//-------------------------------------------------------// Drawing a Blank: An Amnesiac's Journal. -by Kamen-Zero- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Two. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Two. March 5th: Pancakes are good. I guess sleeping in isn't allowed in Twilight's home, even though I almost died yesterday, but whatever. It's fine. I'm not even mad. I am extremely mad. So today was weird. After being rudely awakened by the purple princess, a nickname she hates for the record, I was taken downstairs to be fed. And to my surprise and Twilight's we found that Pinkie Pie pony from yesterday making pancakes. Pancakes! Darn good ones if I might add. I don't know if I have ever had pancakes before today, but I think I've found my new favorite breakfast food. Though if I'm going to be honest, I couldn't help but feel like there was some ulterior motive to this act of kindness. She just kept on asking me a bunch of random questions. "What party games do you like?" "Do you prefer chocolate or strawberry cake?" "What's your favorite balloon color?" From what I could tell she was planning some kind of party. And then she straight up told me she was planning a party to welcome me to the town of Ponyville. And I wish I was making that name up. That's like if I came from a town called Humanburgh. I really wish I'm not from a town called Humanburgh. So after eating more then my fair share of those pancakes, the pink pony left to go plan her party. That's something to look forward to in a few days or so. So anyway, let's talk about unicorns for a second. Apparently they can teleport. I learned this the hard way when that Starlight pony just popped up out of thin air and nearly gave me a heart attack. She said she found a spell that could help me get my memory back. So we went up to go try it. The last thing I remember was a searing, sharp pain all through out my body. The next thing I know I'm on the floor, in an entirely different room, unable to catch my breath. I was covered in sweat, and I was exhausted. And not like the "I just worked all day and now I want a nap" exhausted, I'm talking more like "I just ran sixty miles after studying for six tests" exhausted. So I did the only logical thing: I took a nap, right then and there. I don't know how long it was until I woke up, but apparently whatever had spell did to me had also tired out Twilight somehow, because when I woke up she was also asleep on the floor. Now if this sounds really creepy, I'm sorry. But she is just so ADORABLE when she's asleep. Her ears just twitching around every now and then, and the little mumbles she makes. SO CUTE. If they made toys of this pony, I'd by twelve. And then she started to wake up, so I quickly made it look like I was still sleeping so she wouldn't catch me watching her sleep. And now that I'm actually writing this down, it sounds WAY creepier then it was. But I think she fell for my clever ruse, as after I heard her getting up, I heard what could only be described as her going "daww" before gently trying to wake me. Acting tired and groggy wasn't to hard. Mostly because I still was. Just after that she got a reply from that Princess friend of hers. I don't know what it said, but it seemed to upset her a bit. I asked her what was wrong, and she said that it might take awhile to figure out anything about me. She seemed pretty upset about that. So I did what any rational person would do: I tried to make her feel better. I told her that I didn't mind waiting, that it was what it was. And while it seemed to help her feel more at ease, it got me thinking. What if we can't find my memories? What if we can't find out where I came from? What would I do then? I hadn't really taken the time to think about it before, but it's pretty scary not knowing anything about yourself. Especially when you're the only human, apparently, in a land of ponies. Now that I'm writing this all out, I don't think I've ever felt so alone before. I'm going to go to bed now. I don't need to be thinking like this. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Three. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Three. March 6th: A Party. So sleeping in is still forbidden in this accursed place. That's a thing I'm going to have to get used to. But if the Purple Princess thinks she can make me an early bird that easy, then I'm going to give her the fight of her life. But we did get to eat breakfast together, and that was pretty nice. Though Starlight and Spike kept making a lot of monkey jokes at my expense, and nobody would tell me why they were funny! It was really annoying. Thankfully it didn't last long as Rarity came in. Now when she said she would make me some clothes, I was expecting maybe a shirt or two, a pair of pants, and some socks and underpants like I asked for. What did she actually do? She basically made me an entire wardrobe. In TWO DAYS. So now I have enough clothes for every day of the week, twice over, before I even need to worry about doing my laundry. Oh poop I forgot to ask her how I should wash these. Also where to wash these. I'll have to do that the next time I see her. Back to today. So after getting my new clothes, and avoiding having to try and explain underwear again (I'll have to remember to do something really nice for Rarity for that), I went to go try them on. And thankfully they all fit perfectly (they better have after that session of "getting my measurements") . Now, she told me that a lot of them weren't very flashy, but they were certainly colorful. Various shades of