Rarity has always designed her own clothes and has been at the pinnacle of fashion but what'll happen when she meets someone who she thought would have bland taste in clothing but is actually good at making clothing for cosplay.

She'll also find out he's more than a regular person when she finds out has a gift from Equestria, a stone that allows him to change his gender allowing him to cosplay on both sides of the gender scale.

Side note I don't know if they can or will have the same characters from video games, anime or tv/movies so, for now, I'll keep the names as we would call them in our world.
