Chapters Power Heroes Final Countdown
Time and space are two entities that serve a particular purpose is to keep our universe in check. But now a threat has begun to surface, the heroes of this world will be the saviors of this world
Dash's motorcycle sped off through the courtyard square of the city of Metropolis, avoiding incoming cars that honked at her for almost hitting her. Rainbow looked back and just flipped them off as she kept riding off. The sky was cloudy but clear in some parts, which was a perfect sight for a ride around the city. She looked up at a chrome like building could be seen so she continued to speed off, looking forwards to entering.
That's when her hands free cellphone went off.
"Dash where are you? I hope you haven't gotten into any trouble again darling?" Rarity asked.
"No Rarity I'm just about to enter the building now." Dash responded annoyingly.
"Well when you get here Dash, we all have been summoned by Celestia about something important. I don't know what it is but I just know that Celestia wants us there ASAP." Rarity explained.
"I should be there shortly." Dash promised.
"Alright I will see you soon and please be safe." Rarity said.
"Yes mom." Dash replied jokily.
Rarity chuckled before hanging up the phone, giving Dash time to slow down at the parking garage and wait for the garage door to open. Once the door opened, Rainbow parked her motorcycle next to the Hero Jet that was about 10 ft tall with a wingspan of 12 inches, a green coat of paint with everyone's hero symbols spray painted on the sides and front, hydraulic fuel, a six passenger seater plus one drivers seat, stain glassed and bullet proof glass, the cockpit housed a bunch of buttons that each had a job to do. Just seeing that marvel of a jet made Dash proud to be a hero, but now she head to the observation deck. She took the elevator up to the deck where all of her friends each sat on a chair either next to or opposite side from each other.
"Dash you came." Twilight said smiling.
Fluttershy got up from her chair and embraced Rainbow for her safe arrival.
"We were worried you got hit or somethin." Applejack said, explaining why Fluttershy hugged her.
"I know, don't worry I'm happy to see you guys too." Dash replied petting her shy friend.
Shy let go of her embrace to let Rainbow Dash to walk over to the table they labeled 'Table of Heroes' and sat next to Twilight.
"So what is this about Twi?" Applejack asked.
"Princess Celestia confirmed that a team of 8 elite guards were placed on a retrieval mission in Minnesota about three unknown people that housed a power unknown to us. The three girls savagely killed the 8 guards with no effort at all, when the police were called, all they saw were dead bodies hanging on a wall while they disappeared without as so much as a trace." Twilight explained.
The rest of the group gasped at the sheer horror of what happened with those 8 guards.
"That's terrible! Who would do such a thing?" Rarity asked outraged.
"I wish I knew Rarity but for right now all we have is evidence leading these three over to the Metropolis Trash Burner Buliding not too far from here." Twilight said.
She then showed a small red dot on a tall building, signaling that it was the first step in finding these unknown assailants.
Somewhere outside the city, a woman wearing a short black top with a pentagram, leather pants, and skull printed hand gloves walked over to an alleyway before making a star symbol along with a hexagon shape around it. What she had summoned was a long kitana with red glowing tattoo symbols on it. She placed the sword on her scabbard before making the symbol disappear then walking away.
This universe will see its heroes die
Pinkie raced down the street with Dash flying above her as they arrived at the burner building to investigate.
"Jeez Pinkie your fast." Dash said.
"Of course I am silly, I am Pinkie Flash duh." Pinkie said smiling gleefully.
Rainbow couldn't help but chuckle at her which is what the party girl speedster wanted. They both stepped in the building that look abandoned but some of the machines still worked but were just locked up for the day. Pinkie looked around then stumbled upon a spiky hair pin that laid on the ground for some reason.
"Hey Dash come look at this." Pinkie called, walking over to Dash.
Dash came over to see what Pinkie had in her hand currently, a spiky hair pin that she found on the ground.
"Where did that come from?" Dash asked confused.
"No idea, maybe it fell from the sky." Pinkie speculated.
"Not likely but good guess Pinkie Pie." Rainbow said petting Pinkie's head.
Pinkie nodded, using her speed to carry Dash upstairs to what looked like a control room. The panel looked old with most of the buttons didn't work or were badly damaged. Rainbow walked in and looked around, past the panel over to some odd drawing of a taco splattered in blood, Dash looked down and saw a body laying lifeless with a single bullet wound from what looked like some kind of gun or something.
"Guess someone was having fun at the expense of this poor guy." Dash said closing the victims eyes.
"No idea why they would draw a taco. I'm guessing that she got hungry after killing this man." Pinkie assumed.
Rainbow couldn't argue with that logic in Pinkie's voice, the two of them went back downstairs but when they got back they saw the same 8 guards from what Twilight said earlier. Something was off about them though, their bodies were intact but green veins started to popping out now and then their eyes changed from normal to a bright greenish color.
"What the hell?" Dash asked baffled.
Pinkie charged herself up and began speed punching the guards while Dash blasted them with an electric shock energy blast. Both seemed to do the trick as the guards fade to nothing but dust, leaving their weapons behind. Pinkie examined the pile of dust carefully and noticed a red gemstone revealing itself to her. Dash rushed over to see what Pinkie found.
"A red gemstone? We should take this back to Twilight and see what she can make of it." Dash suggested.
"Good idea Dashie." Pinkie replied.
The two heroes left the building with some evidence that might give them a lead in this mystery.
A woman with floofy orange hair wrapped in a ponytail, wearing only a short jacket with a short top on, jeans along with high heeled spike boots looked over as Dash and Pinkie left the place.
"Those two will know pure evil very, very soon. But first let's get out countdown begin." the woman said, looking at her red gemstone attached to a choker necklace.
The tattooed kitana wielding woman approached the strange woman and drew her sword and put up a defensive stance. She turned around as the kitana woman charged at her and slashed the sword at the siren, hoping that would get her but she was disappointed. The siren let out a sonic scream out that caused Thorn heart to be pushed back a few feet before she enchanted a teleportation spell to disappear.
The siren smirked at the sudden retreat.
"Hmm this is quite fascinating, so this red gemstone came from those eight guards that were brutally murdered?" Twilight pondered.
Rainbow and Pinkie nodded in synch.
"So whoever did this can somehow reanimate people back from the dead?" Fluttershy asked.
"Am afraid so." Applejack answered.
"Well I'm glad you both found this and the spiky hair pin. You two did a good job." Twilight said pleasingly.
Looming above them, a man brandishing cosmic energy looked over to what was going on. Kate Taiga walked behind the guy named Crimson and looked over at what he was looking at.
"I see your taking a liking to the Power Six Heroes Crimson. Anyone in particular you want?" Kate asked curious.
"The she hulk Fluttershy." Crimson said, eying Fluttershy in the window.
"Ah Saddle Rager, able to increase her strength at will without help from any substance...at least not anymore." Kate explained.
Crimson felt slightly annoyed at what Kate said and just wanted to admire the shy girl as her beauty attracted him to her.
"Your cosmic energy does match her in strength but yours is more deadly than hers." Kate said.
Crimson said nothing, all he did was turn around and walk away.
Not much for conversation Kate thought.
Thorn heart teleported to a nearby alleyway, catching her breath for a moment after almost being blown away by that damn siren. Using the magic she enchanted a sword she did the same thing as a little pill that she swallowed it, regaining her breath at least for the moment.
I never thought that damn siren could do that Thorn heart thought, standing up.
Kate's footsteps reached Thorn's ears as she prepared magic energy balls ready to attack anytime. The purple haired girl raised her hand in surrender but her smirk didn't wane.
"Easy friend I am not here to fight you. I am here to give you an offer that even you can't refuse." Kate said, putting her hand down.
Thorn made the energy balls disappear and crossed her arms. Before Kate could speak, Thorn activated a teleportation spell and drifted away from this crazy lady before she offered something. All Kate did was smirk and walked away.
She'll be back Kate thought.
Back at HQ, Twilight cross examined the hairpin and red gemstone Dash and Pinkie found, she linked it to a siren named Adagio Dazzle, the computer showed a mugshot of her smiling while holding a black board with her name and prisoner number.
"So this is who has caused some trouble but who are the other two?" Twilight asked herself.
"You still referencing those files darling?" Rarity asked, coming in wearing a sliver silk blouse.
"I found out who is causing this, but I guess I'll need sleep to find out the other two." Twilight suggested.
Rarity nodded and guided Twilight to her bedroom before she went back to her own room.
The countdown begins...NOW!
Power Heroes Final Countdown
Kate walked over to a bench at the park where she sat next to Adagio who was wearing a grey hoodie with the hood over her head as she turned her head over to Kate.
"So you found out about Thorn Heart?" Kate asked.
All Adagio did was nod, "I did, I never knew she had so much magic on hand" she noted.
"I understand and it's only a matter of time before those heroes find out" Kate said looking over at Adagio.
Adagio wasn't even phased by what Kate was saying, even though what she saying was true but was confident enough to not let a bunch of do gooders dictate what happens. Kate could see a devilish grin spread across her face.
"You leave those little heroes to me and my sisters. We'll level them and this city" Adagio promised, smirking a toothy grin as her eyes glinted red.
"I have no doubt that you will end them" Kate said.
"I'll be sure of it" Adagio said.
Kate got up from her seat before she walked away with her hands firmly inside her pockets as Adagio tapped her gemstone once and she faded away in mist.
Such an odd girl Kate walked out smiling.
Twilight stood on top of the observation deck, looking down at the city streets. She sighed and looked out in the horizon to see some sort of green mist looming over a certain part of Metropolis, the Diamond District where most of all Metropolis' finest live and help out. The green mist cloud started sparking out of control, it was inching closer to where Twilight was.
