It's time for Starlight Glimmer to go. After the many teachings of Twilight Sparkle, Starlight begins her new journey through friendship, by travelling to the Crystal Empire to study with her old friend, Sunburst. However, when Sunburst messages the Mane Six that Starlight hasn't arrived, Twilight and the gang become worried and start to look for their friend.

While looking for Starlight, the Mane Six discover a new threat. There is a dark secret that Canterlot has been holding for many years, which no other creature can understand. Twilight and her friends must brave the legends and ghosts of the sinister crossing, Canterlot Bridge... and the strange unicorn called Mystery who dares to stand in their way.
