I stood in front of the mirror looking at my near close to perfect sword art online costume.

The only things wrong were my eyes, due to a birth defect were I didn't get enough of a certain nutrient
and I didn't have the sword because I couldn't make one correctly.

“Casey come on, not getting any younger here!!!” yelled a certain hot headed girl.

“Coming, sheesh Amy give me a minute to get ready. I know it's my birthday and you really want go to
this anime convention.” I said as I was walking down the stairs. Amy was wearing a custom goth version
of princess cadence’s costume without the wings or horn.

“Well it's not every day your best friend turns 20 years old, besides I got you a gift.” She said rather proud of herself.

“Ok, I'm a little worried now, because every time you got me a gift it was a prank.”

“You'll love this one.” She walked up to me and grabbed my hand and put a huge ball of cash in my hand.
“It's 40,000 dollars for you, as a thank you for always being there for me Casey.”

“I love it but I can't except it, I mean you must have worked over time for a year!.”

“Not really, rich family remember, you have helped me out so much over the years it's the least I could
do.”

“Even so I wouldn't feel right taking it.” She then shot me glare that would kill death. “Okay, okay I still
think you're going a little overboard for my birthday.” I gave her a tight hug.

“Come on we don't want to be late.” She said pulling open the door to my truck.

It was a three hour drive, She was asleep snoring most of the time while I was playing music on my
iPhone during the trip. When we got there we were lucky to get a spot close to the front doors. We got out
of the truck and she started stretching while I went to grab the backpack out of the bed of the truck. We made our way inside and she quickly left to use the bathroom.

I was walking around the stands looking around when I saw a little girl with tears in her eyes. I walked
over to her and asked, “excuse me little girl where are your parents?”

She looked up at me and said “I lost them,” *sniffle* “when I was looking at some jewelry for Mommy.”

“What do they look like? And what are they wearing?”

“Daddy is wearing a big daddy costume and Mommy is wearing a pink Warframe costume.” she said in between sniffs

“Okay let's go find them.” we walked around for a good hour before I saw a big daddy and a pink Warframe holding hands while looking around frantically. I looked down at the girl and asked “hey is that
them?”

As I pointed them out.
She instantly yelled out “Mommy, Daddy I'm over here.” She then ran at them and hugged them, it was a
heartwarming moment.

The mother looked up at me and said “thank you so much for returning our daughter to us, sir.”

“It was no problem miss, I was just doing what I could for her.”
The father picked up the little girl and thanked me for helping them out, as I was about to leave a Merchant called out to me, so I walked over to him.

“That was really something you did for them, it's been awhile since I last saw a act of kindness like that.
Tell you what pick out the stuff you want and I will give you a discount on them.”

“Thank you sir but I was just doing what anybody would've done.”

“Anything you want tell me and I'll give you a good deal on them.”

“Okay, thank you.”

“No problem young man it's the least I could do for you.”

I looked at some Skyrim magic books and a book with two dragons on front And a book that said Advanced Magic for masters.

Being someone who loves to read I grabbed them. I also grabbed alucard’s guns, Reapers gauntlets from OverWatch, Discord's lion paw gauntlet and a dragon sword called Heaven's light and if I'm going to be
honest it looked really cool.

I put the items up on the counter, he looked up at me and asked “is this everything sir?”

“Um no, do you have any alicorn horns and wings? If so can I get black please it's for my best friend's
costume.”

“Yes we have some, give me a few minutes.” He walked into a back room and after a few minute he came
back with two sets of alicorn horns and wings which he put down with the other items. “That'll be 20
grand.” I gave him the roll of cash and he started to count out the correct amount and gave me the change. He looked back at me and said “safe travels. And may fate be in your favor.”

As I walked away I saw Amy so I called her over, but as she was coming closer my vision started to blur and something warm started to run down of my face. I rubbed it off with my hand and as I looked down at my hand with horror it was covered in blood. I then fell to the ground and passed out from blood loss.

(Canterlot castle, midnight, four days before summer sun celebration)

A purple unicorn named Twilight sparkle was on her balcony studying the Stars, looking for any sign for
the return of nightmare moon.
“Twilight come on you need to give it up you've been at it for a week, Nightmare moon is just an old
pony tale.” said a little green and purple baby dragon.

“No it isn't Spike, I just need to figure out how and when she's going to escape from the moon.” She said
looking back at Spike.

“Look I'm worried about you, you have been working non-stop for a week. You neeeee- what is that!!!”
He said pointing at something in the sky.

When Twilight turned around she saw a falling star heading straight for the Everfree forest.

“Guards, Guards!!!” Twilight yelled at the top of her lungs. The Captain of The night Guards ran into the
room and asked what was wrong. Twilight pointed at the falling star and said “captain darkness
bloodheart I need you to go recover that star, take your best men and find it before someone else gets to it
first.” The captain gave a salute and ran out of the room. “I hope this isn't a bad sign.” Twilight said as
they left.