She had to warn everyone quickly, so she rushed inside and hit the alarm to signal that trouble was near. Sure enough, the rest of Twi's friends came in and stood like soldiers ready for battle.
"What's going on Twilight?" Applejack said rubbing one eye.
"There's a green mist looming above the Diamond District of the city, I'm thinking this might be the break in the case we need" Twilight explained.
"Well darling let's us suit up and get ready for a fight" Rarity said.
Twilight nodded, activated a blue button that caused canisters to appear and display everyone's costumes. They all put on their respective costumes before leaving their HQ towards the Diamond District. Pinkie flashed past traffic without hitting a car, Fluttershy hitched a ride on a purple motorcycle Rarity created with her purple diamond bracelets, Dash flew overhead with Applejack on her back while smiling, and Twilight used her boot thrusters in her Matterhorn V1 suit to fly. The six heroes flew or in Pinkie's case ran towards the first sign of trouble while normal citizens chose to stay away and let the heroes take care of it.
"Hey Dash whatcha bet this Adagio person has planned for us?" Applejack asked curiously.
"No idea but whatever it is, I doubt it will be a walk in the park" Dash responded.
Twilight had to agree with that statement, whatever this siren got planned for these heroes could not be a good sign.
Thorn heart watched as the heroes sprinted/flew into whatever possible danger could be lurking. She never thought one day that some 20 somethings with super powers could even think about saving the world. They continue to surprise her every moment of every day.
"Quite a sight isn't it?" Kate asked, approaching her smirking.
Thorn took out her sword and went into her defensive stance. Much to her surprise, Kate seemed to have nothing to hide but Thorn wasn't about to any of it. With her sword held high and slashed her sword, the sword was stopped by Kate's finger.
Thorn's eyes widen with shock.
"Trust me Thorny you don't want to mess with me" Kate said, performing a palm strike to her chest.
She was pushed back and before she had a chance to recover, Kate connected with punches to the face, disorienting her then a knee to the nose causing her to fall to the ground.
"Now I would kill you but I don't want any blood on my hands" Kate said.
She punched her with her own magic, knocking her into a building then tumbling on to the street, barely alive and clinging onto life.
"Poor girl could have been so much more but I guess not" Kate said walking away.
Thorn could feel her heartbeat starting to slow down before she passed out on the ground.
The green mist looked like someone went overboard with a smoke machine, Applejack reached in her bag and pulled out a flashlight because visibility was close to nothing. Everyone stayed close as Twilight used a scanner to scan some sound waves and from the looks of things, it looked closer than anticipated.
"So this is where they are" Rarity assumed.
"Yep, Adagio along with her two associates: Sonata Dusk and Aria Blaze accompanying her" Twilight responded.
"She's the one that placed that picture of a taco when Dashie and I investigated the burner building" Pinkie blurted out.
"That's really disturbing" Applejack said shuttering in disgust.
The signal boosted a few notches to signal that they were very close to those three sirens. Brushing along a few trees, Fluttershy called over the others to see a crowd of people cheering on the Dazzlings without knowing the dangers. Their eyes flashed green as they let out energy that made the sirens power stronger each time the fans 'adored' them. Pinkie literally pulled the plug on the concert, causing the people to look over at the pink speedster twirling a disconnected speaker plug.
"Lookie here, it's more toys to break" Adagio said.
"Cut the shit Dazzle, we're here to end your little concert" Dash hissed.
"Don'y worry Zapp you'll go bye bye" Sonata Joked.
That set dash off because she speared Sonata hard, sending her back first into 6 buildings before flinging her into the cold unforgiving ground below. Sonata had blood coming out from her head, struggling to stand up after Dash's anger rose and nearly killed Dusk but right now that wasn't the cause at this point.
"Got anything else to say out of your mouth you egotistical cunt?!?" Dash asked still pissed off.
Sonata tapped her pendant to make some open handed gloves appear and she lept in the air and punched her hard in the face. Dash's body twirled around in the air before crashing on to the office building, tumbling into the lunch room.
I may have underestimated that little shit Dash got up and instantly picked up on Dusk's pulse.
Sonata went to go for a punch but Dash counterattacked with a lightning induced punch that knocked some teeth out of Sonata's mouth, sent her through a glass door and cracking the windows. Dash's eyes were pure white with pure rage as Sonata tried to collect herself, the electric hero speared her out of the window. Both of them hit rock bottom in a matter of minutes, causing a huge shock wave that shook the entire city of Metropolis. Once the city stopped shaking, Rainbow rolled off of Sonata as she scanned her to see that her electromagnetic pulse has gone cold.
With a victorious smile spread across her face, she flew back to the group.
"You want me to take her?" Crimson asked, bending over to a still passed out Thorn heart.
"Yes we need her, I would like to perform a few tests on her to see where her magic originates" Kate said.
Crimson picked her up and placed her over his shoulder. Kate chanted a spell that opened a portal which both of them walked through before the portal itself closed.
Power Heroes Final Countdown
A repulser blast connected with Adagio's face as she was also punched in a fast pace courtesy of Pinkie Flash. Applejack lassoed Aria then pulled her close, into a punch, knocking her into Adagio. Saddle Rager carried what looked like a giant fan and she activated it on full blast, making the mist go away.
"No!" Aria cried out.
"You two will be heading to a nice little prison cell" Rarity said, putting handcuffs on both of them.
"There are far greater threats in this world that would...no...will destroy you!" Adagio said laughing manically.
"Every enemy we face, we'll knock em down just the same" Applejack proclaimed.
Aria gave her a death stare that burned a hole inside Applejack but she wasn't phased. Police cruisers came out and took the two sirens away before driving away sirens blaring. The Power Heroes gave each other a high five for a job well done.
Dash flew over, dropped down in front of her friends after they high fived each other.
"So I'm guessing the Dazzlings are taken care of?" Rainbow asked.
"Yeah" Fluttershy replied, hugging Dash.
Rainbow returned the hug before the heroes went back to base for a celebration.
Unknowing to them, some lady wearing a purple gemstone choker necklace put down her binoculars towards the hero or more specifically Pinkie Flash.
"She will be quite the specimen" the woman said.
Thorn heart struggled in a tied up position, shaking the chair but not enough to break herself free. She looked all around to see nothing but an empty room with just her tied up to a chair with some kind of choker necklace with a turquoise gemstone glowing. Kate's heels could be heard as she walked up to Thorn Heart with a sinister smirk on her face.
"Hello dear Thorn I am very glad you decided to join me this evening" Kate started to say.
"You brought me here against my will!" Thorn yelled.
"Oh Thorny you simply need to understand, why won't you join me? I can promise you that what I plan to do with you among others, including those heroes" Kate explained.
Thorn struggled but to no avail, even trying to use magic but faded before she had a chance to chant out a spell.
"WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME YOU SICK FUCK!" Thorn continued to scream out.
"You will see soon enough dear" Kate said, walking over and pressing a green button.
A loud buzzing noise rang into Thorn's ears before a spark shocked her very violently. Thorn screamed out in utter pain while Kate looked on patiently waiting till the right amount of electricity passed into the gemstone. Crimson stood on a wall with his arms crossed and eyes closed, trying to keep the sound of Thorn heart's screaming away from him. Kate pressed the button again to stop the sparks and Thorn's eyes flashed green which is what Kate wanted.
"Is it over yet?" Crimson asked opening one eye.
"Yes Crimson, she is now with us now. What I did was power up the gemstone and let it take over Thorn's mind, so now she will under our control" Kate said.
Crimson raised an eyebrow but didn't try to argue about it.
"Thorn heart" Kate called out.
Thorn turned her head to face Kate, she had this icy stare but her original eye color (which was hazel) flashed a green tint, signaling she was under Kate's control. She untied her and let her stand up and crack her knuckles and neck from any stiffness.
"What do you want me to do mistress?" Thorn heart asked, getting on one knee to bow to Kate.
"I want you to kill those heroes" Kate commanded.
She showed a picture of the Power Heroes in a group photo in Town Hall during Christmas two years ago.
"Understood mistress" Thorn nodded, leaving the room.
Crimson started to turn and leave but Kate caught him before he left.
"I hope you understand that she'll harm that strong girl named Saddle Rager" Kate said.
Crimson shook her hand away then left the room without a single word. Up top Kate's base, Thorn grabbed her now twin swords placed in twin scabbards that she put behind her back, twin poison daggers, and some smoke bombs for a quick escape if things get dangerous. Kate caught up with her before she decided to depart.
"Don't kill them per say just do whatever you can to subdue them" Kate said.
Thorn nodded, before leaving Kate's house and on her way to the Power Heroes HQ.
Fluttershy came out of the police station with a breath of relief that Adagio and Aria were behind bars and not causing havoc out in the streets. It was relaxing to know that Shy was doing something right in the world.
She walked down the streets, greeting people as they walked by her.
I'm glad I have such amazing friends Shy thought.
All of a sudden a poison dagger barely grazed past her as Shy looked over her shoulder to see Thorn looking at the shy girl with a shocked look on her face.
"What in the-"
Thorn tackled Fluttershy to the ground with her arm pressing against her neck which was choking her a bit. Shy punched Thorn in the stomach, breaking the hold, Thorn held her stomach for a minute before throwing up bile. Fluttershy increased her strength to stand as a threat to Thorn heart. She grabbed her by the neck and slammed her down hard on the ground with Thorn heart at the center of this crater Fluttershy made.
"Don't think just because I'm weak defenseless girl that I can't take you down!" Shy shouted, shrinking back to her normal self.
Thorn laid there with a pained expression after that failed sneak attack.
Looks like she'll have to try harder.
