Daring Doo was Silverstreak's idol throughout her childhood. She'd always wanted to go looking for adventure, but never found it, or her cutie mark. Once she's found it though, it turns out there's no getting away, and now she has a dog to deal with.
Most ponies are aspirational, optimistic and blessed by fate with special talents. Their tales of adventure are full of heroism and bravery.
The reality, for Silverstreak, is far less rose-tinted and simple. Sometimes fate is both a blessing as a curse. Sometimes you end up with far more on your plate than you or the dog you’re stuck with can chew.
