Down on the street of Ponyville, Flash Sentry, the member of the Canterlot Royal Guard and Twilight's boyfriend, has come down to Ponyville to visit Twilight at her castle. As he arrived and entered her castle, he walked to the Mane 6 throne room and approached Twilight. She was very warm to see her boyfriend visiting as she bookmarked her book she was reading and walked to him. "Hey Flash." she said. "Hey beautiful." he said. Twilight blushed a little when Flash called her beautiful. "So, do you want me to tell you of what happened days ago?" she asked. "Sure." he accepted. Twilight told the story about Freddy Krueger and the nightmares he creates. She told him that he is a kid murderer that he killed several children before he was burned alive. When he was burned to death, he was then turned into a living nightmare with a razor glove he built to terrorize the living while they sleep. He was know to be an evil spirit of the dream realm. She also told him that she created a spell to drag Freddy from the dream realm to the waking world. When she done that, she and her friends made the opportunity to destroy Freddy and they all defeated him from killing everypony in their dreams. When she finished, Flash was very interested of the story and the nightmare she has experienced. He also knew if Freddy did return, he must protect Twilight from Freddy at any cost, even also by protecting her friends too. He had an idea to stay the night at Twilight's castle to protect her and her friends. "Can I stay with you girls for the night, in case if Freddy comes back?" he asked. "Sure, be our guest." said Twilight. As Flash got acquainted with the rest of her friends, he was having a comfortable feeling about being with his girlfriend. As she being the Princess of Friendship, she is about to open a school of friendship to teach every culture all over Equestria about Friendship to spread it all over. As night fell, Flash slept with Twilight on her bed as they all drifted away to the dream realm. As they all entered the realm, Flash and Twilight along with her friends sat at an open field having a picnic. It was something that Flash never experienced before. Then unexpectedly, the Mane 6 disappeared and Flash found himself somewhere else in a boiler room. He searched everywhere to find them but they where nowhere to be found. Then he heard a sound walking down the hallway. He was shocked that it is Freddy Krueger alive, once again. He knew that he made the choice to stay with Twilight to protect her. As Freddy approached him, he looked at his face and made an idea. "I guess that you are the purple alicorn's boyfriend." he said. "Yeah, who wants to know?" Flash taunted. "In order for me to return, I may need to possess your mind and body to come back and I will soon have my revenge, starting with your girlfriend." he said as he laughed evilly. "That will not happen!" he shouted. "You have no other choice! Face it, you belong to me now!" he said as he slashed Flash in the leg making him yell in pain. He then woke up from his nightmare to the waking world. He then realized the claw marks on his leg and he would already wake up Twilight. As he shook her, she woke up. "What is it Flash? Oh my goodness! What happened to your leg!?" she asked in worry. "I've just had an nightmare with Freddy! He slashed me with his glove!" he said. Twilight gasped that Freddy has came back. "You need to get Luna. Freddy will possess me to become him and attack here in the waking world for revenge! You are the one who will be first!" he warned as Twilight fell in worry about of what happened to her boyfriend. "Don't worry, we will get Luna here soon, come with me and quick!" she said. "I'm with you." said Flash as they all woke up the Mane 6 and the others to travel to Canterlot and warn Luna of Freddy's return and his comeback for revenge. //-------------------------------------------------------// Possesion //-------------------------------------------------------// Possesion As they all arrived to Canterlot, The Mane 6 and Flash rushed to the throne room and consulted Luna for help. Celestia and Luna observed Flash's injury on his leg and they feared that Freddy has returned for revenge. Luna was unsure of what Freddy will do next to continue his act of terrorism all over Equestria. She observed Flash a little further and viewed his dream. She saw the very nightmare's appearance, he then had a plan to possess Flash and kill everypony insight in the waking world. "How much time will Freddy be in his full form inside you, noble Flash?" asked Luna. "I don't know when, I'm scared!" he said. "I'm scared too. Also I'm worried for you." said Twilight. Luna knew about what Freddy may do to Flash in order to be in full form for time to come. She thought