Power Heroes Final Countdown
Chapter 4 Fight for Control
"You used a device to control a high level magic user to carry out a deed that requires destroying those heroes" a tall dark figure said over a video call.
"Yes my master" Kate responded.
"Interesting I must say, keep up this work your doing Miss Taiga" he said.
Kate nodded in agreement and ended the video call then turned to her work. Kassidy Black came in, letting her scream symbiote melt away into her skin to reveal her normal shirt and shinny black jeans, wearing red converse shoes. Her hair was a dirty blonde color and dark hazel eyes. She walked in twirling her sun necklace around in a circle as she walked past Kate, who was typing information of the heroes powers during their fight with the Dazzlings.
"Whatcha doing?" Kassidy asked.
Kate turned her head towards the girl that was talking to her.
"If you must know I am planning a sort of song that will cause anyone who hears that to be under my control" Kate explained.
"Like mind control?" Kassidy asked confused.
Kate nodded.
Crimson stood on top of a building, staking out Rarity and Twilight going into their headquarters so he flew upward then stood behind a beam of the room to avoid detection.
"I think fighting those Dazzlings was only to set up something bigger coming" Twilight said, sitting down in a chair opposite of Rarity's.
"i would believe so darling but if this fight isn't over then what else is there?" Rarity pondered.
Twilight stroked her bottom chin in a thinking position, thinking about what Rarity was saying. They did defeat Adagio & company so could it be true that some other evil was on the horizon without even a slightest hint of detection from a radar link or otherwise.
"There is a slight possibility that some bigger plot could be in play" Twilight said.
"When you figure it out darling let me know" Rarity said, getting up and leaving the room.
I plan to do just that Twilight rolled her chair close to her computer and began to type.
Crimson flew away until he was no longer visible in the sky with some recon information for Kate to hear. The woman who observed the heroes from before, set her sights on the man who can control cosmic energy very closely before she put her binoculars.
"How amazing his powers" she said, flicking a snake like tongue.
Crimson stopped in mid air then looked around to see where the source of the sudden energy spike came from. He kept looking around until a bright blue energy blast hit him, causing him to crash land on top of a building. The woman came down to him brandishing a snake like tongue and a snake wrapped around her arm smirking devilishly.
"Who are you?" Crimson asked, still in pain.
"The name is Sliver Tongue, a pleasure to see you Crimson. I see you and Kate have a fascination with those heroes" Sliver began to say.
Crimson struggled to stand with a little bit of difficulty but managed to at least stand up right.
"I don't care who you are! Your no match for me!" Crimson bellowed.
He blasted some of his cosmic energy but it had no effect on her, all it did was fade off of Sliver. She sucker punched him in the neck, causing him to clutch his neck then a quick but swift kick to the head. Crimson ended up falling to the ground near the Metropolis Harbor where he crash landed into a car, leaving a mammoth sized hole in it. Sliver walked up to him smirking like she won, her snake slithered out of her arm and onto Crimson's before sinking it's fangs into his neck, stunning him.
"Don't try to fight it dear, just let the power you have slowly drain away" Sliver said caressing his cheek.
She planted a deep passionate kiss onto Crimson's lips, draining his powers before breaking the kiss very slowly, looking at him.
"Goodbye dear" Sliver said, before tossing his body into the water.
She picked up her snake then walked away without anyone noticing.
This world will soon be in my favor, not Kate's Sliver thought disappearing in the shadows.
Twilight fended off a sword attack from a mind controlled Thorn heart who tried to sneak attack again but failed because of a mirror showed her reflection. Twilight grabbed one of her armor pieces and fired a repulsor blast to push her back. Thorn got taken back a few feet before chasing Twilight again but this time purple straps pulled her back into a wall as Rarity appeared with her bracelets on and glowing.
"Good job Rarity" Twilight said.
"What in the hay is goin on?" Applejack asked, rushing over with some golden horse shoes on hand.
"Looks like we caught an intruder in our home" Rarity said.
Thorn tried to escape by struggling but it was useless. Twilight noticed an almost cracked turquoise gemstone attached to a choker necklace.
"It must have something to do with this strange gemstone" Twilight assumed.
Applejack went to forcibly remove the gemstone but Twilight stopped her from doing so.
"We have to be careful when removing something like this, for any slight force could cause problems down the road" Twilight warned.
Applejack nodded, then removed the gemstone carefully without causing any long term damage caused by Thorn Heart. The green tint disappeared and went back to her normal hazel color, she blinked unknown to her surroundings. Rarity released her from the purple straps and let her stand on her own with help from AJ and Twilight.
"Thank you fro freeing me from that temptress Katelyn Marie Taiga" Thorn said bowing in respect.
"Who's this Kate person?" Applejack asked confused.
"A person who's sole goal is to create a world where there are no heroes/icons, only death and destruction in her wake" Thorn began.
"She sounds dreadful darling" Rarity blurted out.
Thorn nodded, "She has plans to unleash a song that will cause everyone to lose their minds and fight each other" she continued.
Rarity, Twilight, and Applejack each expressed looks of shock and worry at what Thorn just revealed to them.
Power Heroes Final Countdown
"And that's the reason why Kate wanted my magic and wanted nothing more than what I had at my disposal" Thorn heart said.
Twilight and her friends sat there in stunned silence at what Thorn had explained to them about what Kate Taiga done to her and who knows who else may be under that woman's control. Fluttershy was the most impacted by this confession, her lover (ex lover now) Sombra had been corrupted by his own dark magic and was never seen again. It still brought her to tears as all she could do was watch as the magic dragged him down into an empty abyss until there was nothing left but his last words which was 'I love you Fluttershy.'
She excused herself to go sob by herself.
"Is she well?" Thorn asked.
"Her and Sombra loved each other very much, one day after his mastery of dark magic, it corrupted him and dragged his body to an empty and endless abyss where he was never seen again" Applejack explained.
"I see, she must have loved him very much" Thorn said.
"She did" Dash added.
They all sat in silence for a few moments to reflect on a love bound to last forever but ended very early. Rarity got up and walked over to Shy's room to help bring her comfort in this dire situation at hand.
That snake siren named Genevieve sliced another guard's throat as he fell to the ground.
"That was fun" Genevieve said, walking out to the jail cell directory.
Looking through the directory by numbers and first names, she skimmed through it and found Adagio and Aria's names. The cell number that was keeping them in prison was cell block 47E.
"Perfect" Genevieve said to herself.
Her snake slithered through the air vents rather quickly and spotted both sirens there and came back to Genevieve with the directory of where Adagio and Aria were. She walked out, into the 4th floor where cell blocks 40 through 60 were there and it was there where Genevieve found them.
"Sisters it's good to see you" Genevieve said.
Adagio looked up and her eyes lit up like a Christmas Tree. Aria stood in fear at Genevieve, because once when they were kids she poisoned a teacher then laughed about it while Aria stood behind Adagio, shaking furiously.
"Aria are you okay?" Adagio asked.
Aria silently nodded at Adagio but couldn't really say anything beyond anything but a slight shiver. Genevieve helped Aria to her feet before walking out of the prison with Adagio and Aria, plus the dead bodies from snake venom. A beam of light from the sun bathed all three sirens, Adagio breathed in and breathed out fresh air, something that has long overdue.
"So what are we going to do now?" Aria asked, keeping her distance away from Jenna and close to Adagio.
"Well after I had played with that lovely boy I was thinking about overtaking this Taiga individual I've been hearing about. We can start there" Genevieve started to say.
"That is going to stir up a bit of difficulty but I do believe all three of us can end her" Adagio pondered.
"Yeah but how are we going to stop her?" Aria asked confused.
"I'm sure something will come up" Genevieve said.
Pinkie dashed through the street, looking down at her tracker to keep up with a strange anomaly that revealed itself and Pinkie raced over to the doughnut shop. The doors had swung open by force, which was odd for Pinkie considering her only thought could be a symbiote but none have been seen since the Chicago massacre of 96 that killed her family. All of a sudden Kassidy Black walked out of the shadows holding a powered doughnut in one hand and a severed head in the other hand. Pinkie's face turned white as snow at the utter sight of what just happened.
"So your Pinkie Flash?" Kassidy asked, taking a bite of her doughnut.
"Who are you?" Pinkie stammered to say.
"My name is Kassidy Black, the new scream symbiote and you are going to have a bad day" Kassidy said, letting the symbiote engulf her into a monstrous form.
Her long tongue and low growl backed up Pinkie but she stood her ground, even though she's looking at the same creature that killed every member of her family.
"You won't win this" Pinkie proclaimed.
Kassidy lunged at Pinkie, she dodged and grabbed her left leg and flinged the creature into a glass display case full of every flavored doughnut in Metropolis. She released a sharp tendril in an attempt to impale Pinkie, unknowing that Pinkie use her speed to deflect the tendril and performed quick punches then a bone shattered spinning heel kick to one side of her face, causing her to spin. Pinkie rushed her and uppercutted her into the air again and kicked Kassidy in the stomach, making blood come out of Kassidy's mouth. She hit a brick wall back first and hard, sliding down on the floor and looked as of she was knocked out.
"She must be done" Pinkie said, racing away back to base.
Kassidy blinked and she could feel every inch of the amount and the speed of Pinkie's punches.
Damn she was too fast for any of my attacks, even when I thought I had her on the ropes, she saw us coming
Kate walked through a portal with a bit of disappointment but not surprising considering she was faster than a speeding bullet.
"I must admit Kassidy, you lasted longer than most who fight the one named Pinkie Flash" Kate said intrigued.
Kassidy smirked before getting up and walking through the same portal she came through before.
A mist formed a woman with long purple hair with a white streak, dark purple slit eyes, wearing a red velvet dress and a diamond necklace. She watched as the portal closed.
