In a daring surprise attack, the United States has turned the tide agaisnt the South American Federation. With the capture of the LOKI Platform and the ensuing decimation of their military, the underdog in the fight has risen up.

However, this victory came at a cost. The man known as Rorke captured 1st Lieutenant and Ghost operative Logan Walker, and his whereabouts are currently unknown. While the remaining Ghosts search tirelessly for him, Logan endures countless tortures meant to break him and his spirit.

However, the Federation underestimated the power of the phrase that Logan repeats every day.
