it felt nice. As I was taking a couple minutes before going back in I heard some bats it grow closer and closer then stopped. I turned around to go inside but as I turned I saw bats blocking the entrance to my house then I turned around and saw more bats all around me I was trapped. I looked at them they didn't leave instead they all looked at each other and then all at once they jumped on me once they where all on me I couldn't hold the weight so I fell to the ground then I felt one bite my neck and every thing went black.

I woke up in my bed at first thinking it was just a nightmare. I got ready for school like it was just a normal day but as I was about to leave the house I realized it was sunny and hot not a cloud in the sky and as I stepped outside I put my hoof outside and as the sun hit it my hoof started to burn I went back inside and bandaged up my hoof after that I didn't go to school that day and I locked my self in my room.

later that night I was still a bit shaken but I still had to go get something to eat so I went to the kitchen for dinner. When I went to get food my mom stopped me to see if I was ok but then when she saw my face all I could see was shock on her face "hun your so pail are you okay you don't have a cold do you?" as always I just ignored her but as she kept following me I had to answer her and I did I said "every thing was fine and I didn't go to school because I didn't feel like going" just as I said that that she brightened up and said "fine but you are going to school tomorrow no mater what" and I had to say yes and with that I got some food and went to my room and went to bed.

When I got up it was midnight and a full moon but it didn't scare me but just then my eyes and magic turned crimson red I put my hoof up to my mouth to find a searing pain in my gums as I could feel fangs coming in then my ears hurt as they now became those of a bats once the pain left I felt nothing but hunger so I ran out my house of in search of food.

Then I woke up again. It was time for school but I didn't know what happened that night after I left I blacked out when I went to school that day rumors were going around that a pony was found dead this morning with their blood sucked out of them but I didn't believe that and if it was real it couldn't have been me right? When I was done with class I went to lunch I brought my own from home.

The end of the day came as I took my bags out of my locker I saw that my friends were watching me as I went to go talk to them they walked away I didn't care though they can do what ever they wanted for all I cared when I got home I did my homework, made some mixtapes and recorded them for my club last I went to bed hoping that this night was going to be different.

Later when I woke up it was midnight again so at this point I was ready to transform my eyes and magic turned to a crimson red and my fangs grew in last my ears turned to those of a bats as always my hunger took over but this time was different this time I didn't black out instead even though I wasn't in controll I could see every thing I was doing and as I knew it the rumors were true but I was the reason for them I didn't drink the juice from Apple's instead I drank blood from living things like ponys or critters. I didn't know how to stop it so that is when I realised that I had to learn to gain controll just then I got lightheaded so bad that everything went black.

I woke up it was time for school only this time I didn't go to school instead I locked myself in my house and practiced controlling my vampire side so that I wouldn't hurt any pony. I changed on my own my eyes and magic changing to crimson red and my fangs growing in and last my ears turning to those of a bats after that I tried to concentrate on only one thing to drink and that was apple juice. After awhile it didn't work so I changed back and used my plan B I went to the blood bank and with some money they agreed to give me 4 blood bags a month they didn't ask why and I didn't tell them why it was done like that.

When I got home I put them all in the fridge and left one out for me to mix in with my dinner after dinner I put the rest in the fridge and then went to bed. When I woke up it was time for school which meant that I didn't turn last night so plan B worked when I went to school there were no more rumors and I hung out with my friends again but not the way we used to now we hang out at my club at night inside at school so everything was fine but as time went by many things started to change and my life got even harder then it already was and I mean real harder then it already was.