She then took out a photo of Rarity and smirked.
My host is nearby and she will be mine

Chapter 6 Prepare For War
Pinkie raced past traffic, still struck from her recent battle with that symbiote Kassidy Black. The way she that alien parasite use her as a hose to do bad things, even if Kassidy didn't care about having that scream symbiote inside her. A single tear shredded in pity for poor Kassidy Black, but hearing that name was somehow familiar to Pinkie.
Where have I heard that name before? she asked herself.
She entered the building, took off her costume, walked into the kitchen and made herself some strawberry pancakes before eating at the dining table. Rainbow got off the elevator and Pinkie noticed she was sweating bullets like she finished training or something.
"You went training?" Pinkie asked taking a bite of a pancake.
"Yep" Dash responded, grabbing a bottle of water and drinking it down in one go.
Pinkie looked in surprise at what Dash just did. She then had to think back to when she would do the same thing even before they become a team.
"So what did you find?" Dash asked, sitting next to Pinkie.
"Kassidy Black apparently she was already doing something and it wasn't an ok thing" Pinkie explained, shaking a bit.
"Whoa Pinkie it's okay" Dash reassured her.
Pinkie held on to Rainbow then embraced her and she patted her, reassuring Pinkie that everything was going to be okay. Soft sobs could be heard as Rainbow rocked her best friend, the fear of what she had to go through when the same scream symbiote tore her family apart and she had to live with Dash. She took care of her, kept her safe until she gained the power to run faster than the speed of light. Pinkie spent hours training to perfect her control of speed, with Dash's help. Soon enough she began learning about being a hero and now she faced her greatest fear and all those memories started flooding inside the pink speedster.
"I know Pinkie, Maud along with the rest of your family are so proud of you. This is the hard part but we can get through this together" Dash stated, softly stroking Pinkie's hair.
Pinkie wanted to say something but Dash continued to hold her, wanting her to let it all out.
The mist from earlier slipped through Rarity's door and formed the woman and looked down at a sleeping Rarity. She caressed her cheek softly to get a good look to see if this was the host she was looking for. After examining Rarity's features, it let itself be enveloped into Rarity's nose. Rarity's nose turned purple slit pupils but returned to normal after blinking once, she looked around her room and found nothing except herself and all her personal belongings.
Was I dreaming? she thought.
Rarity got out of bed and walked to the observation deck where Twilight was upgrading her mech suit and goggles. Twilight tricked it out with a hidden short sword that could be brought out at will, an EMP grenade, upgraded back up power in case of unceremonious shutdown, and increased sensors like heat and X Ray vision on her goggles. Rarity was impressed at how amazing Twilight can be sometimes.
"Am I interrupting anything Twilight?" Rarity asked.
"Nope, just finished up on some upgrades on my suit to make it more battle ready" Twilight responded.
"I see" Rarity said, walking up to her friend.
"Hopefully if we can stop this Kate person, surely that will probably breathe a sigh of relief" Twilight said, setting her goggles down on her workbench.
"I'm sure we'll find her" Rarity proclaimed, giving Twilight a hug.
Twilight returned the hug and closed her eyes. Unknowing to her, Rarity moved her hands down, started feeling her out before removing herself from the embrace.
"I'm glad to have friends like you Rarity" Twilight beamed.
Rarity smiled and left with a devious smirk across her face.
Rarity is always so helpful Twilight smiled as she continued to finish her work.
Kate raised a crane to understand why her servant Crimson wasn't showing up in a couple of hours. Once the crane raised Kate's eyes widen at the sight of what she was seeing. Crimson's body was pale, had two snake bites on one side of his neck, his eyes rolled back, and was covered in seaweed. The shock on her face told the story of who would be able to kill Crimson Red.
"Who did this to you?" Kate asked, putting a hand on Crimson's cold cheek.
Kassidy dropped down behind Kate a few feet away before walking up to her. Kate turned around to face her, that's when Kassidy saw the corpse of Crimson covered in seaweed and his body was as pale as snow.
"Whoa what happened to him?" Kassidy asked shocked.
"That is what I would like to know myself" Kate answered.
The two of them were enthralled by the fact someone had murdered Crimson by a snake bite. Kate took a scan of it and put the information on her database tablet.
"Come along Kassidy I have some work to do" Kate commanded.
Both of them walked through the portal and left. Genevieve and the two other dazzlings came out from their hiding spot, with Jenna smirking, letting a copperhead snake slither around to her arm.
"It looked like she knows" Aria said.
"It will be known then our time for reckoning will begin. Let's begin the countdown" Genevieve said, walking with her two siren sisters.
Power Heroes Final Countdown
Kate examined the snake bite found on Crimson's neck along with the pale skin and seaweed, it was quite common to see a snake bite appear on his neck. The computer did a side by side comparison of the bite marks and it scanning possible snakes capable of this fatal bite. Kassidy put on her leather jacket, walking over to Kate who was watching the screen for a possible match. She could see some tension building in Kate showed a little bit of fear but not enough to cause worry.
"You really want to find who did this don't you?" Kassidy asked.
"I will find out who did this" Kate answered coldly.
Kassidy patted her on the back and walked out of the base, as soon as she left a snake attacked Kate but she caught it with one hand and caused it to disintegrate. Genevieve came out of the shadows slow clapping at the impressive display she just witnessed.
"I must say Katelyn, I am simply captivated by how your reflexes are. Most people would let a snake's venom enter their system but your different" Genevieve started.
"It was you!" Kate bellowed, with anger in her eyes.
Genevieve let out a small chuckle before continuing her point, "You think you can harness siren power by using an electromagnetic pulses to control anyone that uses it's power. Sorry to say honey but there is more to that than mind control, it can also be used as a way to cause destruction" she continued.
Her purple gemstone glowed bright as her hair began to change into snakes, her lower body changed into a snake like body as she transformed into a lamia. Kate's eyes widen at what she was seeing, Genevieve swiped his tail at Kate but she moved out of the way and teleported outside. This gave her a chance to at least catch her breath, time to contemplate that lamia transformation by Genevieve. Looking up, Adagio kicked her in the face, causing her to fall on her back and left her head up to see a shadow version of Adagio looking down at Kate and smirking insanely.
"Adagio..." Kate managed to say.
Adagio grabbed her by her collar, "I have been wanting to do this for a while and now I can" she proclaimed.
A ball of sound energy formed in Adagio's hand before she was able to use it, a symbiote short sword pierced through Adagio's heart that caused her to drop Kate and fall to the ground.
"Sorry I was late" Kassidy joked, putting her short sword away.
"Cut the jokes Kassidy, I am grateful you came and disposed of that traitor Adagio Dazzle" Kate said, standing up with little trouble.
"What's going on?" Kassidy asked worried.
"Some lamia siren named Genevieve almost took my head off with a snake attack, at least that was until she transformed into a lamia I just explained earlier" Kate responded.
"Holy shit" Kassidy said.
"I would agree with that statement" Kate said.
"So do we go after her or ask for outside help from the heroes?" Kassidy asked, contemplating their options.
"I hate to say it but we might need to ask for help from those heroes" Kate said, shuttering at the fact that she has to ask for outside help.
"You may not like it but it might be our best option" Kassidy reassured her.
"I know" Kate snarled.
Genevieve used her corruption cosmic energy to completely change Kate's base into a place where snakes roamed around, in the back behind Aria was some kind of chamber full of rattlesnakes with a deadly bite.
"Oh don't worry about those, I use those in order to mind control them to make sure they do not defy me" Genevieve said smirking at Aria.
Aria felt a little unconformable with Jenna's constant advances to conquer the world, even though that was the goal of this whole thing. She couldn't help but feel something is coming and fast approaching and time was running out.
"Hey Genevieve do you mind if I go outside for some air?" Aria asked.
"Of course dear" Genevieve responded smiling.
Aria left and ran away from that horrible place and realized her mistake, leaving there was the smartest decision she made. The city of Metropolis was a place Aria could lay low at least until this problem with Genevieve blew over. She pulled her hood over her head to conceal her identity and blended in with a crowd of people walking the streets and doing their normal business.
I hope no one finds me Aria thought to herself.
Rarity turned off the water of her shower and got out, wrapping a towel around her chest to conceal her breasts. She put her hair in a messy bun to keep it upright, that's when she noticed a white streak across one of her hair strands.
What in the world is this? Rarity picked at it.
All of a sudden a shadow version of the fashionista showed itself in the mirror smirking devilishly.
"Who are you?" Rarity asked.
"Isn't it obvious darling? I'm you when you defeated Nightmare Moon and your DNA became a part of us" the figure said.
"Wait...your that Nightmare that formed me" Rarity said, putting the pieces together.
"Yes" Nightmare said smirking.
"Leave me and my friends alone" Rarity said as she left the bathroom and into her own room.
The nightmare harboring Rarity's body smirked evilly at her plan taking effect.
Outside the door, Kassidy and Kate stood there, staring into the video camera until Twilight walked outside and shut the door behind her after noticing those two right away.
"What are you two criminals doing here?" Twilight growled, crossing her arms.
"I know we are the last people you wanted to see but this lamia siren named Genevieve basically murdered Crimson and almost killed Kate and we need some help" Kassidy explained.
Twilight raised a single eyebrow then looked at Kate and Kassidy.
"You don't need to trust us you idiotic cunt, all we need is help then we will make our leave" Kate said spiteful.
One of Twilight's eye twitched but she calmed herself down and let them both in, where the rest of the Power Heroes stood there arms crossed.
"Oh goodie the welcoming committee" Kate sarcastically said.
"Understood that we're keeping an eye on you and your little cunt friend too" Dash said, pointing at Kassidy.
