"Man this thing is awesome,"

I smiled behind my helmet as I looked down at my newest weapon to my collection.

"My gods master that weapon is a amazing!" Jubril said in amazement as she saw what the weapon could do to a tree that melted the bark and wood.

I placed it on my shoulder as I turned to my AI's avatar would was currently fixing the map on the data pad.

"Thanks for the new weapon Beta," I told my partner.

"Hey its not a problem its simply a matter of code but this...is fucking hard as hell," the AI told me as she typed away at the many scenes before her.

Its been a week since we had Jibril 'join' the group well the second day with Mira finding out what happen the night before may or may not pissed her off. But she got over it when I told her what happened so now she is pissed at Jibril for giving me that shampoo from the shower. Now she has been more clingy than before, besides that the only time I can ever get her not to be clingy is when I give her a Ipad to play games or read.

Speaking of who...

I turned to see the wolf ontop of the MAMMOTH playing angry birds on her Ipad as her legs dangled with glee of her new toy.

"Mira are you good?" I shouted.

She looked from her Ipad and gave me a smile.

"Yes master this device is so much fun," I laughed at her.

Looking back down at the group I smiled it has been a short time with these guy but I enjoy having them for a crew that I have.

Me- The leader

Beta the AI- the brains and tech expert.

Jubril- Historian/translator and magic user

Mira- Umm...oh yeah Spotter and support

She help me out one time when I was tracking down a tech piece a few months back.

Letting the weapon fall apart and slide under my armor plates as I walked over to the group as I was going to ask beta something she flashed red.

"Un-oh..."

"What is it beta?" I asked.

"Lifeforms coming from above two objects coming in," beta informed me.

"Dragons?" I asked.

She shook her head.

"No their mutipal heat signs on the objects," Shit have they found us?!

"Beta put the missile turret in auto mode on standby and power up the main cannon just in case it gets messy," I told her.

She nodded as I turned to Jibril.

"Think you can handle yourself in a fight?" I asked.

"Of course master after all I'm a member of the eight sacred wings," with that she summon a sword at the ready.

"30 seconds out,"

"Mira-" I turned to the wolf to see her already in combat marine armor with a assault rifle in hand.

"When you get that?" I asked.

"You were gone longer than you think master when you seeked out those tech pieces," Of course I am.

I didn't pull my suppressor just in cause they came here peacefully but I did have my boltshot on my hip just in cause.

"Contact," Beta pointed at the flying object above our heads.

Two chariots broke from the tree line one gold the other a dark ebony.

"Its them," I hovered my hand over my boltshot as Beta avatar vanished.

Celesita and luna with their guards and the elements walked up to me and Jibril as I my hand on top of my boltshot the right side turret pointed at them. Within 5 feet the group stopped as we stared each other down as I decided to be the first to break the ice.

"Hey luna I had the feeling we would meet in the world of the living," I spoke.

Luna's eyes widen.

"Watch you tongue-" A guard tried to do what a guard would be expected to but was stopped by the sun princess.

"So you know him luna," Tia asked luna.

She nodded.

"Yes in the dream realm,"

"Is that how you found us?" I asked.

"No I had this 'feel' you would be," Celesita told me.

"Well...thats one hell of a feeling you highness," I told the sun princess.

"HI JACKIE!" Pinkie said with a smile and wave causing to get a laugh from me.

"Hey pinks," I said waving back.

"That and my former student informed me of her encounter with you Jack," Celesita told me.

"Jack I'm getting movement in the woods its not native life," Beta whispered in my ear.

"Stick to the plan Beta," I whispered back.

"What plan!"

I kicked the dirt under my feet.

"So what do you want your highness," I asked her.

gave me a look of judgement.

"Jack I came here because I had this dream and in it my people were being slaughter by something evil but out the darkness I saw a knight in black armor. Although you aren't donned in the same armor I have a feeling that its you," She told me.

This gave me a uneasy feeling.

"A dream or a vision?" I asked.

"Both maybe besides that I also have come to reward you for free my library from you friend over their," She pointed to Jirbil.

The god killer floated to my shoulder and placed her hands on it and resting her head on her hands as she stuck out her tongue playfully.

