Spring Heat

Rarity yawned a little as she stretched out on the beach chair she had laid out on the beach. She and her friends had decided to take a vacation on a small island that was usually Celestia's retreat, but she had let them stay there for a few days.

She wasn't sure where the others were right now, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash were off in the forest looking for animals or something, Twilight was up in the library with Starlight and Tempest who was visiting, Pinkie was off being Pinkie and Applejack...

Rarity looked at Applejack curiously. She had never thought that the farm mare would be attracted to mares, that was certainly a surprise. Then again Applejack hadn't ever really shown much of an attraction to Stallions, but she had always been busy so she thought it was just because of that.

Maybe she did have a chance after all, but she had to make sure that she had a chance at all.

"Well Applejack, if you ever need help you know we're here for you right?" Rarity asked with a smile. "We're your friends, and if you want to find your special somepony, we're here to support you. I say when we get back home to Ponyville, you should tell this mare just how you feel about her."

Applejack blushed a little and rubbed the back of her head a little. She smiled a little as she looked at Rarity and adjusted her hat a little as she thought about it.

"What if Ah didn't have ta wait that long?" She asked.

"Well, if its one of us, then I definitely think you should tell them darling," Rarity said with a chuckle. "You never know, she might feel the same way about you."

"Ah don't know, she's always dated stallions," Applejack said with a shrug. "But, Ah suppose there ain't no harm in tellin' her."

Rarity frowned a little, Applejack wasn't going to ruin any of the other relationships, it wasn't in her nature, so there was a straight 50/50 chance it was her. Then again, Pinkie Pie didn't really feel like Applejack's type, so maybe, just maybe.