All Kassidy did was stare a hole into Rainbow's soul and said nothing.
"Now that we have the peanut gallery out of the way, Twilight do you have a lab?" Kate asked.
"The observation deck is where I conduct most of my experiments" Twilight responded sternly.
The both hopped on the elevator and headed up to the observation deck where her mech suit was visible and a picture of a possible sighting of Midnight Sparkle which sparked Kate's interest.
"If I may ask, who is that?" Kate asked curiously.
"None of your business Taiga" Twilight snarled at Kate.
Kate narrowed her eyes at Twilight for that rather rude response to her important question. They both sat down and she activated a hologram of Metropolis which showed hotspots everywhere.
"So tell me about that lamia Genevieve" Twilight said, getting straight to the point.
"That snake killed Crimson and took his powers then went after me. Adagio attempted to kill me but Kassidy took her rather quickly, me and Kassidy weighed our options and came to you and your band of do gooders" Kate explained.
"Which brought us here" Twilight intervened.
"Precisely" Kate said.
Both of them took turns exchanged tactics in order to combat this lamia. Once both of them returned downstairs to the dock area, Applejack along with the others laid on the ground like there was some kind of attack, but Rarity was the only one missing and her purple bracelets were on the floor. Twilight picked them up while Kate helped everyone up from whatever or whoever attacked all of them.
"What happened?" Twilight asked.
"Rarity happened, for sum reason her went nightmare moon like and just attacked us. We tried defending ourselves but there was no water in the pitcher and then she left" Applejack said, adding in her own metaphor.
"It was scary" Fluttershy added, shivering in fear.
"Yeah I tried to defend myself but no suck luck" Kassidy said.

Twilight scanned the rattlesnake bracelets Kate and Thorn found had some kind of enchanted paralyzing enzyme in them that causes the body to shake until they stop, letting the mind control set inside the host's body until it reaches the brain, causing that mindless zombie state to come in which is what both magical girls faced down in the docks.
"So y'all faced those crazy zombie officers?" Applejack asked.
"Yes, we went toe to toe with those doughnut eating fat fuckers" Kate said sharply.
"Not all cops are bad" Fluttershy said.
Kate rolled her eyes and completely ignored with this little jackass was saying to her.
"Looks like Genevieve used the rattlesnakes poison as a paralyzing solvent to cause the brain central nervous system to freeze up, letting the mind control set in easily into those police officers and a SWAT team at the Metropolis Docks" Twilight contemplated.
"We released them with our magic" Thorn said.
"Actually I would have handled them easily, considering they are nothing but trigger happy cops" Kate said crossing her arms, completely ignoring the fact Thorn saved her twice.
Dash sneered and kept her eyes on what's really important which was trying to take out Genevieve and retrieving Rarity from the nightmare essence. Twilight went through the bit of evidence that was given to her and it did show them a bunker underneath the basement of the Hall Famer Building in Midtown Metropolis.
"My base" Kate muttered under her breath.
"Kassidy and I can go there and destroy those bracelets so she can never use them again" Dash proclaimed.
"Are you certain? That basement is full of booby traps, you sure you can access it safely?" Kate asked smugly.
"Yeah I can you smug cunt" Dash responded, putting on her hero costume.
Both Dash and Kassidy left via the elevator and on to the city streets to Midtown to track down and destroy those bracelets so no other innocent person gets caught in the crossfire.
Nightmarity woke up in bed noticing a sleeping Genevieve with a smile on her face after both of them had a wild night last night.
So adorable Nightmarity smirked before she got out of bed.
She felt her human host Rarity try to break free which gave her pain in the chest but she pushed the fashionista back and stood up straight.
"Try as you might Rarity, there is no way your going anywhere" Nightmarity said.
"My friends will save me! You'll be sorry!" Rarity shouted.
Nightmarity chuckled, put on her signature dark purple dress before leaving her bedroom and walking into the foyer where she saw a girl with twin swords, wearing a shadowbolt hoodie and gloves with the branding on top of the gloves, and black boots. She had dark blue long hair and semi green eyes staring a hole into Nightmarity as they stared at each other.
"Who are you?" Nightmarity asked, narrowing her eyes.
"Nightshade" she responded, bowing in respect.
Nightmarity took the bowing as a sign of respect, especially from a shadowbolt who used to work for Nightmare Moon or still do in this case. Nightshade stood up straight and looked into the eyes of a nightmare essence that has engulfed Rarity aka Radiance.
"Your eyes are as beautiful as the cold winter night" Nightshade complimented.
"Why thank you dear" Nightmarity blushed at the compliment she was given.
Nightshade gave out a smile before speaking again, "I have my troubles with those pathetic heroes including one in particular" she continued, holding up a photo of Fluttershy posing for a Christmas card last month.
"The brute" Nightmarity said.
"Yes, I've wanted to get my hands on her for months now, and I might just get the chance" Nightshade said smirking wickedly.
"I will allow you to destroy her...permanently" Nightmarity said.
And just like that, Nightshade used her electric/thunder powers to teleport out of the castle. A sinister smirk spread across the nightmarish fashionista as her plan to engulf the world in darkness was in full effect. Soon enough, Genevieve slithered out of bed and wrapped her arms around her lover's waist.
"Looks like somebody enjoyed their sleep" Nightmarity said with a small chuckle.
"I did, so who was that?" Genevieve asked.
"A shadowbolt named Nightshade whom wanted revenge against that brute Fluttershy" Nightmarity explained.
Genevieve smiled, placing a small kiss on Rarity before going back to embracing her.
Kassidy pry opened the door to the hideout, with Dash zapping any lingering snakes in their path into where the home computer was, she tried to activate it but no luck and seconds later it short circuited before ultimately blowing out.
"Damn that snake!" Kassidy cursed, slamming her fist to the wall creating a small crater.
Dash looked around and saw a file named Sorceress Sunset Shimmer on the file. She picked it up, looked through it with only 7 photos of her doing everyday things.
Weird Dash picked out a picture of Sunset Shimmer eating some ice cream at the park and stuffed it in her back pocket.
"Well the rattlesnakes are taken care of Rainbow" Kassidy said.
"Alright I guess we can report back to Twilight" Dash suggested.
Kassidy nodded in agreement, and left the base with Dash as they made their way back downtown.
Meanwhile Nightshade using her cloaking device to stay hidden, walked in and saw the very same file document Dash picked up earlier and this time she went through it as well.
"Sorceress supreme Sunset Shimmer eh? After I kill that pest I'll go after her" Nightshade said, walking out of the building unnoticed.

"Did ya find anything?" Applejack asked.
Kate shook her head no, other than what the current evidence about the rattlesnake charm bracelet among other things. Kassidy and Dash came in the observation deck, having some stories to tell after destroying those bracelets.
"Well after what's going on we have pinpointed where Rarity vanished off to" Twilight began, activating a security video clip of the nightmare essence going inside Rarity through her nose.
Everyone excluding Kate let out a shocked gasp.
"That explains why Rarity went coo coo" Pinkie blurted out, making the sound of a coo coo clock.
"So Twilight how do you suppose we take down this nightmare that corrupted your friend?" Kate asked blankly.
"I've come up with a theory: If I can somehow get through to her I may be able to drive the nightmare out of her. But if that doesn't work, I'll use a green ray that will separate Rarity from the nightmare" Twilight explained.
"How are you going to be able to get close enough to perform that kind of move?" Kassidy questioned.
"That part we can handle" Applejack came out and spoke.
"Before we even think about doing something like that, we have to get in her little castle Pinkie and I saw in Midtown" Dash said.
"Magic will suffice" Thorn heart said.
Twilight did have a mixture of doubt about hurting her friend but at this point there was no other solution. Kate had some self doubt as well, but she did her best to keep it hidden.
"Being that Rarity may have someone else there, it could spell trouble for us all so it's best Kate and I stay behind the front gates while you guys go inside" Thorn commanded.
"Alright" Applejack agreed.
Twilight looked at the purple bracelets sitting on the table next to her, flashes of Rarity appeared in her mind, causing her to shed a tear but Applejack gave her a hug.
"We'll get 'er back Twi I promise" Applejack proclaimed.
"Yeah" Twilight responded hopefully.
Kate tried not to understand what was going on with Twilight but for some reason she felt...different somehow. It was as if something clicked inside her head, her heart was actually (but figuratively) beating.
Hopefully when we rescue Twilight's little friend, this is going to be the beginning of the end
Fluttershy walked out of the store, eating an apple and walking down the street. Nightshade pulled out a bow and arrow, aiming it at Shy's head ready to fire.
"Goodbye brute" Nightshade said.
The arrow whizzed past everyone and once Shy wanted to take another bite of her apple, it was impaled into a wall by a stray arrow. Shy looked over and saw the apple impaled arrow on the wall, Nightshade came over and went to slash her sword but Fluttershy grabbed the sword with one hand.
She punched Nightshade straight in the stomach, making some of her organs crack and make her spill blood out of her mouth. She then went through 4 walls, slid down the 5th one and struggled to stand up. Shy walked over and looked down at the now struggling shadowbolt, as she went to pick her up, Nightshade speared her into the air flying about 4 feet up in the sky. Shy kept elbowing the back of her head, forcing her to land into an abandoned building the hard way. Rubble fell on top of both girls as they both tried to stand up and Shy charged at the shadowbolt, punching her in the face hard, causing her to bleed more from her mouth and nose. Fluttershy kept the assault going with more punches to the head, stomach, and chest. Nightshade ducked another punch then countered with an uppercut to the chin, disorienting Fluttershy. She used this as an advantage to use her electric energy ball to blast Fluttershy through a brick wall and falling outside, back first into the cold unforgiving ground.
