Stage four grand gather part one

I rode on Kayda back as we headed north to find the first of my new guardians. 'The old guardians are great and powerful however when I have them; I can attack more than one castle at a time. First up is that damn deer king and his slavery system.'

"What are you thinking about?"

I looked down at Kayda as she flew over the snow blanked land. "My plan to rule the world. The first thing I'm going to do is destroy slavery everywhere. First things first though. I have to get rid of the deer kingdom and make the females loyal to me. Once I have then under my thumb, I can start a new age with my 'heroes' haha." She looked at me from the corner of her left eye.

"I know I was made from your magic then given life. Nevertheless, you know by the end of this day you will have blood on your hands, right? Can you live with the fact that the others will see you as a dark hero?”

I smiled as I looked her in the eyes. "I plan to use that to my advantage. If the world sees that I don't want to kill for any reason, then I can trick the people into trusting me. But a dark hero never. " She huffed as she looked for the town.

"If I may ask Blaze? What are you going to do with the mare Nidra? I can tell when she is near you that she greatly desires you."

I laughed louder then patted her back. "Corruption is my plan for her and any other woman I find with potential. An overlord does have to have a harem after all." Kayda nodded her head as she started to fly down to the ground. I saw the town in front of me and began to get into character.

third pov

In the town of Snow Hollow bucks walked around in beautiful clothes. They wore jewelry and ate excellent food. Unfortunately, the doe’s were forced to wear rags and eat half-rotten food and called animals and made to crawl on the ground with callers around their necks. Many of them had their minds broken by the re-education Center in the town. A large shadow covered the town square making all the bucks and doe's look up. They watched as I dragon flew low to the ground just above the house. A figure jumped from the back of the dragon down to the earth in a crouched position. The dragon turned in the sky fly back the way it came as the figure stood on its feet staring at the deer as the held leashes connected to the doe’s coolers.

Blaze pov

I saw doe’s all being lead around like dogs with leashes. Then a deer or buck walked up to me pulling an older doe, and two young teenage doe’s over with him. All of them in the same condition I found the one in the castle. I frowned as I looked at them.

“A fellow male I was worried the dragon was coming to destroy the town.”

He held a hand out to me, but I smacked it away as I looked at him. “Scum like you deer need to be punished.” I cast an eighth tear spell on him. “petrification magic heavy stone!”

“What are you?”

He stopped as his whole body started to turn to stone everyone looked at me shocked as I raised both my hands in the air. “Maximus magic mental recovery! Maximus magic care all wounds! Maximus magic greater psyche strength and agility!” in the blink of an eye, the doe’s bodies regain a healthy weight, and I healed the metal damage done for all the doe’s in town. Many of them that were on their knees seemed to come out of a haze. The stood and with their new strength knock out the males. Many of them looked shocked and were scared of the revenge the doe’s could now take. “Don’t kill them but gather them all!”

“Yes, Sir!”

I smiled as I had just played them all to see me as a hero. I looked at the three doe’s that were in front of me. The older doe was hiding. The younger doe’s behind herself. I smiled then walked passed them. “I’m not here to hurt or take any of you. But this country is going to get crazy in a few hours. That spell will affect every doe giving them five times the strength of the males. Now, I have to find the re-education center.” I turned about to walk away when I noticed the doe’s had knocked out all the deer and were looking at me some with their fists raised others looked happy about me being here.

“Why did you come here?”

One asked as if I was not to be trusted. I smiled then used magic and fixed their clothes before jumping over the crowd around me. I landed behind them before I answer her. “You slavery is over for I am here!” I yelled to the heavens as I took off down the street looking for a place that would hold many doe’s. While I ran lighting burned the ground under me.

“Hey!”

I stopped with lighting coming from my feet. I looked up and saw a deer standing on a rooftop. He had a light arm on his knees, left arm and a helmet on his head. He had a spear and shield.

“You may be a fellow male but freeing our slaves is unforgivable.”

