My Little Foundation: Containment is Magic

The journey was easier with the map. We were able to get through most of the hallways and rooms that had other SCP's. Some were safe, while others almost threaten our lives. The guard and I were close to Site 15 with the map showing us the directions.

"Hey," I spoke in the journey. "How did you guys know us ponies?"

The guard looks at me and was going to respond, but he looked away and continued to walk forward.

"Is there something that isn't meant to be answered? I just wanted to know if you knew where Equestria was."

"I'm sorry, but I have no information for your home. All I know is you guys existed and there was a report of strange energy in your area."

"It might the magic. There are many magical ponies there."

"It wasn't magic, but instead it was dark energy."

"Dark energy, there was no sign of anything suspicious back when I was there the last time I remember."

"Well, this dark energy has gotten to your land and then they had to contain everyone to see if they were infected."

"Wait, so everyone here was containing due to this dark energy? So why did ponies like me were used to be test subjects?!"

This was horrifying to me. My home infected with dark energy that made everyone I knew monsters. And what's worse is that this terrible place has taken advantage of us. I see two ponies get killed by another just for their studies, and possibly their amusement.

"They had to keep you to see if there was any sign of the dark energy within," the guard responds. "They weren't going to let you guys out if it meant you were going to harm the world without their knowledge."

This feels wrong, just to test us for their experiments and for suspicious reasons. I didn't know if I should be mad, or be torn apart knowing that our land has been contained that some ponies must have been acting strange within Equestria. So that means that when Pinkie, Fluttershy, or everypony has been hit with it, and maybe I have been too without my knowledge. What if I'm going to end up insane like them, lost in pain like them, or anything worse than the others fate?

Suddenly, we heard a large roar. We covered our ears and then we begin to harm an alarm. My ears were ringing and I search hearing the intercom.

"We have major breach! Every guard must take down any SCP they come across!"

I looked bewilder while the guard stare at the intercom. We then look at each other, and the guard looked scared. I don't blame him, this place is scary to be in and I hope I'll get out of here.

"We need to continue going to Site 15!" I declared as I continued to move forward. "We can stand guard to anything that will attack us. If there's any threat, we need to take if down or avoid. There's been too much time for me to be here."

Now the human guard and I were now running through the destination. We quickly open many opens with a swipe of the key card. We gone through many hallways stained with blood and body parts. We both couldn't wait to avoid the bloody mess. As we open to the other door, we gasp and back away from the door. From our view, there she was again. Covered in the blood of her victims on her pink mane and fur, there was SCP-173.

"Don't blink, she'll kill you if you do," I whisper as I started to back off.

The guard just aims his gun at the pink earth pony and begins to pull the trigger. She quickly manages to dodge the bullets and jump out of the way. From there, the guard begins to move forward as I follow.

"We have to stand guard, right?" he asked me with a look of courage.

We continue on and I look around for the pink earth pony's present. I couldn't see any sign of her, and we were getting to the site. We open the door and we enter a room. This room was full of monitors with many buttons that aren't familiar with me or the guard. Then, I turn to my right to see a computer in a room behind a glass window. I look at the computer to see it in statics. The guard turns around and saw the computer himself.

"Oh no," he spoke. "He has been active! That thing is dangerous! It was the one that manage to hack the system!"

I look at the computer and the screen begins to adjust. I watched closely to begin seeing a face. The shape of it looks familiar, but why does it make my skin crawl? The screen then got clear and I widen my eyes and my mouth was wide open. There was Discord, and he was smiling at me.

"Excellent, you have found my containment place. Now I just need you to release me."

"No, we can't do that! He's bad news, and he'll do anything to get what he wants!"

"Please pony, you are the one who seek help from me."

I look at the guard with confusion and torn feelings. Discord was the chaos that Equestria has suffered from, but now there's this place to cause much worse. The guard looks at me with a glare before he slowly pulls his gun and aims it towards me.

"I can't let you do that," the guard said. "If you do that, it will ruin this place and release the evils we have tried to hold off. There's no way I can't do that."

I just want to get out! I just want to have freedom and happiness! I just want things to be the way it was. No evil, no lies, and no darkness. I want to see the light and its glory. With my goal set, I used my magic to take the gun off the guard. He looks at me with a heart break look. I just glare at him and then I pull the trigger. The guard was hit on the leg. He cried in pain, which enrage me to shoot again. This time the bullet hit his arm, and I shoot four more times across his back. Now I see a bloody guard dead, but I only wanted to see the light.

"A-Aright Discord, if I let you out you'll h-help me gets out," I spoke with a broken voice full of stress and pain. "I want to see light. No more darkness like this place."

Discord smile as he points to the monitors behind me. I walk to the buttons were I saw four switches. They all were up, so I begin to pull them down. One by one, the room begins to grow dark only for the screen to be the light source. There was Discord now getting out of the computer where he has appears in front of me.

"Oh my... You have now the feeling of control and charge I had," he spoke with a smug look on his face. "Now let's get you out."
