My Crystal Heart

When they arrived at Canterlot, Rose gave Breakup the spell and let him do his own thing. As she left, Breakup moved the furniture so he had room. His magic aura was the color of emeralds and his eyes gave off a pink, wispy smoke as he looked for a table. When his search was complete, their was a knock at the door. He opened it up to reveal a trio of fillies, he invited them in and told them to watch the magic happen. The CMCs sat down and waited for Breakup to start the spell. Breakup started to charge his horn, but the spell was making him weak. When he recovered and continued his spell, the fillies were excited to see him blast the rock and a body form. The small foals watched the large stallion almost collapse when he stopped the spell.

"Um, sir? Are you OK?" Breakup cracked an eye open and tried standing up, but the ache in his muscles prevented it. He was giving up till another hoof touched his cheek, he felt weird about it as it was bigger than the fillies' hooves. Breakup opened his eyes wider and started to cry, his lost love was standing in-front of him. Breakup started to get up again, and after a few attempts he was on his feet. Sombra walked closer to Breakup, he noticed that Breakup was twice his size now. Sombra circled the stallion, looking at what a thousand years had done to his body. Breakup was nervous, Sombra knew Breakup by heart. The former king started to speak as Breakup shed a few more tears.

"It has been so long since i have seen you darling. I'm sorry for making you wait on me for so long. I should have listened to you. That power wasn't what i needed, what i needed was you." Breakup put Sombra's cheek into his claws and stroked his cheek softly.

Breakup breathed in deeply, try to fight back tears of joy. "Sombra, i am just so happy to have a second chance of working out our relationship. I mean, i have learned so much since i left the Crystal Empire. So i think we should settle where we can quickly head to the castles if need be. I'm just...still taking in that you are back." Breakup finished his rambling with a long kiss on Sombra's lips.

Sombra shot his eyes open, surprised to be kissed again. Instead of protesting, he started to get a bit rough with Breakup, then remembered they had an audience. Sombra separated the kiss, then nodded in the fillies' direction. The fillies were trying to hold in their screeches as the couple looked in their direction.

"OMSC! You guys are a couple?!?!" After Breakup blushed and scratched the back of his head, the two of them nodded. The fillies ran out of the room and screamed in joy, running to different rooms dragging out their owners. Breakup walked out of the room and his jaw nearly hit the floor as the royals of Equestria walked closer and closer to his room. Sombra sensed the fear in Breakup and held his hoof to comfort him. Finally, Breakup calmed down and the guests walked in to see Sombra holding Breakup's paw. The mane six gasped at the sight, but the princesses just smiled at their return.

As the sun leaked through the large balcony window, light crept up a large blue tail. The tail started to twitch a little at the sudden warmth being applied to it. Breakup yawned and started to get out of bed till he realized a certain colt was laying out on his stomach. Breakup quietly chuckled then lightly put Sombra on the bed. After getting up, Breakup stretched and walked out of the room to get some breakfast. When he arrived, the entire room was quiet. He started to walk in he room more, then the lights were on and Breakup was surprised out of his old scales. Celesia and he other princesses laughed a little while Breakup was blushing. Rarity walked up to Breakup with a small little box and motioned him to open it. He smiled and opened it, inside was a little photo of Breakup when he was a hatchling, siting between his mother and father.

"This is just the beginning darling, we have more in-store for you. Happy Birthday Breakup Tear." Just as he was about to say something, a dragon alicorn and Queen Chrysalis walked into he room and started looking around till their eyes met with Breakup's direction. Breakup walked to them, then quickened his pace as they called his name.

"Breakup Tear, we thought we lost you all those centuries ago. Look at you, you look just like me when i was your age." Breakup hugged them tightly as he had finally found his parents. Afterwards, he led them down a hall, he busted the door open and woke Sombra up. Sombra stirred while groaning and opened his eyes.

"What is it babe, did i scare someone to death?" Sombra looked over in Breakup's direction and rubbed his eyes. "Are these your parents!?!?!?" Breakup nodded, giggling a little as Sombra was trying to get out of the bed and be polite.

"No need to get so worked up child, my son has good eyes to fall in love with you." The changeling queen was being more kind than usual around her son. Breakup slightly smiled as his parents accepted him for liking him.

"Breakup, there is one thing i must note to you before we leave for the hive. Our king usually give and "extra gear" to the first born of the next generation. Sombra will find it when you guys are active." He winked and walked with his wife out of the room. Breakup blushed when he realized everything his father meant. Sombra gave a devilish grin to Breakup which made him blush an even brighter red. Breakup walked into the side room of their bedroom, and started to play with his messy mane. Sombra walked behind him and hugged from behind.

"At least my parents like you Sombra"