He jumped down to me then tried to stab me with his spear. After his fifth stab, I grabbed the spear and slammed a fist into his gut making him fall to his knees. I tapped his head and turned him to stone. ‘Sometimes I want to kill all those lower life forms. As far as I care only those who are strong should live.’ I walked down the street and spotted a large building with busted windows. Out front sat a young doe in a bra and panties with her head buried between her arms and legs. She had long blond hair with white spots all over her body.

I took my jacket off then draped it over her making her jump, and I saw it my mark. The sword and axe that symbolized the heroes on her left breast.

“Who are you? Not from our country.”

I smiled as I looked down at her. “Glad to see that your ok first of the new generation.” She looked at me as I pulled the lower part of the coat around for her to see. Her eyes widened when she saw the same symbol that was on her chest. I kneeled down and looked her in the eyes. “As for who I am, I’m Blaze the last of the twenty-ninth generation of the thirteen heroes.”

“Wait what!?”

She jumped up and stared down at me. She looked shocked as I stood and looked at her beautiful green eyes. “I cast a spell called grand gather to find only the most worthy of every race in the world to represent the races in the new in the new hero generation. You were chosen from every deer and doe to be the representative for the deer race as in you beat the heart of a hero.” As she looked at me, the other doe’s ran around the corner and saw me looking at her.

“Sweet Wind!”

I heard a few of them say as the doe kept her eyes locked with mine. I held a hand out to her, and she looked at it. “I’m not forcing this onto you, Miss. If you do not want to represent your race, I can remove the symbol, and you will never see me again. Or you can take my hand and help me change this world for the better.” As the others surrounded us, she reached for my hand.

“I… I want to…”

Her hands were shaking as she reached for mine. I smiled and grabbed her hand in both of mine as the other doe’s watched. “I see, if you wish to come with me then come to the gate of the town if you want to come, then please gather your things. If not, please send my coat, and I will recast the spells for the deer race.” I turned then jumped over the crowd again then jumped on the rooftops leading to the gate of the town. I saw the doe’s had rounded up all the males in the city and all of them seemed alive. I was glad to see the mental spell work giving me a very subtle control over them. I landed in from of the town as many of the doe was leaving for good. I smiled as I watched as the dawn of a new age has started in this town. I sat down in the snow and waited to see what Sweet wind would do. I sat there for nearly an hour until I heard someone walking down the street. I looked from the snow-covered land and saw her. She was dressed in a long white dress her hair following in the air behind her. My coat in her arms as she stared at me.

“Can I make a difference if I come with you? Can I help make sure this will never happen again?”

I smiled as I stood from the snow some of it falling from my shoulders. I put a hand on her left shoulder as she looked at me. “I can’t promise that Sweet Wind but I can promise that I’ll do everything I can to help you make a fresh start.” She smiled as she held my coat out to me. I took the coat out of her hand then took her hand and turned back to the gate of the town. “A new age is about to begin. I hope you're ready.” I opened a gate to the next location of the nears chosen hero to us. She smiled as she let me pull her through the gate.

Sweet wind pov

I walked through a golden gate portal and waited as the world around us was suddenly covered in crystal and had grass on the ground. I tried to take a step but nearly fell when I suddenly lost my balance. I, but Blaze caught me and helped me back to my hoofs.

“Don’t try to move around so much Sweet. The first time someone walks through a gate can be a little much for the body.”

I looked up into his soft blue eyes and saw real concern for me in his eyes. I smiled never seeing that from a male before in my life. ‘Maybe he is different from the others.’

“The next one is close by us.”

He grabbed my hand and slowly started to walk so I could get my balance back. As we walked, I saw that his back had no scars, but his chest did. Then I remembered I still had his coat in my other hand. “Oh, your coat Blaze.” He looked at me then took the jacket from me.

“Thanks.”

He threw it over his shoulder and left it hanging there but didn’t let go of my hand. ‘I kind of like this.’ I gripped his hand as we walked into the city.

Blaze pov

I walked down the street with the doe behind with my magic worming its way into her mind. My magic would be completely undetectable by any means or magic. I looked down at her as she walked beside me. “So, how old are you?” She looked up at me with a smiled.