red blue and green, among other colors, were all accounted for. None of them were necessarily gaudy, per say, just bright. Some of them even had some nice designs on them. But eventually I found a nice dark blue shirt with some grey pants. I like to think I look better in darker colors. And then, everything started EXPLODING downstairs. I was later told that those blasts were caused by something called "Party Cannons," which only raised further questions but whatever. These ponies are freaking crazy, I should just learn that their definition of "normal" is WAY different then mine. But anyway, as I was running to try and see what was happening, I ran into Twilight and Spike. Literally. Remember that party that Pinkie Pie was apparently planning for me? The one I was expecting to be in a few days or whatever? Yeah, turns out it was TODAY. And while that was a bit surprising, it wasn't anything I was to worried about. It was just a party, what could go wrong? And then Spike made some comment about me knowing a lot despite my current memory condition. I don't remember exactly what he said, and that got me thinking again. The same thoughts I had yesterday were coming back again. And I couldn't push them back this time. They just kept coming, I was thinking in circles and I couldn't stop. I felt like I was about to start crying right there in the middle of the hallway. And then Twilight stepped in. She tried to see if I was okay. I tried to make it look like I was. There was a party today, the both of us didn't need to be moping about the whole time. So I tried to press forward, but she saw right through me. She wouldn't let me go until I told her the truth. So I did. I told her I was scared, that I was worried that my memory might not come back. And then she threw my words from yesterday right back in my face. I don't know how she did it, but somehow that short talk helped. Something about the way she looked at me, there was something in her eyes that felt more real? I don't know. But something about the way she looked at me made me feel at ease. Journal, do you remember my first entry in you? Well, I hope you do because those pages are still there. But I had wondered if Twilight's helping me was part of her duty as the Princess of Friendship. I mean, it made sense after all. At least to me. But the way she looked at me today was more sincere. And now I feel bad about making that assumption. She wasn't being nice to me because of her job or duty or whatever. She's been doing this out of the kindness of her own heart. Heck, that's probably how she became the Princess of Friendship! Am I a bad person for assuming she was only helping me because of her job? Anyway, I should get back to today's recap before I become a mopey mess. Well, MORE of a mopey mess. So after my little mental breakdown we went down to the party. Twilight gave a quick speech to the guests before she let me come down, she was trying to prematurely tame the reactions, and I think it worked. Kind of. As soon as I started going down the stairs, all eyes were on me. To say it was a bit intimidating would be an understatement. I've seen that look in their eyes before. Some of Twilight's friends gave me the same look when they first met me, and I'm pretty sure I gave a similar one to Twilight when we first met. They didn't know what to make of me. They were scared of me. So I did the only thing I could: I tried to make myself look as friendly as possible with my own little speech before actually going down to the party floor. Twilight told me that they would lighten up after awhile, and at first I didn't believe her. But man, when she's right, she's RIGHT. It took a bit of time, and some help from Twilight and the others to help me break the ice, and the townspeople started opening up a bit. It was a great time. I didn't have time to get on a name-to-name basis with everyone there, but I was able to meet a few of them. In particular, I met Applejack's family (turns out I also had the right spelling for her name), and they're all really nice. Pony kids are so small and cute, especially when they have big ribbons in their hair that are almost as big as their entire head. I also met the Cake Family, who Pinkie Pie works for. And there were some others who were nice, but again, I was meeting SO many ponies that it was hard to keep track of all of them. But anyway, the party went on for awhile, but eventually it ended and I came up here to go to bed. Actually, it's more like I came up here to collect my thoughts about today before going to bed. Today was a weird day. But it was nice. I think I'm going to like it here. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Four. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Four. March 7th: Tour De Ponyville Rarity told me that's Prench for "Tour of Ponyville." Not the most exciting title for one of these, and I feel like it's meant to be "French" and not "Prench," but it works out fine enough. Gives me a nice title for one of these things anyway. I'm still not sure why I'm giving these things titles in the first place, but I like doing it. Anyway, today was pretty eventful so I'll start from the top and work my way down. So during breakfast, I was able to convince Twilight to show me around the town. It didn't take much persuasion, she seemed pretty eager to show me around her stomping grounds. Almost a little to eager. So we went around to a bunch of different places to give me a general lay of the land. Up first was the market place. It was a pretty busy location, ponies walking around and