and thought of many possibilities of what he will do. She then came up with a thought and she explained. "In order for him to regain his full form, he will try to merge his brain to your brain noble Flash. When he does you may not fight him on the inside of himself that will take control of you." she said. "What can help set him free of his control?" asked Fluttershy. "The only way to set him free of that monster's control, an act of true love that is pure with one kiss can set him free and defeat Freddy." she said. Twilight was assured about her relationship with Flash Sentry and the two knew that they only were girlfriend and boyfriend for a few days and their wedding did not take place yet. She knew that she truly loves Flash more than ever when they first met each other. She is just worried about of what will happen to him and she feels scared of losing the one person she loves and cares about. Twilight made a few thoughts of what she can do to stop Freddy from possessing Flash. After a few moments, she thought of a plan and asked Luna. "Is there a way to prevent Freddy from possessing Flash?" she asked. "There is. The only way to save your love, is that you and your friends must return to the dream realm and confront Freddy with your elements and remove of what he placed on Flash Sentry." said Luna. After the explanation, Twilight knew that she has a chance to save Flash with the help of her friends. She felt relieved of her fears. She then wondered and made a thought. "Will he assert control of Flash by midnight?" she asked. "Maybe, or that is if he decides to do it early by sunset ." said Luna. "We must act quick, we cannot let Freddy possess Flash as soon as possible!" said Rainbow Dash. "We may never know." said Starlight. "Maybe we should wait until sunset or midnight." said Fizzlepop. "That can be the good time when he begins to pounce on us." said Applejack. Luna then took notice of their decisions and took them very well that Freddy may assert control of Flash a little more early than usual. She then made the decision to join them again to help defeat Freddy. "I'll come with you again, and I'll be sure I come back to you sister." she said. "Very well, sister." said Celestia. As night fell, they all traveled back to Ponyville and to the castle of friendship. They settled for a few minutes as Luna watched over them with her eyes locked in position when it is time for Freddy to appear and for them to attack. //-------------------------------------------------------// Brawl of nightmares //-------------------------------------------------------// Brawl of nightmares In the dream realm inside Freddy's mind, the Mane 6, Flash, and Luna were very aware and impressed of Freddy's dream realm views and places he made in his mind. As they all explored around the realm, they have found Freddy's house like Flash discovered last time. They have entered and looked around the house in search for the dream demon. As they all searched, they have heard footsteps coming from the stairs and he came closer and closer to them with his weapon and in his fighting stance that he is determined to kill the intruders in his dream world. He stared at them with his eyes locked on them in a mad mood that he was being beaten by a simple kiss that shows true love which will always defeat death. He looked at Twilight and he looked at her very angry and savagely that he can kill her right now. He approached her and readied his weapon to put a finger blade through her. "You have taken my victory away!" he yelled. "You leave my friends and my boyfriend alone!" she retorted. "KRUEGER! YOU ARE TO NEVER AGAIN POSSESS ANYPONY TO BECOME PHYSICAL AGAIN! YOU WILL NOW PAY THE PRICE FOR INTRUDING THE DREAMS OF OUR PONIES AND OUR LAND!" Luna boasted out at Freddy. "Make me, you lousy little pest!" he yelled. "ARE YOU WISHING TO FIGHT ME TO THE DEATH AGAIN!?" she yelled. "For what you said and I said, then yes! You and me bitch!" he yelled. "VERY WELL. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!" she said as she and Freddy came at each other for another battle. As Freddy and Luna battled, Luna used her powers to melee him and blast him in every attempt to destroy him. Freddy was very impressed that Luna can actually fight back with powers she was born to have. He then attacked Luna with the use of his powers and glove as he tried to strike her. Luna was fast that she avoided his attacks and striked back. Freddy was almost about to be very angry of how Luna is fighting him like. Then as the other ponies watched them fight, Twilight is about to have the opportunity to use the spell she made from the book. As Luna weakened Freddy, Twilight then charged her horn and in a flash, they are all back in the waking world as they all see that