"Hmph I guess you prove more of a challenge than I originally anticipated" Nightshade said impressed.
Fluttershy rolled on to her stomach after almost destroying her spine before Nightshade dropped down a few feet away from where Shy was.
"I expected more of a fight but I guess once I kill you, I'll go after the demon girl" Nightshade proposed, raising her sword as it sparked.
Fluttershy struggled to stand, before Nightshade could stab her, a blast of siren energy blasted her into some rubble. As Shy turned around, she noticed Aria Blaze standing there with an open palm like she went for an attack.
"Aria..." Shy managed to call out.
"I'm here to save your life Miss Saddle Rager, she was going to kill you while you weren't looking" Aria explained.
Fluttershy nodded, "It would be more effective if we teamed up against her" she proposed.
Aria nodded, a charging Nightshade ate Aria's boot as she kicked her in the face, sending her flying. Shy then increased her muscles until her skin tone turned yellow and chased after a thrown Nightshade and sucker punched her in the gut, internally bleeding her. Aria then ran over to where Shy was and could see Nightshade stayed down with blood dripping down the left side of her mouth. Shy decreased her muscles until her normal skin tone returned, minus the now ripped up shirt and pants.
"Is she dead?" Aria asked concerned.
"No she's still alive just bleeding internally" Shy replied, checking on her pulse.
Aria then hugged Fluttershy unexpectedly, out of nowhere and started sobbing on her shoulders.
"Awww what's wrong?" Shy cooed, showing a motherly side to her.
"My big sister Adagio is gone and I can't do anything to escape this" Aria squeaked out.
Fluttershy stroked her hair softly and held her close to her chest. Aria continued to sob on Shy's shoulder, feeling some comfort and is reminded of how Adagio would hold her the same way.
And that made her very happy.

Genevieve slithered over to a well lit room where she could see weapons that could destroy mankind and those heroes, she knew they would attempt to separate the nightmare essence and Rarity (Radiance). The weapons ranged from high powered rifles to swords that can also shoot energy blasts for long range or for anyone planning to fly above the castle.
These are perfect Genevieve smirked.
All of a sudden, warm hands wrapped themselves around the siren's waist. Jenna turned to see Nightmarity's breathing on her neck and it felt soft and warm so Jenna didn't object to it at all, in actuality she didn't want it to end.
"I didn't see you wake up" Jenna whispered.
Nightmarity gave her a soft kiss on the cheek, "I wanted to surprise you" she said.
"Well you did a good job" Genevieve joked.
Upon letting go, they both exchanged a soft loving kiss.
"I'm guessing your going to create an army of monsters and cause mayhem in Metropolis" Genevieve assumed.
"Not quite but your on the right track. I'm going to create a sort of humanized drager using these weapons, those heroes would never get past" Nightmarity explained.
"Ooh even better" Genevieve replied intrigued.
She smiled at the intrigued face that Genevieve's face at her plan.
"Hopefully those little heroes won't try to interfere our plans" Nightmarity said with a little malice in her voice.
They both looked in each other's eyes and placed another soft kiss on the lips before breaking the hug Nightmarity gave her earlier.
"You get everything ready Rarity, I have some unfinished business to take care of" Genevieve said to Rarity smiling.
Fluttershy continued to carry a sleeping Aria Blaze down an alleyway, looking and hearing Aria snore lightly put a smile on her face. It reminded her of when she took care of all her animals back in her hometown of San Francisco, CA except that now it was going to Aria Blaze.
She's so cute when sleeping Fluttershy smiled brightly as she stroked her hair softly.
They arrived downtown to the Power Heroes HQ where she took Aria Blaze to her quarters upstairs, left from Rainbow Dash's room. She laid the siren on her bed and pulled some covers up to her neck before leaving quietly. Fluttershy took the elevator into the observation room and noticing that her friends had already suited up.
"What's going on?" Fluttershy asked concerned.
"We're going to go find Rarity and get that spooky nightmare essence out of her" Pinkie explained, making her hands move like a ghost.
Kate facepalmed.
Fluttershy puts on her Saddle Rager costume as she joined her friends, she noticed that Twilight kept Rarity's bracelets in of the holsters.
"I hope ya know what your doing Twi" Applejack skeptically said, feeling a bit off about Twilight's plan to save Rarity.
"Once Kate and I get those doors open, you all go in and do your thing" Thorn heart planned out.
Everyone got on the elevator and took it down to where the front door before either flying or running towards Midtown.
Don't worry Rarity we're going to get you out Twilight promised.
The heroes were close to the castle, Dash looked up to see the sky turning dark, like it was going to rain or something. Instead of rain, shadow beings rained down from the clouds like a bunch of asteroids. They hit the ground hard, barely missing Dash in the process.
"What on Earth was that?" Pinkie asked confused and taken aback from this sudden phenomenon.
The shadows that fell from the sky suddenly morphed into what could only be known as a drager, a dead corpse that came back to life to kill by any means possible. One attacked Kate but Kassidy sliced the damn thing with a yellow scythe made from the symbiote in her body.
"Thank you Kassidy" Kate appreciated.
Kassidy nodded in agreement before they all set out again to the castle in Midtown so that Twilight's plan can move into position.
"What is with these dead person looming around?" Dash questioned, while at the same time using her lightning to zap the drager out of existence.
"No idea but we'll need to keep fighting back" Thorn heart answered.
Pinkie speed punched 6 of them, causing their heads to come off but created a path for her friends to cross as they all stopped in Midtown, where the force field surrounded Nightmarity's castle that Dash and Pinkie encountered before.
"So this is the fancy castle Rarity is in?" Applejack assumed.
"Yep and those mean looking hounds that keep an eye on it are in there too" Pinkie said.
"We can stall them long enough so you guys can enter the castle" Kate said, patting Pinkie on the back.
Pinkie smiled at Kate, feeling some motivation flowing through her and she gave her a big soft hug as a thank you.
Guess Kate's actually starting to grow a heart Kassidy smiled at Kate.
"What's with that smile?" Kate asked a bit of malice in her tone.
"Oh nothing" Kassidy said teasingly.
Kate raised a single eyebrow at Kassidy's bullshit answer but didn't want to waste anymore time and got into position along with Thorn heart as both of them readied their magic. Combining chaos magic (Kate Taiga) and light magic (Thorn heart) was more than enough to create a big enough hole that the heroes could go through before both magical girls closed it up to prevent anything coming in with them.
"Okay here we are, now we need to find Rarity so we can get our friend back" Dash proclaimed.
The others nodded in agreement at that statement. All of a sudden, Nightmarity and Genevieve appeared in front of the heroes.
"Looks like they came just in time" Jenna said smirking.
"Nightmare Rarity I command you to release your hold on my friend this instant!" Matterhorn commanded.
Nightmarity simply gave an earth shattering maniacal laugh at the petty threat Twilight pulled out of her. She responded with a straight punch in the face that she thought connected but Matterhorn caught her fist and headbutted her. Nightmarity felt that and seemed dazed, Matterhorn used her rocket boots to spear Rarity and herself into another room of the castle.
Genevieve smirked at the remaining heroes that were thinking about challenging her. Zapp lead the charge by rushing her and used her knee attack in the stomach of the snake siren, Pinkie sped up towards Genevieve to strike her with punches all over her body while Applejack threw one of her golden horseshoes at her but she caught it, hurled it at Zapp in the gut, crushing some of her ribs, making her spit blood before hitting the wall back first.
"Zapp!" Miss Marevelous called out, rushing over to tend to any wounds her friend suffered.
Both Rager and Kassidy readied themselves for a fight, Jenna rushed them without as so much as a warning and smacked Shy with her tail. She almost hit Scream (Kassidy) if she didn't move out of the way then clawed her face, sending her back first into a column that collapsed on top of her.
"You okay Shy?" Scream asked in a gravely voice.
"I think so, that was like getting slapped in the face with a face" Shy said, standing up with little effort.
"What happened?" Dash asked not realizing what was going on.
"Right now I think Genevieve is down at least for now" Kassidy said, letting the symbiote mask retract to reveal her face.
Twilight I hope what your doing works Applejack thought, hoping her friend's plan will work and get their friend back.

Chapter 12 Listen to Reason
Nightmarity engaged in a clash with Masked Matterhorn, she could hear Rarity screaming to be let out of this prison and reunite with her friends. Matterhorn broke the clash with a blinding light repulsor attack, causing the nightmare to shield her eyes in order to avoid that blinding light. She used that as an advantage for a bunch of quick attacks before using her jet boots to spear Nightmare Rarity into a wall, causing it to crack a little.
"Quite impressive Twilight I will say" Nightmarity said, dusting off some rubble off her shoulder.
"Tch" Twilight sneered, readying herself for another attack.
Nightmarity fired a dark energy ball towards her, Twilight tried to contain the ball but it then exploded in her face, disorienting her. This of course gave Rarity the chance to punch her square in the gut, cracking some ribs and squishing some organs. Twilight coughed up blood from her mouth before falling to her knees and hands.
"Rarity please...come back to us...we need you..." Twilight managed to say while clutching her stomach.
"Beg and plead for your weak friend all you want Twilight, she's not coming back so you might as well give up now" Nightmarity suggested.
She used her magic to levitate and paralyze the heroine from making any moves no matter how hard she struggled. That's when she noticed the purple bracelets in Twilight's holster pocket, took them out and examined them thoroughly.
"What's this? A source of your friend's power?" Rarity asked smugly.
"Put those down!" Twilight shouted.
Nightmarity smirked and dropped them to the ground before smashing them to nothing but dust. Twilight stared at it in utter horror and watched the crystals fell to pieces and reducing into dust. She wanted to scream out but her mouth remained open with no sound coming out.
