Crystal Apology

Life in the Crystal Empire had never been better thanks to Twilight and Spike saving the day. All crystal ponies live in peace as the empire will forever be safe from any evil spirit. As for Shining Armor, he would protect his citizens along with his wife Princess Cadence to make life better. However even when his empire was back to normal, he still feels regretful towards his sister Twilight. Sure it was her who saved the crystal ponies but he still didn’t apology to her about the wedding like his friends did. He just didn’t had time left during the real wedding when he went home but this time just before Twilight and her friends leave to Canterlot, he gets his chance.

Both Twilight and Armor were walking down the street as they’re heading to the train station.

“So…today was really something right?” Shining Armor turned his head to Twilight.

“Yeah. We saved the Crystal Empire and just like Ponyville and Canterlot, everypony feels happy.” Twilight replied. They walk past two grown ponies as they took care of their filly who’s happy that she can come out of her home with nothing bad out in the ordinary. “Just look at this. Really great that these ponies can feel happy in the inside unlike what they were when I got here.”

Shining Armor also saw how Twilight changed over the years. He barely got time to know her more back in Canterlot due to the wedding chaos and the fact he wants to make his citizens grateful once he got back.

“Twilight.” He responded with a bit of gilt on his face,

“Yes?” Twilight turned her head around, raising her eyebrow.

“I want to apologize on how I acted towards and not believing you back in Canterlot.”

“You mean about the wedding almost turning into a disaster?”

“Yes.” Then from behind, Spike came rushing up towards the ponies since he falled asleep after they won the battle.

“Coming through! Sorry but I’m almost late Twilight!” He panted hard but just before he continued running, Shining Armor uses his alicorn magic to lift Spike back. “Hey!? What are you doing?”

“Spike I think you should wait, because you have enough time and I want you to be in the conversation.” Once Shining put him down, Spike become confused.

“What is the conversation exactly?”

“It’s about the wedding from Canterlot.”

Twilight’s friends told Spike that they apologize to their best friend and Spike wasn’t with in the conversation because he was burned out and tired from the fun he had in the party. He was regretful and he didn’t know what was the right time to apologize and right now, he knows it’s the right time.

“Twilight, I’m sorry that I didn’t believe you back then.”

“Don’t mention it Spike, everypony felt the same way.” Twilight said nicely. She already knows what it’s like to get apologized after she was right about the wedding. It was less then a minute until her friends left her when she saw that Princess Cadence was a fought.

“But Twilight you don’t understand how sad we were when you told the truth.” Shining put his hoof on Twilight’s shoulder to show more of his remorse. “The Queen was too smart to fool us and almost you. And even if she made Cadence really stressed out to the point the wedding wasn’t going well, but even I didn’t like her behavior.”

“Yeah.” Twilight said. “I felt half broken in the inside when Cadence never acted that way before. I guess I was too relief to even handle for an apology after I saved the wedding.” Twilight took her time to think about the what could of been future if she failed. All the ponies in Equestria would of been slaves in the Changeling army and soon the Changelings could rule the world if they won the battle. In fact, she would never know what she can do if she runs away for her own life. “Maybe the apology wasn’t something I liked.”

Then Princess Cadence saw what’s going on with Twilight as she was about to say goodbye to her sister in law. “Some kind of conversation going on?” She chimed in.

“More like a big misunderstanding conversation.” Spike commented. “We were talking about the wedding you and Shining Armor had.”

“And you were talking about that I wasn’t really with you all that time?” She looked at Shining and Twilight which they both nodded. “I see.”

“And also that fact that the Queen of the Changelings trick all of us.” Shining reminded.

During this point in the conversation, everyone went in completely silence. To them an apology to Twilight wasn’t enough and they feel depressed that it was too late. But Princess Cadence has something in mind about this whole thing.

“Spike, Twilight, husband, it’s okay.” She respond which broke the silence immediately.

“What do you mean by that?” Spike asked.

“We were all in the wrong in this entire pepeared wedding. If I was the real Cadence this whole time, we would’ve have so much quality time together.” She then walk up to Twilight with her hoof under her chin. “Twilight, even if your in the right this whole time, you still deserve an apology. When your friends not only throw a party just for you to show their appreciation, but they also showed how much they care about you. And as for Princess Celestia, you know your heart was warm when she always makes you feel better and she never tries, she always does.”

Twilight then came into tears since she remembered how disappointed her favorite idol was. And thanks to her, she knows that Twilight Sparkle is the best student she ever had, especially on how well she did on her test.

“You know Twilight,” Spike said with happiness. “I only side Shining Armor because I thought I was doing the right thing. But your the right thing. I’m really sorry!” He begin to hug her with tears also coming down his face. “We will do our best to never betray you.”

“I know you won’t, my number one dragon.” Twilight has never said that to Spike ever since Spike was born, it will be a quote Spike will never forget in his life.

“You know Twilight if you ever had the chance to come visit with us, we should give you more respect then last time.” Shining Armor adoring the bond between Spike and Twilight.

“And to make our family the best you ever had, we can try to get a baby if we make it work.” Cadence finished.

“Really? You would do that for me?” Twilight slobbed happily.

“Yes.” They all get into a group hug on Twilight Sparkle to show more of their care. Soon after that, they went back to the train station and made their farewell for now. As for Twilight Sparkle she learn that the more her friends care about her, the more they will believe in her, something she should’ve knew back at the wedding in Canterlot.