Freddy is mortal. Freddy was shocked and surprised of what spell the lavender alicorn made and he was very furious that he was stripped from his immortality. "Not Again!" he cried. "This is about to be your second end Freddy." said Luna. Their attacks were being very fatal as Freddy tried to fight back with his glove. He then slashed a few guards and stabbed them in the hearts. Celestia joined the fight and battled Freddy with her magic. Freddy knew that when he is out of the dream realm, he cannot be immortal but be easily killed. He is getting weaker and weaker by every hit and blast of the two alicorns beating him up like nothing. He then ran off out of Twilight's castle and into the streets of ponyville. He was in fact trying to avoid their attacks but it all proved pointless as the princesses followed. The Mane 6 and Flash ran after them to finish of what they have started. "This time you never possess anypony's bodies for you to use and this time you are to be gone right now and leave my boyfriend and friends alone!" Twilight shouted as she and the rest of her friends including Flash blasted Freddy all over his entire empty body and began to crumble down like little chunks of flesh. As he fell apart, he then disappeared into the ground again. "You may have won again Twilight, but next time you will not be so lucky as I will return for days to come." he said as he wilted away. "That I doubt." said Twilight. "Me too." said Flash as they both kissed passionately and spread a wave of love to all of ponyville relieving all ponies of their nightmares and slept the night away with pleasant dreams. THE END. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Resurge //-------------------------------------------------------// The Resurge As the night continued and the ponies continue their sleep, an unexpected event happened that Flash has now once again attacked by Freddy and he is about to be in his full form while possessing Flash's body. As Luna examined his nightmare, she is now in her fighting stance to once again battle Freddy in the dream realm or the waking world. She then took notice and woke up the Mane 6 to warn them that Freddy is about to come out and in his full form with Flash's body. As they all woke up, they saw Flash throbbing and suffering as he himself is changing to become Freddy. As the transformation continues, his flesh was peeled very deep and his eyes went pale white. Then his razor glove appeared on his right hand as his teeth turned yellow and reshaped to be jagged jaws. As the transformation ended, Freddy looked at himself very pleased that he is now in his full form to finish of what he has started. He then looked at the Princess and the Mane 6 deciding of who to kill first. "I have now regained in the body of your boyfriend, Twilight." he said. "Let him go now Freddy!" she demanded. "Oh I will, but until I get my blades through you and your friends, then your teacher is next." he savagely said. "NO! I won't let you!" she yelled as she charged her horn and blasted Freddy when not realizing that he has Flash in his possession. The Mane 6 and Luna surrounded him and Twilight used her power to call Flash inside of Freddy. "Flash can you hear me?" she asked. "Yes I can." he answered. "You must fight Freddy while he is controlling you on the inside. You are a strong warrior and a strong pony I ever know. Fight him for me!" she called. "I will fight him with all my heart and all my love for you Twilight and I will prevail." he said as he began fighting Freddy on the inside. As it continues, Freddy has suffered a huge amount of assaults that Flash is inflicting inside of him. He tried to hold it but he couldn't for any longer with all of the pain he could not fight. He throbbed around as Flash continued to assault him inside of him causing more and more pain for him to inflict until he fall down to sleep. Twilight was thrilled that Flash is fighting back and she knew that he is brave. While the fighting continued, Flash managed to knock a hole through Freddy's belly to escape. Twilight has her chance and approached him to kiss and free Flash. "What are you doing!?" Freddy asked in fright. Twilight gave her possessed boyfriend a kiss on his lips and done it passionately. Her friends all said "awww" as she kissed him passionately. When she let go, Freddy became dizzy and Flash skyrocketed out of his body and returned the kiss to Twilight. As they cheered that Twilight has freed Flash, Freddy has been very displeased that he is being foiled again. He became very dizzy that he is about to fall asleep. As he hit the ground he was then in the dream realm. Luna and the Mane 6 had their chance so they and Flash entered Freddy's mind and into his own dream realm where he will waiting for them.