"There goes your chance of getting your little friend back" Nightmarity sneered.
This would cause some unchecked rage to come out of Twilight as she fired a blast of repulsor energy at Nightmarity, which sent her flying, Twilight punched her face in repeatedly without anyone holding her back to stop this assault, but it had to happen sometime after what Nightmarity did to those purple bracelets crystals, being that she shattered them in pieces. Twilight charged at her and upper cutted Rarity so hard that it knocked the nightmare essence broke away from their friend. Rarity landed on her feet before she was pulled in for an embrace by Twilight.
"Rarity your back to normal!" I am very sorry for almost going ape on you" Twilight apologized.
"No need darling" Rarity replied smiling brightly.
The fashionista looked down at the dusty remains of those bracelets and after they were crushed by her nightmare side. Rarity put her hands over the remains and closed her eyes, all of a sudden dust turned back to crystals as the bracelets reformed in a sort of time reversal spell of some sort.
"Rarity how did you do that?" Twilight asked shocked.
"I have not the slightest clue myself" Rarity said, even more surprised herself.
She put on her bracelets and instantly transformed into her super heroine persona: Radiance with the crystals on her costume and mask.
Twilight looked in awe at the sudden costume change from Rarity to super heroine Radiance, elegance of Metropolis City.
Welcome back Rarity Twilight smiled.
Outside, Kate blasted another drager in the face which made it turn into nothing but bones.
"You okay?" Thorn asked concerned.
Kate nodded in agreement.
Without noticing what was going on, a hell hound pounced with the intention of biting Kate's head off but Aria tackled it and blasted it's head off. Kate looked over at the siren who just saved her life, she never even noticed a hell hound was trying to attack her. Aria then stood up proudly even though she was kind of shaking.
"Whoa that was amazing and possibly dangerous for you kid, what's your name?" Thorn asked surprised.
A-A-Aria B-B-Blaze ma'am" Aria trembled as she spoke.
"No need to be formal around me, I'm Thorn heart by the way" Thorn introduced in a warm/inviting tone.
Aria stood up and nodded while trying to show a half smile.
All of a sudden, the draugers and hell hounds faded into nothing which made Kate sigh in relief from almost being devoured by a bunch of devilish dogs, but since Nightmare Rarity was no more, her magic disappeared.
"So since that psycho Nightmarity is gone, does that mean our fight is over?" Thorn questioned.
"Far from it Thorn heart" Kate answered coldly.
Aria looked at them with a confused look on her face, wondering what they talking about. Suddenly, a snake tail rose from the ground and barely touched the three girls currently as they jumped a few feet away from the snake tail.
Guess they aren't done with the snake Kate thought.
It didn't take long for the now reunited heroes to join the two magical girls and siren, where Aria noticed Fluttershy she immediately gave her a hug.
"Aria your here, I thought you were sleeping back at HQ" Shy assumed.
"I woke up and well...decided to help out by saving Miss Kate Taiga before a hell hound was going to attack her" Aria explained.
Everyone looked at Kate then back at Aria, no time to think about what happened. The snake tail began to shed it's skin per say and revealed Genevieve in her human form, no longer in lamia form.
"Give up Genevieve we have you surrounded!" Matterhorn shouted.
Genevieve just smirked then all of a sudden, human sized king cobra snakes rose up and had glowing red eyes staring back at the heroes and Aria.
"How did she do that?" Zapp asked shockingly at what she was currently seeing.
"I don't know but it looked like we are going to fight them in order to get Genevieve" Kate said.
Everyone geared up for the final battle to save Metropolis City.

Chapter 13 SaNiTy Breakdown
"Darling I have a LOT of questions, I'll start with this one: What the hell is that?" Rarity asked flabbergasted.
"King Cobra's....all over the place" Kate answered.
They hissed, barring fangs and making biting and chomping sounds which freaked out Kassidy through her symbiote suit.
"This is kinda odd and kinda creepy at the same time" Kassidy said.
"Humans of this world! For too long, sirens have never achieved dominating the planet! Now the time has come for a new outlook, a new formation, a new day for this pathetic world!" Genevieve proclaimed loudly, smirking down at the heroes.
"She's crazy" Zapp said, stating the obvious.
"Thank you Dash I would have never figured that out" Kate said sarcastically.
Zapp rolled her eyes but now was not the time for having a argument, right now they needed to deal with these king cobras snakes that just appeared out of nowhere as Genevieve looked on with a devious smirk across her face.
Pathetic humans Genevieve smiled.
"So Matterhorn, please tell me you have a plan" Kassidy said in a gravely voice.
"I may but we may have to hit them really really hard" Matterhorn responded.
"Legit" Applejack said.
The heroes and Kate along with Kassidy and Thorn heart began to fend off these cobras. Pinkie speed punched some of them, causing most to fly into the air before hitting the ground hard. Saddle Rager caused a small earthquake to knock a few of them off balance while Matterhorn used some quick attacks, one grabbed Twilight by the neck, with an attempt to inject snake venom inside her bloodstream. Dash fired an electric blast that forced the cobra to let Twilight go and the cobra fell to the ground.
"Thanks Dash I owe you one" Twilight said gratefully.
"No need" Dash responded smiling.
Kassidy and Applejack worked together to take out some cobras by either scratching their faces off or throwing golden horseshoes.
"Hoo wee! This is like wrangling a stray bull back at the dude ranch!" Applejack bellowed.
Kassidy gave her a confused look through her symbiote mask but didn't question it.
After the most awesome team up ever, Kassidy's mask melted to reveal her actual face, she had a combination of shock and amazement from what Applejack and her did to these king cobras.
"This is AWESOME!" Kassidy shouted, smiling brightly.
AJ only expressed a warm comforting smile at what her partner said. A small explosion created a small puff of smoke, a king cobra tried to attack Marevelous but Kassidy drove her claw into the cobra's heart, making it screech until it stopped moving.
"Thanks for the help" Applejack said.
"No problem" Kassidy replied, smiling.
Twilight and a newly reunited Rarity fought off cobras side by side. Butterflies entered in Twi's stomach, being that one of her friends is now unshackled by the nightmare essence and once again reunited with her friends. Rarity used a purple hammer to do a baseball style hit that sent the cobras flying halfway across Metropolis.
"HOME RUN!" Twilight bellowed.
Rarity giggled.
Why must be she result in idiotic jokes Kate sneered.
Genevieve watched as the heroes one by one destroyed her precious army that she thought they would be killed but she shrugged, knowing those heroes are strengthen in numbers. She decided to drop down in front of the heroes and the anti heroes.
"So you've decided to come down" Thorn said blankly.
"I suppose it would be nice to see what you all can do. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself" Genevieve recited a quote.
Twilight and the others got ready for whatever was going to happen. Genevieve let out a sinister cackle as her gemstone began to glow brightly, an eruption began to happen so rapidly and it got so bad that Pinkie and Applejack had to steady themselves.
"What is going on now?" Kassidy shouted, keeping herself from losing balance.
Matterhorn checked her goggles to sense a seismic activity ranging an 8.7 earthquake. A large snake like tail rose from the ground and whipped around violently, making everyone including Kate who teleported a few feet away. The group moved away a few feet away from the sudden snake tail.
"What in tarnation is that psycho thinkin'?" Marevelous questioned.
"No idea" Zapp responded.
"It's better we try to figure out what's going on and try to eliminate her" Kate suggested.
Power Heroes Final Countdown
Regrouping on top of a building, the heroes looked at the giant snake tail that appeared out of nowhere and almost whipped them out of existence if they didn't move fast enough. Kate had a look of disdain on her face because this snake siren has not only taken the life of Crimson Red but also Adagio's life as well, the one thing she wanted to do was subject Genevieve to every torture before ultimately ending her.
"How in the hell do we stop something like that?" Dash questioned looking a little shocked.
"We may have to use a bit of stealth in order for us to achieve victory" Kate suggested.
The rest of the group contemplated what Kate suggested as a plan but Twilight was lost in thought about her sudden rush to anger that caused the nightmare essence and Rarity to separate from each other. Just thinking about it made the super heroine tear up a little but she wiped it away before Fluttershy walked over to her.
"You okay Twilight?" Shy asked concerned.
Twilight took off her goggles before embracing Fluttershy all of a sudden.
"I used my anger to complete a mission when I had something planned out. I could have killed Rarity, I am a horrible friend" Twilight squeaked out.
"Twilight darling if it was you taken over by that nightmare essence I would have done the same thing" Rarity beamed, putting one hand on Twilight's shoulder.
The purple haired super heroine felt so much better at what Rarity said. If the roles were reversed and it was Twilight taken over by an evil presence, Rarity would have done the same thing. The way Rarity spoke those words touched Twilight's heart that it almost hurt, Twilight gave her friend a great big hug in response. Rarity was kind of surprised but returned the kind gesture, much to Kate's disgust.
"What's with that face boss?" Kassidy asked.
"I have a distaste for things that considered what you people call happy" Kate responded coldly.
"There's nothing wrong with it, they feel a bit more confident than before" Kassidy beamed.
"I will look into what you say miss Black" Kate hissed, keeping her professional nature in tact.
"Y'all can yap when we're not dead, right now we have this god forsaken snake tail in the middle of the street" Applejack blurted out.
"I am thinking we could try circling around it and see what happens" Dash suggested.
Kate raised an eyebrow at what Dash suggested, the mere fact she even said that just made her feel so...dumb. For someone who is supposed to be smart, that was a stupid idea.
"Dash darling I don't think that will work. All we need to do is destroy that snake tail and go after that dreadful woman" Rarity said.