“I’ll be turning eighteen next month. How old are you?”

“I’m twenty-six years old. I was nineteen when joined twenty-ninth generation of the thirteen heroes. I was then sealed away for near a decade, but my body didn’t change even a little, so I’m not counting those years.” She looked up at me shocked at my age.

“Your kidding I thought you’d be more about my age.”

I laughed as I looked forward again. “Ya, I used to get that a lot. But, right now we need to find the second hero for the thirtieth generation.” We stopped then looked around the busy part of the crystal city. Sweet pulled on my arm and pointed to an earth pony crystal stallion with our symbol on his right forearm. I smiled and walked over to him. He spotted us as we walked over and I pulled my coat to the side and showed him the symbol. He had sky blue crystal skin and a blonde mane and tail. He was a well-built stallion with His eyes widened as he looked at it.

“What the?”

I walked over to him and smiled. “I know you have questions, but first I have a story to tell you.” He nodded then we all walked over to a set of benches. I told them both how the hero's started and what they stood. I explained to him that he was chosen to represent his race. At the end of the conversation, they both looked at me.

“Ok, given what you just told us I have three questions.”

I nodded as I Sweet leaned into my side which I didn’t mind much. I was only controlling the way she saw my actions not me personally. Or it may just be her seeing a kind male for the first time.

“Ok, first I want to know if there is a way I can stay here with my family?”

I smiled and nodded my head. “Yes, Sweet wind is only here with me because I gave her the option to come with me. As for your family, I can promise protection for them when we have to go on missions. “

“Ok second, What will I do about pay? I know heroes don’t ask for pay, but I have a family to support. I make good bits working as a castle guard Blaze.”

“Don’t worry; I will see to it that when our missions start then everyone who is with us gets a fair share. Usually, we get paid by the amount that we’ve set, but that can change due to fighting, injury and many other things.”

“Ok the last one, if I died what will happen to my family?”

I crossed my arms as I looked on. “That one will be a little harder. But in my old world if one of the heroes were killed in battle the royal family of the race would usually take over the care of the family for the rest of their lives. I still need to get those deals, but right now I need to find everyone before that.”

“How do you find us again?”

I touched his hand and pulled out a ball of magic. “This is a ball of your magic. With this, I can find you again.” I created a small globe of this world I saw from books.

“Cool.”

I put the magic into the globe. Then two sword and axe symbols formed on the plant right in the middle of the snow white area. “There are both you and me. As long as we're both alive, the symbol will stay on this globe.* Then I stopped the spell as he stood from his seat.

“You’ve given me a lot to think over. I’ll go home for now, but I’ll come back here in a week with an answer for your Sir Blaze.”

He walked away, and I smiled as my mind-altering spell world kick in the next few hours. I stood up, and Sweet stood with me as I opened another gate. To the next hero near the last. We walked through the gate into a large forested area. I blinked expecting another city, but we're in a forest. I looked and tried to sense the life force of the hero. After a second I had it, and it was under us.

“Where is the hero?”

I kneeled down to the ground and pressed the palm of my hand to the used a sound spell. I closed my eyes and saw what the sound waves moved through. About twenty feet down my spell hit something with a heartbeat. But the person seemed to be in some cave system. I saw an entrance about fifty feet to the right of us. I stood from the ground then looked at Sweet. “Their underground so we can wait or go in which do you want to do?” She looked up at the sky and then down to the ground.

“I don’t want to go underground if I can help it.”

I nodded then started to use creation magic. “Create greater item, grand throne.” Two thrones were created from my magic. A throne made of swords appeared to the right, and a throne fit for a queen formed on the left. I took a seat on the sword throne and held an arm out to her’s. “I made a throne for you Sweet Wind.” She smiled then walked over and sat in the throne beside mine.

“Thank you.”

I smiled as she sat down beside me as I summoned a white orb.

“What is that?”

“A music orb. I copied music with a spell, and I can play them back when I want.” She smiled as I was happy she bought my lie. ‘I’m just playing music from my memories.’