going about their shopping. Most of them were at the party yesterday, but there were a few who weren't able to make it for one reason or another. I got a few looks, but nothing as bad as my "big reveal" as Rarity had put it. I got to see that Big Mac guy, Applejack's brother if I didn't mention him yesterday, again. He was running his family's apple stand. He doesn't talk much, but I think he likes me. Or at the very least tolerates me. That man stallion is an enigma. I ended up buying a few apples so it didn't seem like I was just wasting his, and everyone else's time. And yes, I had to borrow some money from Twilight. Don't judge me like that! I still don't even know how much a "Bit" is worth! Speaking of, I should probably get around to that at some point. Also, I also remembered something today! I am NOT a fan of green apples. Like, at all. Give me red or yellow any day. Next was the local School House. Don't know why we had to go there, it's not like I'm going to be attending the school. Unless Twilight is planning something, more on this as it develops. But I asked for a tour of the town, and I guess this is part of the town. Then we went to the theater, Ponyville town hall and the Ponyville Hospital. Nothing exciting happened in any of those places, but I know where they are now. That might come in handy later on. Also in that same general category, I was shown the residential area. I probably won't be going there much. Oh, and before I forget, I also got to see the bookstore. Twilight had sidetracked us in that direction to see if a new book had come in. And it did, so that made her happy. She's apparently the town's resident bookworm, if the store clerk was anything to go off of. Considering that she has her own personal library? I believe it. Anyway, our first BIG stop was the Carousel Boutique, which is were Rarity works, and lives apparently. Hey, working from home saves on both rent and morning commute time, so I can't fault her for efficiency. We actually stopped there for some quick tea before we went on with the tour. But the whole time, I swear her cat was glaring at me like I was the embodiment of evil or something. I don't think that cat likes me. In fact, not a lot of animals like me apparently. More on that later. After tea, those apples we had eaten earlier had worn off, so it was time for lunch. And instead of going back to the castle, Twilight decided to take care of two birds with one stone and continue the tour with a place called Sugar Cube Corner. A very colorful building even compared to the rest of the town, that seems to be the town's primary bakery. Just walking into that place made my nose go nuts from all the fresh baked bread and pastries. It was a good lunch. Also got to see Pinkie Pie again, and apparently she rents out the shop's upper loft as her home. What is it with ponies working out of their own home? Do they all do that? But after lunch we had to move on, and move on we did to the lifeblood of the town: Sweet Apple Acres. Apparently the town had been built around this farm, so it was cool to see a place with so much history. And as someone who doesn't have history of his own, I can appreciate that. What was not cool was Applejack's dog whatever her name was Winona. See, remember when I said animals don't like me? This was the first big hint at that. The dog saw me before I saw it, started barking, and gave me flashbacks to my encounter with those Timberwolf things. As you'd expect, I reacted like a personally rational individual who was undergoing a traumatic episode. And no, I did NOT jump into a tree like a scared cat. If anyone told you that I did, they were lying. Regardless of my bravery in the face of deep trauma, the tour went on. We decided next to stop by Fluttershy's surprisingly cute little house. Fun fact: apparently I was only a fifteen minuet walk from this place when I was found in the forest. Glad to know I chose a good direction to run! Anyway, Twilight wanted to get Fluttershy's opinion on the whole "animals hating me" thing, since apparently she's Ponyville's local animal expert. She then proceeded to introduce me to all sorts of animals. Birds, beavers, fish, chickens, a few rabbits, and unlike the dog from the farm they all seemed to like me. Enough so that Twilight and Fluttershy went inside for a moment to talk while I socialized with the cute little creatures. And then, one of the rabbits had decided it didn't like me, and attacked me. Now, how could a cute little bunny rabbit ever possibly hope to hurt me? It couldn't. Plain and simple. It didn't worry me to much. The bear it was riding on, however? Yeah, that's what had me running...What? Wouldn't you run if you were being chased down by a BEAR? Thought so. I don't remember very clearly what happened after that. The last thing I can recall is Fluttershy jumping in front of me with this look in her eyes and then everything just kind of went blurry, and I was very afraid for some reason. Like, VERY afraid. Not "aah, something scary" kind of scared. More like, "you wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat" kind of scared. The kind of scared that makes you weary of every little nook and cranny for what could be hiding in there. And I thought Luna was scary. The next thing I know I'm laying on her couch, and she's profusely apologizing for letting me get caught in the crossfire of "the stare." I don't know what "the stare" is, and I don't want to know. If anyone ever tries to explain, I will put my hands over my ears and scream until they stop. So after that, Twilight and I both agreed to end the tour there for the day. I had seen enough of the town's major locations to know my way around, but it was time to call it a night. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Five. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Five. March 8th: Tour de Ponyville, solo round. Okay I couldn't come up with a title for this one, so I'm borrowing yesterday's. But it isn't an inaccurate name, because that's exactly what I did! Basically at some point before I woke up, Twilight had left because of something called the "Cutie Map." Starlight explained it was a "Friendship Emergency," I still don't know exactly what that means, but it did mean she'd be out of town for some time. But she didn't leave me entirely out to dry, she left me a bag of Bits in case I wanted to go exploring the town again. So I decided to do exactly that, wishing Starlight a good day as I made my way out. So off I went on my little adventure, with a bag of Bits in hand. I wasn't to worried about getting lost, Twilight's castle wasn't exactly hard to see from a distance. Seriously, this thing clashes with the town like nuts. Must be a new addition or something. It's very shiny. And tall. But anyway, I was just wandering around the town. Some ponies stopped and chatted with me a bit, I think they were at the party, but I couldn't quite recall as there were a LOT of ponies at that party. But they were understanding about that, and then they went on their business. And so did I! Even if I didn't have any business. I was just looking around, really. And there were a lot of things I missed yesterday. This town has a joke shop, a party shop, a cafe, a store that only sells quills and sofas for SOME reason, and a bowling alley. Just to name a few. This town is surprisingly big, way bigger then I thought it was. Actually, speaking of that party shop, I actually looked around there for a bit only to find one of my favorite new friends; Pinkie Pie. She was "resupplying her arsenal" in the aftermath of my party. I'm a little concerned about the fact she constantly uses military terminology for her parties, even more so now that I'm remembering that she sets up for these parties with CANONS. "Professional Party Pony" is right, I wouldn't be surprised if she had some kind of secret lab or something where she studied the dynamics of party-based-warfare or whatever. Note to self: ask the Cakes if Pinkie Pie has a secret party lab for the study of party-based-warfare under Sugarcube Corner. So moving on with my day, I decided to move on with my little quest. I found a cool restaurant called the Hay Burger. That serves hay burgers. I thought it was just a name, so I decided to try one. Turns out that they are made of hay. And humans don't eat hay. I took one bite and I started choking on the darn thing. Thankfully the staff there knew how to handle people choking on food. I apologized for the trouble and asked if I could just swap out the burger with something else, even if I had to pay for it. I explained the whole "humans don't eat hay, didn't know there was hay in there, and I thought they were named after the restaurant" thing. To my surprise, they quickly made up a grilled cheese sandwich, an item that I don't think was even on the menu, and a free order of onion rings as an apology. So now I know what to order the NEXT time I go there. And yes, I'll be going there again. Sure I almost died, but it was my own fault and those onion rings were WORTH almost dying for. Really freaking good. 10/10, would almost die again for some of those. Back to my adventure, I spent the remainder of the day, you guessed it, wandering around. Aimlessly. Nothing really happened about that. Well, except for ONE thing. Apparently word had gotten out about me reliving my canine based trauma at the hands paws of Applejack's dog. And someone decided it would be funny to try and replicate that effect. You know, as a joke. This is where Rainbow Dash comes into play. I'm sure you can see how that went. If you can't? She suck up really close behind me and started making dog barking sounds. Really loudly. Right in my ear. So I do the only logical thing and hide in a bush. And then I hear the laughter. She was SO proud of herself for that little joke. I however was not happy, and decided to take action. And then I remembered that pegasuses pegasi can fly. And Rainbow can fly very, very fast. So my revenge was not as grand as I would have liked. She said she was sorry, and then just flew off. If it was an actual apology or not, I don't know. Everything that comes out of her mouth sounds either snarky or sarcastic. But just you wait, rainbow horse. As I told you earlier, I WILL have my revenge, and it WILL be legendary. Someone will write a book about it, and it'll get its own toy line. Sorry, got a little carried away there. Anyway, after losing sight of my target, I ran into Spike and Starlight on their way to the train station. Apparently Twilight's business out of town had warped up and they'd be back soon. I don't know HOW they knew that, apparently this "Cutie Map" thing tells them when the problem's finished, which I don't understand at all. But then again, I'm currently living in a town of magical ponies, so who am I to judge? So the three of us all go down to greet Twilight and Rarity at the train station, and we got there just as her train pulled in. And they looked like they'd been ran through the wringer a few times, if you know what I mean. But regardless, the two were happy to see a bunch of warm smiles greet them at the train station. Not much else happened after that, save for us all returning to our respective homes, eating dinner, and getting ready for bed. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day One. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day One. March 4th: My arrival. So today has been an interesting day. I'm not really good at this whole "journal" thing, or at least I can't remember if I am or not, so I don't really know where to start. So I guess I'll just start from the beginning? My name is Drew. Or at least that's what we've all agreed to call me since I don't remember what my real name is. It's actually a pretty funny play on my current situation if you ask me. "Drew" being the past tense for "draw," and I'm "drawing a blank" because of the amnesia. I don't think the others thought it was as funny as I did, but it will work until I figure out what my real name is. Anyway, I said I was going to start from the beginning and then I got side tracked by my name. Back to "the beginning," it all started when.. Well, I don't know exactly WHEN it started. It was likely a few hours ago, I was running away from something or someone. I don't exactly know, and I din't look back to see what it was. Even if I did, it was to dark for me to have even seen what it was. What I do know is this: it wasn't friendly, and it was gaining on me. I didn't know how long I had been running, but I was starting to tire myself out pretty bad. All I could remember thinking at the time was "I want a way out" over and over. But you know, in a panic and all that. And then there was a bright light. The next thing I know, I'm running face first into a tree. But whatever was chasing me was gone! So that was a plus! Even if I hurt my face really bad, but I wasn't being chased anymore! Things were starting to look up! Until I realized that I had no idea where I was. I didn't know where I was in that dark hallway earlier, but that's beside the point. I spent the next few hours just wandering around the forest looking for someone to help me. Maybe a town or a hut or something where I could find some help me figure out where I was. And honestly? Not the worst part of my day. It was a bit eerie, a bit damp from the morning dew, but it was honestly a bit relaxing just wandering around and taking in the beauty of nature. During my blind wandering, I found this really old looking castle just sitting in the middle of it all. And when I say old, I mean it was OLD. I explored around a bit, and it looked like nobody had been there for a few hundred years, at least, aside from a few animals who likely made their way through at some point. In hindsight it was probably some of the ponies who live in the town around the forest, but I didn't know that at the time. How could I? I'll have to ask about it later, if I remember. Anyway, the castle made a nice spot to relax for a little bit. It provided some nice shade. There was something eerie about it though. The entire time I had this weird feeling in the back of my mind that something really REALLY bad happened there. So I didn't stay long. Now, I don't know a whole lot about how this "Equestria" place works, but back where I'm from...where ever that may be, when you step on a twig it normally just breaks, I think. But apparently in this infernal forest of evil, when you step on a twig, the twig gets mad at you and compiles together with a bunch of other loose wood and becomes a big wolf looking monster and then tries to EAT you. And it had friends, because of course it did. I was later told that these things were called "Timberwolves." I'd much rather call them something else, like "pure evil" or "needs to go extinct." But regardless, I did what any sensible person would do in that situation. I got out of there as fast as my legs could carry me. Unfortunately for me, the Timberwolves were slightly faster. And despite how I tried, I just couldn't shake them. Things after that were a blur, I just remember a lot angry growling and a lot of pain. But by some miracle, they decided to leave before finishing me off, and just left me to die where they caught me. After that, everything went black. I woke up a some amount of time later. I don't know how long I was out, but I was just happy to have woken up at all. Imagine my surprise when I found myself in a nice warm bed, with my wounds treated, with an entire town just outside. I was saved! And then I heard someone come in, and I turned around in surprise. That surprise only grew as I saw this weird looking creature walk into the room. Now, given my past experiences with creatures I didn't recognize, the good ol' primal brain did the only thing it could come up with in that situation. I screamed as loud as I can to try and scare it off. I mean, wouldn't you? I was expecting to see another human like me, but I was greeted by this thing that I would later come to learn was called an "Alicorn." But get this, she was actually able to TALK. I mean, after being attacked by giant dogs made of trees, I shouldn't really have been surprised by this. And she didn't SEEM like she wanted to hurt me, so maybe she wasn't going to. And then this weird little lizard thing came in, and I screamed again. Apparently loud enough to be heard by and scare the townspeople. Whoever I am, I got a good set of lungs on me. Anyway, to make a long story short, the Alicorn's name is Twilight Sparkle, and she's apparently something called the "Princess of Friendship." Which probably explains her helping me out. You know, her duty as the Princess of Friendship, being