"Yea your right sorry hehe" Dash responded, feeling a little embarrassed.
Idiot girl Kate thought.
The group of heroes looked down at the snake tail that was still ravaging in the streets, Twilight pressed a side button on her goggles to indicate where a weak spot could be seen.
"You see anything Twilight?" Thorn asked.
"Hmm...nothing yet but I have a hunch that if we give it just the right amount of shock, it may cause the tail to disappear" Twilight explained.
"A shock? I can do that" Dash said with a smile.
"Don't break your neck Zapp" Kate said dryly.
Dash gave a bit of a smirk before flying down in a streak of lightning and caused a small crater, with her eyes changing white and little sparks coming out. Genevieve turned around to see a pissed off Zapp and had a devilish smile on her face.
"Oh hello Zapp, as you can see your friends have no chance to help you" Genevieve proclaimed.
"That's what you think!" Zapp responded sharply.
Her hands began to spark violently before blasting at the snake tail, causing it to explode into pieces. Dash then punched Jenna in the face, making her fly into the air. Twilight flew over, tackling Genevieve into a wall as it cracked and fell to the ground.
The snake siren struggled to stand up but got knocked back down with a punch to her gut by Twilight.
"You have caused so much pain to alot of people! You took my best friend from me and I will end you!" Twilight bellowed.
She readied her repulsor and fired it, Genevieve fell down and was met with a speed induced punch to the face which broke a few teeth out. Genevieve hit a few walls before Rager (Fluttershy) grabbed her by the hair and slammed her face first into the concrete pavement.
"You heroes may have won this fight....but HE will come and when he does you'll be sorry" Genevieve managed to say while spitting out blood.
"We'll take down anything you so called villains send our way" Zapp proclaimed.
Rarity created make shift handcuffs on Jenna until the cops and SWAT teams that Kate called during the one sided beat down, they took the snake siren away from the city to be carried off to prison.
"That's the end of that story" Rarity said, "I am glad that I was able to be saved by my best friends."
Twilight hugged Rarity tightly, sobbing quietly in her arms.
"It's alright darling" Rarity cooed, stroking her hair softly.
"Well we should be off then, I sincerely hope we NEVER meet again. Having you heroes around would ruin my reputation and I have an image to protect" Kate sneered.
Her and Kassidy walked away, Dash was about to attack her to make her pay but Applejack stopped her and shook her head. Kate created a portal, stepped through with Kassidy following behind her before it closed.
"Now we need to know who this HE person Genevieve was talking about" Dash said.
The heroes and Thorn heart agreed.
"If you heroes need me don't hesitate to ask" Thorn heart said disappearing into the day.
Everyone looked back but knew that they had to figure out who this HE person was. The most flustered about this situation was Twilight who was ready to do some research on this matter.
Power Heroes Final Countdown
"Okay everyone we need to find Rarity and quickly before she does something drastic, so we'll split up and look at each corner of the city until we find her" Twilight said, putting on her goggles.
Everyone including Kate and Kassidy nodded in agreement with Twilight's plan. Thorn heart kept her distance around those two after what Kate did to her, she was just glad once this whole Genevieve situation was taken care of, Kate will be a distant memory.
Pinkie and Dash sped over to midtown, Twilight and Kassidy stayed in Metropolis downtown, Kate teamed up with Thorn heart to head for the docks to look for clues, and Fluttershy took Applejack over to the Diamond District.
Rarity wherever you are please explain why your doing this Twilight thought, wiping a single tear from her eyes.
Dash flew above Pinkie and looked around for any signs of Rarity but so far they found nothing, all of a sudden Pinkie abruptly stopped which caused Dash to do the same and drop down in front of her friend.
"What's wrong Pinkie?" Dash asked.
"Corruption" Pinkie said.
That's when she noticed the townspeople had been corrupted and transformed into some kind of shadow monster. One of the monsters spotted Dash and went for an attack but with quick thinking Zapp shocked the monster like a turkey, causing it to disappear into smoke. Pinkie speed punched the rest of them and they faded into pure smoke and nothing else, reverting back to normal humans with no memory of what happened.
"Huh that's weird, once I zapped one out of existence, all it did was fade into smoke. I wonder why that happened" Dash questioned, scratching under her chin.
"No idea Dashie but it would explain that" Pinkie responded, pointing to an oddly placed castle.
Dash started at it wide eyed, "Where the hell did that get placed here?!?"
Pinkie just shrugged. Both girls went over to the entrance but a force field pushed them both back a few feet.
"Of course she would have a force field" Dash said coldly, helping her friend to her feet.
"At least we found she is but we need to figure a way past this force field" Pinkie said.
While they took their time, low growling got into both of their ears as hell hounds appeared and began walking towards the rainbow haired storm girl and the pink speedster. Dash charged an electric circuit and punched one as hard as she could but it had no effect on it and the blow hit her back 10 times more and she crashed into Pinkie Pie.
"We should head back downtown" Pinkie suggested.
Dash nodded in agreement, both of them left the castle. Inside the castle, Nightmarity (as she goes by now) watched from a stain glassed window as Dash and Pinkie went away.
Nightmarity smirked before looking at a wedding photo of her and Spike before he sacrificed himself to save Rarity. A tear fell down her face then she set the photo down and got comfortable in her chair.
"This is going to be fun to watch" Nightmarity said to herself.
Thorn and Kate walked out of the portal, into the docks where Kate found Crimson dead at the bottom of the sea. Just a mere sight of what she had to see still left a bitter taste in her mouth.
"Is there something wrong Kate?" Thorn asked.
"No I am fine" Kate said sternly.
Thorn noticed something about to happen so she pulled Kate out of the way of a gunshot that could have hit Kate. Getting up, she spotted 4 squad cars of police officers and one SWAT armored truck, guns all drawn at them. Thorn noticed they were wearing some weird rattlesnake bracelets that were controlling them and their actions.
"Genevieve" Kate cursed out.
"What do we do Kate? We can't use our full power on them" Thorn asked confused on how they will fight them without causing any kind of serious injury.
Kate sent her magic to sun and she attacked the police officers, stunning them before burning the bracelets to nothing to ash. The SWAT team fired at Kate but Thorn shielded her then used a shockwave like attack to send them flying into the armored truck, Kate walked over to one of the rattlesnakes and crushed each one of them under her feet, not caring about their well being and Thorn could see it in Kate's eyes.
"Once I find that snake I will reduce her to nothing" Kate proclaimed, squishing a rattlesnake in her hands.
That would explain a lot of things about her Thorn contemplated.
"I do believe we have to report our findings to Twilight" Kate said, calming down.
Kate opened a portal and both magical girls walked through, meeting up with Dash and Pinkie Pie who look like they saw Hell and lived to tell about it.
"What did you both find?" Kate asked.
"We found Rarity in this odd looking castle down in midtown, it was surrounded by a force field" Dash began.
"Yea and it had these mean looking dogs walking around it and when Dashie tried to punch one, it didn't have any effect" Pinkie blurted out.
Kate facepalmed when Pinkie called the hellhounds "mean dogs" but then she forgot who she's dealing with.
"Those were hellhounds Pinkie, the only way you can defeat those little pests is with magic" Kate said with a little frustration in her voice.
Rainbow was about to shock Kate but Pinkie stopped her, they had bigger problems to deal with.
"Kate and I found one of this lamia's devices she used to control the police and SWAT teams" Thorn said as she pulled out a crushed but still usable rattlesnake bracelet.
"Whoa she used that?" Pinkie asked, her interest sparked.
This idiotic speedster acts like she has never seen mind control magic before Kate rolled her eyes.
"We should head inside and see if all this can link together" Thorn suggested.
Kate, Pinkie, and Rainbow nodded in agreement and all 4 of them walked back inside the base, then up to the observation deck.
Aria got thrown into a trashcan and struggled to stand, Genevieve grabbed her by her throat and lifted her up.
"Oh Aria you disappoint me, I gave you an opportunity to live out a dream to takeover this world but you chose to run away. So utterly pitiful" Genevieve stated.
Aria could feel her breathing slowing down as Jenna choked her more but all of a sudden, repulsor blasts hit the lamia, forcing her to release her grip on Aria and disappear quickly. Twilight dropped down while Kassidy took out the rest of the corrupted townspeople before walking over to Aria. She looked shaken up but was willing to leave with them without protest.
A memory of Twilight entered, the image of her rushing to the hospital to go see her brother Shining Armor and how his last emotion was facing death with a smile and Twilight mourning his death, even to this very day it still hurts. Just looking at Aria that way was something Twilight had to bear even when she did decide to become a hero, it took a broken man to open her eyes. Kassidy noticed this from Twilight but said nothing out of respect and privacy.
"We should get Aria some medical attention just in case" Kassidy proclaimed.
"Good idea" Twilight said, jetting over to the hospital.
The nurses and doctors helped Aria settle in and made her feel comfortable, that put a smile on Twilight's face even if it was a little while but she didn't care. Kassidy patted Twilight on the back before the both of them left the hospital so Aria could have the treatment she needs.
I'm just glad we were able to help her Twilight felt proud of what she did.
The castle doors opened to reveal Genevieve slithering inside as the hellhounds perked up but didn't attack her. She made herself known in the foyer where Nightmarity sat on her throne.
"The lamia siren of legendary tales, do what do I owe the pleasure?" Nightmarity asked.
"I came into this wonderful castle to offer a team up of sorts to combat those heroes" Genevieve offered, bowing in respect.
Nightmarity got up from her seat and walked up to the lamia, her coils wrapped around her softly. Rarity bestowed a soft yet passionate kiss to the lamia.
"I accept your offer" Nightmarity said.
Genevieve kissed Rarity deeply, pulling her body closer to her.