“Are you going to play it?”

I smiled then pressed a finger to the center of the orb and song along with the song.

I finished my song as Sweet looked at me.

“Was that the song of your people?”

I laughed as the orb vanished from my hand. “No, that is a song made by the Dwarven people when their home was taken from them. A dragon stole their mountain about three hundred years before I born. They retook the mountain after some years but died out about fifty or so years back due to a pledge.” She nodded as she at me.

“I see, Diamond dogs suffered a similar fate about two hundred years ago. But they had enough of their population to bounce back.”

I nodded as I looked at her. “Um, I’ll have to look into that later on.” I leaned back in my throne and closed my eyes. “I’m going to take a nap wake me up if something comes up.” I slept for a few hours until I felt someone pulling on my arm. I opened my eyes and found Sweet pointing over to the right of us. I looked over to the right and saw a large diamond dog. A sizeable wolf-like Diamond dog with dark and light brown fur wearing a blue vest and collar. Looking at him I could see he was about eight feet tall if he stood straight up. He walked over to us, and the symbol of the heroes was on his left arm. I stood and turned around showing our symbol.

“The mark!?”

I turned back to him and started to walk over to him. “I have to talk to you.” He turned his head to the side as he sat down on the ground. I sat down in front of him and started to talk to him. He listened to me out then smiled.

“I am the representative of my race. Your spell chose me over every other Diamond dogs in the world. That is a great honor, Sir Blaze.”

I nodded then patted his shoulder. “Just Blaze will do. Now, may I know your name, my friend?” He smiled as he nodded.

“My name Gem Digger.”

We fist bumped then I did the same as the stallion. I offered him the option of coming with us to the castle, and he agreed. I opened a gate back to them and we walked through the gate.

Nidra pov

I sat in the throne room as I waited for Blaze to come back. Hamasaki had stayed near the doe’s saying that if any tried to harm them, he would eat them. The oldest princess didn’t listen to him and got his arm torn off because of it. Hamsuke was eating his arm as everypony ran out of the room even the dragons.

“For something so sweet looking it really is dangerous.”

I looked at my mom and dad. “He did tell us he is one of the ten beasts.”

“Ya, Blaze did tell me he was a monster before he tamed him. It would make sense that he still has some traces of his wild side in him.”

We all agree with him as every royal family waited to see what Blaze was going to do next. Right as I was about to start talking again a white and gold portal opened in the middle of the throne room. All the guards stood ready to fight but stopped when Blaze a doe and diamond dog walked out.

“Hey Nirda, how have things been on this end?”

I looked at him as the doe grabbed hold of his coat and the Diamond dog looked ready to be sick. Blaze looked back at him as he was having trouble staying on his feet.

“You’ll be fine just go sit down and then you’ll be fine if a few minutes. The gate can be a little much the first time around.”

“R-right.”

He stumbled over to the corner of the room then sat down. I blinked as Blaze looked at the doe as she looked away from the der princes and the deer king. Blaze looked at the eldest prince as he held his stump.

“You tried to get passed Hamsuke didn’t you? I should have told you all that to him my word is law. If you try to do anything against my word then he will attack.”

Blaze vanished then appeared beside the prince and cut the rest of his arm off with just his hand. He screamed as Blaze looked down at him.

“Second tear magic, cast light heal your wounds.”

Green magic covered the wound then his magic moved out and formed a new arm. I blinked as I looked at the arm that was torn off not a few hours ago. Everyone looked at him shocked as he looked down at the prince.

“How? How can you just restore my arm!?”

Blaze smiled as he looked down at him.

I smiled as Blaze just walked away from him. I stood up and walked down at Blaze as he walked over to the door. “Wait up Blaze I’ll help you find room for them.” He turned and smiled as he saw me.

“Hey, Nidra sorry if I scared you earlier.”

I ran up to me then hugged him when I was close. He laughed then hugged me with one arm as the other two walked over to us.

“I missed you to Nidra and the help would be nice.”