kind to all she met (or at least that's what I assume her job is). That was probably it. But hey, it meant I had someone kind helping me out. Royalty even. I got some pretty good luck considering how my day had gone so far. I keep getting off topic. After my initial freak out, and my second freak out, this Twilight personpony person took the time to try and calm me down. She even offered me some food, which was something I didn't know I wanted so badly until I had seen it. I guess anxiety, fear and adrenalin had overwritten my sense of hunger. It wasn't anything to special, just some fruits, veggies, some bread and water. But to me? It was a banquet fit for a king. After that, I met some of Twilight's other friends. They didn't take to kindly to me.They just stared at me for awhile. They were just as confused about the situation as I was. And then another one broke through a nearby window, and I freaked out again. Apparently it was another one of Twilight's friends who came to see what the screaming again, but I didn't know that! After managing to calm me down again, I was introduced to Twilight's other friends. So I guess I should start talking about them now, huh? I had already met Spike, Starlight Glimmer, and Flutter Shy Fluttershy (I hope I got that right). They were the ones who had been trying to figure out what I was. Then there was Rarity. At first I thought she didn't like me, but apparently it was just my clothes. But she did offer to make me new ones, so that was nice of her. Even if she was a little aggressive in finding out my cloths sizes. She could have just asked. Then there was ApplejackApple JackApple Jakk Applejack (I'll ask how it's really spelled later). She didn't say much, she seemed more like a person of action not words, she told me she ran the apple farm around these parts. I told her that I liked her hat. It was a really nice hat. Up next was Rainbow Dash (what's up with these pony names?!). She's an interesting individual. She's got this weird rainbow hair thing going on (her parents must have thought really hard about THAT name). She was the one who had broken that glass, and apparently tried to tackle me, and I don't think she likes me all that much. And lastly was Pinkie Pie. She was actually the one who came up with my new name! She seems like the friendliest of the bunch, which means she's the one who's going to try and off me in my sleep. Anyway, back to the story. After meeting everyone and giving them an abridged version of what I just wrote down, Twilight wrote a letter to another Princess friend of hers as I got to meet the others for a bit. After that, I was brought back here to get some sleep, and I was given this journal to write down my experiences. And that's literally my day in a nutshell. Heck, it might be my whole life story in a nutshell as far as my memory's concerned. And I've already filled in about three pages of it. Great. Wait, how long have I been writing? I'll figure it out later. Right now I need to find the bathroom. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Three-and-a-half. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Three-and-a-half. March 6th, part 2: So dream magic is a thing. I'm actually writing this entry in the morning really quick because last night got WEIRD after the party. Not much happened other then me writing my last entry and going to bed, but then things started getting weird. How weird? I woke up in the sky, upside-down. Let me say that again. I woke up. In the sky. Upside-down. I was on a cloud, and I would look UP to see the GROUND was above me. It was a bit disorienting. But that wasn't the weirdest part. The weirdest part was me meeting a SECOND Alicorn Princess: Princess Luna. And she was a little intimidating at first, but she seems nice enough. But apparently she can just enter anyone's dreams whenever she pleases. So that explained the whole sky thing. I guess I just have really vivid dreams. But yeah. She can just go into people's heads at night and do whatever it is that the "guardian of the dream world" does. I would have asked, but I was interrupted by an amazing idea I had. If she could go into dreams: she could help me find my memories in here. I was so proud of my idea that I began to prematurely celebrate and I fell UP into the sky because I broke the cloud I was standing on. And then I woke up. Screaming again. Thankfully I managed to get Twilight to shoot me in the face with some sleep magic or whatever, and I was quickly sent back into dream world and things went from weird to scary. Luna Princess Luna was not happy about my little plan to use her magic to get my memories back. She said it would destroy my mind if we tried. But she showed that she could be very scary when she wanted to be. I have never been more intimidated in my entire life, as far as I can remember. And I was almost eaten by freaking tree dogs the other day! But after that, she went back to being nice again. We spent the rest of the night just playing chess and talking, apparently she wanted to get to know me. And it was a great time. But she's kind of a sore looser though, she kept accusing me of cheating. Whoever I am, I guess I'm good at chess. Also, a bit off topic but I have to bring this up. But apparently she can move the moon at will, and is responsible for raising it every night. Like, the whole thing. The ENTIRE moon. She can just move it. I'm starting to see why every Alicorn I've met is royalty. But I have to wrap this up, I convinced Twilight to take me on a tour of Ponyville today. So that should be fun!