"Well than are you going to reward me by killing me?" I asked causing her eyes to widen.

"What never!" She stepped back.

"Really what is with the movement in the forest it isn't wildlife so than I ask again are you aiming to killing me?" I asked.

Her guards reached for their swords as luna's guards back away from the sun guard, luna turned to her sister as the elements looked at her with a look of confusion.

"Sister?" Luna asked.

She turned to her sister.

"Sister when I had that vision you must under stand I though he was a threat you would understand if he was a threat to our ponies," Celestia told luna.

"And why would I be a threat I've been here seeking lost tech that's it," I said as I dropped my arms.

She turned to me pointing at me.

"You don't understand what I saw," She snarled.

With that the forest began to reviled more guards armed to the teeth.

"Princess want did you do," Asked her student.

"Than what you saw tell me," I told her.

Celestia crossed her arms and turned away from me closing her eyes.

"The dead eating the living, total carnage, fire, darkness, and rot." Celesita informed me.

"What zombies?" I asked.

"No not 'undead' it was a creature of flesh plunging itself into the living and turning them into monsters of living dead," My eyes widen behind my helmet I knew what it was.

"Fuck I hoped it wasn't them," I hissed under my breath.

"You know what it was don't you," Celestia asked turning back to me.

"Sadly yes but it is something far worse than what you saw FAR worse," I spoke.

"Jack? You don't think,"

"Yes I do Beta stand down," I said out loud.

With that the turrets folded up and back into the MAMMOTH as the main canon powered down.

"Alright princess let me tell what you saw and trust me your not going to like what I have to say about this 'living dead'," I said.

"Oh more knowledge!" with that the flugal clapped her hands and same chairs and a table appeared for everyone.

I walked forward and sat down.

"Trust me Jibril your going to wish you never know what monster hid in the dark," I leaned back in my seat. "Take a seat this may take awhile,"

Informing non-games of halo's most dangerous predator...the flood, something that is far worse than death itself something that keeps you alive even in death.

All their expressions were different.

Twilight and her mentors were in pure shock of the horror I told them about,
Rarity pasted out when I said what it looked like,
pinkie was in her 'sad' state,
fluttershy is hiding behind rainbow dash shaking in fear and the rainbow Pegasus was trying her best not to show her fear but I could see it right though her,
applejack Held her hat over her eyes to not show the shock like her rainbow friend,
Spike the dragon had a hand on his head in shock,
Jibril was floating next to me not to know what to think about what I said,
And Mira I could hear her crying over the radio.

"Now you know what you saw," I told the princess of the sun.

She folded her arms under her breast as she was in deep thought, before looking at me with a look of fear something for a leader to never show.

"Are you sure its this 'flood'?" Celestia asked.

"From what you explained I'm sure it is," I told her.

Luna got up and looked at me.

"Could this 'flood' be cured?" Luna asked.

I shook my head.

"No the only way it can be cured is to kill the hoist tear up the body or burn it, but if your infected prey someone will kill you or you will have enough time to destroy your body," I informed the group.

"Their must be some kind of cure than to kill a pony!" Twilight yelled slamming her hands on the table.

I turned to her.

"Like I told your mentor here twi THEIR ISN'T A CURE!" I shouted back.

Getting up I walked to the MAMMOTH as Jibril floated behind me.

"Now if you excuses me I need to prepare,"

"DON'T YOU DARE TURN YOUR BACK ON THE PRINCESS!" my HUD flared up as a red dot came from behind me.

Turning around I grabbed the guard's wrist as I spun the guard around before letting his face met the dirt below him as held him down.

"Your wasting your time here pal," I let him go and was about to walk back but the red dot reappeared on my HUD as I turned to see the guard pull out a knife. He then came at me but I used the training that my father trained me how to disarm a enemy something you would see from MGSV.

Now I was pissed.

"Take your guard and leave!" I shouted.

This time I made it to my MAMMOTH without any problem, as Jibril and I entered the MAMMOTH I walked strait to the workbench and grabbed a blow torch.

"Time to get to work..."

OK I need some help guys so I'm going to ask you guys for help on a team name for Jack's crew I will pick the three that I think would be cool along with the user who posted it in the next chapter. Then we will have a vote on the three for Jack's crew name.
