You and I were talking about life goals and plans and stuff when I get an idea.

"Hey you wanna play video games?"

"Yeah I do!"

Your mood brightened. If there's one thing that can make you forget about your painful work, it's video games.

Other than being a Brony, you and I love MLP, we just can't get enough of it.

Anyways, to the video games!

(In the voice in spongebob, if ya know what I mean) A Little While Later...

"Ah, so close!" "Cmon...Cmon...Cmon" "Aaaaaaannnddd"-"CRASH!!!"

You and I jumped back in shock, looking at each other with the same look saying 'What The Hell?!'

You got up and brushed yourself off, trying to remember what just happened.

You looked in the direction from where the noise came from, it had sounded like it came from my room (we were playing video games in the living room).

"I think that came from your room Storm" you said.

"Well, there's only one way to find out" I sighed, thinking about what might've fell down.

We walk walked up the stairs and ran to my room, but when we got there everything was fine, unharmed.

"What the Heck?!!" I shouted angrily. "We just ruined our game just to come upstairs and into my room and see absolutely nothing!" I yelled as I kick my bed.

"That's...weird" you murmur, confused. "It sounded like a knife be thrown into a mirror, smashing it into shards, something has to have happened"

Then we both turn our heads to look at the mirror... which is being perfectly normal and showing our swirly reflections at all-wait!-showing our swirly reflections! That's not right!

Instead it was showing a swirly liquid surface. it was bluish with purple speckles.

You didn't say a word, instead, you carefully approached the mirror as if it were a huge tiger you were going to tame.

As you got closer to the mirror you got colder, the mirror seems to have a breeze coming out of it, this made you shiver slightly, you were wearing a t-shirt and the breeze was mildly strong.

You were now within arms reach with the mirror.

You then got a crazy idea, you are going to put your arm in there...pretty risky but hey,we don't know how long we'll live, might as well take a risk.

With that you didn't even hesitate and thrust your arm into the portal.

You gasped at the sudden coldness hitting your arm, you wanted to pull away but something told you not to.

'Hmmm...' you thought, it seemed that the deeper you go into the portal the warmer it gets. It starts out by being painfully cold, but then get warmer and warmer.

I stood there watching you. "Ya know... I kinda want to know where that leads to." I say with a hint of hopefulness in my voice, like a little kid asking for candy at the store.

Now that you realize it...you want to find out to, but that's a huge risk. But hey, we don't know how long we'll live, might as well take a huge risk.

"Sooo...should we just jump in or something?" I asked while sliding my phone in the pocket of my shorts.

You patted your jeans pocket to make sure your phone was there, in case something bad might happen. You never know what'll happen when you go through a portal.

"Yeah, I guess " I stand next to you with my shades on, which reminds you, you have yours in your pocket. You take them out and put them on.

"Yeah Anon! Travelin' in style!!" I say while giving you a playful punch, the excitement rushing over me.

"Hahaha" Your such a weirdo!" you say with a laugh.

"You wanna go first?" I ask while sticking my index finger in the portal, feeling the same sensation you felt except not as strong because it was just my finger.

To be honest you were ready for this, it's not every day you find that your friend has a portal in their room, Heh, and it's something to get your mind off of your painful work, so you're so prepared. "Heck Yeah!!"

"That's the spirit Anon!" I say with a laugh.

You walk back a few steps, get ready to run and..."1...2...3!!" You run and leap in the portal, me following.

You feel terribly cold until after a few seconds, you start feeling warmer as you go. It feels almost like your swimming, except your breathing.

You squint ahead after a couple minutes, you see a light, probably the other side of the portal. You get closer...and closer...and closer...until...
