A young man who was once called both a genius, and a mad scientist on Earth managed to survive an invasion. As war erupted around him, he struggled to bring the last humans he could find together to fight. In desperation he seeks to send word of the invaders as well as the legacy of mankind to another world.

However, in a last turn of events, he finds himself waking in a new world.

Now he must try and find his way in this new world, fighting for his life against creatures of myth and legend, Changelings, and more. His only hope, to find his way to Equestria and seek help and sanctuary from the current rulers.

What more could be waiting for him as he makes his way in this unknown world.
